This paper presents an engine oil change warning algorithm based on the test results of a small dip-stick-gage-type engine-oil-deterioration-detection sensor, software to realize the algorithm and a display device to apply the software. The algorithm determines the engine oil deterioration condition from the rate of change in the dielectric constant based on the average measured capacitance at $80^{\circ}C$ after the engine stops. The rate of change in the dielectric constant at the time for oil change correlates with the time that one of recommended warning limits for engine oil physical properties such as TAN (Total Acid Number), TBN (Total Base Number) and viscosity is first reached. At this point, a warning signal for oil change appears on the display device like a smart-phone or individual display device. The frames of smartphone app have three stages. The user can directly input all of the thresholds into the frame of the smartphone app. The screen of the display device comprises one frame for each warning signature with the related message. The user can input the thresholds to the device through a USB cable connected to a personal computer.
Project implementation plan is a blueprint that confirms project performance activities and specifies required man-hour, period and resource imput ratio. Various figures, the results of implementation plan, are predicted through estimation, and because of superiority of objectivity and repeatability, numerical formula-based estimation model is often used overseas. COCOMO model is the representative estimation model whose theories and formulas are publicized and it predicts the total man-hour required for software system development. This model is publicized in "Software Engineering Economics" written by Professor Barry Boehm of the U.S., and is the most widely applied numerical formula-based estimation model. This study is conducted to provide a series of methods that are optimal for KTDS environment by choosing COCOMO II model among various types of COCOMO models. In establishing implementation plan, COCOMO II model alone is not sufficient, it is necessary to link with and apply standard WBS system and standard man-hour. In establishing specific implementation plan, phased standard WBS system in order of the first phase of all the activities implemented in the project, Activity, Task, and Role, and the man-hour put into this should be distributed according to standard ratio from COCOMO II model's total man-hour. This study provides explainations by establishing standard WBS system and linking with COCOMO II model.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze the dynamic range of motion (ROM) of pelvic and translation of center of mass (COM) when wearing different shoe insole lifts according to leg length discrepancy (LLD) during free speed gait. Methods : Thirty-five healthy adults were participated in this study. Kinematic data were collected using a Vicon motion capture system. Reflective and cluster 40 markers attached to participants lower extremities and were asked to walk in a 6 m gait way under three different shoe lift conditions (without any insole, 1 cm insole, and 2 cm insole). The pelvic ROM and COM translation in three planes were sorted using a Nexus software, and a Visual3D motion analysis software was used to coordinate all kinematic data. Results : There were significantly increased maximal pelvic elevation and total pelvic range in coronal plane when wearing a standard shoe with 2 cm insole lift during gait (p<.05). When wearing a standard shoe with 2 cm insole lift, the total range of the pelvic segment were significantly different in all three motion planes (p<.05). Conclusion : Although LLD of less than 2 cm develops abnormal movement pattern of the pelvis and may cause of musculoskeletal diseases such as low back pain, hip and knee joint osteoarthritis, therefore intensive various physical therapy interventions for LLD are needed.
Scientific evidence shows that ambient air quality is one of the major environmental issues related to human health. The aim of this paper was to provide quantitative data on the short-term impact of air pollution on the mortality and morbidity of people living in Suwon city. There are some studies that have conducted health impacts of the air pollution in Seoul, Korea. However, there are few studies of the health effects on air pollution conducted in satellite cities of the Seoul Metropolitan area. For this reason, we investigated the health effects of air pollution in Suwon city, one of the highly populated satellite cities of Seoul. In order to estimate the short-term mortality impact of air pollution, this study applied the approach suggested by the World Health Organization (WHO), using AirQ2.2.3 software. Daily concentrations of $PM_{10}$, $O_3$, $NO_2$, and $SO_2$ were used to assess human exposure and health effects, in terms of attributable proportion of the health outcome, annual number of excess cases of mortality for all causes, and cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. Among the four considered air pollutants, $PM_{10}$ had the highest health impact on the 1,118,000 inhabitants of Suwon city, causing an excess of total mortality of 105 out of 4,254 in a year. Sulfur dioxide had the least health impact. Ozone and nitrogen dioxide each caused 42.7 and 81.3 excess cases of total mortality in a year. The results are also in line with those of other international studies that apply AirQ software.
This paper addresses the results of HAUSAT-2 radiation environment and effect analyses, including TID and SEE analyses. Trapped proton and electron, solar proton, galactic cosmic ray models were considered for HAUSAT-2 TID radiation environment analysis. TID was analyzed through total dose-depth curve and the radiation tolerance of TID for HAUSAT-2 components was verified by using DMBP method and sectoring analysis. HAUSAT-2 LET spectrum for heavy ion and proton were also analyzed for SEE investigation. SEE(SEU, SEL) analyses were accomplished for MPC860T2B microprocessor and K6X8008T2B memory. It was estimated that several SEUs may occur without SEL during the HAUSAT-2 mission life(2 years). Software Hamming Code EDAC has been implemented to detect and correct the SEU. In this study, all radiation analyses were conducted by using SPENVIS software.
Objectives: This study was conducted by clinical dentistry hygienists to develop knowledge measurement tools and evaluate knowledge necessary to cope with emergencies related to systemic diseases occurring in dentistry. Methods: Basic questions were developed on the six most frequently occurring diseases in the dental office: diabetes, syncope, respiratory disease, coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, and epilepsy. Fifty-eight preliminary questions were composed in a survey format through expert validation. The survey was then conducted on 290 dental hygienists to verify the composition validity and reliability. Factor and reliability analyses were performed using the SPSS 23.0 program, and the correct answer rate for each question was calculated. Results: 49 items of a total of 13 factors were adopted as the final items for signs, symptoms, prevention and treatment of five diseases. The question with the highest percentage of correct answers for each question was "Slowly set up the unit chair when raising the patient"(97.9%) during the prevention of unconsciousness and question with the lowest correct answer rate was "soft substances such as cloth should be put in the mouth to prevent trauma while the seizure persists" (16.6%). Conclusions: A total of 49 questions have been developed as tools to measure the knowledge of dental hygienists' first aid related to systemic diseases and it is expected that related curriculum can be operated or evaluated by using them.

Rice is a fundamental staple food commodity all around the world. Globally, it is grown over 167 million hectares and occupies almost 1/5th of total cultivated land under cereals. With a total production of 782 million metric tons in 2018. In Pakistan, it is the 2nd largest crop being produced and 3rd largest food commodity after sugarcane and rice. The stem borers a type of pest in rice and other crops, Scirpophaga incertulas or the yellow stem borer is very serious pest and a major cause of yield loss, more than 90% damage is recorded in Pakistan on rice crop. Yellow stem borer population of rice could be stimulated with various environmental factors which includes relative humidity, light, and environmental temperature. Focus of this study is to find the environmental factors changes i.e., temperature, relative humidity and rainfall that can lead to cause outbreaks of yellow stem borers. this study helps to find out the hot spots of insect pest in rice field with a control of farmer's palm. Proposed system uses temperature, relative humidity, and rain sensor along with artificial neural network to predict yellow stem borer attack and generate warning to take necessary precautions. result shows 85.6% accuracy and accuracy gradually increased after repeating several training rounds. This system can be good IoT based solution for pest attack prediction which is cost effective and accurate.

This study aims to examine the influence of capital structure on the business efficiency of joint stock commercial banks listed on the Vietnamese stock market. The article uses data collected from the financial statements of 15 prominent joint-stock commercial banks out of 27 joint-stock commercial banks listed in Vietnam from 2011 to 2021. The research uses E-view software in quantitative analysis to build regression models to determine the relationship and the impact of capital structure factors on the business efficiency of listed joint stock commercial banks. Research results show that ROA is affected by 2 variables of capital structure. It is the sum of customer deposits to total assets and total liabilities to total equity. Total debt to total equity and total customer deposits to total assets both have a negative effect on ROA. For the regression results of ROA with all control variables, the control variables have a positive relationship with the dependent variable. The article has provided recommendations based on the research findings to determine the proper capital structure. Managers must solve the outstanding amount of mobilized capital in previous years, combined with the bad debt handling activities that have arisen.

This dissertation aims to empirically analyze the effect of cultivation of software industry on the local economy through Inter-regional Software Input-Output Analysis. The temporal range of analysis of effect of software industry on the local economy shall be for the year 2005 since analysis is made on the basis of the Regional Industrial Input-Output Table published by the Bank of Korea in 2005, and spatial domain shall be limited to the 16 metropolitan cities and provinces, which are the standards for each administrative zone. Results of analysis of this dissertation are as follows. Firstly, average inverse matrix coefficient of software industry for each region was computed to be 1.6248, which is lower than the average inverse matrix coefficient of 1.7979 for the entire industries. Secondly, among these, inverse matrix coefficient of software industry for each region on other industry within the same region was 0.1794, which is higher than that of entire industries at 0.1382. However, average inverse matrix coefficients of software industry for each region on self-industry within the same region and entire industries in other regions were found to be 1.0119 and 0.4335, respectively, which is lower than those of entire industries at 1.0982 and 0.5616, respectively. Thirdly, domestic produces induced by final demand items of software industry for each region was the highest for Seoul with 17.3309 trillion Korean won, accounting for 81.0% of the total, followed by Gyeonggi with 2.3370 trillion Korean won, 10.9% of the total. Fourthly, distribution ratios of domestic produces induced by final demand items of software industry for each region were found to be 19.1%, 72.1% and 8.8% with respect to the weight of consumption, investment and export, respectively, thereby illustrating very high level of distribution ratios of domestic produces being induced by investment in comparison to the distribution ratios of domestic produces being induced for the entire industries at 47.3%, 19.8% and 32.9%, respectively.
