To be a good government, it has to provide accurate information to citizens to help them understand reality well. Furthermore, the government has to provide an authority to the citizens so that they could access to the information system. The information must be shared equally between the government and the citizens. With sincere effort on the information disclosure and clarity of the administration, the government should accomplish good governance. This paper introduces the information disclosure cases to achieve good governance.

This study has been performed to identify meanings of good deaths among 350 old people aged 65 from September, 2010 until February, 2011. In this study, the subjects were asked about good meanings of death based on qualitative study of free format, and their statements were categorized into similar content areas. The results show that first, the subjects felt that the good death is a dignity death not weighing burdens to others, memorized as a good life, until th end of my life, a death receiving at home, comfortable death, a death like a sleep, with out pain, not long, a prepared process, a death after doing my best, receiving after doing my best, death after offering benevolence to others, within my beliefs, and finally a good death is after seeing good life of my descendent. These 16 free answers were also categorized into 6 meaningful areas such as considering others, at my home, comfortable scene, prepared, and death after living my wanted time.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of lateral position and chest percussion on gas exchange in the decreased level of conscious patients. The Subjects for this study were 21 patients' admitted in ICU of CNUH from Dec 18th, 1989 to Aug 4th, 1990. The Data was analyzed by paired t - test. The results of this study as follows ; 1) In comparison of supine position, good -lung dependent position and good - lung dependent with chest percussion, the difference of PaO ㆍ was statistically significant (P＜0.05). 2) In comparison of supine position, good -lung dependent position and good - lung dependent with chest percussion, the difference of A-a Do ㆍ was statistically significant (p＜0.05). En conclusion, the use of good -lung dependent position and chest percussion was effective nursing intervention on decreased level of conscious patients in ICU.

Silicone rubber is being used for the housing material of outdoor high voltage insulators such as composite insulator, bushing, surge arrestor and cable terminator because of good tracking and erosion resistance, good hydrophobicity and recovery of hydrophobicity, and chemical stability. In this paper, tracking and erosion resistance of silicone rubber having fluids and different ATH contents were examined. Fluids were selected under the consideration of their molecular weight and chemical structure, expecting the high migration rate, the good pollutant encapsulation, and the long period with good hydrophobicity. Good tracking and erosion resistance and arc resistance have been achieved for the silicone rubber above ATH content 130 phr.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the initial skeletal pattern and growth change of whom had responsed well to chincap therapy. 93 patients seleted for this study were in mixed dentition and treated with chincap for more than 2 years. And 54 subjects were selected from these total samples and classified into two groups by the improvement of four measurements : ANB difference, APDI, Wits appraisal, and AF-BF. One was good response group which consisted of 26 children and the other was poor response group with 19 patients. Various measures of the craniofacial structure in the initial lateral cephalograms and the annual increments were calculated and analyzed by comparing two groups with t-test. The results were as follows : 1. Good response group had more horizontal growth pattern in initial stage of treatment than poor response group, and the contributing factors of this result were anterior posterior facial height ratio, gonial angle, lower genial angle and SN-mandibular plane angle. 2. The maxilla was positioned more anteriorly in good response group. 3. The amounts of vertical growth of maxilla was smaller but the horizontal growth of maxilla was larger in good response group. 4. The mandible rotated more infero-posteriorly in good response group. 5. The good response group had more vertical growth pattern of mandibular condyle.

A series of monoazo disperse dyes based on 2-amino-4-phenylthiazole was prepared using various N,N-dialkvlaniline derivatives as the coupling component. The dyes were characterized by IR spectral studies, visible absorption spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The dyeing performance of these dyes was assessed on cellulose triacetate and nylon fibers. These dyes were found to give a wide range of colour shades varying from bright red to royal blue with very good depth, brightness and levelness on fibers. The dyed fibers showed good to very good light fastness and very good to excellent fastness to washing, perspiration, rubbing and sublimation. The dyebath exhaustion and fixation on the fibers were found to be very good.

This paper aims to provide a review concept regarding the relationship between corporate governance and corporate sustainability in Indonesia. This paper examines the mechanisms and guidelines for implementing good corporate governance. This research used the literature review method and explores some effective corporate governance principles such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and equality to achieve business sustainability in Indonesia's setting. The results show that good corporate governance regulation in Indonesia has been improved, but the enforcement is still needed to be optimized because good corporate governance will positively impact corporate sustainability. Thus, sustainability requires more corporate innovation because sustainability is about how a company can create profits and value-added to society through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and how the company can contribute to the preservation of nature and the environment. In Indonesia, the board of directors, the board of commissioners, and the audit committees are positively related to CSR disclosure. Thus, leadership and management efforts are crucial. However, to comprehensively support the synergy of implementing good corporate governance, we need the role of the state, the business community, and society. This study provides important insights into the implementation of good corporate governance in achieving corporate sustainability in Indonesia.

The 'Good School Uniform' development project was conducted in consultation with Gyeonggi-do and the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. The aim is to find various ways to supply school uniforms reflecting the latest trends at low prices using high-quality textile materials produced in Gyeonggi-do. From 2015, when the 'Good School Uniform' development project started, to the present, various events and fairs are making great progress. However, there are several problems in actually wearing each middle and high school student. In order to satisfy the characteristics of each school and the satisfaction of parents and students together, it is necessary to not only conduct practical research such as closer customer satisfaction surveys, industry-academia-research networks, expert interviews, and surveys, but also several supplements such as consultations between practitioners. There are many domestic studies on the development of school uniform design, but the research on the revitalization plan according to the free school uniform support is very insufficient. Moreover, it is not easy to find recent studies on the development of 'Good School Uniforms'. This study intends to study how to build a system so that the Gyeonggi-do 'Good School Uniform' development project can be used as a role model. In addition, it is expected that this study will be used as basic data for building a nationwide system such as public brand development and collaboration with small domestic companies.

We report two cases of cleidocranial dysplasia, which was managed without significant craniofacial osteotomy. A mother and daughter, both of normal intelligence, presented with central forehead depression, mid-face hypoplasia, and blepharoptosis. The fact that they have an identically deformed face implied a genetic basis. In both patients, radiologic evaluation revealed the underdeveloped maxilla, persistent fontanelle opening, and cleidal aplasia. Clinical findings and radiologic studies were consistent with the diagnosis of cleidocranial dysplasia. Both patients underwent forehead plasty via bicoronal approach, augmentation rhinoplasty using tip plasty, and epicanthoplasty. In addition, the mother underwent malar augmentation using Medpor implantation and reduction genioplasty. The patients did not experience any postoperative complication and remained satisfied with the operation at 6-year follow-up.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to suggest the optimal cut off for best, very good, good, slightly bad, and bad grades. Methods : The subjects were recruited from 4 areas of South Korea and 487 questionnaires were analyzed. The nominal and continuous self-rated health questions were used to reveal the optimal cut off and the Short Form-12 Health Survey questionnaire (SF-12) was additionally used. Frequency, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and ROC-curve analysis were used; the significance level was <.05. Results : Subjects assigned 15(3.1%), 90(18.5%), 237(48.7%), 130(26.7%), and 15(3.1%) to best, very good, good, slightly bad and bad groups respectively. The self-rated health score was associated with total Component (r=.563, p<.001), Physical Component (r=.520, p<.001) and Mental Component of SF-12 (r=.303, p<.001). The optimal cut off was 80.5, 70.5, 53.5, and 40.5 for best, very good or more, good or more, and under slightly bad respectively and area under curve was 0.898, 0.908, 0.945, and 0.908 accordingly. Conclusions : This study suggests that the self-rated health score and grade could be integrated with the optimal cut off.
