치수공차가 고려된 방진마운트의 동특성 예측 (Prediction of Dynamic Characteristics of Rubber Mount far Anti-Vibration Considering the Dimensional Tolerance)

  • With the increase of storage density, high rotational speed and high access technologies in optical disk drive, mechanical issues, mainly noise and vibration, become critical. Up to now the researches of rubber mount for anti-vibration focused on how to calculate the static and the dynamic stiffness of rubber mount and leaved out of consideration of the dimensional tolerance of rubber mount for anti-vibration. This paper presents the effects of dimensional tolerance of rubber mount for anti-vibration on the dynamic characteristics of optical disk drive by finite element analysis and dynamic test. The relation between dimensional tolerance and dynamic characteristics of optical disk drive is observed and discussed.

  • This paper presents a method for tolerance design using the Taguchi Method(TM) and general purpose mechanism analysis program. Also the method is tolerance design with repect to performance improvement of a mechamism. To use the orthogonal array, mathematical model of a mechanism is established and experiments are carried out by the general purpose mechanism analysis program. The contact model is used to consider a clearance effect. This method is applied to the VTR Deck mechanism. This method can be used in tolerance design of general mechanisms.

The relation between dimensional tolerance and dynamic characteristics of optical disk drive is observed and discussed.

2015개정 초등교육과정에 나타난 다문화요소분석 (Analysis of Multicultural Elements in the 2015 Revised Elementary Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this paper was to analyze multicultural elements and propose measures to strengthen them in the 2009and the 2015 school curriculum. Based on Kim Cheong-ha (2015), the multi-cultural guidance elements and Bennett (2003:32-35) the target system and Choi Moo-sung and Kim Soon-ja (2009) were reconstructed and analyzed. Multicultural elements shown in the 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed for cultural diversity, recognition and tolerance, community awareness, and self-identity. The analysis targets analyzed multicultural elements of 'seeking human beings', 'core competences' and 'school organization and operation' during the elementary education curriculum in 2009. As a result of analyzing the multicultural elements of the former primary education process, 'cultural diversity' is 1,Recognition and tolerance'0, community spirit'3, and 'self-reliant'2 total6. In the new elementary school curriculum, 18 were analyzed as 'cultural diversity'1, 'Recognition and tolerance'1, 'community spirit'8, and 'self-identity'8. The first analysis of multi-cultural factors appearing in the new elementary school curriculum should include the addition of multicultural elements 'cultural diversity' and 'cultural diversity area' and 'education and tolerance' to the following: Second, to grow into a balanced multicultural society member, it proposes an enhanced multicultural curriculum in four areas: cultural diversity, recognition and tolerance, ccommunity spirit, and self-identity.

Tolerance Interval Analysis를 이용한 배경화자 없는 간단한 화자인증시스템에 관한 연구 (On the Simple Speaker Verification System Using Tolerance Interval Analysis Without Background Speaker Models)

  • In this paper, we are focused to develop the simplified speaker verification algorithm without background speaker models, which will be adopted in the portable speaker verification system equipped in portable terminals such as mobile phone and PMP. According to the tolerance interval analysis, the population of someone's speaker model can be represented by a suitable number of selected independent samples of speaker model. So we can make the representative speaker model and threshold under the specified confidence level and coverage. Using proposed algorithm with the number of samples is 40, the experiments show that the false rejection rate is $3.0\%$ and the false acceptance rate $4.3\%$, worth comparing to conventional method's results, $5.4\%\;and\;5.5\%$, respectively. Next step of research will be on the suitable adaptation methods to overcome speech variation problems due to aging effect and operating environments.

  • This paper addresses an analytical approach to the mechanical error analysis and tolerance design of a four-bar path generator with lubricated joints. The mobility method is applied to consider lubrication effects and the four-bar path generator is stochastically modeled by using the clearance vector model for methanical error analysis. To show the validity of the proposed method, the mechanical errors obtained by applying the method to a four-bar path generator are compared with those by Monte Carlo simulation. Based on this analytical method, an optimal tolerance design problem is formulated and solved for the four-bar path generator.

라미네이터장비의 부품 치수공차가 가압력 균일도에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험적 분석 (Experimental Analysis for the Effect of Part's Dimensional Tolerance on the Pressing Pressure Uniformity of Laminator Equipment)

  • In this study, we tried to analyze and measure the correlation between the part dimensional tolerance empirically applied by the designer and the final performance of the equipment, which is expressed as the pressing pressure uniformity. For this purpose, the dimensional tolerances and pressing pressure uniformity of eight laminator equipments were measured actually. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was confirmed that the tolerance grade for each dimension determined by the designer was valid. In the case of laminator equipment, the driving parts and the flatness have the largest influence on the uniformity of the pressing pressure.

초등 과학영재와 일반학생의 그릿(Grit)과 학업적 실패내성 및 심리적 안녕감과의 비교 (A Comparison of Grit, Failure Tolerance and Psychological Well-Being between Elementary Science-Gifted and the General Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare Grit, failure tolerance and psychological well-being between elementary science gifted and general students. The subjects of this study were 48 science gifted students and 70 general students in the 5th and 6th grade of elementary school in Gyeonggi province. The results of this study were as follows: First, Grit, failure tolerance and psychological well-being of science gifted students were higher than those of the general students, there was a statistically significant difference. Second, science gifted students showed higher correlation between grit and failure tolerance, grit and psychological well-being than general students. Grit of science gifted students had a positive correlation with all sub-factors of academic failure tolerance and psychological well-being. In general students, there was a positive correlation with all sub-factors of Grit, academic failure tolerance, and psychological well-being except for the emotion sub-factor of academic failure tolerance. Thirdly, as a result of the regression analysis on the elements of failure tolerance affecting the Grit, science gifted students showed emotional factor but general students had behavioral factors. Also, as a sub-factor of psychological well-being on Grit, both science gifted and general students showed autonomy.

  • This thesis is concerned with fault-tolerance of a B-net (Beta-network) which is a kind of interconnection network in the multicomputer system. In this paper, a method for obtaining Maximal Tolerable Fault Set(MTFS) of link line connecting switching elements in the arbitrary B-net is presented. Using this method, it is seen that testing of DFA capability is possible when s-a-faults of link line occur, and criterion for determining degree of fault- tolerance of a B-net in terms of link line is introduced.
