We observed that in chemical vapor deposition (CVD) tungsten silicide (WSix) poly gate scheme, the gate oxide thickness decreases as gate length is reduced, and it intensifies the roll-off properties of transistor. This is because the fluorine diffuses laterally from WSix to the gate sidewall oxide in addition to its vertical diffusion to the gate oxide during gate re-oxidation process. When the channel length is very small, the gate oxide thickness is further reduced due to a relative increase of the lateral diffusion than the vertical diffusion. In DRAM cells where the channel length is extremely small, we found the thinned gate oxide is a main cause of poor retention time.

Kernel type estimations of discontinuity point at an unknown location in regression function or its derivatives have been developed. It is known that the discontinuity point estimator based on $Gasser-M\ddot{u}ller$ regression estimator with a one-sided kernel function which has a zero value at the point 0 makes a poor asymptotic behavior. Further, the asymptotic variance of $Gasser-M\ddot{u}ller$ regression estimator in the random design case is 1.5 times larger that the one in the corresponding fixed design case, while those two are identical for the local polynomial regression estimator. Although $Gasser-M\ddot{u}ller$ regression estimator with a one-sided kernel function which has a non-zero value at the point 0 for the modification is used, computer simulation show that this phenomenon is also appeared in the discontinuity point estimation.

Owing to the Digital revolution, Internet Commerce and Electronic Commerce is having a profound influence on the global Market and internal commerce, revolutionizing the way of doing business. e-Marketplace have adopted in order to the reshape of the Fisheries Sector's competitiveness, and it is now being utilized as a major global marketing instrument to develop new customers, save Market transaction costs ad facilitate new work processes. The purpose of this study is to provide a program for activation in e-Marketplace of the Fisheries Sector in Gangwon Do. However, at present, the environment of e-Marketplace Infrastructure in Gangwon Do is very poor. Therefore, this study points out the problems of e-Marketplace of the Fisheries Sector in Gangwon Do and provides many considerations for a program for activation of e-Marketplace.

In this paper, we propose a widerange array microphone for lecturer tracked with Frequency Modulated Continuous Waveform (FMCW) radar sensor. Time Difference-of-Arrival (TDoA) is often used as audio tracking, but the tracking accuracy is poor because the frequency of the voice is low and the relative frequency change is large. FMCW radar has a simple structure and is used to detect obstacles for vehicles, and the resolution can be archived to several centimeter. It is shown that the sensor is useful for detecting a speaker in open area such as a lecture, and we propose an wide range 4-element array microphone beamforming system. Through some experiments, the proposed system is able to adequately track the location and showed a 8.6dB improvement over the selection of the best microphone.

Recently, object recognition using image/video signals is rapidly spreading on autonomous driving and mobile phones. However, the actual input image/video signals are easily exposed to a poor illuminance environment. A recent researches for improving illumination enable to estimate and compensate the illumination parameters. In this study, we propose VE-DCE (video enhancement zero-reference deep curve estimation) to improve the illumination of low-light images. The proposed VE-DCE uses unsupervised learning-based zero-reference deep curve, which is one of the latest among learning based estimation techniques. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve the quality of low-light video as well as images compared to the previous method. In addition, it can reduce the computational complexity with respect to the existing method.

본 논문에서는 우리나라 학교교육의 문제점과 학교도서관의 문제점을 살펴 본후 학교교육을 정상화시키기 위한 방안으로 학교도서관의 발전을 주장하였다. 현대 사회에서 요구되어지는 창의성 개발교육, 평생교육, 열린교육 등에 있어서 우리나라 교육현장의 문제점을 살펴보았으며 학교도서관이 이러한 학교교육의 요구에 어떻게 적합한가를 논하였다. 또한 이상적인 학교도서관의 역할과 관련하여 우리나라 학교도서관 현장의 문제점을 살펴보았으며 특히 사서교사의 심각한 부족현상을 가장 중요한 요인으로 지적하고 앞으로의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

In angle of arrival estimation, the direction of a signal is usually assumed to be a point. If the direction of a signal is distributed due to some reasons in real surroundings, however, angle of arrival estimation techniques based on the point source assumption may result in poor performance. In this paper, we consider angle of arrival estimation when the signal sources are distributed. A parametric source model is proposed, and the estimation techniques based on the well-known maximum likelihood technique is considered under the model. In addition, Various statistical properties of the estimation errors were obtained.

The main objective of this paper is to investigate the potential utility of multisensor remotely sensed data for improved coastal wetland mapping. Five data fusion models, three algebraic models (Multiplicative (MT), Brovey (BT) and Wavelet transform (WT)) and two spectral domain models (Principals component transform (PCT) and Intensity-Hue-Saturation (IHS)) were implemented and tested over the multisensor data. The fused images were then compared based on visual and statistical approaches. The results show that the wavelet transform provides greater flexibility for combining optical data sets and has good potential for preserving the spatial and spectral content of the original images . However, this model yields poor information when combining optical and microwave data. Brovey transform is more reliable for fusing optical and microwave image data and yields improved information about different wetland features of the coastal zone.

해시태그는 현재 페이스북, 트위터와 같은 SNS와 개인 블로그 등에서 활발하게 사용되고 있다. 하지만 스팸성 목적 또는 게시글 조회수 증가 등의 목적으로 무분별하게 해시태그를 사용하여 태그검색의 효율성이 떨어지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 태그검색의 정확도를 높이고자 기존의 키워드 추출 알고리즘과 단어간 유사도 평가 알고리즘을 이용한 태그 검색 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안하는 시스템의 테스트 결과 태그 검색의 정확도가 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.
