As the COVID-19 vaccination begins, it is necessary to safely store and manage the vaccination history for vaccinated people, as well as provide only the minimal information for the requested purpose, not in the form of all or nothing, to the institution requesting vaccination personal information. This paper proposes a scheme to safely store and manage the people's vaccination records in a non-forgeable blockchain, and to ensure that users provide only the minimal information necessary to the verifier from their vaccination personal information. A user authorizes the verifier to access the information he has consented with by entering the fingerprint on his smartphone, and in this process, no personal information or secrets can be exposed to an attacker. In addition, it is guaranteed that it is neither possible to impersonate the user nor to steal user personal information even in the case of theft or loss of the smartphone, or leakage of information from the vaccination history management institution. Using the scheme, users have no fear on external exposure of personal information and follow-up damage due to excessive information provision by giving out only the minimal information suited to the verifier.

This paper proposed the position tracking and recognition method of workers and cars in construction field. The reason why the position of workers and cars has to be tracked is to prevent the safety accident, emergency rescue, and theft of building materials by unauthorized people and car, etc. To realize the tracking, it needs to adopt the Information Telecommunication technology to the construction field as an integrated support system. In this paper, we proposed the continuous positioning tracking algorithm for workers and moving cars using the selected wireless communication network. And we proposed the virtual gateway method to detect the entrance status of moving workers and cars. All of these proposed methods are evaluated in real construction field using the prototype of support system made by ourselves.

With the recent rise in nuclear families and single-member families, there is a need for the kind of home management unaffected by neither space nor time. Moreover, electronic devices in and around the home need to be managed efficiently and prevented from overheating, and there is an increasing risk of fire, theft, and leak of personal data with these devices, which is leading to an increase in the economic costs. Accordingly, there is a growing need for an efficient and secure smart home management system. This paper proposes a home management system that uses smart devices. This system has addressed the shortcomings of a conventional Internet-based home network. Furthermore, it communicates with IoT-enabled devices and features intelligent information home appliances that are isolated from personally identifiable information and which are secure against advanced persistent threats, a type of cyber-attack.
In the 1970s, Korea actively produced so many animated works which is called the "golden age" of korean animation. However, Korea imported and subcontracted foreign animations than creating original works and, there has been a constant controversy that many of the korean animations imitated foreign works. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the factors that caused this and its patterns, focusing on works suspected of plagiarism in Korean animation during the 1970s and 1980s. First, the focus will be on the definition and composition of plagiarism in art creation, secondly, on the political-ideological, industrial-administrational, production-structural, and copyright awareness aspects of the factors of plagiarized animation. Thirdly, 30 korean animations produced at the time will be analyzed on the degree of design theft and plagiarism based on six criteria focusing on characters' shapes and color arrangements. By analyzing the social factors and patterns of plagiarism, this study aims to provide a social and cultural understanding of academic value about the process of korean animation's development.

The speed of technological development is increasing, and high-performance digital devices are spreading. Wired digital devices such as PCs have been optimized for existing wired environments, but needs are shifting away from the constraints of space and space to smart work that enables efficient work anywhere and anytime. The Smart Work System security design is needed to secure integrity and availability in the face of various security threats including physical threats (lost, stolen, and damaged terminals), technical threats (data theft, DoS: denial of service), and unauthorized access outside the wired environment. In this study, we analyzed smart work network systems, wired / wireless link systems, and digital smart devices. We also studied cyber-attack analysis and cybersecurity design methods for a Smart Work wired system and a future wireless system. This study will be used as basic data for building a secure Smart Work system.

In this paper, we design and implement an illegal entry detection system which efficiently can detect illegal intruders applying image processing technique on the perceived value of the infrared sensor and acquired image from two-way wireless camera(DRC) for prevention of damage caused by theft and the ratio of security in the security of the square such as livestock, agricultural products, and logistics warehouse. At first, the proposed system acquires the image from wireless camera when infrared sensor detect the location of illegal intruders. and then, the system process to determine movement by applying image process technique with acquired image. Finally, we send the detected and analyzed the results and the final image to security company and mobile device of owner.

With the development of new ICT technology, smart keys for vehicles are terminals with ICT technology. Therefore, when the vehicle and the smart key communicate with RF, a cyber hacking attack is possible. Cyber-attacks on smart keys can pose a threat to vehicle theft and vehicle control. Therefore, it is necessary to study hacking attacks and vulnerabilities of smart keys for autonomous vehicles. In this paper, we analyze the cyber attack case of RF communication for vehicles and smart keys. In addition, a real RF cyber attack on the smart key is performed, and the vulnerability of radio wave replication in the same frequency band is found. In this paper, we analyze the vulnerability of RF communication between vehicles and smart keys, and propose a countermeasure against cyber security. In the future, plans to strengthen cyber attacks and security through the popularization of autonomous vehicles will become basic data to protect human and vehicle safety.

We have come a long way in the information age. Thanks to the advancement of such technologies as the internet, we have discovered new ways to convey information on a broader scope. However, negative aspects exist as is with anything else. These may include invasion of privacy over the web, or identity theft over the internet. What is more alarming is that malwares so called 'maliciouscodes' are rapidly spreading. Its intent is very destructive which can result in hacking, phishing and as aforementioned, one of the most disturbing problems on the net, invasion of privacy. This thesis describes the technology of how you can effectively analyze and detect these kind of malicious codes. We propose sequencial hybrid analysis for API calls that are hooked inside user-mode and kernel-level of Windows. This research explains how we can cope with malicious code more efficiently by abstracting malicious function signature and hiding attribute.

With the increase in the use of mobile banking service, mobile banking has become an attractive target to attackers. Even though many security measures are applied to the current mobile banking service, some threats such as physical theft or penetration to a mobile device from remote side are still remained as unsolved. With aiming to fill this void, we propose a novel approach to prevent e-financial incidents by analyzing mobile device user's input patterns. This approach helps us to distinguish between original user's usage and attacker's usage through analyzing personal input patterns such as input time-interval, finger pressure level on the touch screen. Our proposed method shows high accuracy, and is effective to prevent the e-finance incidents proactively.

Smart Grid is the next-generation intelligent power grid that maximizes energy efficiency with the convergence of IT technologies and the existing power grid. It enables consumers to check power rates in real time for active power consumption. It also enables suppliers to measure their expected power generation load, which stabilizes the operation of the power system. However, there are high possibility that various kinds of security threats such as data exposure, data theft, and privacy invasion may occur in interactive communication with intelligent devices. Therefore, to establish a secure environment for responding to such security threat with the smart grid, the key management technique, which is the core of the development of a security mechanism, is required. Using a hash chain, this paper suggests a group key management mechanism that is efficiently applicable to the smart grid environment with its hierarchical structure, and analyzes the security and efficiency of the suggested group key management mechanism.
