In university of Korea, the computerization of facility management is lower level than other management areas such as educational matters, administration, library, computing center, teaching assistance, and teaching methodology. So we need urgently the blueprint for an information-oriented and integrated facility management system. In this research, It is presented and implemented an FMS(Facility Management System) for efficient management of the ground and underground facilities on a campus. This studies is computerized the drawings, protocols, and ledgers. It is used a GIS(Geographic Information System) to get the geographical information of facilities. The data more efficiently could be search and update on this system. The decision making process understanding the present facility condition, and analyzing the condition of location could be performed easily by the GUI(Graphic User Interface) of the system.

The considerable increase of the elderly with dementia is expected annually and when we think about the family members' and the patients' suffering, it could be painful. Above all things, it imposes heavy economic burdens on the family members that have patients who suffer from diseases of age like dementia or paralysis that caring them at home and also, it is not desirable for those old people in point of physical or environmental circumstances for medical care. Thus, it is needed urgently that the expansion of specified facilities and improvement of services for these old people. Under this present condition, it is the special feature that the subject of research is people/facilities that offer services, not the elderly with dementia-the main user of those facilities. Thus, it is the time that we need various accessing plans that can grasp the patiences' activities and specialties and solve these problems in view of designing interior space. So, I tried to make designs that manage the elderly with dementia effectively and adequate to run facilities with considerations on the state of domestic specialized long-term care facilities for the elderly with dementia and researched guiding principles on physical healing surroundings with analysis that focused on the patients' activities, especially.

According to the increasing concern about health and environment, students need to study in comfort and clean environment facilities. We did field survey on 40 primary schools to analyze the present condition of design and construction for the part of indoor environmental performance in the certificated green school building. We hope that this paper will offer the important data about the indoor environment standards and performances in primary school facilities.

Amusement park's indispensable facilities are dependent on electrical energy. So it is very important to ensure electrical power against fire, power failure, disaster and accident. To find out present problems, investigation was carried out for emergency and standby power systems at amusement park all over the country. We research the related regulations for Electrical facilities of internal standards and NEC. As a result, we could know that there is discrepancy between the electrical regulation and the actual condition.

This study researches attributes , behaviors , satisfaction factors and degrees of curiosity of visitors to recreational forests in the suburbs of a large city. It aims to present suggestions for urban forest development and management policy by offering basic data which help to plan, design and manage recreational forests to increase the quality of these environments. The results are as follows First, in attribute, the visiting rate of males is higher than that of females, and the main users are in their thirties and forties. Sixty percent of visitors graduated from university and their rate of employment is evenly distributed. 95 percent of visitors are residents of the metropolitan area. In terms of behavior, major visitors are family units visiting during summer seasons and for overnight stays. 75% are re-visitors. 85% of visitors came to escape the city with families and friends, keep in good health and experience nature. Second, to extract the factors affecting visitor satisfaction in recreational forests, the natural environment, facilities, and management/use systems were identified as independent variables, while subordinate satisfactions were dependent variables. so regression analysis was used. Thus, the variables affecting the natural environment are quality of water, stream use, biodiversity, fresh air and landscape factors. The variables affecting facilities are puking, convenience, play facilities, sanitary arrangement and camping. Most important among the variables affecting management/use systems are educational facilities and access condition. On the basis of generalizing the study in the existing individual site, we must verify the visiting characteristics in recreational forests in the suburbs of a large city. Since development of recreational forests is understood as a sequence considering a site and a given condition, and since management and improvement must unfold according to these characteristics, a strategy is needed to reveal visitors' opinions about the site. Depending on the facilities and service, satisfaction of recreational forests is generally influenced by social and economic qualities. Also, this study can look into the effect according to use pattern motive and season. As suburban recreational forests have many overnight-users and younger men, programs suitable for these groups are needed. On the basis of variables affecting satisfaction according to natural environment, facilities, and use system, policies which can manage the natural environment and introduce educational programs are needed.

There have been continuous studies about urban parks since 1971 until now. However, there was neither deep analysis of park space nor research about green areas and lawn space. Below is the summary of the main results obtained based on the analysis of the problems with the spatial structure and park facilities of 8 examinatory parks. The analysis of use pattern revealed that lawns in green areas are becoming almost unusable spaces. Therefore plans for more active utilization of lawn space is necessary. There were high correlations among unnecessary and necessary factors of park, use of green areas and the reasons for not using it; thus the analysis suggested that other plans be considered for utilization of lawn space in oder to obtain stronger efficacy. The objective of the present research was to suggest an opinion concerning the improvement of spatial structure of urban parks, by making unusable spaces of parks usable through appropriate park structuring, so that users can utilize more parks. Especially with regard to green areas, the present research has a meaning in that it suggested a method of improving spatial structure by means of green areas desired by users and facilities they can use.

This study purposes to present the improvement on the index by analyzing concretely the certification and evaluation index and the actual certification acquisition focusing on the buildings acquiring the barrier-free (BF) certification. So, after analyzing the screening results of the buildings acquiring the BF certification and then grasping the general application level based on the above analysis, this study tries to present the improvement on the BF certification index by analyzing the detailed applications of the BF certification-acquired buildings and then grasping the problems on the evaluation index of the current certification system. It was analyzed that the items which applied the BF construction method generalized to the common buildings through the Act on the Promotion of Convenience in medium facilities and the items with higher distribution points were shown as high in terms of points and the acquired point level of items which influenced by the shape and condition of side and land to defile the appearance of buildings were low.

A program of public facilities is essential in a resident's life, and such a programs affects the quality of life and community activation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present condition of the program of public facilities and the residents' need of the program in Yanglim-Dong, Gwangju. In this study, a field survey and questionnaire survey are used for data collection. The results of this study are shown as follows: first, most of the public facilities' programs are composed of educational and welfare programs and programs for teenagers, young people and middle-aged people. Second, most of the residents prefer to have a program for culture and sport. Third, age according to program preference and in terms of educational relation program and cultural relation demand difference approaches. Fourth, most of the residents want to join one or two programs every weeks and prefer to participate during the afternoon and evening.
