Recently, devices that help the general public's urination activity have been developed, but products that take into account the user's urination habits, device functions, and user accessibility are still insufficient. This study conducted a usability evaluation to find user satisfaction and improvement points of products based on smart automatic urine disposer that have convergence and complex functions such as automatic suction functions. There are 21 indicators used in usability evaluation, and were developed based on safety, operability, and satisfaction. As a result, functional satisfaction was high, but in terms of design, problems to be improved such as handles were presented. Therefore, through this study, it was found that the satisfaction of the automatic urine disposer in terms of performance cannot be representative of the product, and the importance of developing usability evaluation index to find product problems.

Asia's cruise industry is growing rapidly with the number of tourists increasing every year. This growth has encouraged intense competition among leading port cities in Asia to retain cruise tourists and cruise lines. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of the cruise industry around Busan as a hybrid port city and propose new strategies for improving Busan's competitiveness. To achieve these goals, factor analysis and Importance-performance analysis (IPA) are used. The analyses results suggest that the development possibility of Busan as a cruise center is dependent on the improvement of certain factors, including the variety of inland tour options, unique experience, direct service infrastructure, tourist attractions, wide accessibility to other modes, and strong connection to attraction. In addition, the city needs to meet other requirements, including developing various tours, tourist products, and fly & cruise packages and hosting international festivals that can represent Busan and cater to potential cruise customers. Moreover, the city desperately needs to expand its commercial and cultural space by redeveloping its cruise terminals.

Electronic contract systems are widely used to integrate and manage the contract management process based on the development of ICT technology. Recently, improvement methods using block chain technology are being studied. However, contract management systems have processing performance, security vulnerabilities, data entry, and service accessibility issues. In this paper, we propose a block - chain based contract management platform with block chain, smart contract, and Rest API. The suggested platform includes the RPBFT algorithm which solves the processing performance and security vulnerability of the existing consensus authentication algorithm, and the algorithm to prevent data entry and enhance transparency of participants. The block-chain-based contract management platform proposed in this paper provides a use environment with improved processing performance, security, reliability, and transparency, and can be used through API without burdening construction. Therefore, The effect can be expected.

The world is paying attention to the South Korean government's aggressive COVID-19 response, key of which is transparency and openness in sharing information. Opening up government information is essential to enhancing its social and economic value through increased awareness and accessibility. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of SNS operated by national open data portals in which government-collected and -disclosed data is available and to suggest improvements for the use of open data portals. To do this, the study compared 3 national open data portals, each from India, U.S.A, and Korea, by performing quantitative analysis, user feedback analysis, time-series analysis, and information type analysis. Based on the identified information types and user needs, the study suggests concrete ways to facilitate the use of open data portals.

Due to the spread of smartphones, mankind has been able to access and use a variety of mobile information anywhere, anytime. Mobile competency, the capability of accessing and using mobile information is affect the quality of the individual's life. In this study, 1,290 South Korean, Chinese, and American responded on mobile competency and quality of life. As a result, Korean had highest score in mobile information accessibilty, but American in mobile information utilization. Korea showed lowest rating in improvement of quality of life due to mobile competency. These results shows that Korean do not properly utilized mobile information for higher quality of life although they use longest time of mobile internet. Also, consumer innovativeness had the greatest influence on the utilization of mobile information among individual variables.

A prototyping means the way to improve system better from add, modify and delete in the middle of System's working with making model of system simply to offer users in the first develop which the first model is similar in the real model. but there are virtual prototyping and real prototyping in the skills of prototyping but there is some limitation for simulating variety and detail product in the real prototyping and hard to make a simulation of environment elements of the target model in the virtual prototyping. Integrated prototyping system is improved to make up for their defects of environment in the real or virtual prototyping. In this theory, to have flexibility, reusability, scalability and accessibility we build environment of integrated prototyping improvement which is based on component with linkage method between virtual and real.

In this paper, we designed the open service platform based on integrated type of individual customized service and intelligent information technology with individual's complex attributes and requests. First, the data collection phase is proceed quickly and accurately to repeat extraction, transformation and loading. The generated data from extraction-transformation-loading process module is stored in the distributed data system. The data analysis phase is generated a variety of patterns that used the analysis algorithm in the field. The data processing phase is used distributed parallel processing to improve performance. The data providing should operate independently on device-specific management platform. It provides a type of the Open API.

Due to mechanical failure or geographical accessibility, the seismic data can be partially missed. In addition, it can be coarsely sampled such as crossline of the marine streamer data. This seismic data that irregular sampled and spatial aliased may cause problems during seismic data processing. Accurate and efficient interpolation method can solve this problem. Futhermore, interpolation can save the acquisition cost and time by reducing the number of shots and receivers. Among various interpolation methods, the Matching Pursuit method can be applied to any sampling type which is regular or irregular. However, in case of using sinusoidal basis function, this method has a limitation in spatial aliasing. Therefore, in this study, we have developed wavelet based Matching Pursuit method that uses wavelet instead of sinusoidal function for the improvement of dealiasing performance. In addition, we have improved interpolation speed by using inner product instead of L-2 norm.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify patients' dissatisfaction with health care through a content analysis of newspaper articles published between 1990 and 2015. It focused on developing a systematic coding scheme for content analysis as well as exploring changes over time. Methods: Among articles published by 8 major national newspapers, our content analysis used those that specifically covered the dissatisfaction of patients. Coding taxonomy was developed in two domains: (1) contents of dissatisfaction and (2) special circumstances and groups where complaints were filed. All articles were then coded according to this coding taxonomy to conduct descriptive analysis. Results: A total of 794 complaints were discovered in 338 articles. Contents of dissatisfaction were classified into 7 categories and 50 subcategories. Complaints regarding accessibility, technical care, and administration were noticeable in special circumstances, including strikes and spread of epidemic diseases, whereas complaints on interpersonal care and cost were prominent in general population and circumstances. When comparing the proportion of articles covering patient dissatisfaction in general population/circumstances between 1990-2000 and 2001-2015, complaints on administration and physical environment diminished over time, whereas complaints on outcome of health care increased. Conclusion: This study offers a rare window to view the responsiveness of the Korean health care system on a long time horizon.

Persons with low vision impairment refers to visual and visual impairments that can not be remedied by medical or optical methods due to inherited or acquired eye disease. People with low vision impairments account for more than 240 million people in the world and have only a few remaining eyesight. We will discuss the improvement of information accessibility of low visually impaired people and future research methods through research on Web UI/UX in mobile web environment for low visibility handicapped in the environment where information can be accessed through existing screen reader (TTS) and screen enlargement function.
