DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) is the relative efficiency measure among homogeneous DMU(Decision- Making Units) which can be used to useful tool to improve performance through efficiency evaluation and benchmarking. However, the general case of DEA was considered as unrealistic since it consists a benchmarking regardless of DMU characteristic by input and output elements and the high efficiency gap in benchmarking for inefficient DMU. To solve this problem, stratification method for benchmarking was suggested, but simply presented benchmarking path in repeatedly applying level. In this paper, we suggest a new method that inefficient DMU can choice the optimal path to benchmark the most efficient DMU base on the similarity among the input elements. For this, we propose a route choice method that combined a stratification benchmarking algorithm and SOM (Self-Organizing Map). An implementation on real environment is also presented.

The purpose of this study is to research and develop so that users who are gradually progressing in the popularization of smartphones and the calculation of agricultural quality can use more active and flexible applications than existing application fields. People use event management applications to remember what they need to do, and maps applications to get to their appointments on time. You will need to build a glue-delivered application that leverages the Maps API to be able to recommend the glove's path for events so that the user can use the application temporarily. By comparing and analyzing currently used calendar, map, and schedule applications, several Open Maps APIs were compared to supplement the weaknesses and develop applications that converge the strengths. The results of application development by applying the optimal algorithm for recommending traffic routes according to time and place for the schedule registered by the user are described.

It is critical to design energy-efficient routing protocols for battery-limited mobile ad hoc networks, especially in which the energy-consuming MIMO techniques are employed. However, there are several challenges in such a design: first, it is difficult to characterize the energy consumption of a MIMO-based link; second, without a careful design, the broadcasted RREP packets, which are used in most energy-efficient routing protocols, could flood over the networks, and the destination node cannot decide when to reply the communication request; third, due to node mobility and persistent channel degradation, the selected route paths would break down frequently and hence the protocol overhead is increased further. To address these issues, in this paper, a novel Greedy Energy-Efficient Routing (GEER) protocol is proposed: (a) a generalized energy consumption model for the MIMO-based link, considering the trade-off between multiplexing and diversity gains, is derived to minimize link energy consumption and obtain the optimal transmit model; (b) a simple greedy route discovery algorithm and a novel adaptive reply strategy are adopted to speed up path setup with a reduced establishment overhead; (c) a lightweight route maintenance mechanism is introduced to adaptively rebuild the broken links. Extensive simulation results show that, in comparison with the conventional solutions, the proposed GEER protocol can significantly reduce the energy consumption by up to 68.74%.
Given a Path represented by a sequence of link numbers in a transportation network, the reasonable path is defined as a path that any link is appeared multiple times in it. Application of the link labelmethod(LLM) to the shortest path algorithms(SPA) enables to model the reasonable path choice behavior in urban networks. This study aims at expanding the LLM to a Kth shortest path algorithms(KPSA), which adopts the node label setting method. The small-scaled network test demonstrated that the proposed algorithm works correctly and the revised Sioux fall network test showed that the path choice behaviors are reasonably reflected. In the large-scaled network based on the South Korea peninsula, drivers' route diversion perceptions are included as cost terms in total cost. The algorithm may be applied as an alternative route information tools for the deployment of ATIS.
Mobile IP is a solution to support mobile nodes, however, it does not handle NEtwork MObility (NEMO). The NEMO Basic Support (NBS) protocol ensures session continuity for all the nodes in the mobile network. Since the protocol is based on Mobile IP, it inherits the same fundamental problem such as tunnel convergence, when supporting the multicast for NEMO. In this paper, we propose the multicast route optimization scheme for NEMO environment. We assume that the Mobile Router (MR) has a multicast function and the Nested Mobile Router Information (NeMRI) table. The NeMRI is used to record o list of the CoAs of all the MRs located below it. And it covers whether MRs desire multicast services. Any Route Optimization (RO) scheme can be employed here for pinball routing. Therefore, we achieve optimal routes for multicasting based on the given architecture. We also propose cost analytic models to evaluate the performance of our scheme. We observe significantly better multicast cost in NEMO compared with other techniques such as Bi-directional Tunneling, Remote Subscription, and Mobile Multicast based on the NBS protocol.

Proxy MIPv6 (PMIPv6) is that network-based mobility management protocol that network supports mobile node's mobility on behalf of the MN. In PMIPv6, when two MNs located within the same PMIPv6 domain want to communicate each other, sub-optimal path is established between the two MN. Route optimization method for PMIPv6 is proposed to resolve the problem. However, the method still suffer from the performance degradation due to out-of-sequence packet problem. In this paper, we propose the route optimization mechanism in PMIPv6 based on Flush message to resolve the out-of-sequence packet problem. The proposed mechanism is evaluated by performing simulations, and the simulation results show that the proposed one gives better performance.
In conventional on-demand mobile ad hoc routing algorithms, an alternate path is sought only after an active path is broken. It incurs a significant cost in terms of money and time in detecting the disconnection and establishing a new route. In this thesis, we propose proactive route selection and maintenance to conventional mobile ad hoc on-demand routing algorithms. The key idea for this research is to only consider a path break to be likely when the signal power of a received packet drops below an optimal threshold value and to generate a forewarning packet. In other words, if a path is lost with high probability, the neighboring node that may easily be cut off notifies the source node by sending a forewarning packet. Then the source node can initiate route discovery early and switched to a reliable path potentially avoiding the disconnection altogether. For the simulational study, network simulator(NS2) is used. The result of simulation shows that the algorithm significantly improves the performance of networks comparing to conventional on-demand routing protocols based on DSR and AODV in terms of packet delivery ratio, packet latency and routing overhead.

Hierarchical Prefix Delegation (HPD) protocol refers to a type of solution to problems inherent in non-optimal routing which occurs with Network Mobility (NEMO) basic solution. However, because HPD cannot improve the micro-mobility problems, problem surfaces each time Mobile Network Node (MNN) changes the attachment point; as happens also in a Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) protocol in sending Binding Update (BU) messages to Home Agent (HA) / Correspondent Nodes(CNs). By applying Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 protocol concept to HPD, this study proposes an algorithm for effectively handling micro-mobility problems which occur with HPD in a nested NEMO environment. By sending BU only to nearby Mobility Anchor Point(MAP) during MNN location change within a MAP's domain, the proposed protocol will alleviate service disruption delays and signaling loads during the handover process, overcoming the limitations of HPD.

The Network Mobility (NEMO) basic support protocol extends the operation of Mobile IPv6 to provide uninterrupted Internet connectivity to the communicating nodes of mobile networks. The protocol is not efficient to offer delays in data delivery and higher overheads in the case of nested mobile networks because it uses fairly sub-optimal routing and multiple encapsulation of data packets. In this paper, our scheme combining Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 (HMIPv6) functionality and Hierarchical Prefix Delegation (HPD) protocol for IPv6, which provide more effective route optimization and reduce packet header overhead and the burden of location registration for handoff. The scheme also uses hierarchical mobile network prefix (HMNP) assignment and tree-based routing mechanism to allocate the location address of mobile network nodes (MNNs) and support micro-mobility and intra-domain data communication. The performance is evaluated using NS-2.

In this paper, a control system for E-bike based on IOT was developed, which collects and monitors information of states of E-bike and surrounding environments from several sensors and control devices in E-bike, and informs the possible dangers to rider when riding the E-bike. Developed electronic control system can manage battery efficiently, obtain battery's remaining power in real-time and provide possible riding distance to rider. It makes possible for rider to schedule near optimal riding route in terms of battery usage and respond quickly to battery discharge. Results of applying developed system to E-bike show that according to driving-mode, possible driving distance can be calculated efficiently and using user application App, real-time driver position marking and driving route searching functions lead to energy efficient E-bike driving. Later we will endeavor to integrate BMS, ECU, smart-phone and PC(server) to provide stable driving system based on various driving information of E-bike.
