This paper presents a novel scheme that quickly searches for the sweet spot of multiple array antennas, and locks on to it for high-speed millimeter wavelength transmissions, when communications to another antenna array are disconnected. The proposed method utilizes a modified genetic algorithm, which selects a superior initial group through preprocessing in order to solve the local solution in agenetic algorithm. TDD (Time Division Duplex) is utilized as the transfer method and data controller for the antenna. Once the initial communication is completed for the specific number of individuals, no longer antenna's data will be transmitted until each station processes GA in order to produce the next generation. After reproduction, individuals of the next generation become the data, and communication between each station is made again. Simulation results of 1:1, 1:2, 1:5 array antennas confirmed the efficiency of the proposed method. The 16bit split is 8bit, but it has similar performance as 16bit gene.
In-band wireless full-duplex is a promising technology that enables a wireless node to transmit and receive at the same time on the same frequency band. Due to the complexity of self-interference cancellation techniques, only base stations (BSs) are expected to be full-duplex capable while user terminals remain as legacy half-duplex nodes in the near future. In this case, two different nodes share a single subchannel, one for uplink and the other for downlink, which causes inter-node interference between them. In this paper, we investigate the joint problem of subchannel assignment and power allocation in a single-cell full-duplex orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) network considering the inter-node interference. Specifically, we consider two different scenarios: i) The BS knows full channel state information (CSI), and ii) the BS obtains limited CSI through channel feedbacks from nodes. In the full CSI scenario, we design sequential resource allocation algorithms which assign subchannels first to uplink nodes and then to downlink nodes or vice versa. In the limited CSI scenario, we identify the overhead for channel measurement and feedback in full-duplex networks. Then we propose a novel resource allocation scheme where downlink nodes estimate inter-node interference with low complexity. Through simulation, we evaluate our approaches for full and limited CSIs under various scenarios and identify full-duplex gains in various practical scenarios.

Cyclic delay diversity (CDD) is considered a simple approach to exploit the frequency diversity, to improve the system performance in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems. Also, the linear preceding technique can significantly improve the performance of communication systems by exploiting the channel state in formation (CSI). In order to achieve enhanced performance, we propose applying linear preceding to the conventional CDD-OFDM transmit diversity schemes over Rayleigh fading channels. The proposed scheme works effectively with the accurate CSI in time-division-duplex (TDD) OFDM systems with CDD, where the reciprocity is ass umed instead of channel state feedback. For a BER of $10^{-4}$ and the mobility of 3 km/h, simulation results show that a gain of 6 dB is achieved by the proposed scheme over both flat fading and Pedestrian A (Ped A) channels, compared to the conventional CDD-OFDM system. On the other hand, for a mobility of 120 km/h, a gain of 2.7 dB and 3.8 dB is achieved in flat fading and Vehicular A (Veh A) channels, respectively.
The duplex system has been considered as an important slip-transfer mechanism to evaluate the evolution of orogenic belts. Duplexes are generally found in the hinterland portion of fold-thrust belts and accommodate large amounts of total shortening. Thus, understanding its geometric and kinematic evolution can give information to evaluate the evolution of the entire orogenic belt. Duplexes are recognized as closed-loop thrust traces on map view, indicating higher connectivity than imbricate fans. As originally defined, a duplex is an array of thrust horses which are surrounded by thrust faults including the floor and roof thrusts, and imbricate faults between them. Duplexes can accommodate regional layer-parallel shortening and transfer slip from a floor thrust to a roof thrust. However, an imbricate fault is not the only mean for layer-parallel shortening (LPS) and displacement transfer within duplexes. LPS cleavages and detachment folds can also play the same role. From this aspect, a duplex can be divided into three types; 1) fault duplex, 2) cleavage duplex and 3) fold duplex. Fault duplex can further be subdivided into the Boyer-type duplex, which was firstly designed duplex system in the 1980s that widely applied most of the major fold-thrust belts in the world, and connecting splay duplex, which has different time order in the emplacement of horses from those of the Boyer-type. On the contrary, the cleavage and fold duplexes are newly defined types based on some selected examples. In the Korean Peninsula, the Yeongwol area, the western part of the Taebaeksan Zone of the Okcheon Belt, gives an excellent natural laboratory to study the structural geometry and kinematics of the closed-loops by thrust fault traces in terms of a duplex system. In the previous study, the Yeongwol thrust system was interpreted by alternative duplex models; a Boyer-type hinterland-dipping duplex vs. a combination of major imbricate thrusts and their connecting splays. Although the high angled beds and thrusts as well as different stratigraphic packages within the horses of the Yeongwol duplex system may prefer the later complicate model, currently, we cannot choose one simple answer between the models because of the lack of direct field evidence and time information. Therefore, further researches on the structural field investigations and geochronological analyses in the Yeongwol and adjacent areas should be carried out to test the possibility of applying the fold and cleavage duplex models to the Yeongwol thrust system, and it will eventually provide clues to solve the enigma of formation and its evolution of the Okcheon Belt.

The wireless-LAN(Local Area Network), which is emerged as a solution to cable problem and increasing requirement for communication network, has a several problem when it transmit information MAN protocol by used wired-LAN`s MAC protocol. Media Access protocol in Wireless-LAN has great effect on system performance and much studies are processing now. The PRMA(Packet Reservation Multiple Aeecss) of reservation method has a disadvantage that the system performance was degraded become of delay time in the reservation step as a resulting of collision. In this paper, using the TDD(Time Division Duplex) method amd modified PRMA method wireless-LAN modelled to overcome disadvantage, that id delay time due to collision in reservation step. The performance evaluation fo the model was done using M/M/1//M process model and this was simulation using SLAM.

The application of mathematical analysis to the study of wireless ad hoc networks has met with limited success due to the complexity of mobility, traffic models and the dynamic topology. A scenario based universal mobile telecommunications system (UMTS) time division duplex (TDD) opportunistic cellular system with an ad hoc behaviour that operates over UMTS frequency division duplex (FDD) licensed cellular network is considered. In this paper, we present a new routing metric which overall improves system performance in terms of interference and routing which operate in an ad hoc network in an opportunistic manner. Therefore we develop a simulation tool that addresses the goal of analysis and assessment of UMTS TDD opportunistic radio system with ad hoc behavior in coexistence with a UMTS FDD primary cellular networks.

The effect of aging on the precipitation of the $\sigma$ phase and the corrosion resistance in tungsten substituted super duplex stainless steels was investigated. The volume fraction of the $\sigma$ phase and the current density increased with aging at temperatures up to $750^{\circ}C$ and then decreased. With an increase in aging time, the volume fraction of the $\sigma$ phase and the current density also increased. The $\sigma$ phase hardly influenced the corrosion resistance. With the substitution of tungsten for molybdenum in super duplex stainless steel, the volume fraction of the $\sigma$ phase and the current density decreased remarkably.
Super duplex stainless steel has along life in severe environments because of its strength and corrosion resistance. If 0.2$\sim$0.3% Nitrogen in aninterstitial solid solution is added, the austenite structure is reinforced. This improves the solid solution hardening and the anticorrosionability. In this study, the mechanical properties and structures of the super duplex stainless steel with the 0.2% N additive were investigated to determine the effect of various volume fractions on the austenite phase. The various volume fractions and distributions of the austenite structure in the applied test specimens were obtained by changing the heat treatment temperature and cycle. The characteristics by amounts of the $\sigma$ phase obtained from the precipitation heat treatment were alsoinvestigated. From the results, when the austenite volume fraction increases, the tensile strength decreases and elongation increases. And the $\sigma$ phase was rapidly increased by increasing the heat treatment time. When the volume fraction of the $\sigma$ phase increased, tensile strength increased.
