Advanced online environment and communication technology have made the e-commerce environments evolved rapidly. In the e-commerce area, one of the most important concepts regarding the relationship between seller and buyer is the "trust." Considering the purpose of purchase and satisfaction of website, the users may face problems such as consumer's transaction security or personal information sharing when they make transactions over web sites. It could be difficult to pursue the goal for the users to purchase product or service over online if the seller or service provider cannot establish trust to the customers. In this paper, through multi-dimensional viewpoints of trust, satisfaction can be accounted for by cue-based trust and experienced trust. The purchase intention mediates the experienced trust when online users purchase products or use online service.

Licensing contracts between partners in International Joint Ventures(IJV) have not only aspects of relation contract, which is interdependent and long-term cooperative relationships in interpartner but also aspects of discrete contract which is exposed to opportunistic risk caused by IJV partners who maximize individual profit instead of joint payoff maximization. In this circumstance, appropriate compensation structures such as lump-sum and royalty can reduce conflicts and spur interpartner cooperation. In addition, compensation structures that stipulate each party's rights, duties, and responsibilities under various sets of environmental conditions have strong implications for transaction cost minimization and joint payoff maximization. On the other hands, compensation structures such as lump-sum and royalty in IJV licensing contract have benefits and costs depending on IJV partners uncertainty, partner dependency, and environment uncertainty. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to empirically show how partner uncertainty, partner dependence and environment uncertainty influence compensation structure chosen by licensor in IJV.

The growing popularity of mobile application has led to researchers and practitioners needing to understand users' mobile application download behaviors. Using large-scale transaction data obtained from a leading Korean telecommunications company, we empirically explore how application download rank, which appears to users when they decide to download a new application, affects their extended mobile application download. This terminology refers to downloading an additional application in the same category as those that they have already downloaded. We also consider IT characteristics, user characteristics, and application type that might be associated with the extended application download. The analysis generates the following result. Overall, a higher rank of a new application encourages the extended application download, but the linear relationship between the rank and the extended application download disappears when critical rank points are incorporated into the model. Further, no quadratic effect of rank is found in the extended application download. Based on the results, we suggest theoretical and managerial implications.

Nowadays many enterprises build e-procurement systems. An e-procurement is a Web-based procurement process and its functionalities are considered important in the B2B e-commerce. Buyers should select competent suppliers for a successful e-procurement. Therefore, this study proposes a method using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for building a Web-based supplier selection system. In detail, the purpose of this study is (1) to review methods previously used when buyers selecting suppliers and to extract important selection criteria： (2) to explain extended AHP method adopted by this study among supplier selection methods： (3) to describe the supplier selection steps using extended AHP ： and (4) to propose a decision support system embedding the methodology described above. The proposed system comprises of three phase： first phase is to evaluate suppliers on enterprise level： second phase to evaluate them on each transaction level： third phase to post-evaluate them.

The purpose of this research is to understand a structural relationship between financial regulations and security industry based on the systems thinking perspective using causal loop analysis. As a result, the positive regulations on security technology against finance security incidents shrink the autonomy of the security industry and will deteriorate the competitiveness of the security industry through the unknown feedback loop. The conclusion provides the direction that policy makers understand causal loop diagram related current regulations and open enough to the consideration of the negative regulations.

One of the conclusions from the research of the last 40 years on the relationship between tech-nological development and economic growth is that "technology is an essential factor in economic growth" A majority of firms in developing countries including Korea are small and medium size so technology transfer is an alternative to developing their own technologies. Firms in developing countries prefer technology transfers over self-development of technology because the former is less costly in time and money. The aim of this paper is to analyse the type and process of the tech-nology transfer and too suggest a direction and tasks in establishing technomart through the domes-tic and foreign case studies. Laws organizations and institutional aspects which are related to es-tablishing technomary were analyzed also in this paper.his paper.

Various kinds of practical machines using the single phase induction motor (SPIM) are utilized to control both speed and torque. In particular, the capacitor-run type SPIM has the characteristic that allows the motor torque to be altered by auxiliary capacitance variation. In this study, we manifest an equivalent model having a more simplified configuration, and clarify the relationship between torque and capacitance. Also, we design an experimental controller that is able to perform speed control with ease by the phase angle control of the AC input voltage. Validity of this study is confirmed through the simulation and experimental results obtained.

Spatiotemporal phenomena are ubiquitous aspects of real world. In the spatial and temporal databases, integrity constraints maintain the semantics of specific application domain and relationship between domains when proceed update in the database. Efficient maintenance of data integrity has become a critical problem, since testing the validity of a large number of constraints in a large database and after each transaction is an expensive task. Especially, in spatiotemporal domain, data is more complex than traditional domains and very active. Additionally, it is not considered that unified frameworks deal with both spatial and temporal properties to handle integrity constraints. Therefore, there need a model to maintain integrity constraints in the unified frameworks and enforcement and management techniques in order to preserve consistence.

Road freight transport industry in Korea contains many and complicate problems such as over supply of the vehicle caused by rapid policy changes, illegal multilevel transactions, poor truck drivers working environment, lack of road freight transport related statistics and so on. Korean government has developed various logistics industrial policy trying to solve these problems in various ways. However, the relationship among the problems and action plans has been more and more entangled since the part of suggested policies have made another perverted problems. These complex structure of the toad freight transport industry in Korea makes difficult to identify and to solve the problems. Causal map method helps to give a clean picture to understand the complex industry at a glance. This study contributes for visualization of the causal relationships among the existing problems and related policy issues in the road freight transport industry in Korea by causal map. This study could be helpful to develop the actual road freight transport industrial policies including the illogical multilevel and unfair transaction in Korea.

실시간 능통 데이터베이스 시스템은 외부의 환경의 변화에 반응하여 트랜잭션들을 주어진 시간 내에 처리할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 Thomas 쓰기 규칙을 적용하여 보다 향상된 실시간 능동 동시성 제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 동시성 제어 기법은 데이터 충돌을 해결하기 위해서 우선순위와 능동 규칙을 고려하여 불필요하게 철회되는 트랜잭션의 수를 감소시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 모의실험을 통해서 제안하는 통시성 제어기법에 의해서 보다 많은 트랜잭션이 종료시한을 만족함을 보인다.
