  • 초보 학습자의 프로그래밍 과정에서 발생하는 오류는 다양하며 학습자가 스스로 오류 분석을 하거나 수정은 어렵다. 이에 본 논문은 블록 프로그래밍 기반의 교육 플랫폼인 에듀비를 활용하여 오류 분석 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석 방안의 활용 가능성을 확인하기 위해 실제 학습자들이 분류모델을 생성하고 평가하는 과제를 수행하였고 학습자들이 과제를 수행하면서 발생한 오류사례에 대해 분석하였다.

  • The engineering industry plays an important role for national competitive, since it has an high impact on other industries. With its importance, the engineering industry development largely depends on its technical manpower ather than capital factor. This study aims at estimating the additional requirement on technical manpower based on the forecasted market size which represents the structure change corresponding to economic growth in related industry. Research scope includes the twelve of fifteen field except three with insufficient historical data and technical manpower above bachelor degree. Specialty, we forecast market size with determinants resulted from historical data analysis on each field. The demand on technical manpower is derived from the forecasted market. We also estimate an additional requirement with the supply analysis. The research results show different patterns over time period. The relative ratio on chemical and construction to total market will steadily grow over short term, while applied, environment, electronic and information will rapidly grow This pattern will be stabilized over mid or long term. The additional requirement on technical manpower represents the similar pattern to market growth. The research result implies manpower policy for having high inflow of technical engineer from educational institute and the related industries through the image improvement.

  • Nowadays, technologies are changing through industrial fusion and government & corporates need to predict the flow & direction of technologies. These flow & direction can be grasped through the analysis of patent information. The patent information uses the common classification codes in the world, and it is possible for the quantitative analysis based on objective data with the time information of technical area. The methods of patent analysis analyzed the technology fusion by using citation analysis & simultaneous classification analysis. This research analyzed patent information which used as an index to measure the technical innovation in the society based on knowledge, and would like to analyze technical trends and to describe the way of improvement in the future based on the aviation industry which is the representative fusion/complex industry.

  • The digital content industry is growing rapidly with the popularity of online content and mobile devices. This study estimates the technical efficiency of the online digital content industry, and identifies factors that could be causing inefficiency. Unlike most previous studies, which adopted input-oriented or output-oriented DEA model, this study employs non-oriented DEA model in order to deal with both input surpluses and output shortfalls. The input variables for the empirical analysis are number of companies and number of workers. The total sales is used as the output variables. The empirical results show that the technical efficiency of the online digital content industry is relatively low mainly due to the scale efficiency rather than the pure technical efficiency. This implies that industry-specific policies should be implemented in order to improve technical efficiency as well as to strengthen technological innovation capability. Therefore, it is expected that the results obtained in this study can be used as a good reference for helping the online digital content industry enhance their competitiveness.

  • Purpose: This study examined the importance and satisfaction of consumer's perception of the information delivery format of products and services required and recommended by KS A ISO / IEC Guide 13: 2003 and KS A ISO / IEC Guide 37: 2003. Methods: In this study, the importance and satisfaction of clarity, principles of information transfer, how to use expressions and technical terms, and technical terms, warning signs, and durability were investigated. Results: The t-test analysis of the importance and satisfaction of the Writing Rules of the product user guide showed that all items had statistically significant differences. The importance of the writing rules of the product user guide for the use of the product was in the order of warning signs (4.423), how to use expressions and technical terms (4.215), principles of information transfer (4.163), clarity (3.914), and finally durability (3.851). Conclusion: Among the 'explanation,' 'instruction' and 'warning' functions of the Product User Guide, the consumer uses the manual to identify the inherent dangers and misuse of the product. Besides, since the life of the product is prolonged, the Product User Guide also needs to improve the quality of the cover or paper so that it can use for a long time.

Evaluation of University Library Efficiency Using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA를 적용한 대학도서관의 효율성 평가)

  • DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) is useful to measure the relative efficiency of organizational units where the presence of multiple inputs and outputs. This study applied DEA-CCR and DEA-BCC to evaluate the technical, pure technical, and scale efficiency of 29 university libraries. The input variables were number of books, print edition expenses, building space, staff, number of seats. As output variables we estimated: reader visits, number of borrowed items, number of visitors. It was found out that number of libraries with 100% relative efficiency among 29 libraries were 13. Also the results shows that main reason of inefficiency was from scale rather than from pure technical. Many inefficient libraries were operations of increasing return to scale.

  • This paper considers three different models with two functional forms, Cobb-Douglas and Translog, for the stochastic frontier production function of food manufacturing industry of Bangladesh over the period 1981-1982 to 1999-2000. The models are proposed by Battese and Coelli (1992, 1995) and Huang and Liu (1994). The technical efficiency, total factor productivity, technological change and technical efficiency change have been estimated in the frontier models. The results indicate that 41.47%, 59.30% and 70.98% of the potential output are being realized in this sector. The mean increments in total factor productivity are approximately 2%, 9% and 4% respectively.

  • 드론 비행 후 추출할 수 있는 Log 파일은 드론의 비행 정보를 확인할 수 있는 데이터이다. 이 데이터를 Log 분석기를 사용하여 그래프 형태로 시각화 하게 되면 비행 속도, 거리, 높이 등 다양한 비행데이터를 분석하기에 용이하다. 또한 Log 분석 자료에는 기체운용 중 발생하는 안전 이슈에 대한 기록도 포함되어 있어 드론의 사고 또는 고장유무를 판단할 때에 중요한 자료로서 활용된다. 그러므로 데이터분석 시에 안전 이슈 발생 시점과 연관지어 데이터를 분석하는 것이 보다 효과적이다. 그러나 상용 서비스에서는 분석데이터와 안전 이슈 데이터를 함께 보는 방법은 제공되지 않는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 Log 분석 시스템에 안전 이슈 정보를 추가하여 볼 수 있는 방법을 제시하여 드론 운용자가 로그분석을 보다 효과적으로 할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Parkinson's Disease (PD) is one of the three major old-age onset neurodegenerative diseases, its incidence rate is increasing worldwide as being an aging society. The number of PD patients has increased from 3 million in 1990 to 6.2 million in 2015 and is expected to increase to 12.4 million by 2040. Although many therapeutic candidates have been under development, but not yet been suggested the therapeutics of PD. For analyzing the trends and the status of convergence of technologies in the PD therapeutics, we classified into six sub-categories using global patent information and analyzed the level of technical competitiveness and technology convergence according to year, country, applicant, and technical description. These results can be used as a fundamental understanding for the current technical trend and the status of convergence of PD therapeutics, and establish the direction and strategy of R&D.
