다중가시점 문제해결을 위한 접근방법: 지형요소를 이용한 비교 분석을 중심으로 (Solution Approaches to Multiple Viewpoint Problems: Comparative Analysis using Topographic Features)

  • 본 논문은 가시권역의 최대화를 만족하는 가시권 분석에 있어 지형요소가 어떻게 이용될 수 있으며 이러한 최적 다중 가시점 탐색 문제에 있어 지형요소의 이용이 얼마나 효과적인지를 살펴보는 연구이다. 이를 위하여 다양한 지형상태를 반영하는 지역의 DEM 자료와 각 DEM자료에 대한 지형요소 (peak, pass, pit)의 특정을 반영한 여섯 종류의 탐색방법을 제시하고 전통적인 공간 휴리스틱 (spatial heuristic)과의 비교 분석 (계산 시간과 총 가시권역 크기)을 통해서 지형요소를 이용한 방법의 효율성과 적용 가능성을 살펴보았다. 연구결과로써, 가시구역의 중복을 최소화하기 위해 제시된 버퍼링을 이용한 방법의 경우, 비록 공간 휴리스틱 방법에 비해 적은 가시구역 면적을 제시하였지만, 컴퓨팅 시간적인 측면에서 많은 이점을 제공하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 또한 연구지역의 DEM상의 각각의 개별 그리드 셀을 대상으로 전체 DEM에 대해 계산된 가시구역을 이용한 방법의 경우, 비록 부가적인 계산 시간이 소요됨에도 불구하고 단순한 지형요소를 이용한 방법보다 향상된 분석 결과를 제시하였음을 알 수 있다.

중국경극(京劇)의 보전(保全)과 전승(傳承) - '중국경극음배상공정(中國京劇音配像工程)'에 대하여 (The studies on preservation and transmission of Jing-Ju - focused on the 'China Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang project')

  • This writing is about an effort to try to preserve and transmit the materials related to Jing-Ju(京劇) who is the Chinese traditional theatrical art. The plan to preserve the materials of performing arts is very important because its collection and preservation about them are much more particular than other genres. China got the great results in this field because of China Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang (中國京劇音配像) project. Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang project is a kind of project to restore and preserve the materials which reproduced Jing-Ju repertoire by inserting the performance method of Yinpeixiang (音配像: put together images to sounds) by later actors and actresses of Jing-Ju in recordings of 1950s to 1960s by remained famous ones. Also, this is the large scale culture project that more than 170 institutions and more than 3000 persons participated in during the total 21 years that it first started in 1985 and was completed in the end of 2006. Thanks to this project, China got to have the almost perfect materials which reproduced live performances to add the images of junior actors and actresses who accurately imitated performances of 115 famous actors and actresses including each type of role, schools and great actors from 1907 to the end of 20th century in their voices. This is the only method to restore the materials in this world and very creative. It's been 15 years since TV broadcasting first showed its fruition to Chinese people. The Chinese government gave the positive judgement on this project and prepared to hold the big event which celebrated itself this year. But very little is known of this process and there is no any study in Korea. This writing tried to clarify what Jing-Ju Yinpeixiang project is, what it has meant to Chinese people and what results it has gotten after it's been 15 years since the first show was on TV.

전통공연예술인의 감정노동에 관한 연구 (An Study on the Emotional Labor of Traditional Performing Artists)

  • 본 연구는 공연 활동에서 자신의 감정을 숨기고 통제하는 전통공연예술인의 감정노동과 그 감정노동의 구성요소 및 특성을 파악하고자 전통공연예술인을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰하고 Giorgi의 분석방법으로 분석한 문화기술지 연구이다. 분석결과 첫째, 전통공연예술인의 감정노동을 야기하는 요소는 공연 중 외부적·내부적인 요소로 나눌 수 있다. 외부적 요소는 관객의 감정을 끌어내기 위해 감정을 만들어 내거나 억누르며 자신의 감정과는 다른 다양한 감정을 표현함에 따라 발생하였다. 또한 공연 장소와 공연 형태, 관객의 반응에 따라 감정노동이 발생하였다. 내부적 요소는 공연을 통해 관객을 만족시키기 위해 자발적으로 열정을 쏟아 공연에 임하며 실수에 대한 부담감과 관객 만족에 대한 부담감을 안고 있었다. 둘째, 공연 후 지속되는 복합적인 감정들이 감정노동의 후유증으로 남기도 한다. 셋째, 조직생활에서 비롯된 감정노동 요소가 영향을 주었으며, 이로 인하여 이직이나 퇴사를 고려하기도 하였다. 넷째, 예술인이라는 특수성으로 인해 사회에서 받는 부정적인 인식과 현대예술과 전통예술과의 차별과 편견, 관행으로 인해 발생하는 감정노동이다. 연구결과 전통공연예술인들은 개인의 취미 활동, 동료들과의 수다 등으로 감정노동을 해소하고 있었으며, 직업적 감정노동을 감정노동으로 인식하지 못하고 당연하게 받아들이고 있었다. 본 연구는 전통공연예술인의 감정노동에 관한 연구로서 공연예술인을 감정노동자로 인식하고 감정노동의 구성요소와 특성을 분석한 기초연구로써 연구 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

창작 음악극의 무대의상 연구 - 국악칸타타 '나는 일어나리라'를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Stage Costumes of Creative Musical Play - Focusing on the Korean Traditional Music Cantata 'I Will Rise' -)

  • This study proposes a process to design and analyze stage costumes by design elements for the costumes of the Korean traditional music cantata 'I Will Rise'. This study states fundamental references to make costumes of similar performances in the future and develop costume designs based on the format of a play. The findings are as follows. First, the costume production process of 'I Will Rise' is conducted in the order of directing intentions and script analysis, costume design, miniature production, costume production, costume modification, run, and post-production. Second, an overall Korean silhouette is expressed through the creation of costumes based on the construction of Korean traditional clothing (hanbok); however, from a detail perspective, a modernistic sensitivity is expressed through the use of modern elements (wing shoulders attached to shoulders, narrow ribbons made in a string form, and wristlets and belts) not found in hanboks. Third, tie-dying is applied to the costume colors of each character to highlight the traditional and unique feeling of dye and symbolic colors that effectively represent each role used to communicate the storyline and character emotions to the audience. Fourth, materials for costumes are cotton and linen (frequently used to create the texture of a Hanbok) as the costume of each character is emphasized to the use of additional and detailed materials such as artificial leather, hemp, and silk.

이매방 살풀이춤[중요무형문화재 제 97호] 복식 연구 (A Study on the Yi Mae-Bang's Salpurichum Costume)

  • It goes without saying that Yi Mae-Bang, as the sole owner of two of the intangible cultural assets including No. 27 Seungmu in 1987 and No. 97 Salpuri Chum, is a top-notch Korean traditional dancer. Moreover, in regards to traditional clothing, he is also known as the only traditional dancer who directly performs on stage as well as analyzes traditional clothing in order to apply them into his own dance performances by designing and producing them to meet his artistic spirit. In order to examine how Yi Mae-Bang's unique and creative stage clothing was developed, and what kind of process it went through to possess its unique style, which draws the attentions of people with its harmony of beauty and dance, this research first examined the change of the composition through the yearly picture data. Before 1984, the composition of the Salpuri Chum clothes changed by putting on 'Jeogori' on the 'Mudong-Bok' without the 'Kweia' (sleeveless), and in 1999 'Mudong-Bok' became widened with the decoration of embroidered hem making it more attractively colorful. after 2000 it became more splendidly adorned by embroidering hem on widened Mudong-Bok and tucking 'Kweja' in the layers which created silhouette like a dress that is seemingly wider and luxuriant than a skirt. One of notable features of Yi Mae-Bang's Salpuri is that its cloth and cuff ribbons are lightly colored in different colors enclosing the tip part. As for the ribbons, it was also changed as time went by from direct-cutting of the cloth just like the A-line of Mudong-Bok to drawing a diagonal line less than 5cm above the ribbon and 8cm below the ribbon so that it takes the form of getting widened as it gets to the lower part, and its length was also elongated in proportion to that of the bottom of Mudong-Bok.

IP곡예 무대극 '몽지려(梦之旅)'를 통해 본 중국문화산업의 함의 (The Implications of the Chinese Cultural Industry in the Stage of an IP Acrobatic Stage Drama 'Mongjiryeo')

  • 본 연구는 중국의 전통문화를 대표하는 곡예를 현대사회 흐름에 부합하는 무대극으로 창작하여 대내외적 공연을 통해 호평을 얻은 IP곡예무대극 '몽지려'의 성공적인 요인을 인문콘텐츠학적 분석방법을 통해 중국문화산업이 갖는 함의를 알아보고자 함에 있다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국의 문화산업은 정부의 적극적 진흥정책과 거대 내수시장을 토대로 양적 및 질적으로 성장 발전하였다. 둘째, 전통 문화인 곡예 및 의상에 대한 도전과 변화를 통해 현대 무대극으로서 창작적 표준제시 및 실용적 경험공유를 시도하였다. 셋째, 전통문화의 개혁 및 혁신적인 변화 속에서 동양적 인문사상과 감정을 투입하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 인문학적 관점에서 다양한 자유로운 해석과 확대를 가능하게 할 것이다. 그리고 중국전통문화원형에 대한 분석과 접근 방법을 활용한 신문화 창조 연구를 위한 참고 자료에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Research on the Power Sharing Control and Stability of VSGs

  • Aiming at the deficiencies of power sharing control performances when a traditional droop control is adopted for microgrid inverters, this paper proposes a microgrid inverter power sharing control strategy based on a virtual synchronous generator. This control method simulates the electromechanical transient characteristics of a synchronous generator in a power system by an ontology algorithm and the control laws of a synchronous generator by control over the speed governor and excitation regulator. As a result, that the microgrid system is able to effectively retain the stability of the voltage and frequency, and the power sharing precision of the microgrid inverter is improved. Based on an analysis of stability of a microgrid system controlled by a virtual synchronous generator, design thoughts are provided for further improvement of the power sharing precision of inverters. The simulation results shows that when the virtual synchronous generator based control strategy was adopted, the power sharing performances of microgrid inverters are improved more obviously than those using the droop control strategy.

  • Proton exchange membrane is the key material for proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC). Currently widely-used perfluorosulfonic acid membranes have some disadvantages, such as low thermal stability, easy swelling, excessive crossover of methanol and high price etc. Other membranes, including sulfonated polymer, radiation grafted membranes, organic-inorganic hybrids and acid-base blends, do not satisfy the criteria for PEMFC, which set a barrier to the development and commercialization of PEMFC. Pore-filling type proton exchange membrane is a new proton exchange membrane, which is formed by filling porous substrate with electrolytes. Compared with traditional perfluorosulfonic acid membranes, pore-filling type proton exchange membranes have many advantages, such as non- swelling, low methanol permeation, high proton conductivity, low cost and a wide range of materials to choose. In this research, preparation methodology of pore-filling membranes by particularly using all hydrocarbon polymers and fuel cell performances with the membranes are evaluated.

무용의상 디자인의 조형적 특성에 관한 연구-한국창작무용을 중심으로- (A Study on the Formative Characteristic of Dance Costume Design -Based on Korean Creative Dance-)

  • The purpose of this study is clarify the formative characteristic of dance costume design and analyse stage effect based upon the formative factors. Classified design element of dance costumes by line, silhouette, color, material, lighting, and also this based on content analysis method about each formative factor of costumes that showed 10 dance performances which practically be performed and made. And individually interviewed the professional dance composers and dancers who participated in the performances fer objectivity and specialty of this study. The results were as follows; 1. Dance costume contains and harmoniously expresses theme of a dance work, formative characteristic of fashion design, movement and character of the dancers, lighting effect. 2. Korean creative dance costume is effectively expressed with formative factors of traditional costumes and modem sensibility and symbolic expression of image-centered. 3. Costume line is affected by dancer's movement and it's possible to be different effect that the atmosphere or stage effect by the original form of line and the expression method. 4. Costume color is effective to inform that dancer's character and image of a dance work. 5. Costume material is most important to consider that the dancers and the atmosphere and the image of a dance work. 6. Lighting effect can inform various feel of dancer's dance.

The Competencies of Sellers in e-Commerce and Innovative Sales Activities for Sales Performance

  • Purpose: This study aims to identify the core competency of sellers on their sales performance in the context of e-commerce, and to verify the mediating effect of innovative sales activities. Research design, data, methodology: A questionnaire survey was carried out to 200 sellers in e-commerce. Exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis for Cronbach's Alpha were performed to verify the validity and reliability of the and the regression analyses of 5,000 bootstrap samples were carried out to test hypotheses. Results: Based on the analysis, the elements of competencies of sellers in e-commerce such as self-control, trust-building, social interaction skills were positively related to the innovative sales activities and sales performances. Innovative sales activities also affected sales performances. Indirect effects of competencies of sellers on sales performance via innovative sales activities were partially effective depending on variables that brought practical implications. From a practical perspective, the valid competencies found in this study may be applied for the recruitment and selection of sellers. Conclusion: This study shed light on theories of e-commerce sales and sales practices by examining the competencies of sellers in e-commerce compared to those of traditional sellers and by revealing innovative sales activities as the effective mediator for sales performance.
