In an aging society, the mobility and the accessibility are considered sincerely for the elderly and the handicapped person. The slide-up seat system, which helps board and disembark a car via electric power was developed for the elderly, the handicapped and the families who accompany them. In this paper, critical factors and methods to design the mechanism and controller for safety and comfortableness are suggested. The performance of the system including linkage, electrical, and electronic parts was improved by changing the detail design and some parts after durability test for them.

본 연구는 장애인을 고려한 환경구축의 최종목표를 가지고 있는 일련의 연구흐름 중 가장 초기단계의 연구로써 장애인의 접근.이동성에 관하여 규정하고 있는 현행 국내법규를 분석하고 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위해 현행법에서 접근.이동성과 직접적 연관을 가지고 있는 실내구성요소­개구부, 복도 및 통로, 계단, 장애인용 승강기, 장애인용 에스컬레이터, 경사로-를 선정하여 연구코자하며, 객관적인 평가를 위해 각 실내구성요소별로 과거의 법규 및 2가지 관련 기준안과 비교.분석하였다.그 결과, 현행법은 장애인을 위한 편의시설 설치 의무조항을 추가하고 대상 시설을 확대하는 등 환경개선의 의지를 보임으로써 장애인의 사회참여를 유도하고자 하였다. 그러나 각 구성요소의 세부기준들이 극히 최소의 치수로 규정되어 있고 장애를 보완시켜 줄 기타 디자인 고려사항들이 언급되어 있지 않다. 또한 장애유형별 특성이 충분히 고려되지 않아 장애인들이 실질적으로 실내환경에 접근.이동하는데 무리가 따를 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 따라서 향후에는 장애인의 의견이 폭넓게 수렴된 기준을 설정하여 질적인 향상을 도모해야 할 것이며 선진복지국가들의 장애인관련 법률 및 규범을 분석.연구함으로써 우리실정에 맞게 접목시키는 노력도 잇따라야 할 것이다.

This paper is designed the accessibilities at rail station and near facilities without distinguishing transportation handicapped or not handicapped people. Therefore, I would like to refer that this study is the just beginning such as the development for sustainable railway. This primary paper intends to present alternatives of trans-modal systems as the final goal in an attempt to set a direction for future policy making in the high speed rail sector. The alternatives recommended in this report stress two important elements for maximized utility of high speed rail at the station areas.

최종사용자 중심의 웹 플랫폼을 제공하는 웹 환경인 웹2.0시대가 도래했다. 또한 UCC(User Created Contents) 환경에 대한 관심의 증가로 사용자들의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 참여가 급속도로 확산되고 있는 실정이다. "사용자의 능동적 참여"라는 웹2.0의 목적을 고려할 때, 노약자나 시각장애인과 같은 기반 정보접근에 있어 많은 어려움이 따르는 사용자들의 접근성 고려에 대한 인식과 필요성 역시 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시각장애 사용자들의 웹 기반 UCC 서비스 활용에 있어 문제점을 파악 분석하여 그들의 원활한 접근이 가능한 웹 기반 UCC 서비스에 대한 효율적인 구현방안을 제시한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 제시된 구현방안에 의한 테스트 페이지 구현을 통해 시각장애 사용자들의 반응시간을 기존 UCC 서비스와 비교.분석함으로써 제시한 방법론에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다.

오늘날 시각장애인은 정보접근과 도서관 이용에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 공공도서관은 장애인의 기본권(정보접근 이용권)을 보장하여 시각장애인의 지식정보격차를 해소하고 정보해득력을 강화 시켜 삶의 질 향상과 사회참여 통합을 이룰 수 있도록 해야 한다. 본 연구는 시각장애인의 정보요구와 정보이용행태를 분석하고 그들이 도서관을 어떻게 이용하고 있는지를 살펴봄으로써 시각장애인을 위한 공공도서관 서비스의 구체적이고 실질적인 방안을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 대구광역시립수성도서관에 정상회원으로 등록된 시각장애인을 대상으로 전화면담기법을 사용하여 그들의 정보요구, 정보원 선택 및 이용행태, 정보입수의 어려움과 격차, 공공도서관 이용행태, 공공도서관 서비스 이용의 만족도를 분석하였다.

정부에서는 장애인복지법(제25조)을 두어 장애인이 체육활동이나 문화활동을 함에 있어 불편함이 없도록 법률로서 뒷받침하고 있다. 나아가 공공기관을 포함한 300인 이상 사업장이 갖고 있는 웹사이트에 대해 장애인을 위한 웹 접근성 준수를 의무화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 프로스포츠 웹 사이트 접근성 평가(2011.4월-5월)를 통하여, 프로스포츠 구단들이 어느 정도 웹 사이트 접근성을 준수하고 있는지를 체계적으로 알아보고, 통계적인 측면에서 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 대체텍스트 제공(44.92%)과 키보드로만 운용 가능(46.79%) 항목에 대한 준수율이 낮은 편으로 나타났다. 그러나 전반적으로 시간이 흐름에 따라 웹 사이트 준수율은 증가추세에 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Objective:The objective of this study is to develop an ergonomic toilet system along with constituent facilities that can be used with the front-entry sitting method when transferring from wheelchair to the toilet stool, instead of using the back-entry sitting method which is currently used. This system can offer more ease, convenience and safety for wheelchair users when using the restroom. Background: For users with disabilities, even a dedicated handicapped toilet requires maneuvering, especially when in a wheelchair. To transfer from wheelchair to the current back-entry sitting toilet, users need to get closer to the toilet and then turn or twist after erecting their body to get onto the toilet. This method induces inconvenience as well as secondary injury by falling when transferring to/from toilet. Method: To design a front-entry sitting toilet system, an ergonomics approach was applied which introduces a new design concept for people using wheelchairs. Using this toilet system, the wheelchair users don't need to turn or twist but can simply slide forward off the wheelchair directly onto the toilet stool in an easier and safer way. Results: The newly developed front-entry sitting toilet system is easier and safer for wheelchair users, and also space efficient requiring only two-thirds of the space of existing handicapped toilet. It is also usable by both individuals with disabilities and the general population. Conclusion: With the spread of the front-entry sitting toilet system developed in this study, wheelchair users can benefit from enhanced convenience and safety as well as significant restroom space savings. Additional effects can also be achieved such as improved self-esteem of people with disabilities by enabling to use the toilet on their own. Application: The newly developed front-entry sitting toilet system should enhance toilet accessibility to wheelchair users and the elderly. Introduction is needed with efforts at the national policy level and a macroscopic objective to promote the health and safety of the handicapped.

본 논문에서는 스마트 정보화시대에 장애인을 위한 스마트 기기의 접근성 준수 현황을 조사하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 현재 가장 많이 사용하고 있는 스마트 기기 운영체제(IOS, Android, Windows)기반의 스마트 기기의 시각, 청각, 지체장애인 접근성 제공 현황을 조사하고 비교분석을 통해 개선방안을 도출하여 장애인의 스마트 기기의 접근성 개선방안을 제시하였다.

The rapid development of information and communication technologies has resulted in rapid increase in the qualitative and quantitative information that can be accessed by information technology. Furthermore an enormous amount of information is provided in various formats. However, there are a group of people who are not able to even approach to targeted information due to physical or environmental problems. Visually handicapped users constitute a class of these users. In this paper, a method of developing user interface for web-based education service is described for the visually handicapped users to access information more efficiently. First, this paper analyzed the problems of visually handicapped users to access information targeting representative domestic sites that supply education services. And based on the results of the above analyses, Nest, this paper explains the web-based education service interface implementation method according to types of the content to be delivered. Lastly, the validity of this method is provided by testing a web page based on the implementation method according to the types of content.

현대는 고령화시대에 진입하면서 노약자와 장애인의 이동권과 접근권이 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 장애인이나 고령자를 보호하여 차량실내외로 이송할 시 대두되는 노고 경감과 쾌적성 확보는 장거리 여행시 발생되는 접근성과 함께 중요한 역할을 하는 전동 슬라이드엎시트를 제작하는 과정에서 발생되는 안전성과 편리성을 중심으로 기구부 및 전동부분의 특성을 분석하고자 한다. 동특성에는 승용차 뒤칸의 좁은 공간을 고려한 궤적분석을 통한 간섭점검을 통한 기구부의 안전도를 확보하고자 한다. 이 설계기술은 노약자 및 장애인의 이동권과 접근권을 향상시킬 수 있는 전동슬라이드엎시트의 대량생산체제를 확보하기 위한 중요한 기초자료가 됨으로써 동 제품의 안전도와 정밀도 품질보증 확보에 큰 기여를 하게 된다.
