  • This study having purpose of promoting the convenience of medical service customer at medical service encounter have tried to know the influence of physical environment, perceived justice, and perceived waiting time to the intention of re-use of medical service through mediating variable such as service Quality evaluation and negative emotion. Particularly, this exploratory study have first tried to know what influence the physical environment and perceived justice have on negative emotion. Findings are; First, the physical environment affect positive influence to service Quality evaluation, and lower the negative emotion. Second, perceived justice have no influence to the service Quality evaluation and negative emotion. Third, the perceived waiting time lower the service Quality and increase the negative emotion. Fourth, the service Quality have positive influence to intention of re-use of medical service. However, the negative emotion have no influence to the intention of re-use of medical service. Therefore physical environment of medical service becomes more important and it is necessary to shorten the waiting time. In addition, even though negative emotion have no influence to the intention of re-use of medical service it is necessary to make the smallest of negative emotion. Because it is possible to separate once switching barner due to the medical service specificity is solved.

  • To examine possibilities to make use of woodceramics for the lower material of hot-floored ondol boards, woodceramics made from sawdust board with Pinus densiflora, put them in a wood frame and concrete block and heated them sending an electric current, and measured changes in surface temperature of a laminated floor board and a plywood floor board. As the sending an electric current to time passed, their surface temperature increased rapidly up to 20 minutes, and then gradually ascended. In terms of the surface temperature in the wood frame, the beginning temperature of a plywood floor board was higher than that of laminated floor one; however, as time passed, a laminated floor board's temperature rose, and after 60 minutes, it showed similar to the temperature of a floor board of lamination. On the other hand, the surface temperature in a concrete block showed that the laminated floor board was higher than the plywood floor board in both early and 60-minute later temperatures. With the lapse of time after switching off, the surface temperature of floor boards slowly dwindled up to 9 minutes, and from that time on, began to drop sharply. In terms of the descent speed of surface temperature, when woodceramics' surface temperature was adjusted at $70^{\circ}C$, the laminated floor board was the highest; when it was at $80^{\circ}C$, the plywood floor board was the highest, resulting in rapid descent speed of heat.

  • Purpose: This study assessed marginal bone remodeling and soft tissue esthetics after the loading of single bone-level implants in the anterior maxilla. Methods: An open, single-arm observational clinical trial with 3 years of follow-up was performed, including 22 implants. The patients presented with a single tooth gap in the anterior maxilla (tooth positions 14-24), with natural or restored adjacent teeth. An implant was placed at least 8 weeks post-extraction and healed submerged for 6 weeks. After the second-stage operation, a fixed provisional prosthesis was provided. The final restoration was placed 6 months after the provisional restoration. The time of the provisional crown connection was considered to be the baseline in this study. Esthetic parameters and the marginal bone level were assessed at 6, 12, 24, and 36 months. Results: All implants were well integrated in the bone. A statistically significant increase was found in the mean implant stability quotient between the time of the provisional prosthesis and the time of the final prosthesis. Most implants (95.5%) revealed marginal bone resorption (<0.5 mm), and just 1 implant (4.5%) showed a change of 2.12 mm from baseline to 36 months (mean $0.07{\pm}0.48mm$), while the crestal bone level decreased significantly, from $2.34{\pm}0.93mm$ at baseline to $1.70{\pm}1.10mm$ at 36 months. The facial gingival margin and papilla were stable and the esthetic scores indicated high patient and dentist satisfaction. Conclusions: Platform-switching bone-level implants placed in maxillary single-tooth gaps resulted in successful osseointegration with minimal marginal bone resorption. The peri-implant soft tissue was also esthetically satisfying and stable.

  • This paper suggests a multi-level and multi-output SMPS based on a shared digital logic controller through independently operating in each dedicated time periods. Although the shared architecture can be devised with small area and high efficiency, it has critical drawbacks that real-time control of each DPWM generators are impossible and its output voltage can be unstable. To solve these problems, a real-time current compensation scheme is proposed as a solution. A current consumption of the core block and entire block with four driver buffers was simulated about 4.9mA and 30mA at 10MHz switching frequency and 100MHz core operating frequency. Output voltage ripple was 11 mV at 3.3V output voltage. Over/undershoot voltage was 10mV/19.6mV at 3.3V output voltage. The noise performance was simulated at 800mA and 100KHz load regulation. Core circuit can be implemented small size in $700{\mu}m{\times}800{\mu}m$ area. For the verification of proposed circuit, the simulations were carried out with Dong-bu Hitek BCD $0.35{\mu}m$ technology.

  • The Direct Torque Control[DTC] controls torque and flux by restricting the flux and torque errors within respective hysteresis bands, and motor torque and flux are controlled by the stator voltage space vector using optimum inverter switching table. And the Current Error Compensation method is on the basis of compensating current difference between the induction motor and its numerical model, in which the identical stator voltage is supplied for both the actual motor and the model so that the gaps between stator currents of the two can be forced to decay to zero as time proceeds. Consequently, the rotor speed approaches to the model speed, namely, setting value and the system can control motor speed precisely. This paper proposes a new sensorless speed control of induction motor using DTC and Current Error Compensation, which requires neither shaft encoder, speed estimator nor PI controllers. And through computer simulation, confirm effectiveness of proposed method.

  • The signal transmission of human body is processed by the action potential from each cell unit. This kind of action potential is taken place and transmitted by the ions through cell membrane, and ultimately explained as an electrical signal concept. The fact that the information is established as an electrical status as well as various senses from the bio-organozm has been addressed through several studies. By the way, this nervous transmission relation has been described and analyzed qualitatively in the mean time. I established new algorithm to analyze these relations quantitatively and implemented them using existing bio-data in this paper. The study, however, was limited to underthreshold potential to excite the nervous system against the outer stimulation. This is very much analog to electrical transient of the switching circuit, and therefore, I analyzed it based on this analog. I made it clear that the results derived here is the basis further study topic.

  • If a mobile station requests a channel allocation in its mobile networks, the switching center assigns a channel to a mobile station that belongs to each base station. There are three kinds of channel allocation schemes; a fixed channel allocation, a dynamic channel allocation and a hybrid combination of these two forms. In assigning a good frequency, it is our intention to provide quality service to our customers as well as to use resources efficiently. This paper proposes methods of assigning frequencies that minimize interference between channels and that also minimize the amount of searching time involved. In this paper, we propose an algorithm to per specific equipment, regardless of the number of channels that can be used as a general-purpose system, such as base stations, control stations, central office model is proposed, the existing operators manner similar to the fixed channel allocation based statistics and assigned when the conventional method and the improved method is proposed. Different ways and compared via simulations to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

  • Latching optical switches and optical logic gates AND and OR are demonstrated, for the first time, by the monolithic integration of a vertical cavity lasers with depleted optical thyristor structure, which have not only a low threshold current with 0.65mA, but also a high on/off contrast ratio more than 50dB. By simple operating technique with changing a reference switching voltage, this single device operates as two logic functions, optical logic AND and OR. The thyristor laser fabricated using the oxidation process achieved a high optical output power efficiency and a high sensitivity to the optical input light.

  • Using password on system is easy to build and shorten the access time to authorize user, which is high in use for vary system that requires users' authorization. Many input device are able to perform the password system easily, such as PC, smart-phone, tablet PC, etc. Beside the high usability of password, physical attack occurs when user put their password on the device, known as Shoulder Surfing attack. It used to be formed in numbers, characters or mix of different kinds, but new kind of password arose. Exploiting image or making scenarios are those kinds which are able to reflect users' intentions. Not many estimation exists for new password, so there's need to be standard for those new password for highlighting usability and accessability. In this paper, we propose password system with simple image and switching key-board to test statistical method to estimate usability on the password.

  • In this paper, we propose a sub-10 nm Ge/GaAs heterojunction-based tunneling field-effect transistor (TFET) with vertical band-to-band tunneling (BBT) operation for ultra-low-power (LP) applications. We design a stack structure that is based on the Ge/GaAs heterojunction to realize the vertical BBT operation. The use of vertical BBT operations in devices results in excellent subthreshold characteristics with a reduction in the drain-induced barrier thinning (DIBT) phenomenon. The proposed device with a channel length ($L_{ch}$) of 5 nm exhibits outstanding LP performance with a subthreshold swing (S) of 29.1 mV/dec and an off-state current ($I_{off}$) of $1.12{\times}10^{-11}A/{\mu}m$. In addition, the use of the highk spacer dielectric $HfO_2$ improves the on-state current ($I_{on}$) with an intrinsic delay time (${\tau}$) because of a higher fringing field. We demonstrate a sub-10 nm LP switching device that realizes a good S and lower $I_{off}$ at a lower supply voltage ($V_{DD}$) of 0.2 V.
