Recently, the importance of software education is growing because computational thinking of software education is recognized as a key means of future economic development. Also human resources who will lead the 4th industrial revolution need convergence and creativity, computational thinking based on critical thinking, communication, and collaborative learning is known to be effective in creativity education. Software education is also a time needed to reflect social issues such as collaboration with developers sharing interests and open source development methods. Github is a leading social coding site that facilitates collaborative work among developers and supports community activities in open software development. In this study, we apply operational cases of basic learning of social coding sites, learning for storage server with sources and outputs of lectures, and open collaborative learning by using Github. And we propose educational model consisted of four stages: Introduction to Github, Using Repository, Applying Social Coding, Making personal portfolio and Assessment. The proposal of this paper is very effective for software education by attracting interest and leading to pride in the student.
According to the 4th and 5th assessment of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), global climate has been rapidly changing because of the human activities since Industrial Revolution. The perceived changes were appeared strongly in temperature and concentration of carbon dioxide ($CO_2$). Global average temperature has increased about $0.74^{\circ}C$ over last 100 years (IPCC, 2007) and concentration of $CO_2$ is unprecedented in at least the last 800,000 years (IPCC, 2014). These phenomena influence precipitation, evapotranspiration and soil moisture which have an important role in hydrology, and that is the reason why there is a necessity to study climate change. In this study, Asia region was selected to simulate primary energy index from 1951 to 2100. To predict future climate change effect, Common Land Model (CLM) which is used for various fields across the world was employed. The forcing data was Representative Concentration Pathway (RCP) data which is the newest greenhouse gas emission scenario published in IPCC 5th assessment. Validation of net radiation ($R_n$), sensible heat flux (H), latent heat flux (LE) for historical period was performed with 5 flux tower site-data in the region of AsiaFlux and the monthly trends of simulation results were almost equaled to observation data. The simulation results for 2006-2100 showed almost stable net radiation, slightly decreasing sensible heat flux and quite increasing latent heat flux. Especially the uptrend for RCP 8.5 has been about doubled compared to RCP 4.5 and since late 2060s, variations of net radiation and sensible heat flux would be significantly risen becoming an extreme climate condition. In a follow-up study, a simulation for energy index and hydrological index under the detailed condition will be conducted with various scenario established from this study.
With the advent of the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various factors such as economy, management, and culture are changing in modern society, unlike in the past. Among them, the main characteristic of management is the change from intangible goods to tangible goods, and companies are trying to pursue innovation such as introducing a new management method, converting from manufacturing to service, and expanding technology. However, with regard to human resources, which is becoming the most important for sustainable value creation in a changing era, efforts to enable practical innovation are lacking as they are still in a simple transition. Therefore, in this study, after recognizing the importance of human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource in the service economy era according to organizational culture and organizational structure. The relationship between organizational culture and organizational structure by type was verified using the items of human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource in the service economy era that were derived and verified in recent research. As a result, there were some significant differences in the image of human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource by organizational culture and type of organization, but when the two factors were combined and interpreted, it was found that all of the human resources, we verified the relationship between the elements of the human resource in the service economy era were necessary. However, in order to overcome the limitation that the indicators of this study were limited, it is necessary to continue research through samples that consider various factors in the future and systematic classification by type of organization and industry by industry.
In the reality that the boundary between the real world and the virtual world disappears with the 4th Industrial Revolution, cyber crimes that occur beyond time and space have clear limitations in fulfilling their duties only with the police force of government organizations established under the real law system. The research method of this thesis is based on the literature research and the experience of security work. The purpose of this paper is to establish a social system where collective intelligence of each social field can participate voluntarily to respond to cyber crimes occurring beyond the time and space before the law and institutionalization. In addition, the social system in which collective intelligence in each social sector can participate voluntarily was established to define crime types in cyberspace in real time and to prevent crimes defined by the people themselves and the counter-measures had been proposed in order to form social consensus. First, it is necessary to establish a collective intelligent network-type cyberpolice volunteer system. The organization consists of professors of security and security related departments at universities nationwide, retired public officials from the National Intelligence Service, the National Police Agency, and the National Emergency Management Agency, security companies and the organizations, civilian investigators, security & guard, firefighting, police, transportation, intelligence, security, national security, and research experts. Second, private sector regulation should be established newly under the Security Business Act. Third, the safety guard of the collective intelligent cyberpolice volunteer system for the stability of the people's lives should strengthen volunteer work. Fourth, research lessons and legal countermeasures against cybercrime in advanced countries should be introduced. Fifth, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on the Utilization and Protection of Credit Information, and the Special Act on the Materials and Parts Industry should be amended. Sixth, police officers should develop cybercrime awareness skills for proactive prevention activities.
Current development of technologies related to 4th industrial revolution and the pandemic of COVID-19 lead the rapid expansion of e-marketplace. The level of competition among several companies gets increased by introducing different strategies. To cope with the current change in the market and satisfy the customers who request the better delivery service, the new concept, fulfillment, has been introduced. It makes the leadtime of process from order picking to delivery reduced and the efficiency improved. Still, the efficiency of operation in fulfillment centers constrains the service level of the entire delivery process. In order to solve this problem, several different approaches for demand forecasting and coordinating supplies using Bigdata, IoT and AI, which there exists the trivial limitations. Because it requires the most lead time for operation and leads the inefficiency the process from picking to packing the ordered items, the logistics service providers should try to automate this procedure. In this research, it has been proposed to develop the efficient plans to automate the process to move the ordered items from the location where it stores to stage for packing using AGV and AMR. The efficiency of automated devices depends on the number of items and total number of devices based on the demand. Therefore, the result of simulation based on several different scenarios has been analyzed. From the result of simulation, it is possible to identify the several factors which should be concerned for introducing the automated devices in the fulfillment centers. Also, it can be referred to make the optimal decisions based on the efficiency metrics.
Currently, companies are focusing on how they make their members have change-oriented organizational citizen behavior in the era of fierce competition due to the 4th industrial revolution. Therefore, this study verified how the flexible culture of adhocracy-clan plays a role in positive psychological capital and change-oriented organizational citizen behavior. A survey was conducted for employees in companies located in Daejeon-si, Sejong-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and Chungcheongbuk-do, and 394 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. The concrete analysis results are obtained from the study as follows. First, among the flexible cultures of adhocracy-clan, the innovation culture was found to have a significant effect on change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior while relationship culture was found to not directly affect change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the flexible cultures of adhocracy-clan, the innovation culture was found to have a significant effect on the positive psychological capital. Third, the positive psychological capital was found to have a significant effect on the change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, the positive psychological capital was found to play a mediating role in the relation between the recognition of flexible cultures of adhocracy-clan and the change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, it can be said to find out the fact that the change-oriented organizational citizen behavior can appear under the fierce competition as nowadays only when the organization should establish the organization culture of innovation-relation or the members are in the positive psychological state. We expect that the future study on the type of subculture and new organizational citizen behavior will be made in the manner of classifying the unit of organizational culture into a headquarter or team for measurement.
At present, our society is developing into the intelligent information society in the wave of the 4th industrial revolution, and this change will have the positive effect of innovating all industry fields. However, due to the duality of technology, there will be positive and negative effects. With intelligence, threats to cyber dysfunction such as hacking, terrorism, privacy infringement, and illegal content distribution will become more serious. Until now, the security system of the Internet has been a proactive security system, but in recent years, a proposal for a trust network, a preventive security system, has been introduced. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the possibility of resolving cyber dysfunction of intelligent information society about Bright Internet, one of trust network technologies. This study defines the cyber dysfunction of the intelligent information society and analyzes the perceptions of changes in the cyber dysfunction of the intelligent information society on the introduction of the five principles of the Bright Internet. The change of cyber dysfunction severity of the intelligent information society due to the introduction of the trust network is analyzed to reflect the technical and social demands. This work will guide the structure of the trust network and the direction of practical technological introduction and its influence.

In the unmanned vehicle industry, the market is exploding due to the rapid development of public and private demands along with the technological development of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In addition, unmanned mobiles are being used for communication services. In this paper, we analyzed the communication performance of unmanned aerial vehicle according to the characteristics of Doppler frequency. The Doppler frequency was calculated using the geometric model of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the Doppler frequency of 10km, 30km, 300km, 1000km per hour and the BER performance by AWGN were measured by considering the unmanned high speed unmanned vehicle based on the position of the controller. The Doppler frequency model uses a Dent model and adds additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) to check the bit errors of the transmitter and receiver. Low speed unmanned vehicles generally exhibited a BER performance of 0.2, while high speed unmanned vehicles generally exhibited a BER performance of 0.06. As the frequency band increases at the same speed, the BER performance increases, and when the speed increases in the same frequency band, the BER performance decreases. This is confirmed by the simulation results to predict theoretically predictable BER performance. In the frequency bands of 2.6 GHz, 5 GHz, and 28 GHz, the BER characteristics by Doppler frequency and the BER characteristics by controller function are verified. effect was confirmed.

The Army, Navy, and Air Force are making various efforts to develop a weapon system that incorporates the 4th industrial revolution technology so that it can be used in multi-domain operations. In order to effectively demonstrate the integrated combat power through the weapon system to which the new technology is applied, it is necessary to establish a network environment in which each weapon system can transmit and receive information smoothly. For this, it is essential to analyze the Information Exchange Requirement(IER) of each weapon system, but many IER analysis studies did not sufficiently reflect the various considerations of the actual tactical network. Therefore, this study closely analyzes the research methods and results of the existing information exchange requirements analysis studies. In IER analysis, the size of the message itself, the size of the network protocol header, the transmission/reception structure of the tactical network, the information distribution process, and the message occurrence frequency. In order to be able to use it for future IER prediction, we present a technique for calculating the information exchange requirement as a probability distribution using the Poisson distribution and the probability generating function. In order to prove the validity of this technique, the results of the probability distribution calculation using the message list and network topology samples are compared with the simulation results using Network Simulator 2.
This study explores the possibility of maximizing locality through synergy between local terrestrial broadcasters and cable local channels. To this end, it examines the significance of the concept of locality in the changing environment represented by the 4th Industrial Revolution. It also analyzes the existing situation of broadcasting locality and the terrain of existing studies concerning cable local channels. Based on the reviews, the study searches for the connection points between local terrestrial and cable channels, which are still heterogeneous operators. The difference in the size of broadcast region and the programming time constitutes the optimum condition. As a result of this, the study discusses the issue of appropriateness and feasibility of bundling the local terrestrial and pay-TV channels in the same legal system. By doing so, it reveals the biggest obstacle in institutionalizing the cable channel into the public category is the emotional rejection towards cable TV. In order to overcome this problem, the study suggests to abolish both the current policy guideline characterized as the same service, same regulation principle and the abolition of local business right of cable TV. It also proposes to allow news commentary function of cable local channels and strengthen cable TV's own capabilities.
