  • Recently, after the 4th industrial revolution era has arrived, technological advances started to develop and these changes have led to widespread use of data. Big data is often used for the safety of citizens, including the administration, safety and security of the country. In order to enhance the efficiency of maintaining such security, it is necessary to understand the installation status of CCTVs. By comparing the installation rate of CCTVs and crime rate in the area, we should analyze and improve the status of CCTV installation status, and crime rate in each area in order to increase the efficiency of security. Therefore, in this paper, big data analytic system based on public data is developed to collect data related to crime rate such as CCTV, female population, entertainment center, etc. and to reduce crime rate through efficient management and installation of CCTV.

  • The big data and artificial intelligence technology, which has provided the foundation for the recent 4th industrial revolution, has become a major driving force in business innovation across industries. In the field of information security, we are trying to develop and improve an intelligent security system by applying these techniques to large-scale log data, which has been difficult to find effective utilization methods before. The quality of security log big data, which is the basis of information security AI learning, is an important input factor that determines the performance of intelligent security system. However, the difference and complexity of log data by various product has a problem that requires excessive time and effort in preprocessing big data with poor data quality. In this study, we research and analyze the cases related to log data collection of various firewall. By proposing firewall log data collection format standard, we hope to contribute to the development of intelligent security systems based on security log big data.

  • As the 4th industrial revolution has recently become a hot topic, the importance of autonomous vehicles has increased and interest has been increasing worldwide, and accidents involving autonomous vehicles have also occurred. With the development of autonomous vehicles, the possibility of a cyber-hacking threat to the car network is increasing. Various countries, including the US, UK and Germany, have developed guidelines to counter cyber-hacking of autonomous vehicles, In the case of Korea, limited temporary operation of autonomous vehicles is being carried out, but the legal system to be applied in case of accidents caused by vehicle network hacking is insufficient. In this paper, based on the existing legal system, we examine the civil liability caused by the cyber hacking of the autonomous driving car, while we propose a law amendment suited to the characteristics of autonomous driving car and a legal system improvement plan that can give sustainable trust to autonomous driving car.

  • With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution era, IT technology is creating new services that have not existed by converging with various existing industries and fields. In particular, in the field of artificial intelligence, chatbots and the latest technologies have developed dramatically with the development of natural language processing technology, and various business processes are processed through chatbots. This study is a study on a system that provides a close answer to the question the user wants to find by creating a structural form for legal inquiries through Slot Filling-based chatbot technology, and inputting a predetermined type of question. Using the proposal system, it is possible to construct question-and-answer data in a more structured form of legal information, which is unstructured data in text form. In addition, by managing the accumulated Q&A data through a big data storage system such as Apache Hive and recycling the data for learning, the reliability of the response can be expected to continuously improve.

  • The dronebot combat system is a representative model of the future battlefield in the 4th industrial revolution. In dronebot, unmanned reconnaissance tankrobot can minimize human damage and reduce cost with higher combat power than humans. However, since the battlefield environment is very complex such as obstacles and enemy situations, it is also necessary for the pilot to control the tankrobot. Tankrobot are robots with new ICT technology, capable of hacking attacks, and if there is an abnormality in control, it can pose a threat to manipulation and control. A Bluetooth sniffing attack was performed on the communication section of the tankrobot and the controller to introduce a vulnerability to Bluetooth, and a countermeasure using MAC address exposure prevention and communication section encryption was proposed as a security measure. This paper first presented the vulnerability of tankrobot to be operated in future military operations, and will be the basic data that can be used for defense dronebot units.

  • Patent indicators were used to analyze the movements of local industries in order to derive blank technologies due to rapid changes in technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution and to discover promising technologies. Currently, Changwon-si is gathering a lot of technical information to develop hydrogen electric vehicle technology as a future regional flagship industry to discover it as a promising technology in the future. Collecting technical information has many problems in terms of time and cost due to classification methods, technical trends, and similar technologies. Therefore, a systematic classification of technical information and a method for easily deriving technical trends are needed. In this paper, we analyzed the blank technology and promising technology trends for the future core industries of the region through the method of measuring the growth rate of patents and the frequency of patent application through the patent indicators.

Digital Filter Algorithm based on Mask Matching for Image Restoration in AWGN Environment (AWGN 환경에서 영상복원을 위한 마스크매칭 기반의 디지털 필터 알고리즘)

  • In modern society, various digital communication equipments are being used due to the influence of the 4th industrial revolution, and accordingly, interest in removing noise generated in the data transmission process is increasing. In this paper, we propose a filtering algorithm to remove AWGN generated during digital image transmission. The proposed algorithm removes noise based on mask matching to preserve information such as the boundary of an image, and uses pixel values with similar patterns according to the pattern of the input pixel value and the surrounding pixels for output calculation. To evaluate the proposed algorithm, we simulated with existing AWGN removal algorithms, and analyzed using enlarged image and PSNR comparison. The proposed algorithm has superior AWGN removal performance compared to the existing method, and is particularly effective in images with strong noise intensity of AWGN.

  • In the recent education market, Edutech technology, in which various digital technologies are grafted into the education, is being actively applied due to the 4th industrial revolution and the development of ICT. In particular, realistic experiential learning contents that can provide realistic and immersive learning in a virtual space are in the spotlight and are being expanded to each field. However, in the field of Korean medicine education, the introduction of ICT is delayed due to the nature of Korean medicine, difficulties in apprenticeship education, quantitative education, and the absence of an objective evaluation system. Therefore, in this study, we propose a digital technology application for acupuncture and acupuncture points, where practice is particularly important in Korean medicine. Various methods of acupuncture and acupoints education using AR, MR, IoT and Touch-Display Table will provide an opportunity to change the paradigm of Korean medicine education and further contribute to the globalization of Korean medicine.

  • The rapid urban expansion and the increase in natural disasters due to the increase of population after industrialization and climate change are causing numerous urban management problems.   • With the full-fledged start of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the quality of administrative services through intelligent information technology and demand increased rapidly. Accordingly, the government is in full swing to establish a "digital platform government" through digital innovation in existing e-government operations such as organizational operations and administrative services. As local governments also promoted the establishment of a digital-based Agile government as a key strategy, this study investigated and analyzed the operation of informatization experts in metropolitan and basic local governments to support digital transformation policies and projects through intelligent informatization. Through this, the necessity and implications of expanding the size of human resources for successful digital transformation were derived, and two measures were proposed to enhance capabilities and expertise in the process of securing new manpower.
