Korean government is carrying out educational training program for the competencies of the construction engineers. However, this training program is insufficient to take advantage of the practice. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the satisfaction and problems of educational programs at training graduates. And we have suggested the improvement directions of educational program. The results of this study, satisfaction of training programs for construction engineers generally was investigated highly. However, this has been underestimated in terms of capacity-building abroad. And there are operational problems including lack of educational programs using in construction site, lack of training program courses in few work sector and lack of graded training program. Therefore, we have proposed the development direction of training program for construction engineers to solve this problem.

This study examines whether any correlation exists amongst participative motivation in an educational fashion training program, participants' program satisfaction and performance. In addition, this study investigates the moderating effect of participants' self-efficacy and job engagement in the influence of participative motivation on program satisfaction. Questionnaire data from 212 employed learners who participated in one or more educational fashion training programs were analyzed. For the data analysis, SPSS 24.0 statistical package was used. The study results were as follows. First, the participative motives of the educational fashion training program were grouped into the following three factors: goal-oriented, learning-oriented, and organizational support. Second, learning-oriented participative motivation positively affected their program satisfaction. Third, higher program satisfaction led better program performance. Fourth, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of learning-oriented participative motivation on satisfaction according to self-efficacy. Fifth, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of goal-oriented participative motivation on satisfaction according to vigor. Even if the participative motivation in an educational fashion training program predicts the program satisfaction, the strength is changed by interacting with the self-efficacy and vigor. The results of the study provide various implications for educators or policy makers who are interested in educational fashion training program development.

Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire Academy(SFA) have only to improve its educational training program as the fire educational training center in Korea. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current educational training program of SFA and measure the relative weight among the hierarchy of disaster management(prevention and mitigation-preparedness-response-recovery) by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The result of this study presents that how many hours must be allocated and set the educational training program with scientific and systematic way of AHP compared the current program of SFA in 2013. And This study is applied to increase access and comprehension about the AHP and will be able to present guideline for the selection of optimal the educational training of SFA to serve Seoul citizens the best Fire services.

Using data from 286 employees who were working in medium and small company in Busan, the study analyzed the influence of educational training program traits perceived by employee on organizational effectiveness and job performance. The main results were as the followings. First, for organizational effectiveness, job relation and objective setting among educational training program traits had statistically significant influence on job satisfaction and involvement in organization after controlling the employee's characteristics. Second, for job performance, after controling the employee's characteristics, job relation, educational method, educational training environment, and objective setting had statistically significant influence on active participation, the improvement of task performance ability and confidence, or professional knowledge improvement. Additionally, among the employee's characteristics, the number of educational training participation was statistically significant predictor for job performance. Based on the main results, some suggestions and the limitations of the study were discussed.

This study aims to develop an educational program in using credit card for undergraduate students. In order to achieve this aim, a processor has been followed. first of all, a fundamental work to select the educational contents was Preceded with a survey of learners' needs, case studies of counselling at Consumer Protection Board, and preceding studies. After choice of educational contents, learners' demands on how to manage the educational program was executed in advance. Second, reflecting the above mentioned educational contents, a concrete educational program was built. Based on the constructed plans, both preliminary training and main training were proceeded. Third, to evaluate the effects of the educational program, the knowledge difference, behaviors and attitude changes were all diagnosed. The result suggested that the educational effect was significant in all evaluations section. At last, final program of using credit cards was completed.

This study was conducted to develop and apply clinical nursing practice training simulation program using Standardized Patient for Nursing Students focused on infectious respiratory disease. This study is descriptive methodological study. Through prior consideration of documents and educational task of infectious respiratory disease was conducted with interview of clinical specialists of infection control managers. Development of educational task for infectious respiratory disease for Nursing Students went through the content validity. Finally, 10 educational tasks are developed 'knowledge of respiratory infections disease', 'hand washing', 'put on mask', 'lead to put on mask to patients and caregiver', 'intravenous injection via 3way', 'surgical aseptic technique', 'sterilization medical instrument', 'management of contaminated linen', 'infected personnel management manual'. The infectious respiratory disease simulation program was developed based on the ADDIE model and proceeded to 4 steps of analysis, design, development, implementation. The infection control education program included lectures (20 min), skill training (20 min), simulation using standardized patient (20 min), and debriefing (40 min), The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics with SPSS program for version 23.0. The results of this study confirmed that the clinical nursing practice training simulation program using standardized patients was effective in infectious respiratory disease of the nursing college students in knowledge of infectious respiratory disease and clinical nursing performance. we found this practical training program for nursing college students to improve knowledge and clinical competency of infection control. we expected that this developed program could be applied to practical training for various infectious control.

Objectives : This study were aimed to estimate the needs for clinical research educational program development focused on oriental medicine. Methods : Department Medical Research of Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine surveyed 204 certified subjects in total by using web-based questionnaires through e-mail from Jan. 17th to Jan. 31th, 2007. Reply from 62 on-line correspondents were collected and statistically analyzed. Results : The number of clinical trial involving oriental medicine continues to increase. According to the survey, many Issues were raised as problems such as difficulty of recruitment, lack of fund and lack of stepped program. Emphasized issues were clinical research methodologies, development of protocols and case report form (CRF), and Regulations including Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) in these three consecutive education training program. Conclusion : The results of this study may contribute to the development of an educational program for oriental medicine, a program that should be taken into consideration for developing practical items, such as, problem-based learnings which reflects participants' actual needs in their works. Also this report be used for future strategy plans and execution of training program for oriental medical clinical trial.

이 연구의 목적은 기술 가정과 교사의 수업과 관련된 교육활동의 효과를 증진시키기 위해서 교사 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구와 조사연구를 통해 기술 가정과 교사 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술 가정과 교사의 수업과 관련된 전문성을 신장시키기 위해 체계화된 교사교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 기술 가정과 교사 교육을 위한 프로그램은 46개 과목과 121개 교육 내용으로 구조화 되었는데, 이러한 교육 프로그램은 교육과학기술부, 시도교육청 및 대학 등의 교사 재교육 기관에서 교사 교육 프로그램을 구성할 때 활용할 가치가 있다. 셋째, 기술 가정과 교사 교육 프로그램의 교육 내용에 대한 교육요구도를 분석한 결과 '기술 가정과 교사로서의 전문성 계발 활동', '다양한 평가도구의 제작', '효과적인 발문 전략' 및 '학습의욕을 높이는 기술' 순으로 교육요구도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 기술 가정과 교사 교육 프로그램에서는 이러한 교육 내용을 중요하게 다루어야 하며 추후 교사 교육 프로그램을 개발할 때 고려할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 일학습병행 사업관계자 직무연수 참여자 2,543명의 교육훈련 만족도 조사 결과를 활용하여 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자를 주 대상으로 한 교육훈련의 성과분석을 진행하고, 교육과정 효과성 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련은 매우 높은 수준의 학습자 만족도를 나타내 성공적인 교육훈련을 제공한 것으로 평가되었다. 교육과정 운영 현황 및 교육 참여자 특성은 학습자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 강사·주제·시설환경·운영 측면의 만족은 모두 교육과정 만족에 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
