재생 유휴산업시설의 플레이스 브랜딩 방법 분석 (An Analysis of the Place Branding Methods for Regenerated Idle Industrial Facilities)

  • This study aims to suggest the place branding methods applicable for regenerated idle industrial facilities. The place branding methods were analyzed by separating into hard branding methods and soft branding methods, and the results of the study are as follows: As for the hard branding methods, the exterior, outer wall materials and interior materials of the building and industrial equipment are preserved to revive the historicity of the building. In order to organize a differentiated space, it is important to create the convenience space such as cafes, experience space, lounge, and restaurants as well as the space for the operation of the programs. The building itself is utilized as a landmark or the iconic facility such as the winding tower or chimney is utilized as a landmark. As the methods of introducing natural elements, there is a need to create the resting space, law area and water space where trees can be planted and landscape can be viewed, and the development of tourism products utilizing the peripheral resources and the link of programs are also important. As for the soft branding methods, the provision of programs where a variety of art genres and the sense of place are reflected and the programs linked to the region is needed, and the story of place can be shared by storytelling utilizing the work and programs reflecting the sense of place. In addition, the content development and physical improvement of facilities reflecting the needs of visitors and the establishment of the organic collaboration system of a variety of subjects are needed for the sustainability of place.

유아용품 전시박람회의 서비스스케이프가 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Servicescape on Purchasing Behavior : A Case of Baby Goods Exhibition)

  • Purpose - The exhibition is one of the critical distribution channels that leads to mass sales of products. Servicescape is considered as an effective means facilitating consumers' purchasing behavior. The objective of this research is to examine the effects of servicescape of the exhibition on consumer's purchasing behavior measured by time spent, the number of consultations, the number of items purchased, and amount of money spent. Research design, data, and methodology - Servicescape was divided into four main components: 'spatial layout/functionality', 'ambient condition', 'design/artifacts', and 'human factor'. Based on previous studies, this study hypothesized that servicescape dimensions first influence consumer's shopping duration and the number of consultations which in turn, affects consumer's actual purchase. A total of 407 samples were collected from attendees in Baby Expo taken place in Kyunggido, South Korea. The data were used to assess overall fit of the proposed model and test hypotheses using structural equation modeling. All the constructs had acceptable levels of composite reliability and convergent and discriminant validity. Results - The results showed that except for 'spatial layout/functionality', all components of servicescape had a significant influence on consumer's shopping duration in the exhibition. Except for 'design/artifacts', other factors of servicescape did not show a significant effect on 'the number of consultations'. Interestingly, 'design/artifacts' exerted a significant negative effect on 'the number of consultations'. As expected, 'time spent' and 'number of consultations' showed significant effects on both 'the number of items purchased' and 'amount of money spent'. Conclusions - The results offer some insights into the effect of servicescape on facilitating consumers' purchasing behavior in the context of the exhibition. Theoretically, this study provides a new type of conceptual framework that verifies the relationships between not only servicescape and purchasing behavior, but also purchasing behavior-related variables. In addition, this study supports the concept of a dark side of servicescape. With regards to practical implications, this study suggests that exhibition organizers should put more efforts in facilitating consumer's desire to stay. More importantly, organizers need to keep in mind that excessive emphasis on 'design/artifacts' to increase consumers' shopping duration can cause a side effect that reduces opportunities for interactions with customers.

한국을 재방문하는 외래 관광객의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Repeat Foreign Tourists to Korea)

  • 본 연구는 한국을 재방문하는 외래 관광객의 특성을 분석하였다. 한국을 재방문하는 외래 관광객의 특성을 분석한 결과 인구통계학적 특성에 있어서 외래 관광객의 방문 횟수에 따라 성별, 나이, 국가별로 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 여행 특성에 있어서는 외래 관광객의 방문 횟수에 따라 여행형태, 동반자수, 방문 목적, 이용 숙박 시설, 주요 방문지, 방문 권역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 여행지출 경비에 있어서는 외래 관광객의 방문횟수에 따라 1인당 개별 숙박비, 1인당 본인 거주국 지불 경비에서, 만족도에 있어서는 외래 관광객의 방문 횟수에 따라 출입국 절차, 대중교통, 숙박, 음식, 쇼핑, 관광지 매력, 관광 안내 서비스, 치안에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 여행 후 행동의도 및 이미지 평가에 있어서는 외래 관광객의 방문 횟수에 따라 향후 3년 내 재방문 의향, 타인 추천 의향, 여행 전 한국 이미지, 여행 후 한국 이미지에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 외래 관광객의 재방문율을 높이기 위해서는 이러한 특성을 고려한 관광 상품을 개발하는 것이 관광 수익을 극대화 하는데 필요하다.

개발제한구역의 농촌마을 개발 전략 수립을 위한 주민수요조사 분석 - 대청호변 마을을 중심으로 - (A Study on Residents Needs Survey and Analysis for Rural Village Development Planning - With Villages on Surrounding Area of Daecheong Dam -)

  • This paper aims to develop a revitalized strategy for Daecheongdong district located on surrounding area of Daecheong dam, which general development projects are restricted by the acts of Green-belt area and Water supply protection zone. The study area consists of 13 villages in Donggu, Daejeon city. This study performed not only survey of amenity and human resources in the whole study area, but also development of new strategy integrating $1^{st}$, $2^{nd}$, and $3^{rd}$ industries for agriculture with potential. In the sample survey to 11% of village people, the new strategy was accepted positively with 88% of Understanding and 65% of Agreement in answer. The composition plans of farming association and total brand in the study area were agreed by 30% of residents with strong opinion. Representative groups of people living in Donggu, outside of the study area, have also positive opinion of 86% for Purchasing of agricultural products, 89% of Experience tourism, and 61% of Corporation for the study area, which the answering rate was 11% among 326 people. Finally, this study also investigated the corresponding Acts on performing of the new projects extracted in this study.

지역사회서비스 네트워크 모형 개발을 위한 실태조사 - 농촌건강장수마을을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Actual Condition of Community-Oriented Services, Focusing on Senior Well-Being Villages)

  • This study conducted research on the actual state of community-oriented services for elderly rural inhabitants and their desire related to them to develop a local community service network model suitable to the characteristics of rural longevity villages. The research was conducted on 906 elderly people over 65 living in 20 rural longevity villages through questionnaires assessing filming and economy, economic activity, health care, learning and leisure activities as well as asking their wants and needs relative to local community services. As a result, it was found rural elderly people showed a high desire for local community services such as health, transportation and economy activity. In addition, they were mainly cultivating farm products as their economic activity and showed a high demand in the future as well. Most were found to take a walk in the healthcare field and showed a high demand for health examinations, health education, health consulting, hot spring bathing and basking in the woods. Respecting learning, social and leisure activities, they were mostly found to watch TV and do house chores, and showed a high desire for village environment repair, traditional farm music, visiting and tourism. With the above results, it is expected that the desire of rural elderly for such services can be satisfied, and the development of a local community service network model suitable to the characteristic of a local community is recommended.

아마씨 분말을 첨가 스펀지케이크의 품질 및 항산화 활성 (Quality and Antioxidant Properties of Sponge Cake added with Flaxseed Powder)

  • The study produced a functional sponge cake added with 0~20% proportion of excellently functional flaxseed powder aimed at obtaining basic data for the possibility to develop new products through a physiochemical properties assessment and a sensual assessment of the product. The water content was the lowest in the control, at 27.63%, and the 5~20% water content following the increase in added flaxseed powder failed to display a significant difference (p<0.05). The pH of the dough was 6.77~6.44, and displayed a significant difference according to the added amount of flaxseed powder (p<0.05). The specific weight of the dough appeared to be 0.40~0.51, and displayed a significant increase according to the added amount of flaxseed powder. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of the sponge cake added with flaxseed powder was 12.8%, and the plot added with flaxseed powder displayed a significantly higher percentage of 22.34~55.57% than the control plot. Crumb color change had increased values for value a and value b, and a significantly decreased L value. Texture significantly increased according to the increase in hardness, gumminess, chewiness, and cohesiveness, while springiness significantly decreased. Sensual assessment displayed a high preference for the 10% flaxseed powder additive plot in all items including appearance, taste, color, flaror, softness, and overall acceptability. The assessment of physiochemical properties and sensuality of the sponge cake added with flaxseed powder revealed that 10% flaxseed powder is suitable as the optimum proportion.

도시민 대상 귀산촌 교육 요구도 분석 (The Educational Needs Analysis on Migration to Mountains Area by City Dwellers)

  • 본 연구는 귀산촌 교육프로그램을 기획하고 실행하는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 산촌으로 이주를 희망하는 도시민들을 대상으로 귀산촌 교육 요구도를 조사 분석 하였다. 2014년 산촌미리살아보기캠프에 참여한 80명의 교육생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과, 중규모(20-40명)의 인원을 대상으로 한 합숙 및 현장 체험형 교육에 대한 요구도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 실제 산촌의 특성을 잘 알고, 이주 경험이 있는 교육 강사에 대한 요구도가 높게 나타났다. Borich 요구도 공식과 IPA 분석법을 활용하여 교육 내용에 대해 분석한 결과, 임야 토지확보, 임산물 재배관리, 성공사례방문실습, 산촌관광 등 이주 후 삶을 지속하기 위해 주거지를 확보하고 경제 활동에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있는 교육에 대한 요구도가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 하지만 보다 효율적인 귀산촌 교육을 위해서는 실제 지역에서 적응하고 있는 귀산촌인들을 대상으로 추가 조사를 진행하여 지역 정착에 필요한 다각적인 교육내용과 지원방식에 대한 논의가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

일부 군인들의 식행동 및 식습관과 군대급식에 대한 만족도와 기호도 조사 (A Survey of Satisfaction and Preference for Military Meal Service and Food Behaviors and Food Habits of Some Military Personnel)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate satisfaction and preference for current military meal service and food behaviors and food habits of some military personnel in Chunchen and Wonju of the Kwangwon area. The results are as follows. In the anthropometric survey, average height of the subjects was 175.03 $\pm$ 5.30 cm, average weight was 69.15 $\pm$ 7.74 kg. As a result of surveying satisfaction in the current food service, an item high in satisfaction was adequacy of serving hours, whereas an item of low satisfaction was diversity of menu. The item of food service improvement needs of the subjects were in order more variety of menu, nutrition, preference, sanitation, cooking method. As a result of surveying eating behavior of the subjects, most items were high medium response. They preferred soju and relish and also they liked the bokkum cooking method. As a result of surveying food habits of the subjects, items of good habits were regularity of meals, marginal meals, diversity of food intake, dairy and dairy products, avoiding too exciting meals and natural food diet; whereas, items of bad habits were fast food intake, alcohol, smoking, carbonated and caffeine beverages, skipping breakfast. snacks, fatty food intake, yellow or green vegetable intake and fruit and seaweed intake. Following is the result of a survey on the preference of meals by cooking method serving the current military meal service. They liked one-dish meals such as Bokkeumbap, Bibimbap, Tteokguk, whereas, they disliked curryrice, Jajangbap. In case of soup, they liked soup made from meat better than vegetable soup or soup made with fish. Also they liked pot stem better than soup. Generally they liked meals containing meat in most cooking methods. These results suggest that continuous and practical nutrition education to change food habits in military life are necessary to Prevent chronic disease with increasing age.

초음파추출 공정을 이용한 아가위나무 열매의 항산화 활성 증진 (Enhancement of Antioxidant Activities of Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge Fruit by Ultrasonification Extraction Processes)

  • 본 연구에서는 아가위나무 열매를 초음파 공정과 기존의 추출 공정을 비교하여 항산화 증진효과에 대해 연구하였다. 초음파 공정이 기존의 추출공정과 비교해 추출수율이 높게 나타났으며 이는 많은 유용활성 성분이 용출된 것으로 생각된다. 또한, 총 페놀 함량에서는 상온교반추출물보다 초음파 공정을 거친 추출물이 약 2배 정도의 함량 증가를 보였으며, 총 플라보노이드에서도 함량의 증가를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 초음파 고정을 이용해 활성물질들의 파괴없이 초음파의 높은 에너지로 인하여 더 많은 활성물질들을 추출하여 효능의 증대가 이루어질 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 실제적인 천연물 추출공정에서도 유용성분의 초음파추출은 많은 실험을 통하여 확인해야 할 것이며, frequency(kHz)와 intensity(Watt)의 조절, 시간(min)과 온도($^{\circ}C$) 그리고 시료의 형태에 따라 추출효율 및 유용성분의 영향은 다양한 변수에 의하여 편차가 클 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 본 연구에서 수행된 아가위나무 열매의 추출가공 연구는 식품 및 소재 개발 시 기초자료로 이용될 수 있으며 기능성 소재 연구에 충분한 가치가 있다고 판단된다.

축제 앱 사용자를 위한 축제 검색 요인분석 (Festival search factor analysis for festival application users)

  • 본 논문에서는 단조롭고 일률적으로 보여주는 축제 앱의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 문화관광축제 종합 평가 보고서의 만족도 평가항목과 국내 외 학자들의 축제 품질요인을 이용하여 요인분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과 탐색적 요인분석에서 KMO 값은 0.821로서 나타났다. 요인적재치가 기준 이하인 항목은 제거를 하여 축제 검색요인은 접근성, 홍보안내, 행사내용, 축제상품, 먹을거리, 편의시설을 도출하였다. 신뢰도 분석에서는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$(Alpha)값이 0.816으로 나타났다. 확인적 요인분석에서는 카이스케어 검정결과 p값이 0.289로 나타났으며, CMIN/DF 값도 1.100로 나타났다. GFI, AGFI, CFI, NFI, IFI 모두 적합도 기준치인 0.9 이상으로 나타났고 RMSEA 역시 0.018로 나타났다.
