공동구매형 소셜커머스에서 희소성메시지가 고객의 지각된 가치, 만족, 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Scarcity Message on Customers' Perceived Value, Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention in the Context of Group-Buying Social Commerce)

  • Drawing on the theoretical framework of customer value-satisfaction-loyalty, this study examines how scarcity message influences customers' value, satisfaction, and loyalty in the context of group-buying social commerce. Previous studies have argued that scarcity message limiting the avilability of products and service is a source of enhancing customer value. In this regard, this study posits scarcity message as a predictor of customer value. Furthermore, this study classifies customer value into two forms (i.e., utilitarian value and hedonic value) and verfies how scarcity message is associated with them. To test the proposed research model and hypotheses, this study performed structural equation modeling (SEM) analyses, using a total of 292 data collected on users who have experience in purchasing products and service through group-buying social commerce sites such as Coupang, Timon, and WeMakePrice. The key results are as follows : First, scarcity message increases utilitarian and hedonic values and further customer satisfaction. Second, utilitarian value increases customer satisfaction and repurchase intention while hedonic value has nothing to do with them. The findings imply that customers seek to maximize utilitarian value through group-buying social commerce. Finally, this study indicates that repuchase intention depends greatly on customer satisfaction.

  • 본 연구는 세무공무원들을 대상으로 신뢰와 직무생산성의 인과관계를 팀몰입을 매개변수로 사용하여 실증적으로 분석하여 직무생산성 향상을 위한 효과적인 관리방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 분석결과, 세무공무원들이 인식하는 조직신뢰, 상사신뢰, 동료신뢰는 팀몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 팀에 대한 몰입정도가 높을수록 직무생산성은 높아져 세무행정업무수행의 효율성을 높일 수 있고 납세자들의 세무서비스만족도를 높이는데 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 세무조직관리자들은 조직구성원들이 조직목표나 가치에 대한 강렬한 동일의식이나 애착심을 가질 수 있도록 조직의 주요의사결정 과정에 폭넓게 참여할 수 있도록 여건을 조성해 주어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 조직에 대한 강한 충성심과 자긍심을 가질 수 있도록 인사정책과 조직관리정책을 전략적 차원에서 구체적으로 설계하여 이를 지속적으로 실천하도록 해야 할 것이다.

서비스이익사슬 모형을 적용한 외식업의 구조적 관계와 경영전략에 관한 연구: 직원과 고객을 중심으로 (A Study on Management Strategies and Structural Relationships in the Restaurant Industry Using the Service Profit Chain)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서비스이익사슬 모형을 국내외식업에 적용하여 내부서비스품질, 직원만족, 조직몰입 등의 직원 구성개념들과 서비스 가치, 고객만족, 고객충성도 등의 고객 구성개념들 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 효과적인 외식기업 경영전략을 제시하는 것이다. 전술한 목적을 수행하기 위하여, 본 연구는 한국음식업중앙회와 협의한 결과, 대구광역시지회에서 연구 참여의사를 밝혔고, 그 결과 51개 외식업체가 참여의사를 밝혔고, 최초 표본으로 추출되었다. 또한, 다른 레스토랑의 소개를 부탁하는 스노우볼 샘플링 방법으로 49개 외식업체를 추가 선정하여 최종 100개 외식업체의 직원과 고객이 조사되었다. 직원설문지 741부와 고객설문지 970부가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과, 내부서비스품질의 요인들 중 팀워크와 커뮤니케이션이 직원만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직원만족은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직몰입은 고객의 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 지각된 가치는 고객만족과 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 고객만족은 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 협업과정에 있어서, 협업의 대상으로 공간 안에 기 분포되어 있는 컴퓨팅 개체들을 사용하는 경우, 협업에 필요한 업무를 올바르게 수행할 수 있는 컴퓨팅 개체를 선택하여 협업에 임하는 것은 성공적인 협업 결과를 보장하기 위한 기본 조건이 된다. 협업 과정에서 수행해야 하는 작업을 그 협업에서의 역할이라고 할 때, 이 역할을 잘 수행할 수 있는 컴퓨팅 개체를 선택하기 위해서는 역할 수행에 필요한 기능의 소유, 협업 작업에 대한 충성도, 협업에 참여하고 있는 다른 개체들과의 연결성 등을 고려해서, 성공적인 협업 완료를 위해 현 상황에서 가장 적합한 개체를 선정할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 협업에 참여시킬 컴퓨팅 개체를 선택하기 위해, 개체의 속성 분석을 통해 적합도를 결정하고, 속성에 따른 가중치를 역할 할당의 상황에 따라 동적으로 변화시킴으로써, 최적의 협업 대상을 선택할 수 있는 역할 할당 방법을 제안한다.

정보기술 발전에 의한 관계 기반 고객 만족도 개발을 위한 연구 (Relationship Based Customer Satisfaction by the Development of Information Technology in Sports Industry)

  • The study examined relational marketing in terms of transaction specific satisfaction and cumulative satisfaction in the professional sport industry. The study evaluated the motivation of spectators visiting professional baseball games in 2012 and the satisfaction factors of relationship marketing. In this study, the satisfactions were considered in terms of single satisfaction associated with transaction and gradual satisfaction associated with customer loyalty. The relationship marketing was established considering each factor of marketing strategies, facility, game performance and entertainment. The study categorized the factors for customers to visit games as facility, game performance and entertainment with marketing strategies. The study found out that the customer satisfaction was related with both transaction specific satisfaction and cumulative satisfaction where cumulative one is longer term related. Moreover, cumulative satisfaction will be more related with the long term team financial performance.

패밀리 레스토랑 신메뉴에 대한 고객의 기대도와 만족도 분석 (Analysis of Customer Expectation and Satisfaction for New Menus in Multi-Chain Family Restaurants)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to understand customers' expectations and satisfaction on menus in family restaurants, 2) to compare customer satisfaction and brand image for positioning new menus, and 3) to analyze customer satisfaction and loyalty to each menu. From May 8th to 28th, 2004, a total of 3,594 membership customers responded to the email survey. Statistical analyses such as t-test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation were performed using SPSS 12.0. The results of this study consist of four major parts: general findings, customer expectation analysis, new menu positioning and customer satisfaction analysis. The customer expectation analysis discovered that taste was the most expected attribute in menus of family restaurants, followed by quantity, appearance and price. Statistically different expectations existed among different customer groups categorized by their general characteristics including demographics. Also, high correlations existed among the expectations over all the attributes: food quality, shape, quantity and price of food. Over all the attributes, customer expectation was higher than customer satisfaction. Thus, a discrepancy existed between expectation and satisfaction. Positioning of new menus was determined by brand image and customer satisfaction. Lastly, the customer satisfaction analysis revealed that customers in different gender and age have different satisfaction. In addition, high correlation existed between satisfaction and loyalty on new menus of a family restaurant. In consequence, the research findings suggest managers should understand customer expectation and satisfaction and reposition their menus regularly by menu engineering.

  • 본 연구에서는 시범서비스 단계에 있는 모바일 RFID 서비스를 품질측면, 가치측면, 만족/불평측면, 충성도 측면을 고려한 평가차원을 개발하고 평가함으로써 관련 이동통신서비스 제공자 및 실무담당자들에게 모바일 RFID 서비스와 관련한 유용한 시사점들을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 모바일 RFID 시범서비스 경험이 있는 일반 고객들을 대상으로 웹 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 표본 350부를 본 연구의 분석을 위해 사용하였으며, SPSS 12.0k 툴을 사용하여 모바일 RFID 서비스를 평가하고 고객특성에 따른 차이분석도 실시하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 이동통신 서비스 관련 실무담당자 및 관리자들에게 상용화 이전에 모바일 RFID 서비스 평가결과를 통해 얻을 수 있는 서비스 개선방안 등과 같은 유용한 시사점들을 실증연구를 기반으로 제공하였다.

핵심역량에 기초한 A 통신사의 선발시스템 사례연구 (Telecommunication Company A's Selection System Case Based on the Core Competencies)

  • It is very important to select the best employees who are suitable for their jobs and duties as considering the efficiency and productivity of the firms' performance. As a result, many kinds of selection methodologies and systems have been developed. Among them is the selection system based on the core competencies which is known as the superior selection systems that can increase the predictive validity who is the right people, compared to the traditional selection system based on the job analysis. Hence, the former has been focused in the complex business situation in recent years. In this case study, we examine the selection system case based on the core competencies of OSS team in Company A, which is one of the largest telecommunication firms and we suggest the implications. According to the results of this case study, defining the core competencies of the job and selecting the right people who had the related competencies not only decreased the turnover rate of OSS team in Company A, but also increased the employees' loyalty and satisfaction for the organizations. This study will be a benchmark to other departments that don't use competency selection system of Company A as well as the firms that want to adapt the selection system based on the core competencies. Also, this case study has a contribution that shows us an alternative model how can the firms identify and select the best right employees.

간호사가 지각하는 간호조직문화유형이 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Organizational Culture on the Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the impact of Organizational Culture on job satisfaction and organizational commitment in nursing organization. Methods: The sample consisted of 264 nurses of 2 tertiary medical institutions. The instruments used in this study were the nursing organizational culture questionnaire (Han, 2001), job satisfaction scale (Paula, 1978), and Organizational Commitment scale (Mowday et al., 1979). The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson Correlation. Coefficient, and multiple regression using the SPSS Win 14.0 program. Results: The dominant organizational culture of nursing organization was rank-oriented culture. The mean score of job satisfaction and organizational commitment was 3.28 and 3.40 respectively. Organizational commitment and Job satisfaction were positively correlated with affiliative-oriented culture, innovative-oriented culture, and task-oriented culture. Affiliative-oriented and task-oriented culture were major variables influencing on job satisfaction and affiliative-oriented culture was a major variable influencing organizational commitment. Conclusion: Organizational culture, especially affiliative-oriented culture had a significant influence on nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, we have to develop strategies to enhancing the affiliative-oriented culture to improve the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses.

O2O 플랫폼 품질이 자영업자의 디지털 전환에 미치는 영향: 배달앱을 중심으로 (Study on the Influencing Factors of Business Performance and Loyalty in O2O Industry: Focusing on the Food Delivery Apps)

  • Purpose - With the increase of non-face-to-face activities due to the spread of COVID-19, O2O industry has grown rapidly which reduces contact points between suppliers and consumers. O2O platform is now recognized as an indispensable channel of distribution, but the voice is getting louder that it is necessary to check how it contributes to the performance of suppliers or how its fee system or contract terms affects the expansion of O2O industry as the leading companies tend to monopolize the market. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, the scope was limited to the restaurant industry in which transactions are the most active among the O2O industry and a regression analysis was done on 775 businesses that had used guarantor service from the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation. Findings - Analysis on the impact of O2O platform system, information, and service quality on the business performance of the sole proprietors revealed that the system quality represented by ease of use and the information quality determined by level of timely, accurate and reliable information provided to the consumers have a statistically significant effect on the improvement of business performance. In addition, the effect of business performance on the loyalty measured by the likelihood of users continuing to use the service as well as recommending it to others was moderated by the satisfaction with contract terms, not by the fee system. Research implications or Originality - Although the number of O2O platform providers has increased manyfold, the membership rate is no more than 20%, which means that the small business owners are still struggling with digital transformation. In order for the O2O industry, which is now commonplace, to form a healthy ecosystem that satisfies both suppliers and consumers, the standard contract guidelines that are acceptable to both parties must be established and the O2O providers must offer services that help suppliers to improve performance.
