A Study on the School Library Media Center as a Important Solution to the Problems of School Education

학교교육 문제해결책으로서의 학교도서관에 관한 일 연구

In this study, the writer explained what have been the problems of school education and of school library media center in our country In the problems of school library media center, the writer point out especially poor quantity of teacher-librarians at the field of school education in our country. And then explained how school library media center can be developed. Finally the writer suggested how the problems of school education can be resolved by the school library media center.

본 논문에서는 우리나라 학교교육의 문제점과 학교도서관의 문제점을 살펴 본후 학교교육을 정상화시키기 위한 방안으로 학교도서관의 발전을 주장하였다. 현대 사회에서 요구되어지는 창의성 개발교육, 평생교육, 열린교육 등에 있어서 우리나라 교육현장의 문제점을 살펴보았으며 학교도서관이 이러한 학교교육의 요구에 어떻게 적합한가를 논하였다. 또한 이상적인 학교도서관의 역할과 관련하여 우리나라 학교도서관 현장의 문제점을 살펴보았으며 특히 사서교사의 심각한 부족현상을 가장 중요한 요인으로 지적하고 앞으로의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
