In addition, the technology is used by the new media graphics, lasers, LED, which were possible only in imagination, using tools such as the time-space of the potential for explosion. In particular, it was found in the spacial color of atypical using the nature of light. Such these architecture is space people actively experiencing a sense towards the expansion of its place. Therefore, the study purpose is to explore the Steven Holl's spacial colors to utilize the space is important to the possibility of light. He prefers the connection to the invisible world is inferred from the visible world and other space. He thoughts an idea linked to the concept watercolors which is a tool that holds to the notion of the flexibility of light and shadow. Concept watercolor is the idea space, establish space, recombinant space, and the growthy space. These have shown the no fixed spacial color cause of the combination of the different tones according to the characteristics of the mixed-color development of a concept watercolors demonstrated the spacial color of the replacement. • The traditional gardens of China were constructed on the basis of the common aesthetic consciousness between designers and users. As designers and users communicated each other through the medium of garden, they give suggestions to our design and appreciation of modern landscape architecture. The traditional gardens of China pursued to reach the state of Yi Jing(意境), and this state formed the keynote of the whole field of Chinese culture. Yi Jing is the aesthetic theory originated in Pre-Qin Era, and established in Tang-Dynasty. After this, this theory become the very important aesthetic category of Chinese aesthetics. Yi Jing is the process from conception to appreciation, and requires the three parts of designer, a work of art, and appreciator. To reach Yi Jing, designers must be well grounded and persevere in their efforts. They also had to have the ability of corresponding the inner order of environment and landscape, and expressing their own feelings and emotions into gardens. So ultimately, they were in pursuit of constructing the gardens as if something naturally created. The garden itself is the meeting place of designers and users. The space in which users can think of life, nature, history, and cosmos. In order to do this, designers design the real landscape and non-visual landscape. This design can give appreciators more fertile imagination. Appreciation perfects the Yi Jing of gardens. Yi Jing is created by co-work of artist and appreciator with common aesthetic consciousness and sense. Therefore, it is subjective, and it may be vary with man and time.

  • In March 2021, the <Guidance on Promoting the Scientific Interface between Kindergarten and Elementary School> issued by the Ministry of Education of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to child oriented. This goal of this policy is based on the idea of "living education" proposed by Mr. Heqin Chen in 1940, which indicates that a true understanding of children is necessary before talking about educating them. The core goal of "bidirectional articulation" is to strengthen the sense of articulation between kindergartens and elementary school, scientifically prepare for and adapt to school enrollment, and promote the smooth transition of children. Moreover, the <Guidance Points for Kindergarten Readiness Education> and the <Guidance Points for Elementary School Adaptation Education>, which were released at the same time as the <Guidance on Promoting the Scientific Interface between Kindergarten and Elementary School>, also place special emphasis on the cultivation of children's life preparation and adaptability. The aim of the bidirectional articulation "bridging" is to realize a two-way exchange of curriculum between kindergarten and elementary school, and to reform the curriculum at three levels through the curriculum spirit of "gamification", the continuous curriculum structure, and the developmental curriculum evaluation.

  • The purpose of this study is to set a relationship between intentional system and spatial orientation, and with space model in the human world to orient yourself is to present the basic spatial concepts. This is composed of parts of intentional system and spatial orientation on the research. Through the study of intentional system which is based on the orientation with Daniel Dennett's, it suggests the space-model that composed with aspects of intentionality and spatial elements. With space-model and judgement of spatial types, it makes relationship confirm between them. Through this process, following the results of this study were derived. First, intentional stance of space is the key for building knowledge and memories about space, and for identifying external environment images which are experienced in the senses of human. Second, changing the meaning from space to place makes horizons of space broader and creates a new sense of space with put the intentional orientation into the space. Third, this study can make confirm what the aspect of the space-schema-elements for orientation in space, serves as the presentation elements. This study leaps an old-view of the architectural customs about spatial orientation, and creates an opportunity to refine the newer concept of space. This concept of space is a basic essential for 'site-selection' and 'spot-catching' as an intentional system for spatial orientation and to establish a relationship with human beings in the world of his own orientation to the concept of space.

  • This project provides designs for renewal of the surrounding environment related to old fountains typically located in cities. In many cities, the fountain element has bee located with a strategic position in the city. Located in the central area of Cheongju, the Sajik Fountain Fountain has significant position in the local city. However, due to changes in the surrounding area and the old-fashioned form of the fountain, it has not contributed substantially to the cityscape. Including the historical Seomoon Bridge and Moosim-Cheon(stream) as Wooam-San(mountain) setting, the surrounding environment of our planning site appear to be a locally important place. In respect to building with a broad function, landscape designers focused on the reconsideration of symbolization as landmark, of the image of Cheongju city, of recognition by removing the horizontal line and of the substantial civil´s use rate. Achieved by working with a sculptor, a new function, the main facility, is managed sculpturally and imaged in a drop of water representing clear, fresh Cheongju city. This plan introduces the image of Wooam-San, Moosim-Cheon(stream), Sangdang-SanSung(A mountain fortress) and elicit a sense of peace, symbolic of Cheongju. The significance of this project is that as the current cities are increasingly developed, small areas left alone in city are reconsidered and offered to the public as efficient, resting and active outdoor space.

  • Referring to Buyer's obligations, the Buyer must pay the price for the goods and take delivery of them as required by the contract. There are vital importances to the Buyer's Fundamental Breach. The legal effects of a breach of contract do not depend on the nature of the obligation broken, but on the consequences of the breach the detriment to the other party. The obligations mentioned to Article 53 are primary obligations which are to be fulfilled in the normal performance of the contract. They include a number of different acts which could be seen as the subject-matter of different obligations. CISG gives further details for the payment of the price in Articles 54 to 59 and for taking delivery in Article 60. The buyer has to take delivery at the respective place within a reasonable period after this communication since he cannot be required to take delivery immediately. Refusing to take delivery in case of delay not constituting a ground for avoiding the contract makes no sense, since this would lead to even later delivery. For the understanding of Buyer's Fundamental Breach, We need to search the Cases referring to the breach of buyer's main obligations.

  • This study was carried out to find the general representation methods of wall with respaect to the Korean treaditional atmosphere based on case studies, 16 case studies were classified into two categores : traditional walls and designed walls expressing the treaditional atmosphere. And the representation methods of walls were viewed by two sides : the type of message and the role of sign. The results were summarized as follows ; ■ To reproduce the traditional walls is possible, in this case the role of sign is icon. ■ To reproduce or represint the visual element of the traditional walls will be also possible, in this case the role of sign is index. It is recommended to use 3 types of message in representing methods of walls expressing the Korean traditional atmosphere. ■ Shape ; Approach to shape is more effective than maerial or figure. It is possible to represent the shape element of the traditional walls. Specially, it will be effective to utilize the capital of traitional walls as shape element. ■ Material ; Conventional materials with less artificial processing used at traditional walls will be better suited. ■ Figure ; To utilize the traditional figures is possible. Specially, it will be effective to utilize the traditional figures as design approach with respaect to the sense of place. Futher research is required to find out the relationship between the meaning and the design mechanics.
