초등학교 고학년생의 이물질에 의한 완전기도폐쇄 응급처치 실기교육이 학습동기, 응급처치 지식과 기술에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Complete Airway Obstruction Maneuver Training Program on the Learning Motivation, Knowledge and Skill of Choking Management)

  • The purpose of this study was to develope the Complete Airway Obstruction Maneuver Training Program and identify its effects on learning motivation, knowledge and skill of choking management in the primary school students. The subjects for the experimental group of 38 students and the control group of 39 students, all of whom are primary school students in Gwangju, the Republic of Korea. A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used and data were collected from November to December, 2003. During about 2 weeks, 2 times for a week with 80 minutes at a time, the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program was conducted in the experimental group. Experimental data were analyzed through SPSS/win 11.0 PC+, and the tests examining general characteristics between the experimental group and the control group were conducted through $x^2$-test. Fisher's exact probability test and t-test, and identifying the effect of the complete airway obstruction Maneuver training program was analysed through t-test and ANCOVA. The results of the study were as follows: 1. After intervention on the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program, Learning motivation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. 2. After intervention on the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program, knowledge of choking management the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(F=223.637, p=.000). 3. After intervention on the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program, skill of choking management the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=46.800, p=.014). These findings suggest that the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program can facilitate learning motivation, knowledge and skill of choking management in the primary school students. Therefore it is considered that the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program can be utilized as a effective way to implement the 7th national curriculum for creative extra-activities.

재직자를 대상으로 한 패션교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 관한 연구: 자기효능감과 직무열의의 조절효과 (A Study on the Performance of Educational Fashion Training Program for Employed Learners: Moderating Effects of Self-efficacy and Job Engagement)

  • This study examines whether any correlation exists amongst participative motivation in an educational fashion training program, participants' program satisfaction and performance. In addition, this study investigates the moderating effect of participants' self-efficacy and job engagement in the influence of participative motivation on program satisfaction. Questionnaire data from 212 employed learners who participated in one or more educational fashion training programs were analyzed. For the data analysis, SPSS 24.0 statistical package was used. The study results were as follows. First, the participative motives of the educational fashion training program were grouped into the following three factors: goal-oriented, learning-oriented, and organizational support. Second, learning-oriented participative motivation positively affected their program satisfaction. Third, higher program satisfaction led better program performance. Fourth, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of learning-oriented participative motivation on satisfaction according to self-efficacy. Fifth, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of goal-oriented participative motivation on satisfaction according to vigor. Even if the participative motivation in an educational fashion training program predicts the program satisfaction, the strength is changed by interacting with the self-efficacy and vigor. The results of the study provide various implications for educators or policy makers who are interested in educational fashion training program development.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the behavioral factors affecting the security attitude and intention to use biometrics password based on the protection motivation theory. This study also investigates security awareness training to understand trust, privacy, and security vulnerability regarding biometric authentication password. This empirical analysis reveals security awareness training boosts the protection motivational factors that affect on the behavior and intention of using biometric authentication passwords. This study also indicates that biometric authentication passwords can be used when the overall belief in a biometric system is present. After all, security awareness training enhances the belief of biometric passwords and increase the motivation to protect security threats. The study will provide insights into protecting security vulnerability with security awareness training.

  • This study aims to add insight into the effectiveness of e-training, e-leadership, work-life balance, and work motivation on millennial generation employees' performance in today's work life amid the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic that requires to work more online. Unlike previous generations, millennials are technology-literate, intent on succeeding quickly, give up easily, and seek instantaneous gratification. The population in this study are millennial generation employees at one of Honda motorcycle dealers in Jakarta, Indonesia. The number of samples collected was 200. The sampling technique used is the side probability method, with proportional random sampling technique. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach through survey methods and Structural Equation Modeling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to millennial generation employees, with results then processed through the Lisrel 8.5 program. The results of this study show, first, that e-training, e-leadership, and work-life balance have positive effect on work motivation. Second, e-training, e-leadership, work-life balance, and work motivation have positive effect on employees' performance. The findings indicate that companies must pay attention to the factors of e-training, e-leadership, and work-life balance to keep employees motivated and to maintain optimal employee performance, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic through working online.

The Influence of Organizational Justice on Employees' Motivation to Participate in Training: A Quality System Perspective on Human Resource Practices

  • This study sought to examine the effect of three (distributive, procedural, and interactional) justice perceptions in predicting employees' motivation to participate in training activities. On the basis of theoretical linkages between the constructs, full mediation and partial mediation models by perceived benefits of training were developed. The models were tested using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) on responses from 302 employees of three wireless operators in the Republic of Korea. The results showed the partial-mediation model is a dominant model. It also confirmed that interactional justice directly influence motivation to participate in training, whereas procedural justice influence the variable through perceived benefits of training. Furthermore, limitations and implications of the current study and directions for future work are discussed.

중국 체인 호텔의 교육 훈련 후 동기 부여와 자기실현이 경력 유효성 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 중국 Sheraton Shenzhen Hotel을 중심으로 - (The Impact of Motivation and Self-Activation on Career Effectiveness and Employee Satisfaction upon Completion of Employee Training Programs of a Chain Hotel in China - A Case Study of Sheraton Sheraton Hotel in China -)

  • 본 연구에서는 중국 소재 체인 호텔의 교육 훈련 프로그램이 동기 부여와 경력 유효성과 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계와 교육 훈련 후 자기실현이 경력 유효성과 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 중국의 체인 호텔 교육 프로그램과 중국인 호텔 종사원의 교육적 성과에 대한 학문적 이해를 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌 연구와 실증 연구를 병행하였는데, 실증 연구에 대해서는 중국 심천 소재의 Sheraton Shenzhen Hotel에 근무하는 종사원들을 대상으로 조사하였다. 이러한 연구를 위해 4개의 가설을 설정하였다. 연구 가설 1은 교육 훈련에 대한 동기 부여가 경력 유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구 가설 2는 교육 훈련에 대한동기 부여가 직원 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구 가설 3은 교육 훈련 후 자기실현이 경력 유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구 가설 4는 교육 훈련 후 자기실현이 직원 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 결과에 따르면 교육 훈련은 동기 부여(p-value 0.003)와 자기실현(p-value 0.036)에 긍정적인 영향을 마침을 나타내었다. 또한 교육 훈련 후 자기실현이 경력 유효성(p-value 0.000)과 직원 만족(p-value 0.020)에도 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 중국 체인 호텔의 교육 프로그램은 성공적임을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 본 연구에서는 교육 훈련 프로그램에 대한 성과를 통합적인 관점에서 조사하였고, 결과는 긍정적인 영향을 보임을 알 수 있었지만, 교육 훈련을 세분화하여 어떤 교육 훈련 프로그램이 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는지 까지는 파악하지 못한 아쉬운 부분이 있다. 국내 호텔 대상의 연구 결과들과의 차이점은 직원 만족은 이직 의도를 감소하는 것으로 나타났으나, 중국 호텔 직원들을 대상으로 한 본 연구 결과는 그렇지 않음을 보여주었다.

2014오송국제바이오산업엑스포 자원봉사자의 참여동기가 참여만족에 미치는 영향 : 교육훈련의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Impact of Participation Motivation of 2014 Osong International Bio Industry Expo Volunteers on their Participation Satisfaction : Focus on Moderating Effects of Education and Training)

  • 본 연구는 2014 오송 국제바이오 산업엑스포에 참여한 자원봉사자를 대상으로 하여 자원봉사자의 참여동기와 참여만족, 교육훈련이 참여동기와 참여만족 간에 조절효과가 있는지를 분석하여 향후 개최될 메가이벤트를 성공적으로 치러낼 수 있는 시사점을 제공하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구결과 첫째, 참여동기 중 내적보상은 자원봉사 참여만족 6개 구성요인에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여동기 중 외적보상은 자원봉사 참여만족 중 자기성장만족과 교류만족을 제외한 4개 구성요인에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내적보상과 행사업무만족 간에 교육훈련이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 외적보상과 교류만족 간에 교육훈련이 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

조종적성인성검사 문항개발 타당도 연구 (Validity Study of Questionnaire Items of the Pilot Aptitude Personality Test)

  • The pilot aptitude test so far has been conducted with a dichotomous concept of cognitive factor and non-cognitive factor, so it was not easy to explain concrete factors about pilot aptitude. Therefore, an integrated approach is needed to construct pilot aptitude test including all factors that can predict pilot aptitude. In previous study, we developed questionnaire items for the Pilot Aptitude Personality Test(PAPT) which can predict the flight training achievement through personality and personal characteristics. And those items were categorized as personality, cognition, and motivation factors. The flight training grades were correlated with all the test factors of the items, and the cognitive factors were high. As a result of the regression analysis, the total score of the three factors together accounted for 16% of the flight training grades. The results of the ANOVA showed that the cognition factors and motivation factors had significant effects on the completion of the flight training. The factors of PAPT predicted not only the completion of the flight training but also the flight performance. This is because the existing paper-pencil pilot aptitude test can only discriminate the flight training completion status. This is also a result of the fact that the introductory flight training consists of various factors including not only basic cognition but also personality and motivation.

  • Recently occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of social, organizational or psychological context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.
