Recently, attackers using malicious code in cyber security have been increased by attaching malicious code to a mail and inducing the user to execute it. Especially, it is dangerous because it is easy to execute by attaching a document type file. The author analysis is a research area that is being studied in NLP (Neutral Language Process) and text mining, and it studies methods of analyzing authors by analyzing text sentences, texts, and documents in a specific language. In case of attack mail, it is created by the attacker. Therefore, by analyzing the contents of the mail and the attached document file and identifying the corresponding author, it is possible to discover more distinctive features from the normal mail and improve the detection accuracy. In this pager, we proposed IADA2(Intelligent Attack mail Detection based on Authorship Analysis) model for attack mail detection. The feature vector that can classify and detect attack mail from the features used in the existing machine learning based spam detection model and the features used in the author analysis of the document and the IADA2 detection model. We have improved the detection models of attack mails by simply detecting term features and extracted features that reflect the sequence characteristics of words by applying n-grams. Result of experiment show that the proposed method improves performance according to feature combinations, feature selection techniques, and appropriate models.

In secondary education, learning a computer science subject has the purpose to improve creative problem solving ability of students by learning computational thinking and principles. In particular, learning algorithm has been emphasized for this purpose. There are studies that learning algorithm has the effect of creative problem solving based on the leading studies that learning algorithm has the effect of problem solving. However, relatively the importance of the learning algorithm can weaken, because these studies depend on creative problem solving model or special contents for creativity. So this study proves that learning algorithm has the effect of creative problem solving in the view that common problem solving and creative problem solving have the same process. For this, analogical reasoning was selected among common thinking skills and divide-and-conquer algorithm was selected among abstractive principles for analogical reasoning in sorting algorithm. The frequency which solves the search problem by using the binary search algorithm was higher than the control group learning only sequence of sorting algorithm about the experimental group learning divide-and-conquer algorithm. This result means that learning algorithm including abstractive principle like divide-and-conquer has the effect of creative problem solving by analogical reasoning.
The purpose of this study is to suggest improvements in the science concepts and inquiry activities presented in the earth science section in the 2015 revised curriculum elementary science textbooks. For this study, two science educator and three elementary school teachers developed a survey questionnaire to investigate science concepts, inquiry activities, and suggest improvements. The survey was conducted two times, and 30 elementary school teachers and three earth science professors (geology, meteorology, astronomy) participated in the survey. As a result, it was investigated that eight concepts in the solid section, three concepts in the fluid section, and one concept in universe and integration section contained misconceptions. It was investigated that the content of inquiry activity needs to be supplemented, with seven elements in solid section, three elements in fluid section, and one in the universe and integration section. According to the research results, if the textbook is revised, it is necessary to accurately confirm the science concepts or content of inquiry activities. Also in the case of science concepts presented in textbooks, it will be necessary to consider not only the scope and sequence of contents but also the process of learning progression.
With the development of sawdust medium cultivation technology, Lentinula edodes (shiitake mushroom) has become the most extensively produced and consumed mushroom globally. In this study, the approximate composition, nutritional components, and bioactive compounds of L. edodes were analyzed and compared for the five sawdust-cultivated shiitake mushrooms cultivars namely Sanjo701ho, Sanjo707ho, Sanjo715ho, Chamaram, and L808. The approximate range of the composition of freeze-dried shiitake mushrooms was 4.06-5.92 g/100 g of ash, 0.75-1.02 g/100 g of crude fat, and 21.24-29.15 g/100 g of crude protein. Sanjo701ho had the highest trehalose content (9.60±0.08 g/100 g), total polyphenol content (3.49±0.04 mg GAE/g), and total flavonoid content (1.33±0.03 mg QE/g) among the other shiitake mushroom cultivars. The total amino acid content was as follows: glutamic acid>aspartic acid>leucine. Glycine, alanine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, and phenylalanine contents were significantly decreased in the following sequence: Sanjo707ho, Sanjo715ho, Sanjo701ho, Chamaram, and L808. Crude protein, trehalose, and six types of amino acids were identified as classification indicators for the five cultivars of sawdust-cultivated shiitake mushrooms.
This study aims to analyze the continuity and sequence between the intelligent life curriculum for grades 1-2 and the science curriculum for grades 3-4 with a focus on knowledge and inquiry process skills. The results demonstrate that contents related to science in the intelligent life curriculum consisted of only 10 out of 32 elements. Five elements were related to the science curriculum for grades 3-4 and limited to the 'life sciences' area. Particularly, the intelligent life curriculum did not address topics related to 'matter' and 'motion and energy'. Developmental connection was established in the 'life sciences' area and dramatic changes were noted for the topics related to 'earth and space' area. In terms of inquiry process skills, the levels of observation, measurement, inference, and communication naturally increased, whereas a developmental connection was noted between the intelligent life and science curricula. Classification can be viewed as a developmental link; however, viewing the classification as scientific from the epistemic perspectives was insufficient. In the case of expectation, a gap was observed in both curricula due to the absence of expectation activities in the intelligent life curricula. The study discussed the implications for securing the connection between the intelligent life and science curricula on the basis of these results.

Nutritious and functional foods from crop have received great attention in recent years. Colored-grain wheat contains high phenolic compound and a large number of flavonoid. The anthocyanin and polyphenolic synthesis and accumulation is generally stimulated in response to biotic or abiotic stresses. Here, we analyzed genome wide transcripts in seedling of colored-grain wheat response to ABA and PEG treatment. About 900 and 1500 transcripts (p-value < 0.05) from ABA and PEG treatment were aligned to IWGSC1+popseq DB which is composed of over 110,000 transcripts including 100,934 coding genes. NR protein sequences of Poaceae from NCBI and protein sequence of transcription factors originated from 83 species in plant transcription factor database v3.0 were used for annotation of putative transcripts. Gene ontology analysis were conducted and KEGG mapping was performed to show expression pattern of biosynthesis genes related in flavonoid, isoflavonoid, flavons and anthocyanin biopathway. DroughtDB (http://pgsb.helmholtz-muenchen.de/droughtdb/) was used for detection of DEGs to explain that physiological and molecular drought avoidance by drought tolerance mechanisms. Drought response pathway, such as ABA signaling, water and ion channels, detoxification signaling, enzymes of osmolyte biosynthesis, phospholipid metabolism, signal transduction, and transcription factors related DEGs were selected to explain response mechanism under water deficit condition. Anthocyanin, phenol compound, and DPPH radical scavenging activity were measured and antioxidant activity enzyme assays were conducted to show biochemical adaptation under water deficit condition. Several MYB and bHLH transcription factors were up-regulated in both ABA and PEG treated condition, which means highly expressed MYB and bHLH transcription factors enhanced the expression of genes related in the biosynthesis pathways of flavonoids, such as anthocyanin and dihydroflavonols in colored wheat seedlings. Subsequently, the accumulation of total anthocyanin and phenol contents were observed in colored wheat seedlings, and antioxidant capacity was promoted by upregulation of genes involved in maintaining redox state and activation of antioxidant scavengers, such as CAT, APX, POD, and SOD in colored wheat seedlings under water deficit condition. This work may provide valuable and basic information for further investigation of the molecular responses of colored-grain wheat to water deficit stress and for further gene-based studies.

The kenaf plant is used widely as food and in traditional folk medicine. This study evaluated the morphological characteristics, functional compounds, and genetic diversity of 32 kenaf cultivars from a worldwide collection. We found significant differences in the functional compounds of leaves from all cultivars, including differences in levels of chlorogenic acid isomer (CAI), chlorogenic acid (CA), kaempferol glucosyl rhamnoside isomer (KGRI), kaempferol rhamnosyl xyloside (KRX), kaemperitrin (KAPT) and total phenols (TPC). The highest TPC, KAPT, CA, and KRX contents were observed in the C22 cultivars. A significant correlation was observed between flowering time and DM yield, seed yield, and four phenolic compounds (KGRI, KRX, CAI, and TPC) (P < 0.01). To assess genetic diversity, we used 80 simple sequence repeats (SSR) primer sets and identified 225 polymorphic loci in the kenaf cultivars. The polymorphism information content and genetic diversity values ranged from 0.11 to 0.79 and 12 to 0.83, with average values of 0.39 and 0.43, respectively. The cluster analysis of the SSR markers showed that the kenaf genotypes could be clearly divided into three clusters based on flowering time. Correlations analysis was conducted for the 80 SSR markers; morphological, chemical and growth traits were found for 15 marker traits (corolla, vein, petal, leaf, stem color, leaf shape, and KGRI content) with significant marker-trait correlations. These results could be used for the selection of kenaf cultivars with improved yield and functional compounds.
YNB54 strain which shows inhibitory activities specific to the plant pathogenic Phytophthora sp. on potato dextrose agar medium was screened among lots of strains isolated from Korean soils. To identify taxonomy of the Phytophthora specific antagonistic bacteria YNB54, 165 rDNA sequence, MIDI fatty acid composition, DNA-DNA hybridization, GC content, and commercial multitest systems such as API 20E and Biolog GN were performed. Results of commercial kits including lots of biochemical and physiological reactions showed that this strain was closely related to taxa including Enterobacter cloacae and Enterobacter cancerogenus species than other genera(Citerobacter Klebsiella, Leclercia). Also, analysis of its MIDI, G+C contents, and DNA-DNA hybridization suggests that this strain was more similiar to the Genus Enterobacter than other genera (Citerobacter Klebsiella, Leclercia). This strain was potentially identified as Enterobacter sp. by these results. But our 16S ribosomal DNA sequences (rDNA) analysis confirmed that it was more closely related to the cluster of Citerobacter freundii ATCC 29935 than any other Enterobacter species. In the absence of defined phylogenetic critia for delineating genera, the results observed with Citrobacter and Enterobacter species suggest that further studies are needed to clarify their relationships. This investigation demonstrates that YNB54 strain is genetically diverse and potentially more taxonomically complex than hitherto realized. Further study is necessary to confirm their taxonomic positions.
Thirty-one chicken feather-degrading bacteria were isolated from wasted feather, compost and wastewater in a chicken farm. These isolates were categorized as Firmicutes (21 strains), ${\gamma}$-proteobacteria (4 strains), Actinobacteria (4 strains), and Bacteroidetes (2 strains) by 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. We examined the feather-degrading isolates for degradation in the 2% of chicken feather meal. The strain Chryseobacterium sp. FBF-7, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia FBS-4, and Lysinibacillus sp. FBW-3 were selected as a keratinolytic protein degrading bacteria which showed the highest feather degradation of 75-90%. The characteristics of amino acids extracted from chicken feather meal by using keratinolytic protein degrading isolates and chemical method with $Ca(OH)_2$ were analyzed. Total amino acid content of strain Chryseobacterium sp. FBF-7 was 1,661.6 ${\mu}mol$/ml, which was the highest and it was similar with chemical method. And essential amino acid content of total amino acid was thirty-seven percent (619.3 ${\mu}mol$/ml) and 596.9 ${\mu}mol$/ml for keratinolytic protein degrading isolates and chemical method, respectively. The major amino acids were valine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, glycine, and proline by the strain Chryseobacterium sp. FBF-7 and especially, higher contents of aspartic acid, threonine, serine, cysteine, and tyrosine were detected compared with chemical method.
