Geographical Identification (GI) regulation is not common in Korea. Although studies on the regulation recently have been conducted, there is a lack of academic discussion about its domestic introduction and activation plan. GI regulation has advantages in terms of activation of local industry, consumer protection, and economic efficiency. Moreover, the quality of agricultural and marine products in Korea is not lower than that in Europe to apply GI regulation. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the regulation in Korea through the review of the reference cases. This study examines the status of GI regulation and policies in Korea and foreign countries for the protection of domestic liquor industry. This study also provides suggestions to achieve the growth of domestic Makgeolli through GI regulation as if the liquors representing a country such as French wine, Japanese sake, and German beer are being loved around the world.

According to the Statistics Korea in 2016, 56.9% of companies do not fairly pay compensation for employee invention, despite the increasing proportion of the inventions in corporations. One reason is that the objective calculation method for employee and patent's contribution and the clear standard of fair compensation have not been established. Therefore, this study proposes a new calculation method using DCF (Discounted cash flow) and AHP (Analytical hiearchy process) methodology to calculate the fair amount of employee invention compensation, and verified it through real case examples. As a result, 2.3 times higher amount of compensation was calculated than the previous approach. This study is meaningful that it provided objective compensation criteria that could more protect the inventor in the situation which the clear criteria for the calculation of fair compensation are not established. This methodology is expected to be applicable for SMEs as employee invention compensation.

As entering the Big Data age, utilization of Big Data is also increasing in the intellectual property sector. Meanwhile, the purpose of a trademark which distinguishes the source of the goods essentially is to enable the public to recognize the goods. Big Data technologies which is recently becoming a issue can be used as a tool to judge consumer's awareness of the trademark. It was difficult for judgment of trademark awareness through traditional ways. As a new way, survey methodology has bee received attention, and it was applied to the field of trademark law. However, various problems such as cost, time, objectivity, and fairness were observed. In order to overcome theses limitations, this study proposes new way utilizing big data analytics for judgment on consumer's awareness of the trademark. This new way will not only contribute to enhancing the objectivity of judging trademark awareness but also utilized to support for related legal judgments.

This study researched text mining and text network analysis to analyze the images of Nonghyup Insurance for consumers. With the recent development of social media, many texts are being produced and reproduced, and texts of social media provide important information to companies. Text mining and text network analysis are used in many studies to identify image of company and product. As a result of the text analysis, the positive image of the Nonghyup Insurance is safety and stability. Negative images of the Nonghyup Insurance is concern and anxiety. As a result of the textual network analysis, Centered mage of Nonghyup Insurance is safety and concern. This paper allows researchers to extract several lessons learned that are important for the text mining and text network analysis.

Financial instruments are economic and intangible assets that bring financial company tremendous economic returns when it is a success. Also, It is necessary to protect this because it is a product of effort made by a lot of human resources and materials. However, legal and institutional devices for financial instruments are insufficient currently and 'copying practices' are rampant throughout the industry in korea. This ultimately inhibits the utility and welfare of consumers, but also adversely affects the competitiveness of the financial industry. In order to finance innovation that new financial products and services have appeared, it is necessary to grant the appropriate rights, such as intellectual property rights of financial instruments. And, there is a need for measures to protect it. Thus, this study proposed new way protecting the financial instruments through Intellectual property right. It is the introduction of similar protection system to financial instruments, such as mechanisms that protect database producers in copyright law.

There has been active discussions on informational view among various privacy perspectives because of Internet usage. Social science research has largely discussed determinants of information privacy concerns (IPC) and its behavioral outcomes. However, the focus of studies was limited to company's practices and existing studies have not reported consistent results. In addition, the relationship between demographic characteristics of user and IPC has not been discussed enough. In this study, we re-investigate the relationship between users' demographic characteristics and IPC with data from a large sample provided by the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI). The results showed that educational background and income level have effects on IPC in line with existing studies. But the effects of gender and age had different impact on IPC compared to previous studies. This study has implications in enabling generalization of empirical findings and confirming the results of previous studies.

Recently invasion of privacy problem in medical information have been issued following the interest in secondary use of large medical information. These large medical information is very useful information that can be used in various fields such as disease research and prevention. However, due to the privacy laws such as Privacy Act and Medical Law, these informations including patients or health professionals' personal information are difficult to utilize secondary. Accordingly, various methods such as k-anonymity, l-diversity and differential-privacy that can be utilized while protecting privacy have been developed and utilized in this field. In this paper, we study differential privacy processing procedure, one of various methods, and find out about the differential privacy problem using Laplace noise. Finally, we propose a new method using the Shamir's secret sharing method and symemetric key encryption algorithm such as AES for this problem.

NFT art is a new art formed based on NFT technology. This is attracting great attention in the existing art world and art market. Therefore, it is required to analyze whether NFT art can establish itself as a new area of art. Therefore, the formation and development process of NFT art is analyzed from the perspective of Actor-Network Theory of Science and Technology and Studies, and the case of NFT artist 'beeple' is a representative example. It also discusses the artistic value of NFT art and its relationship with traditional art networks based on the aesthetics of science and technology researcher Graham Harman. In particular, it analyzes the future and genre sustainability of NFT art through the case of NFT project "Cryptopunks" and "PUNKISM" advocating a new art genre. By analyzing NFT art with ANT, I would like to raise a technical, aesthetic, and philosophical questions and propose a positive prospect as a new art genre.

First of all, environmental philosophy, environmental sociology, environmental education, environmental toxicology, environmental architecture, and environmental geography are suggested to add to the main schedule in KDC and -0276 green technology(environmental technology) is suggested to add to Table 1. Standard subdivision. And new classification numbers for environmental law and environmental public administration are suggested in law and public administration.

In the universities of U.S.A., Criminal Justice is the interdisciplinary study of the institutions and policies that constitute the criminal justice system, as well as theories of human behavior and philosophies of justice related to the maintenance of social order, the control of crime, and the achievement of a just society. There are 103 American Universities have Criminal Justice department and they provide about 180 differents courses as a pre-requisition or optional subject in the major. The most 10 courses that those colleges adopted are Introduction to Criminal Justice, Criminal Law, Criminology, Criminal Procedures, Research Methods in Criminal Justice, Criminal Investigation, Juvenile Justice, Terrorism, Ethical Issues in Criminal Justice, Introduction to Psychology or Introduction to Sociology. Also, 10 fields more important in the major if we group together similar courses those are Criminal Justice and Procedures Sequences, Law, Justice and corrections, Theory and Methods Sequences, Homelend Security and Security Operations, Forensics and Cybercrime, Management and Administration, Police, Race and Ethnicity, General Requirements, Other Social Science Fields. The combined degree program leading to Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and Master in Public Administration provides a concentration in criminal justice, management, administration, and leadership. They have big different courses between USA and Korea event though they have similar educative goal and way of approach to the target in the major.
