대형트럭 프레임의 비틀림 강성 평가를 위한 유한요소 모델 개발 (Development of a Finite Element Model for Evaluating Torsional Stiffness of the Frame of a Large Truck)

  • This paper develops a finite element model of a cabover type large truck. The finite element model is for evaluating torsional stiffness of the frame of the large truck. The torsional test of the frame is conducted in order to validate the developed finite element model. A load cell is used to measure the load applied to the frame. An angle sensor is used to measure the torsional angle. An actuator is used to apply a load to the frame. A vertical upward load and a vertical downward load are applied to the frame in the torsional test. The frame's torsional stiffness is computed with the measured load and torsional angle in the torsional test. The finite element model of the large truck includes cab, deck and payload, suspension, and tire. Cab, deck, and suspension are modeled not to affect the frame's torsional stiffness. The simulation is performed with the developed finite element model for evaluating the frame's torsional stiffness. The simulation results show a very good correlation with the torsional test results in the tendency of changing of the frame's torsional stiffness not only with the direction of the applying load but also with the amount of the applying load. In addition, the simulation results predict the measured torsional stiffness of the frame with about $5{\%}$ error.

L 형상 용접 프레임의 피로 실험 및 시뮬레이션 (Fatigue Test and Simulation on the Steel Welded L-Shaped Frame)

  • A fatigue test on the steel welded L-shaped frame was conducted. The frame was consisted with carbon steel tube and reinforced bracket. The four type reinforced brackets were fabricated. They were two rectangular plate reinforced bracket, two sided pentagon plate reinforced bracket, triangular plate reinforced bracket and fully reinforced bracket. The fatigue test of frame was conducted with axial tension loading. The fatigue simulation of the steel welded L-shaped frame was also performed by the finite element method with code FEMFAT. The frame of fully reinforced bracket had the highest fatigue life and reinforced quality factor.

  • 본 고에서는 자동차 안전대책중에서 One-box car의 전면충돌 안전대책에 대하여 개략적으로 소개하고자 한다. 1. 충돌기본식 1/2M$V^{2}$=F.S에서 에너지 흡수율이 frame의 변형 평균 하중과 차체 변형량에 좌우된다. 2. frame 형상은 굽힘형보다 압축형이 동일한 변형구간에서 월등한 충돌에너지를 흡수한다. 3. 압축형 frame의 에너지 흡수효과는 main-frame의 버팀강도가 e.a-frame의 변형 하중보다 강해야만 그 효과를 충분히 얻을 수 있다.

K-G-FRAMES AND STABILITY OF K-G-FRAMES IN HILBERT SPACES

  • A K-g-frame is a generalization of a g-frame. It can be used to reconstruct elements from the range of a bounded linear operator K in Hilbert spaces. K-g-frames have a certain advantage compared with g-frames in practical applications. In this paper, the interchangeability of two g-Bessel sequences with respect to a K-g-frame, which is different from a g-frame, is discussed. Several construction methods of K-g-frames are also proposed. Finally, by means of the methods and techniques in frame theory, several results of the stability of K-g-frames are obtained.

소성 강도 해석에 의한 Web Frame의 시스템 신뢰성 해석 (The System Reliability Analysis of Web Frame by Plastic Strength Analysis)

  • 평면 골조 구조물로 이상화된 Web frame의 최종강도를 합리적으로 추정하기 위해 기존의 탄성해석 방법 대신에 구조물의 소성붕괴를 최종상태로 가정하여 구조해석을 수행하는 소성 해석 방법으로 선형 계획법과 Compact procedure를 정식화 하였고, 그 결과를 탄소성 해석과 비교하여 Web frame의 안전성 평가에 있어서 소성강도 해석 방법의 유용성을 검토하였다. 또한 구조해석에 사용되는 변수들의 확률적 특성을 고려하여 구조물의 안전성 평가를 하는 신뢰성 해석을 위해 소성붕괴 해석에서 얻어지는 구조물이 소성 파괴모드를 신뢰성 모델로서 사용 하였으나, 선체와 같이 과잉 구속되어 있는 부정정 구조물이 갖는 다수의 파괴모드 문제를 처리 하기 위해 기본 파괴모드 해석 방법과 자동 파괴모드 해석 방법을 이용하였고, 얻어진 파괴 모드로 부터 Web frame의 파괴확률을 계산하여 구조물의 안전성 평가에 있어서 확정론적인(deterministic)방법과 확률론적인(probabilistic)방법을 비교 검토하였다.

연어 Frame 육의 식품성분 특성 (Food Component Characterization of Muscle From Salmon Frame)

  • 연어 가공 부산물의 효율적 이용을 위하여 연어 frame 유래 근육의 식품성분 특성에 대하여 살펴보았고, 아울러 연어 fillet와 비교하여 살펴보았다. 연어 frame 근육의 일반 성분은 수분의 경우 73.2%이었고, 건물 100 g 당 조단백질, 조지방 및 조회분 함량은 각각 76.9%, 15.7% 및 4.1%이었다. 연어 frame 근육의 pH 및 휘발성염기질소 함량은 각각 6.63 및 16 mg/100 g으로 신선하여 수산가공원료로 사용 가능하였다. 연어 frame 근육의 헌터 색조는 명도, 적색도 및 황색도가 각각 55.34, 16.60 및 19.99이었고, 색차가 48.83이었으며, 이는 fillet 근육에 비하여 명도의 경우 높았으나, 적색도, 황색도 및 색차의 경우 낮았다. TCA 가용성 질소 함량은 연어 frame 근육이 542 mg/100 g으로 연어 fillet 근육의 612 mg/100 g에 비하여 낮았다. 연어 frame 근육의 지방산 조성, 총 아미노산 함량 및 칼슘, 인 함량과 같은 영양성분은 물론이고, 색조 및 냄새와 같은 관능평가의 결과도 연어 fillet 근육과 차이가 없었다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 보아 연어 가공 부산물인 frame 유래 근육은 연어 가공소재로 재이용 가능하리라 판단되었다.

  • A characterization of frame operators of finite Gabor frames is presented here. Regularity aspects of Gabor frames in 𝑙2(ℤN) are discussed by introducing associated semi-frame operators. Gabor type frames in finite dimensional Hilbert spaces are also introduced and discussed.

A STUDY OF THE TUBULAR SURFACES ACCORDING TO MODIFIED ORTHOGONAL FRAME WITH TORSION

  • In this study, tubular surfaces were introduced according to the modified orthogonal frame defined at the points where the torsion is different from zero in the 3-dimensional Euclidean space. First, the relations between the Frenet frame and the modified orthogonal frame with torsion are given. Then, the singularity, Gaussian curvature, mean curvature and basic forms of the tubular surface given according to the modified orthogonal frame with torsion were calculated. In addition, the conditions for the parameter curves of the tubular surface to be geodesic, asymptotic and line of curvature were examined. Finally, tubular surface examples based on both the Frenet frame and the modified orthogonal frame with torsion were given to support the study.

미국 뉴욕전동차용 대차 프레임 개발 (Development of Truck Frame and Bolster For New-York EMU)

  • The truck frame of railway vehicle is important structure supporting the various loadings during running on the railway. The verification of sufficient strength on truck frame is essential in case of EMU carrying many people. To verify the safety of truck frame, the actual loading conditions should be considered ast design stage. This paper is describing that the development procedure of truck frame and bolster changed from existing casting frame to new welded frame for New-York EMU, also introducing the design regulations for new welded truck frame. Additionally the dynamic accelerations on the truck were measured to insure the actual loadings on service running condition, and the procedure and results of this test are described in this paper.

  • We introduce a concept of countably strong inclusions ${\triangleleft}$ and that of ${\triangleleft}-{\sigma}$-ideals and prove that the subframe $S({\triangleleft})$ of the frame ${\sigma}IdL$ of ${\sigma}$-ideals is a Lindel$\ddot{o}$fication of a frame L. We also deal with conditions for which the converse holds. We show that any countably approximating regular $D({\aleph}_1)$ frame has the smallest countably strong inclusion and any frame which has the smallest $D({\aleph}_1)$ Lindel$\ddot{o}$fication is countably approximating regular $D({\aleph}_1)$.
