조종적성인성검사 문항개발 연구 (Development of Questionnaire Items of Personality Test for the Pilot Aptitude)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop questionnaire items for the Pilot Aptitude Personality Test(PAPT) which can predict the flight training achievement through personality and personal characteristics. To do this, we investigated the personality traits required to successfully conduct flight training for 30 flight instructors as a subject. The results were as follows: motivation, concentration, concentration, situational awareness, and concentration. Based on this, preliminary 300-item questionnaire was prepared by combining the existing studies related to pilot aptitude. Survey was conducted using preliminary questionnaire for 152 student pilots as a subject. As a result of the correlation analysis between the results of the questionnaire and the flight training, 16 questions were derived. Finally, factor analysis showed that the final 14 questionnaire items were confirmed. The internal concept of an item is categorized as personality, perception, and motivation. This study suggests that the pilot aptitude should be viewed from an extended point of view by analyzing individual characteristics and pilot aptitude in relation to flight training achievement.

  • 본 연구는 재난관리 교육훈련의 전이효과에 대한 충분한 연구가 이루어지지 못하고 있다는 문제 제기 하에 교육훈련의 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 경기도 소방공무원들의 인식을 토대로 실증적으로 규명하고자 한다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 본 연구는 국내 외의 선행연구 검토를 통해 교육훈련의 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하여 이러한 요인들이 실제로 소방공무원들의 교육훈련 전이에 영향을 미치고 있는지를 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과, 교육훈련 전이효과에 대한 영향을 미치는 정도에 유의미한 변수는 업무관련성, 학습문화, 동료지원, 자기 효능감, 학습동기, 학습능력, 교육방법 순으로 교육훈련 전이효과에 영향력이 있는 변수로 나타났다.

  • Training in self-expression was provided 24 times over 8 weeks for 5-year-old children in two classes in A kindergarten at an elementary school located in G metropolitan city. The posttest conducted at the conclusion of the training session confirmed significant statistical differences between the two groups. All the subfields on initiative, such as emotional ability, communication, and achievement motivation showed significant differences between groups.

Effects of Gamification-Based Learning on Learners' Achievement Motivation at First-Grade Intermediate Level

  • The study aimed to pinpoint the effects of an educational environment based on gamification on developing achievement motivation among first-grade intermediate students. Using an achievement motivation scale, the study adopted a quasi-experimental design with experimental and control groups. The sample consisted of 52 students selected randomly from the first-grade intermediate students. They were studying in public intermediate schools in Jeddah at the time of this study. They were divided into two groups. The control group (n=24 respondent), and the experimental group (n=28 respondent). The results showed statistically significant differences at the level α ≥ 0.05 between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the posttest of the achievement motivation measurement in favor of the experimental group. The study recommended using gamification in designing computer curricula and courses across educational stages in Saudi Arabia. It also recommends training the computer and information technology teachers on using gamification in their teaching.

의류제조 직업능력개발교육 학습자의 학습참여동기가 교육 및 취업서비스만족도와 직업능력개발성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Learner's Motivation on Professional Development in Vocational Education of Clothing Manufacturing)

  • This study investigated how learning motivation affects satisfaction with training and employment services and its performance for participants in government-supported job skill development program of the clothing industry so as to provide fundamental data for developing a training program that fosters professionals and relieves the labor shortage in the clothing industry. 180 copies of questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSSWIN 21.0. Most trainees were low-income citizens in their 40s and 50s. They were divided into highly educated or low-educated. The results of the research are as follows: when the trainees were motivated by the goals of getting a certificate or a job, employment service satisfaction levels were influenced meaningfully. Secondly, educational satisfaction levels and occupational ability development also scored highly. Therefore, it is important to strengthen instructors' competency. Instructors must be required to have onsite experience so that they can provide authentic education that can be applied to the work field. The government should establish a compulsory training session for the trainers along with an incentive program so that they can catch up with up-to-date technology and trend. Third, the research shows that supporting business startup and job placement is important. Follow-up management systems should be provided in cooperation with relevant institutions of employment and business startups. Either outsourcing or placement of professional advisors is also needed.

Factors Affecting Job Motivation among Faculty Members: Evidence from Vietnamese Public Universities

  • Higher education has long been considered as a means of human resource development in a nation. The faculty member plays a significant role in improving the quality of higher education. It is clear that job satisfaction and motivation have effect on the faculty member's performance. The objective of this study is to investigate the levels and factors affecting lecturers' motivation in Vietnamese public universities. In this study, ordinary least squares (OLS) and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) have been utilized to identify the factors affecting work motivation of lecturers at Vietnamese universities. A questionnaire was administered to a sample of 189 lecturers at different public universities in Vietnam. The finding indicates that seven factors including Work characteristics (WC), Wage and welfare (WW), Social recognition (SR), Peer relationships (PR), Training and promotion opportunities (PO), Leader caring (LC) and Teacher-student interaction and student's attitude (IA) have positive effect on lecturers' work motivation. Among these factors, Teacher-student interaction and student's attitude (IA) has the strongest impact with the coefficient of 0.631 and Peer relationships (PR) has the least impact on work motivation with the coefficient of 0.020. The study findings can facilitate the understanding of how to increase work satisfaction at the universities in Vietnam.

여행업 종업원 교육훈련이 내부환경요인과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Education and Training of Travel Industry's Employees upon Internal Environmental Factor and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 교육훈련이 기업내부환경과 직무만족에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 선행연구를 통해 기업내부환경과 직무에 미치는 영향의 중요성을 인식하고, 내부환경요소와 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 구체적으로 분석 보완할 필요가 있다는 데 중점을 두고자 하였다. 여행업 교육훈련에 대한 재정립은 물론 교육훈련에 따른 종업원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향력에 대한 실증적인 분석을 통해 내부환경과 직무만족과의 연관성을 분석 구축하고, 종업원의 잠재능력 개발의 중요성을 인식함과 동시에 직무만족에 도움이 될 수 있는 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 실증적인 분석결과로 여행업 종업원 교육훈련은 여행업 종업원들의 교육훈련동기와 성취욕구, 능력이 항상 갖추어지고, 여행업체 상사나 동료의 지원 또는 환경 분위기가 조성이 될 때 종업원의 직무만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 여행업체의 조직내부환경 개선은 물론 여행업과 관련정부기관에서도 종업원 교육훈련의 중요성을 인지하고, 교육훈련에 장기적인 투자와 지원으로 적극적인 전문교육훈련체계 실시가 무엇보다도 필수적이라 본다.

Effects of Individual Difference on Organizational Difference: Perceived Training Effectiveness Model for Organizational Performance

  • Our study is trying to investigate the perceived training effectiveness by applying the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) and intend to examine the effects of individual differences on perceived training effectiveness and performance of individuals. The main purpose is to evaluate the perceived training effectiveness, and role of individual differences in terms of learning. The results of this study supported all the hypothesis that participants with higher level of creative self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, creativity and emotional intelligence (EI) will have greater inclinations to learn. Results showed that perceive training effectiveness is positively related to training transfer and training transfer increase the performance of individuals. Study results significantly agree with the theory of planned behavior (TPB) which was applied to measure the perceived training effectiveness and suggest trainee's perception of usefulness, ease and benefits enhance learning dimensions of participants that make any program effective. The study has highlighted a number of issues that influence the perceived training effectiveness.

An Evaluation of Transfer of Training Effects on Nuclear Power Plant MCR Operators

  • Objective: The aim of this study sets factors from previous research known to impact transfer effects as the independent variables, and examines their relationship with the dependent variables, near transfer effects and far transfer effects. Background: Transfer of Training refers to the application of what learners acquire knowledge and skills in training programs to their job. The ultimate goal of training is to apply what employees learn in training sessions to their workplace. In this sense, transfer of training has been a vital concern for training effectiveness. For training to be effective, trainees(learners) should be able to use what they learn in training program back on the job. Method: For this research purpose, this study conducted a survey on 170 nuclear operators in nuclear education and training center. Of these, survey result from the 167 recruits were sampled. Theoretical model of this study is based on Holton & Baldwin's(2003) distance model of transfer effects. This study sets transfer effects(near transfer, far transfer) as the main dependent variables. Meanwhile, the independent variables are trainee characteristics, training characteristics, organizational transfer climate. Each independent variable has subordinate variables. Subordinate variables of trainee characteristics are self-efficacy, motivation to learn, motivation to transfer and ability to transfer. Subordinate variables of training characteristics are training contents, ability of trainers, training design, training climate. The last Subordinate variables of organizational transfer climate are support of supervisors, support of peer, support of organization. Conclusion: As a analysis result, trainee characteristics appeared to be in effect only significant influence near far transfer of training, the effect of the far transfer of training, there is no significant. In addition, the training characteristics appeared to be having a significant influence on near and far transfer effects. Organizational transfer climate appeared to be having a significant influence on near and far transfer effects. Finally, near transfer effect appeared to be having a significant influence on far transfer effects. Application: Results of this analysis in the study to training organization and training characteristics of the transition environment effects on nuclear power institutions and operators training organization having a significant impact that says. The transfer of knowledge and technology, as well as that can be applied to a new situation in terms of education and training are important characteristics.

대학생의 보디빌딩 참여하는(웨이트 트레이닝 참여) 동기가 심리적 반응을 통한 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of College Students' Motivation to Participate in Bodybuilding (Participation in Weight Training) on Behavioral Intention through Psychological Repulsion)

  • 웨이트 트레이닝 즉, 보디 빌딩에 관심이 증가하였으나 대학생들을 대상으로 참여 동기, 행동 의도에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 하여 보디 빌딩 참여 동기를 살펴보고 그 와중에 발생하는 심리적 반응을 매개하여 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 방법은 2023년 5월 30일부터 6월 10일까지 온라인 설문을 통해 이용자 250명을 대상으로 설문지를 실시하였고, 총 232부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대학생의 웨이트 트레이닝을 참여하는 동기 중 건강지향형, 자기개발형은 자발적 수용에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 웨이트 트레이닝 참여 동기 중 가정지향형은 기회주의적 수용에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 자발적 수용은 학습성과에 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 기회주의적 수용은 학습성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 대학생들의 신체적 건강을 증진하는 데 요인적 및 정책적 이해에 도움이 될 수 있으리라 본다.
