The problem should be approached in terms of recovering essential functions of technical high school and identification to supply stable and quality human resources in technical sector. An adequate space programming for technical high school is needed to educate effective skills and techniques. Considering the education directions of vocational high school, the article covers principals of technical school's construction plan and directions and, based on this, suggest the way of estimating the scale in construction plan of technical school. Through this research, systematic and reasonable space planning can be possible. The range of this research is based on development directions of society and education and an objective standard in a newly reformed the 7th Stage of Education. In addition, the research is limited to technical high school among kinds of vocational high school. The purpose is to redefine the role of technical school that face identification crisis currently, comparing to the past, and to suggest a more effective space planning. The research limits the space to classes for specialized subjects, a core space for education in technical school among diverse spaces.

Education support programs in underdeveloped countries are important parts of Korea Official Development Assistance (ODA). Even though Education aid for underdeveloped country is increasing every year, expectations of underdeveloped countries for educational cooperation is not enough. Korea's remarkable economic growth is essential to technical education and training that has been investing in fact. Currently, in the underdeveloped country it is needed human resources development for poverty reduction and national economic development. The purpose of this study is to suggest a strategic approach method for technical education support maximizing the effectiveness in the economic development of recipient countries.

There has been a recent increase in the interest towards founding companies and in line with the South Korean Government's policy on start-up support, discussions are rife about the effect of entrepreneurship on the management and performances of these companies. To enhance the competitiveness of SMEs, it is expedient to acquire and deploy consistent entrepreneurship, differentiate corporate resources, ensure the appropriate utilization of resources and the integration of such factors in response to the changing environment. This research examines relationships among entrepreneurship, three components of corporate capabilities, dynamic capability and technical performance based on resource-based view and the dynamic capability theory. The authors also investigate the moderating role of corporate life cycle. To test the hypothesis, we conducted a survey on 352 technologies -innovative SMEs located in South Korea via professional research institutes. The findings confirm the hypothesis that SMEs' entrepreneurship has a positive effect on three kinds of corporate capabilities (e.g., marketing, R&D, operations capability), and it had a positive effect on dynamic capability, whiles dynamic capability also had an influence on technical performances. The findings also confirmed the hypothesis that corporate life cycle moderates the relationship between dynamic capability and technical performances respectively. The research implications for both practitioners and academicians are discussed.

The fisheries control system being now enforced in all countries may be generally classified as three types - the input control system, the output control system, and the technical control system. In Asian countries that have relatively small fishery scales, diverse object species and the fisheries resources has been regarded as "governmental possessions", fisheries have been controled subsidiarily using the technical control system based on the input control system traditionally. While in Europe and America that have relatively large fisheries scales, simple object species and the fisheries resources has been regarded as "common property", fisheries have been controled subsidiarily using the input control system and the technical control system based on the output control system. In Korea, fisheries have been controled subsidiarily using the technical control system based on the input control system traditionally, nevertheless overexplotation and overcapitalization have not been solved. Recently the EEZ was promulgated, the total allowable catch system was introduced to control the EEZ. But the output control system is totally different from the input control system of the Korea traditional fisheries system, simultaneous availableness of both system is considerably difficulty. Therefore a study on new systems to make both systems harmonized has to be performed. The thesis is aimed at presenting the general improvement direction of the Korea fisheries control system as the basis for establishment of the new fisheries control system.
