  • The objective of this thesis is to improve the quality of a software product based on the enhancement of a software design quality using a better error detecting method. Also, this thesis is based on a software design method called as MOA(Methodology for Object to Agents) which uses an ontology based ODES(A Method based on Ontology for Detecting Errors in the Software Design) model as a common information model. At this thesis, a new format of error detecting method was defined. The method is implemented during a transformation process from UML model to ODES model using a ODES model, a Inter-View Inconsistency Detection technique and a combination of ontologic property of consistency framework and related rules. Transformation process to ODES model includes lexicon analysis and meaning analysis of a software design using of multiple mapping table at algorithm for the generation of ODES model instance.

  • This paper studies women's clothing and textiles recorded in the『the Odes』, and refers research materials on the old commentaries about the『the Odes』and the various kinds of records and remains. The results regarding women's clothing in『the Odes』are follow: 1. Ti-i, Chin-i are the women's ceremonial dresses. Ti-i is a kind of the court dress and the shape is a long dress embroidered with pheasant. Chan-i belongs to the lower grade compared with the six ritual dresses worn by the queen and is made of Hu that is a kind of the white soft-wrinkled fabrics. 2. A women's I-Shang is composed of a blouse and a skirt. It is the classic style before the Sh n-I appears in China. Also we find that they use the standard colours for a blouse and the intermediate colours for a skirt in Chou period. 3. Chiung-I, Chiung-Shang and Hsieh-Pen are a kind of the robe put over the former garment made of Chin not to display to elegance. 4. Fu, Ch n-Fa, Pei and T'i are a kind of women's wig. Ti and the six-Chia are women's hair ornaments. Ch'i-Chin and Ju-L are a kind of the working women's turbun. 5. The women's belt ornaments are classified into the practical things and the decorational things like those for men. The results regarding fabrics in the『the Odes』are as follow: 1. The silk fabrics; There are Chin, Hu, Chou, Tz , Su, Hsiu. 2. The woolen fabrics; There is Ho. 3. The linen fabrics; There are the hemp and the ramie in the remains of Chou period. • In order to examine the characteristics of the name of a thing appearing in the "Gugpung(국풍)", it was compared with the name of a thing in "The Korean annotation of the Classic of Odes(시경언해)" We have examined the reason why the names of things in "The Korean annotation of the Classic of Odes(시경언해)" and "Gugpung(국풍)" appear differently in terms of the difference between the purposes of compiling the two books and reflecting the changes in language. "The Korean annotation of the Classic of Odes(시경언해)" does not provide a proper language for the names of flora and fauna that can be easily seen in the collective term of plants or animals or in everyday life. However, in the "Gugpung (국풍)", they also presented their own words. We found the reason for the purpose of compiling the "Gugpung(국풍)". "Gugpung(국풍)" is a book made for women's education. Therefore "Gugpung(국풍)" was made not only to learn the contents but also to learn Chinese character contained in the contents. Consequently, unlike the "The Korean annotation of the Classic of Odes(시경언해)", most of the names of the Korean things are presented Although the names of the native language of "Gugpung(국풍)" and "The Korean annotation of the Classic of Odes(시경언해)" are consistent with each other, many cases have been found that appear differently. In many cases, they reflected the change of the history of the Korean language in the early 17th century, when the "The Korean annotation of the Classic of Odes(시경언해)" was published, and in the early 19th century, when the "Gugpung(국풍)" wind was written.

  • This paper aimed at examining studies on the Book of Odes of Weng fang-gang(翁方綱), a scholar who lived during Qianjia(乾嘉) period in the Qing(淸) Dynasty. In study on the Book of Odes, he had confidence in interpretation of Shixu(詩 序) and Maozhuan(毛傳), laid emphasis on long interpretation and opposed a tendency to be dubious of Confucian classics, showing a tendency of hanxue(漢 學), and he also showed a tendency of songxue(宋學) by criticizing a problem of Zheng xuan(鄭玄) & Kong ying-da(孔穎達) and taking a positive position toward Shijizhuan(詩集傳) of Zhu xi(朱熹). So to speak, Weng fang-gang can be considered to be a scholar who appropriately adopted and used the study method of hanxue(漢學) and songxue(宋學) in studying the Book of Odes.

  • This paper provides an innovative iteration technique for the large deflection problem of annular plate. After some manipulation, the problem is reduced to a couple of ODEs (ordinary differential equation). Among them, one is derived from the plane stress problem for plate, and other is derived from the bending of plate. Since the large deflection for plate is assumed in the problem, the relevant non-linear terms appear in the resulting ODEs. The pseudo-linearization procedure is suggested to solve the problem and the nonlinear ODEs can be solved in the way for the solution of linear ODE. To obtain the final solution, it is necessary to use the iteration. Several numerical examples are provided. In the study, the assumed value for non-dimensional loading is larger than those in the available references.

  • Zhu-zi(朱子) represented the study of The Book of Odes in Song dynasty and Dai-zhen(戴震) was The Book of Odes researcher representing Wan-pai(a kind of party) in Qing dynasty. Especially Dai-zhen took critical position of Zhu-xi. Comparing Zhu-zi with Dai-zhen in the aspect of The Book of Odes interpretation, this thesis intends to review the difference and the reason of both interpretations. Especially this thesis compares Zhu-zi's interpretation with Dai-zhen's about thirty poems Zhu-zi considered filthy poetry, investigating the differences of their interpretation. Regarding the poetry Zhu-zi considered filthy as refined satire, Dai-zhen had a negative position about Zhu-zi's theory of filthy poetry. As Zhu-zi interpreted the poetry in the first person on the literary view in the time when he interpreted the lyrics in the Feng-shi, he regarded the purpose and the usefulness of poetry as feeling of words. But as Dai-zhen interpreted the poetry in the third person under a Confucian classic view, he regarded the purpose and the usefulness of poetry as refined satire. In brief, that is to say that Zhu-zi made literary interpretations of feeling of words but Dai-zhen made Confucian classic interpretations of 'Si-wu-xie'(思無邪). These two men's differences about interpretation of The Book of Odes have much importance on the historical aspects of The Book of Odes. So to speak, Dai-zhen had bibliographical approach and described the meaning of poetry objectively, following Mao-shi(毛詩) theory about the interpretation of meaning of poetry, criticizing Zhu-zi's literarary view. Dai-zhen's interpretation of The Book of Odes mentioned Above was made from long vital power of Mao-shi theory and a Confucian classic method. Considering the historical stream of Zhu-zi and Dai-zhen's interpreting The Book of Odes, The Book of Odes will be interpreted and analyzed from the various views in the future.

  • The purpose of this thesis is to study concept of "the Publicity" in ancient classics in Asia. I refered to Book of Odes( 詩經), Analects(論語), Mencius(孟子), Collections of Chu Xi( 晦華集), Ri zhi lu( 日知錄). This thesis is to classify and reinterpret the concept of "the Publicity". The major types of it are as follows : first, "the Publicity" as the ascendancy of the king in Book of Odes. second, "the Publicity" as hereditary order in Analects, third, "the Publicity" as authority of the king in Mencius, fourth, "the Publicity" as political ascendancy in Collections of Chu Xi, fifth, "the Publicity" as public and private uniformity in Ri zhi lu.

  • Runge-Kutta-Nystr$\"{o}$m (RKN) methods provide a popular way to solve the initial value problem (IVP) for a system of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). Users of software are typically asked to specify a tolerance ${\delta}$, that indicates in somewhat vague sense, the level of accuracy required. It is clearly important to understand the precise effect of changing ${\delta}$, and to derive the strongest possible results about the behaviour of the global error that will not have regular behaviour unless an appropriate stepsize selection formula and standard error control policy are used. Faced with this situation sufficient conditions on an algorithm that guarantee such behaviour for the global error to be asympotatically linear in ${\delta}$ as ${\delta}{\rightarrow}0$, that were first derived by Stetter. Here we extend the analysis to cover a certain class of ODEs with low-order derivative discontinuities, and the class of ODEs with constant delays. We show that standard error control techniques will be successful if discontinuities are handled correctly and delay terms are calculated with sufficient accurate interpolants. It is perhaps surprising that several delay ODE algorithms that have been proposed do not use sufficiently accurate interpolants to guarantee asymptotic proportionality. Our theoretical results are illustrated numerically.

  • An explicit 4th order time integration scheme for solving the convection-diffusion equation is discussed in this paper. A system of ordinary differential equations are derived first by discretizing the spatial derivatives of the relevant PDE using the finite difference method. The integration of the ODEs is then carried out using a 4th order scheme and a self-adaptive technique based on the spatial grid spacing. For a non-uniform spatial grid, different time step sizes are used for the integration of the ODEs defined at different spatial points, which improves the computational efficiency significantly. A numerical example is also discussed in the paper to demonstrate the implementation and effectiveness of the method.

  • In present study, the numerical investigations are carried out for effects of suction and blowing on boundary layer slip flow of casson nano fluid along permeable stretching cylinder in an exponential manner. The modeled PDEs are changed into nonlinear ODEs through appropriate nonlinear transformations. Change in physical quantities like friction coefficient, Nusselt and Sherwood numbers with variation of the aforementioned parameters are also examined and their numerical values are listed in the form of tables. Effects of Reynold number, suction parameter, Prandtl number, Lewis number, Brownian motion parameter and thermophoresis parameter are seen graphically with temperature profile.
