Purpose - This study is to examine the effect of environmental orientation on innovation, environmental and market performance in Korean franchise firms' context. This study also investigates how environmental orientation, innovation and environmental performance play mediating roles between environmental orientation and market performance. For these purposes, the authors developed a structural model which consists of several constructs. In the model, environmental orientation was proposed to affect innovation and environmental performance, while innovation and environmental performance influence market performance. Specifically, innovation and environmental performance were proposed as core mediators between franchise firms' environmental orientation and market performance. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from 155 franchise firms in Korea during January 2012. The results of factor analysis with reliability test with Cronbach's α warranted unidimensionality of the measures for each construct. In addition, nomological validity of the measures of each construct was warranted from the result of correlation analysis. The data were analyzed with reliability analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS Win/PC 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Results - The results of the overall model analysis appeared as follow: χ²=52.388(df=21), p=.000. GFI=.932, AGFI=.854, NFI=.964, CFI=.978, RMSEA=.099, RMR=.059. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we further analyzed our data. The findings can be summarized as follows: Firstly, the environmental orientation had a positive effect on innovation and environmental performance, but had not a direct effect on market performance. Secondly, innovation had a positive effect on environmental performance, but had not a direct effect on market performance. Thirdly, environmental performance had a positive effect on market performance. Conclusions - The results of this study show that, in order to achieve competitive advantages and environmental and market performance in turbulent market situation, franchise firms should emphasize internal and external environmental orientation, and put through improvements in perspective of technology, organization, and product. Consequently, this research suggests that environmental orientation is a motive for franchise companies' innovation, environmental performance, and market performance. It also suggests theoretical and managerial implications, limitations, and further research directions.

This study aims to suggest a way for temple food to take a differentiated position in the foodservice industry along with providing useful data for efficient management of temple food. To do this, it examines what influence the characteristics of temple food has on satisfaction with the food and verifies how the types of religion adjust the relationships between the characteristics and the satisfaction. The consumers who frequent temple food restaurants in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas were selected as the sample for this study, and a survey was conducted to those over the age of 20 via self-administered questionnaire from May 1st to June 30th, 2012. A total of 500 copies were distributed and 476 copies were selected as suitable from 488 copies collected for reliability and factor analyses using SPSS 18.0. The proposed research hypotheses were verified with a regression analysis and a multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the characteristics of temple food have a positive influence on satisfaction with the food. Their subordinate factors such as situation, function, and consistency have positive(+) effects on the satisfaction. Next, it shows that religion does not play a regulatory role in the relationships between the characteristics of temple food and satisfaction with the food.

This paper organized a cooperative activity using character-related picture books for guiding children to cooperate as a part of an effort to present solutions against the increasing tendency of individualism and the de-communization phenomenon among serious social issues affecting children in modern society. This paper aims to help the children to build the proper caring thinking for others and understanding the self by applying those cooperative activities. The subjects were 50 children of 4 years old in K and S day care centers in city C. The data were analyzed by caring thinking tool using t-test. It also recognized change to children's caring thinking of play situation by way of video and observation journal. The results of the research found that the experimental group's caring thinking score was significantly higher than that of the control group. In accordance with the general analysis of the program results, it was verified that the cooperative activity's use of character-related picture books included caring thinking, understanding the self, and respecting others' emotionsin them. The results of this study can be used as basic data to develop an educational activity program for character development and help with the application of character-related picture books.

The purpose of this study was to recognize the level of acknowledgement of the psychological support services for actors, the significance of psychological factors during performance, experience, the actual situation, and the solution to psychological matters, contribution of the psychological factors to performance and competency to control, and demand for counseling and consider ways to promote these in the future. A questionnaire was developed by specialists and analyzed both through quantitative and qualitative methods. As a result, it turned out that actors perceive the effect of psychological support services such as counseling and psychological skill positively. Even though actors understand the importance of psychological factors in practice and performance in the stage, participation in education or information regarding psychological support services were rarely realized. Also, psychological factors such as confidence, concentration, sense of achievement, motivation, positive attitude and thought, setting a goal for performance, mind control, image training, and self-consciousness are regarded as highly contributing to the performance, but actors cannot control these psychological aspects effectively in fact. Actors were very positive in participating in psychological support services and hoped to have professional counseling and psychological skill services. This study can be used as a standard in supporting the field of play practically in terms of planning for psychological support services for actors, development of psychological support program, and enforcement of education on the spot.

The purpose of this study was to make a basic research on college cultural contents education in an effort to step up the manifestation of the creativity of cultural contents experts in line with the development of the fast-changing era of creative economy. It's basically meant to analyze the characteristics of cultural contents education in relation to creative idea to seek practical ways of improving that education. What problems there were with cultural contents education and how that education was actually provided were analyzed to suggest some of the right directions for client-centered cultural contents education. Earlier studies were analyzed, and the results of a survey that was conducted on students whose major was linked to cultural contents were analyzed as well. As a result, current cultural contents education was considered not to be satisfactory due to existing teaching methods, learning process and curriculums that were devoid of creativity. To rectify the situation, interdisciplinary attempts should be made such as multi-major, interdisciplinary programs or convergence education, and plenty of experiments, sufficient practice and an increase in the number of faculty members are all required. In terms of education, existing curriculums and courses should urgently be revamped to strengthen field placement and creative discussions. As for educational methods, the lecture method should be avoided, and specialized education should be offered instead, which should strike a balance between discussion, team play and project education. It is expected to produce good results if there are appropriate connection among different major fields of study and the harmonious implementation of diverse internship, convergence and field placement programs.

COVID-19 is putting the entire performance industry in a dire situation. One of the approaches to overcome this crisis is contactless performance business using video media. But, these contactless performance videos are now found to have their own issues. First, with the increasing demands for these videos, the need for higher-quality video products is also increasing. However, there are many organizations that cannot afford such an investment. Second, it is not possible to have the same unique experience of a live performance with the videos. 360-degree VR performance videos are now gaining attention as an alternative to cope with this issue. As such, the researcher reviewed the production of 360 VR performance videos in general based on the cases of the play and a children's story concert As a result, the researcher could confirm the three benefits of simulated 'live experience through a sense of reality', 'convenience of filming' and 'continuity of acting'. Also, the issues related to this approach including 'Lack of professional filming companies', 'Expensive viewing equipment', 'Absence of Platform' and 'Limitations of Camera Technology', among others have been identified, etc. Based on these findings, the researcher could propose strategies for improvement in order to utilize 360-degree VR performance videos.

School nurses can play an important role in improving the prognosis of traumatized teeth of school children when they are informed about the immediate and proper dental first aid steps. The purpose of this study were to assess the awareness of school nurses concerning the management of traumatized teeth and to determine if a lecture on dental trauma management could improve school nurses'knowledge on this topic. School nurses in Gwangju and Jeonnam province completed a questionnaire before and after the lecture on the first-aid knowledge with particular focus on the following three categories. Questionnaires are composed of questions asking general information and about knowledge and proper attitude in case of the specific situation on dental trauma. According to previous studies, school nurses' knowledge tended to be higher compared with the teachers. Improvement of knowledge in school nurse was observed in emergency actions, in visiting time, replantation, carriage method, vaccine prescription related with luxation, and in possibility of fragment reattachment related with subluxation and fracture. In conclusion, it is recommended that periodical education are needed for improvement of school nurses'knowledge on proper management of dental trauma emergency.

The purpose of this study is to draw implications for the improvement in the CSAT by analyzing structures and tasks in the Abitur. To this end, it analyzes the mathematics test system with a focus on the basic and advanced level examination systems, the operator, the using technology, and mathematical formulas. And the characteristics of tasks in the 2021 Abitur were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, first, Germany evaluates whether students have the competency emphasized in the curriculum at Abitur. Second, Germany, which emphasizes the proper use of technology, utilizes both tasks that use technology and those that do not in the Abitur. Third, the Abitur consists of most of the tasks using promised operators and uses various types of operators to present various types of questions to evaluate competence. Fourth, the Abitur includes not only simple structured items consisting of 2-3 subtasks but also tasks dealing in depth with a single situation centered on a big idea. Finally, mathematical justification and proof play an important role in the Abitur. Based on this, some specific measures for improving the CSAT were suggested.

Raquel, the representative work of Vicente García de la Huerta, an 18th century Spanish playwright achieved theater box-office success and popularity during staging. It has been evaluated by many scholars and critics as the ideal drama that faithfully followed the norms of neoclassicism, which pervaded the aesthetic mainstream at the time. However, the factor that enabled the popular success of this theater production was its ability to harmonize the themes or contents with a traditional play to meet the unique trends and tastes of Spanish viewers who were still appreciated earlier Baroque theater, rather than complying with external norms of neoclassicism such as principle of three unities or exclusion of comic figures etc. That is, Spanish viewers of the time thoroughly rejected theater of neoclassicists who attempted to unilaterally enlighten them while regarding the Baroque theater of earlier times as full of superstition and irrationality, illogic and disorder, regardless of their own dramatic taste. In this situation, Huerta's tragedy Raquel, achieved the harmony of neoclassical tragedy and Spanish theatrical tradition. It thus emphasizes the importance of public support and sponsorship in dramatic success. Traditional dramatic elements shown in Raquel can be summarized as honor, poetic justice and love and these elements are major dramatic codes penetrating the entire Baroque theater of Spain.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the implications of Habermas's Critical Theory, which has been considered as modern descendant of enlightenment thought, on the social work profession. The focus of this paper is a critical examination on expected perceptual and practical gain provided by communicative theory for the professional relations between social workers and clients. This paper proves that Habermas's theory has failed to sufficiently grasp the scope and functions of social work practice. First, in regard to perceptual gains, Habermas's theory commits some kind of reductionism which considers communicative behaviors as only and original one. It is likely to limit the scope and extent of the function and mission of social work into a kind of communication performed by humans with communicative ability. Second, in regard of practical gains, Habermas's theory does not provide detail procedure of power-free communication nor critical criteria to evaluate the degree of ideal speech situation. Without these ones, Habermas's critical theory might play a role of liberal conservatism, which is trying to replace the substantial contents with procedural formality. In sum, to be a adequate theoretical and practical framework for social work, Habermas's theory needs to combine additional humanitarian considerations into communicative paradigm with more detail requirements and preconditions for ideal speech situations between professional and clients.
