In this paper, we proposed model creation algorithm for multiple moving objects tracking. The proposed algorithm is divided that the initial model creation step as moving objects are entered into background image and the model reformation step in the moving objects tracking step. In the initial model creation step, the initial model is created by AND operating division image, divided using difference image and clustering method, and edge image of the current image. In the model reformation step, a new model was reformed in the every frame to adapt appearance change of moving objects using Hausdorff Distance and 2D-Logarithmic searching algorithm. We simulated for driving cart in the road. In the result, model was created over 98% in case of irregular approach direction of cars and tracking objects number.

We present the near-infrared spectra (2.5-5.0 um) of shocked $H_2$ gas, observed with the InfraRed Camera onboard the satellite AKARI. Two supernova remnants, IC 443 and HB 21, were observed, and they all showed the ortho-to-para ratios (OPRs) of less than 3.0: 2.1-2.2 for IC 443 and 1.6-1.8 for HB 21. These non-equilibrium OPRs are first reported at E(v,J) > 7000 K, as far as we are aware of. Based on our previous study, we try to interpret that the non-equilibrium OPRs originate from dissociative J-shocks. Dissociative J-shocks mainly generate infrared H2 emissions from their $H_2$ reformation zone, and the OPR of 3.0 are expected for the reformed $H_2$ from the theoretical study. This is contradictory to our observational results. We propose other possible origins of the non-equilibrium OPRs, such as, abnormal $H_2$ reformation, partially dissociative J-shocks, etc.

Background: After closed reduction, patients are sometimes concerned that their external nasal shapes have changed. The aim of this study was to investigate and explain changes in nasal shape after surgery through objective photogrammetric anthropometry measurements taken through three-dimensional (3D) reformed computed tomography (CT) images. Methods: Our study included 100 Korean patients who underwent closed reduction of isolated nasal bone fracture from January 2016 to June 2017. Using the ruler tool in Adobe Photoshop CS3, we measured preoperative and postoperative nasal base heights, long nostril axis lengths, both nasal alar angles, and amount of nasal deviation through the 3D reformation of soft tissue via CT scans. We then compared the dimension of nose. Results: The amount of postoperative correction for nasal base height was 1.192 mm. The differences in nostril length between each side were found to be 0.333 mm preoperatively and 0.323 mm postoperatively. The differences in the nasal alar angle between each side was $1.382^{\circ}$ preoperatively and $1.043^{\circ}$ postoperatively. The amount of nasal deviation was found to be 5.248 mm preoperatively and 1.024 mm in postoperatively. Conclusion: After the reduction of nasal bone fractures, changes in nasal dimensions were noticeable in terms of nasal deviation but less significant in nasal tips, except for changes in nasal alar angles, which were notable.

User query formation highly acts on the effectiveness of information retrieval when we retrieve documents from the general domain as a web. This thesis proposes a intelligent information retrieval method based on a cross-lingual knowledge base to effectively perform a cross-lingual text retrieval from the web. The inferred knowledge from the cross-lingual knowledge base helps user's word association to make up user query easily and exactly for effective cross-lingual text information retrieval. This thesis develops user's query reformation algorithm and experiments it with Korean and English web. Experimental results show that the algorithm based on the proposed knowledge base is much more effective than without knowledge base in the cross-lingual text retrieval.

The successful knowledge and information based companies facilitate to restructure the industry and strengthen the national competitiveness in the future. Executive officer must present long term vision in order to expand enterprise continuously and establish long term management goal and strategy which are appropriate for key organizational skills of future management environment (Pfeffer, 1998). Also, long term talent management based on vision, goal and strategy and talent development strategy and employment management must be established (小池, 1994)). American HRM system's reformation cannot be defined without scientific management policy. However, currently widely discussed Japanese HRM system's reformation cannot be defined without organizational commitment focused Japanese employment system. (津田, 1992 ; 太田, 1994). Japan's development of the following policies are behind comparing to Europe : (1)Skill based talent management regardless of age, sex, nationality, race and academic background (2)Consideration of retirement age of 64 (3)Creativity and freedom promoting talent management policy. Also, there are problems to be solved. Solutions will be searched for by establishing new wage policy based on tasks and individuals in the basis of lifetime employment system.

This study examined importance and performance of urban agriculture education program of the trainees who attended urban agriculture education, and suggested reformation of urban agriculture instructor course of Gyeonggi Provincial Agricultural Research & Extension Services by IPA models. The investigation was done on October 7, 2011. The subject was 40 trainees of urban agriculture instructor course of Gyeonggi Provincial Agricultural Research & Extension Services. The study suggested reformation of urban agriculture education program based on the findings as follow: Firstly, the instructors should teach trainees not theoretically but practically to let the trainees make use of learning at urban agriculture. Secondly, teaching material that is not theoretically but practical enough to apply it to actual urban agriculture should be supplied. Thirdly, urban agriculture education should be done not theoretically but practically considering its characteristics. Theoretical contents have been already included in teaching material, and practice oriented education should be done to let trainees put theory into practice on-the-spot. Practice oriented education should be supported in the planning future education. In addition future urban agriculture education program should consider importance as well as practice of educational contents, lecturers, operations and facilities.

In order to satisfy the needs of an intelligent information system, it is necessary to have more intelligent query processing in an object-oriented database. In this paper, we present a method to apply intelligent query processing in object-oriented databases using deductive approach. Using this method, we generate intelligent answers to represent the answer-set abstractly for a given query in object-oriented databases. Our approach consists of few stages: rule representation, rule reformation pre-resolution, and resolution. In rule representation, a set of deductive rules is generated based on an object-oriented database schema. In rule reformation, we eliminate the recursion in rules. In pre-resolution, rule transformation is done to get unique intensional literals. In resolution, we use SLD-resolution to generate intensional answers.

Living Lab is one of open movements regarding social innovation, which mainly utilizes scientific technology to improve local residents' life value. Even though various attempts have been made, Living Lab projects that deal with actual life-related problems of local communities are not sufficiently being made. This study aims at organizing existing Living Lab studies and to draw political issues in perspective of solving regional problems and developing local communities. Above all, policies should be proceeded in a way that fully understands and reflects local problem since communication with local residents or end-users will be increased. It is required to support certain products or solution development that fits specific local situation based on their resource and demands. In addition, local small businesses or start-up companies should be given opportunities to conduct experiment and revise new technology, product or service on the spot. It would be a useful example to utilize ICT technology and contents such as local cable TV network, for Living Lab. Living Lab can establish itself as an effective reformation process only if it remains to function for the sake of solving issues of local community and residents. Practical undertones would be able to be obtained once this exploratory study turns into empirical case study.

The Vampire has relatively universal images in through the cultural and verbal usages. The comic Higajima and movie display the latest image of Japanese Vampire of asian mode of production. After the Meiji political reformation of 18th Century, Japanese had rapidly changed into European style in every places. However, the Higajima is denied the structural changes, it is insisted that the changing is only the skin deep and colour of hair but the structure of the society is same as feudal Japan. Asian mode of production is claimed by Karl Marx, according to him, it is before the historical developing model in Europe and it was controversial. The major character of modern Japanese history would be the change of hierarchy of king-shogun-samurai-peasant based on the regional ground. The feudal structure is changed by the Meiji reformation and Japan was rushed for the westernized country rather than the asian mode of production. However, Higajima argued that the changing is just the clothes of ruler but the democracy and individual citizenship was lost in that reformation. Vampire is cursed creature that cannot see the sun and it has not the functioned as a human organ. For human it is dead but this creature actively moves and stronger than human and much superior than human in every aspects. It is managed the feeding through the suck the human blood and power to seduction. Even it is not exist, it is quite symbolic phenomenon of cultural usage of superior entity of chain of feeding. The aim of this paper is display the symbolic code Vampire of Asian mode of production in Higajima and political struggling of Japan in actual. To search of the cultural meaning and possibility of the Korean solution of modernity.

Spiritual direction is not a product created and developed by an individual, but a historical product that includes the church, believers, society, and the contexts of the times. Among the social changes related to spiritual direction, this study pays attention to monasticism and the Reformation. Focusing on these two social changes, this study analyzes the social dimension of spiritual direction indicated by the occurrence and change of spiritual direction and discusses its meaning. Around the time Christianity was officially recognized by the Roman Empire, monasticism began its long history, and Athanasius spread his ideal of monastic life and at the same time pursued the unity of the church and the monastic movement. Through this process, spiritual disciplines and educational models interacted and changed. During the Reformation period, Protestantism began to form new spiritual education and training. The Catholic Church pursued renewal through new concepts and practices of spiritual direction. Spiritual direction is being formed and recognized as a means of helping the spiritual life of individual Christians. The origin and change of spiritual direction mean that spiritual direction can be understood and applied differently reflecting the contexts and situations due to social interaction. Also, it should not be overlooked that spiritual direction can act as a cause of integration or division of the Korean Protestant churches.
