The purpose of this research is to analyze the predictive powers of the five technostress creators - techno-overload, techno-invasion, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, and techno-uncertainty - in job satisfaction and teacher efficacy of primary school teachers in Korea when they incorporated mobile technology into teaching. A questionnaire was designed to measure the level of teacher's stress from technology, job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. Data were collected from 164 teachers. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to explain which area of technostress led to varying degrees of job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. The results showed that techno-complexity alone predicted both job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. The reason why techno-complexity was the only predictor is that teachers would have first needed to understand how to incorporate mobile technology into teaching, before feeling overloaded, invaded, insecure, or uncertain about it, meaning techno-complexity precedes other constructs. Therefore, the only stress factor that affected them was how to understand the complexity of mobile technology. This calls for adequate training and support from schools and governments in order for the teachers to fully incorporate technology into teaching.
The purpose of this study is to develop a teacher-training program to improve the Technology Home Economics teacher's educational activity effects. To accomplish this goal, this study developed a training program for the Technology Home Economics teacher through the literature study and the research. The conclusion drawn from this study is as follows: First, it needs to develop a systematic teacher training program to raise the professionalism related to the Technology Home Economics teacher's instruction. Second, the developed program for the Technology Home Economics teacher organizes the 46 subjects and 121 educational contents, and this educational program is worthwhile to be facilitated when a teacher-training institution like the Ministry of Eduction, Science and Technology, local education offices and universities organizes a teacher-training program. Third, as the result analyzing teachers' training demands about the educational contents of a Technology Home Economics teacher-training program, it was appeared that the most demand was 'development of professional activities for the Technology Home Economics teacher', and following demands were the 'production of various evaluation tools', the 'effectively epilogue strategy', and the 'technology to increase the learning motivation' in order. Therefore a training program for the Technology Home Economics teacher should deal these educational contents importantly, and a future teacher-training program developer need to refer to them.
Many developing countries consider ICT as a key enabler to improve their educational systems and teachers are viewed as change agents. This paper aims to present policy suggestions concerning how to foster teachers' ICT competencies in developing countries based on the outcomes of an ODA project case in Peru. This study was conducted through three stages: Literature survey, site visit, and policy suggestions. To draw relevant policy suggestions, we employed the framework of the 'macro-meso-micro' level of teacher professional development. The following policy suggestions are discussed: (a) macro level: to develop the national framework of teacher ICT competencies and competency-based teacher training, (b) meso-level: to promote teacher communities of practices and school-based research programs, and (c) micro-level: to redesign teacher professional development programs to help teachers better understand the complex relationships between content, pedagogy, and technology, beyond learning about basic ICT literacy skills. This study contributes to the understanding of how ODA projects can approach the issue of teacher ICT capacity building at multiple levels.
The purpose of this study was to develop teacher-training for improvement of teaching efficacy of technology teacher. The study was carried out through Delphi research method. It was executed for investigating the professional and wide-range opinions of expert panel to examine the validity. The validity was confirmed by concurrence ratio, convergence ratio, contents validity ratio (CVR). Major results of this study were as follows: First, necessity, nature, purpose of teacher-training for improvement of teaching efficacy of technology teacher was set up. And this teacher-training have 12 objectives in 3 domains (cognitive, affective, psychomotor). Second, contents of this teacher-training were designed to be applicable for 10 modules (300 hours). For example, module1 (introduction of technology education), module2 (construction technology), module3 (information communication technology), etc. Third, educational method, training educator, evaluation method of this teacher-training were developed. Fourth, each module of this teacher-training is 30 hours in length. And summer or winter vacation is appropriate for this teacher-training time. Appropriate teacher-training time is six hours a day. Fifth, roles of educational institution for this teacher-training were suggested. Sixth, strategies to vitalize this teacher-training were suggested.

However the background knowledge and characteristics of the two curriculums are different, and in addition there is a negative perception due to the fact that it is hard to facilitate a class with just one teacher, 2) The issues that were most serious to teachers, principals and education specialists were professionalism of the teacher, qualification of the teachers, and teaching method. 3) In regards to qualifications of the teacher, the teachers requested that teachers should have single qualification in'Technology(or Home Economics)'. The principals were of the similar opinion but the educational professionals wanted dual qualification for both'Technology'and'Home Economics'. As for teaching methodology all 3 groups responded that from the teacher and student perspective the teaching should be divided whereas from the school's perspective the responsibility should be put on a single teacher. 4) Teachers responded that from the perspective of the teacher, parent or student Technology and Home Economics should be separated into taro subjects. On the other hand the principals and educational specialists agreed that from their own perspective Technology and Home Economics should remain an integrated subject and the teaching should be done by one teacher but replied that from the student or parent perspective division of responsibility in teaching would be appropriate.

This study was designed to gain insights into investigating pre-service secondary mathematics teacher education for technology integrated curriculum. The progressive expansion of supporting system for those education in US, TPACK, teacher belief, and analysis frameworks for teacher education program were explored. A survey on the technology courses in 42 mathematics education departments was analysed. Common visions as well as curriculum realignment, financial supports are required for implementing technology integrated mathematics education
In this research, we designed a teacher professional development (PD) program where a small group of mathematics teachers could share, reflect on, and discuss their pedagogical knowledge and practices of ICT-integrated lessons, using a video annotation tool called DIVER. The main purposes of this paper are both micro and macro: to examine how the teachers were engaged in the meaning-making process in a video-based PD (micro); and to derive implications about how to design effective video-based teacher PD programs toward a teacher community of practices (macro). To examine teachers' meaning-making in the PD sessions, discourse data from a series of 10 meetings was segmented into idea units and coded to identify discourse patterns, focusing on (a) participation levels, (b) conversation topics, and (c) conversation depth. Regarding the affordance of DIVER, discourse patterns of two meetings, before and after individual annotation with DIVER were compared through qualitative vignette analysis. Overall, we found that the teacher discourse shifted the focus from surface features to deeper pedagogical issues as the PD sessions progressed. In particular, the annotation function in DIVER afforded the teachers to exercise descriptive analyses of video clips in a flexible manner, thereby helping them cognitively prepared to take interpretative and evaluative stances in face-to-face discussions with colleagues. In conclusion, deriving from our research experiences, we discuss the possibilities and challenges of designing video-based teacher PD in a school context.
