소외계층학생 과학학습지도에 대한 예비초등교사의 배경요인별 자기효능감 (Pre-service Elementary School Teachers' Self-efficacy on Science Teaching for the Underrepresented Students according to Background Factors)

  • The self-efficacy of pre-service teachers has been reported as a major factor in the instruction of the curriculum. In particular, considering the importance of science learning instruction for underrepresented students from the viewpoint of science education for all, pre-service elementary teachers' self-efficacy about science instruction for underrepresented students will be an important factor of science education for these students. The purpose of this study is to investigate the self-efficacy of pre-service elementary teachers in science instruction for underrepresented students. To this end, the science teaching and learning self-efficacy test tool (Lee & Im, 2010) was revised in accordance with the context of science teaching for underrepresented students into a total of 24 items using 5 Likert scales. Through using the test tool consists of 3 dimensions as Learning Efficacy, Teaching Efficacy and Outcome Expectancy, 81 pre-service elementary teachers were surveyed and the reliability of test tool was verified through factor analysis and assessing construct validity by using the responses. As a result of the analysis, setting 5 as the standard perfect score, the average score of self-efficacy per dimension was shown as 3.29 in Learning Efficacy, 2.89 in Teaching Efficacy, and 3.39 in Outcome Expectancy. We confirmed the tendency and difference of self-efficacy of the research objects according to their background factors in which direct and indirect experience relating to the science education for the underrepresented students. Also, we verified that pre-service elementary teachers' interest in science subject matter, teaching science and their perception of the value of science learning had significant relations with self-efficacy on science teaching for underrepresented students.

  • The article substantiates the feasibility of using and actively implementing innovative technologies in the practice of organizing the educational process. The need for the use of telecommunication technologies, which provide constant communication between students and the teacher outside the classroom, has been identified. Particular attention is paid to the latest approaches to the use of various forms of multimedia technologies in student education, which intensify the process of acceptance and assimilation of educational material by foreign students. The advantages of using innovative means of distance education are determined, which thanks to modern electronic educational systems allow students to receive quality higher education. Innovative technologies promote the development of cognitive interest in students, they learn to systematize and summarize the material studied, discuss and debate. In this regard, the reorientation of the system of higher education in Europe towards innovation is becoming the most important tool in ensuring the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. In addition, the investment attractiveness of a university often depends on the innovative nature of the development of scientific, educational and practical activities of the subjects of the educational process, their inclusion in the national innovation system. The article analyzes that in the universities of the European Union in the training of specialists in the management of basic interactive methods, forms and tools are binary lecture, briefing, webinar, video conference, video lecture, virtual consultation, virtual tutorial, slide lecture, comp. utheric tests. Various classes on slide technology took active forms during the training of management specialists.

코로나19 팬데믹 초기 서울지역 영양(교)사의 직무스트레스가 자기효능감, 직무만족 및 직무몰입에 미치는 영향 (Job Stress among School Nutrition Teachers and Dietitians in Seoul during the Early Stage of the COVID-19 Pandemic: Effects on Self-Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, and Job Involvement)

  • This study was undertaken to assess levels of job stress, self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and job involvement as perceived by school dietitians/nutrition teachers during the early stage of the COVID-19 pandemic and to determine the effects of these three factors. An online survey was sent from May 18 to May 26, 2021, to school dietitians/nutrition teachers in Seoul with experience of foodservice operations during 2020; 250 responses were used for this analysis. Job demands contributed most to job stress, whereas human relations contributed most to job satisfaction. Job stress caused by COVID-19 had a negative impact on self-efficacy (P<0.01) and job satisfaction (P<0.01), but a positive impact on job involvement (P<0.05). Self-efficacy positively impacted job involvement (P<0.01) but did not significantly influence job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction during early COVID-19 positively impacted job involvement (P<0.05). In conclusion, job stress associated with job requirements was greater during the early stage of the COVID-19 pandemic than before the pandemic guidelines are needed that enable school dietitians/nutrition teachers to better cope with the job pressures generated by infectious diseases.

다문화학생을 위한 멘토링 활동 효과 : 논리모델을 중심으로 (Mentoring activity Effects for Multicultural Students : Using Logic Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 논리모델을 통해 다문화학생 멘토링 사업의 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상은 2014년 다문화 멘토링 사업에 참여한 I 대학교 멘토 40명에게 논리모델의 투입, 활동, 산출, 성과 등 네 단계에 따라 구성된 혼합형 질문지로 조사하여 내용분석 및 분류분석을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 투입단계에서 멘토링 프로그램 홍보, 선발과정, 매칭 방법, 사전교육, 활동비 등에 대해 대부분 적당하다고 응답하였다. 둘째, 활동단계를 보면 멘토와 멘티의 첫 만남은 교사와 함께 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 멘토링 활동은 80%가 학습지도로 진행되었으며, 인성지도와 체험활동이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 산출단계에서는, 대부분의 멘토가 멘토링 활동 시간, 기간, 장소가 적당하다고 응답했다. 마지막으로, 성과단계는 멘토와 멘티의 인지적, 정서적, 행동적 측면에서 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 멘토링 사업에 대한 체계적인 효과 검증이 가능하고, 향후 진행하게 될 사업을 위한 개선점을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영양교사와 급식영양사의 직무만족도 및 수행도 비교연구(I) (Comparative Study of the Job Satisfaction, Job Performance and Job Importance Level of School Nutrition Teachers and School Dietitians)

  • School dietitians are divided into two groups according to their status of employment, school nutrition teachers and dietitians, with the latter being irregularly employed by the institution. In this study, the job satisfaction, communication ability, work performance and importance in feeding services and dietetic counseling of both groups were compared. To accomplish this, 100 regularly employed school nutrition teachers (regularly employed) and 101 dietitians (irregularly employed) were surveyed by questionnaire. The results were as follows: (1) The irregularly employed dietitians showed a lower level of job satisfaction than the school nutrition teachers. This was likely because the school nutrition teachers belonged to the strong inner circle of school teachers and cafeteria workers, and had enough time to prepare for class lectures and consultancy. Conversely, the irregularly employed dietitians generally handle extra office work in addition to their primary duties. Despite these differences, both parties agreed that it was necessary to change the work system. Additionally, school dietitians reported that they had little opportunity for further training for career development. (2) Both parties had good communication skills; however, the irregularly employed dietitians had more conflicts with other staff members than the regular employees. (3) Job performance and job importance level was compared among employees involved in school feeding services and nutrition counseling. No significant differences were observed between dietitians and nutrition teachers in either group (p<0.05). However, the school nutrition teachers showed better skills than school dietitian with respect to public relations, running independent counseling offices, and using effective tools and materials. Job performance level was lower when compared to job importance level for all items, which meant the job was not well performed when compared to the work importance awareness.

용용과 모델 구성을 중시하는 수학과 교육 과정 개발 방안 탐색

  • This study intends to provide some desirable suggestions for the development of application oriented mathematics curriculum. More specific objects of this study is: 1. To identify the meaning of application and modelling in mathematics curriculm. 2. To illuminate the historical background of and trends in application and modelling in the mathematics curricula. 3. To consider the reasons for including application and modelling in the mathematics curriculum. 4. To find out some implication for developing application oriented mathematics curriculum. The meaning of application and modelling is clarified as follows: If an arbitrary area of extra-mathematical reality is submitted to any kind of treatment which invovles mathematical concepts, methods, results, topics, we shall speak of the process of applying mathemtaics to that area. For the result of the process we shall use the term an application of mathematics. Certain objects, relations between them, and structures belonging to the area under consideration are selected and translated into mathemtaical objects, relation and structures, which are said to represent the original ones. Now, the concept of mathematical model is defined as the collection of mathematical objcets, . relations, structures, and so on, irrespective of what area is being represented by the model and how. And the full process of constructing a mathematical model of a given area is called as modelling, or model-building. During the last few decades an enormous extension of the use of mathemtaics in other disciplines has occurred. Nowadays the concept of a mathematical model is often used and interest has turned to the dynamic interaction between the real world and mathematics, to the process translating a real situation into a mathematical model and vice versa. The continued growing importance of mathematics in everyday practice has not been reflected to the same extent in the teaching and learning of mathematics in school. In particular the world-wide 'New Maths Movement' of the 19608 actually caused a reduction of the importance of application and modelling in mathematics teaching. Eventually, in the 1970s, there was a reaction to the excessive formallism of 'New Maths', and a return in many countries to the importance of application and connections to the reality in mathematics teaching. However, the main emphasis was put on mathematical models. Applicaton and modelling should be part of the mathematics curriculum in order to: 1. Convince students, who lacks visible relevance to their present and future lives, that mathematical activities are worthwhile, and motivate their studies. 2. Assist the acqusition and understanding of mathematical ideas, concepts, methods, theories and provide illustrations and interpretations of them. 3. Prepare students for being able to practice application and modelling as private individuals or as citizens, at present or in the future. 4. Foster in students the ability to utilise mathematics in complex situations. Of these four reasons the first is rather defensive, serving to protect or strengthen the position of mathematics, whereas the last three imply a positive interest in application and modelling for their own sake or for their capacity to improve mathematics teaching. Suggestions, recomendations and implications for developing application oriented mathematics curriculum were made as follows: 1. Many applications and modelling case studies suitable for various levels should be investigated and published for the teacher. 2. Mathematics education both for general and vocational students should encompass application and modelling activities, of a constructive as well as analytical and critical nature. 3. Application and modelling activities should. be introduced in mathematics curriculum through the interdisciplinary integrated approach. 4. What are the central ideas of, and what are less-important topics of application-oriented curriculum should be studied and selected. 5. For any mathematics teacher, application and modelling should form part of pre- and in-service education.

합리성의 추구와 수학교육 (The Persuit of Rationality and the Mathematics Education)

  • For any thought and knowledge, its growth and development has close relation with the society where it is developed and grow. As Feuerbach says, the birth of spirit needs an existence of two human beings, i. e. the social background, as well as the birth of body does. But, at the educational viewpoint, the spread and the growth of such a thought or knowledge that influence favorably the development of a society must be also considered. We would discuss the goal and the function of mathematics education in relation with the prosperity of a technological civilization. But, the goal and the function are not unrelated with the spiritual culture which is basis of the technological civilization. Most societies of today can be called open democratic societies or societies which are at least standing such. The concept of rationality in such societies is a methodological principle which completes the democratic society. At the same time, it is asserted as an educational value concept which explains comprehensively the standpoint and the attitude of one who is educated in such a society. Especially, we can considered the cultivation of a mathematical thinking or a logical thinking in the goal of mathematics education as a concept which is included in such an educational value concept. The use of the concept of rationality depends on various viewpoints and criterions. We can analyze the concept of rationality at two aspects, one is the aspect of human behavior and the other is that of human belief or knowledge. Generally speaking, the rationality in human behavior means a problem solving power or a reasoning power as an instrument, i. e. the human economical cast of mind. But, the conceptual condition like this cannot include value concept. On the other hand, the rationality in human knowledge is related with the problem of rationality in human belief. For any statement which represents a certain sort of knowledge, its universal validity cannot be assured. The statements of value judgment which represent the philosophical knowledge cannot but relate to the argument on the rationality in human belief, because their finality do not easily turn out to be true or false. The positive statements in science also relate to the argument on the rationality in human belief, because there are no necessary relations between the proposition which states the all-pervasive rule and the proposition which is induced from the results of observation. Especially, the logical statement in logic or mathematics resolves itself into a question of the rationality in human belief after all, because all the logical proposition have their logical propriety in a certain deductive system which must start from some axioms, and the selection and construction of an axiomatic system cannot but depend on the belief of a man himself. Thus, we can conclude that a question of the rationality in knowledge or belief is a question of the rationality both in the content of belief or knowledge and in the process where one holds his own belief. And the rationality of both the content and the process is namely an deal form of a human ability and attitude in one's rational behavior. Considering the advancement of mathematical knowledge, we can say that mathematics is a good example which reflects such a human rationality, i. e. the human ability and attitude. By this property of mathematics itself, mathematics is deeply rooted as a good. subject which as needed in moulding the ability and attitude of a rational person who contributes to the development of the open democratic society he belongs to. But, it is needed to analyze the practicing and pursuing the rationality especially in mathematics education. Mathematics teacher must aim the rationality of process where the mathematical belief is maintained. In fact, there is no problem in the rationality of content as long the mathematics teacher does not draw mathematical conclusions without bases. But, in the mathematical activities he presents in his class, mathematics teacher must be able to show hem together with what even his own belief on the efficiency and propriety of mathematical activites can be altered and advanced by a new thinking or new experiences.

학생과 학부모의 의복태도가 여교사의 외모관리에 따른 역할수행능력평가에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Evaluation for Female teachers' Role-Performance on Their Appearance - according to clothing attitude of students and their parents -)

  • 본 연구는 학생과 학부모의 의복태도를 중심으로 여교사의 외모관리가 역할수행(학습지도, 생활지도, 인간관계형성, 학급경영)능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광주광역시에 소재한 중 고등학생 및 학부모 398명으로부터 자료를 수집하여, 요인분석, 군집분석, ANOVA와 Duncan-test, t-test, 기술통계를 이용하여 분석한 결과를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 여교사의 역할수행능력 평가는 4요인으로 설명할 수 있었으며 학습지도능력, 생활지도능력, 인간관계능력, 학급경영능력으로 명명하였다. 그리고 학생과 학부모의 의복태도는 개성추구, 유행관심, 의복 중요성, 정숙성 요인으로 명명하였고 이 요인들에 의해 의복태도 유형은, 의복중시 지향집단, 유행 개성 지향집단, 정숙성지향 집단으로 분류하였다. 둘째, 학생의 경우 유행 개성 지향 집단이 여교사의 학습지도능력, 인간관계능력에서 여교사의 외모가 유의한 영향을 미친다고 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 여교사는 학생의 의복태도를 잘 파악하고 역할수행에 맞는 옷차림 및 외모관리로 효율적인 역할수행을 할 필요가 있을 것이다. 또한 학부모의 경우 의복태도에 따른 여교사가 역할수행능력 평가에 있어 관련성이 적거나 관련이 있더라도 학습 지도 역할을 할 때 보통 정도의 영향을 미친다고 생각하므로 여교사는 학습지도를 할 때 외모관리에 더욱 관심을 기울여야 할 것으로 사료된다. 셋째, 학생과 학부모의 여교사 옷차림에 대한 관심도는 여교사의 외모에 따른 역할수행능력평가에 영향을 미치므로 여교사 옷차림에 대한 관심도가 높은 학생집단의 지도시에 여교사는 학습지도활동 및 인간관계형성, 학급경영활동을 하는데 있어 여교사 본인의 외모에 신경을 쓸 필요가 있을 것이다. 이상과 같이 학생과 학부모는 자신의 의복태도에 따라 여교사의 외모가 역할수행능력에 영향을 미치고 있다고 평가하고 있음이 확인되었다.다. 학생들의 가치관이 다양화되고 있는 만큼 의생활에 흥미와 관심과 의욕을 가질 수 있도록 충실한 의생활교육이 요구되는 시대에 맞게, 내용은 물론 수업체제를 발전시키는 것이 큰 과제라고 할 수 있다. 이렇게 변화하는 사회, 생활에 학교교육이 발맞춰 나가기 위해서는 교육과정의 틀을 바꾸는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니므로, 교과서의 내용을 교육과정 개정주기보다 자주 정기적으로 개편하여 내용을 수정, 보완할 수 있도록 그 방법을 모색해야 할 것이다.1{\pm}10.8%$, 여자 $54.6{\pm}9.9%$로 조사되었다. 칼슘의 섭취량은 평균필요량에 비해 전체 $74.9{\pm}31.9%$로 나타났다. 에너지 섭취량에 있어서 남자 노인들은 모두가 필요추정량의 75% 미만을 섭취하고 있었고 여자 노인의 경우에도 97%가 필요추정량의 75% 미만을 섭취하여 에너지 섭취량이 매우 낮았다 반면에 단백질 섭취량에 있어서는 남자 노인의 경우 100%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하였고, 여자 노인의 경우에는 91%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하여 대조적이었다. 비타민 A와 E는 각각 평균필요량과 충분섭취량의 125%를 초과하는 비율이 높게 나타난 반면에 비타민 $B_2$는 특히 남자 노인에서 평균필요량의 75%미만을 섭취한 비율이 높게 나타났다. 엽산 섭취량에 있어서는 평균필요량의 75% 미만을 섭취한 비율이 전체 96%로 나타나 심각한 부족상태로 조사되었다 반면에 철의 섭취량은 남녀 모두 100%가 평균필요량의 125%를 초과하여 섭취한 것으로 나타났다. 아연의 섭취량은 남자 17%,여자 15%가 평균필요량의 75% 미만을 섭취한 것으로 조사되었다. 에너지와 엽산은 모든 노인들에서 평균필요량에 미달되게 섭취한 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 단백질과 철분은 남녀 노인 모두에서 평균필요량 보다 적게 섭취한 대상자가 없는 것으로

예외 공간으로서 접경지역의 위치성 전환 (Switching Positionality of Border Region as Exceptional Space)

  • 본 논문은 주체와 대상 간의 상대적 위치를 인식할 수 있도록 해준 위치성 개념이 예외 공간으로서의 접경지역의 공간성 파악에 활용될 수 있다고 주장하고자 한다. 접경지역은 거리상으로 국경선을 사이에 두고 맞은편 국가와 가까이 위치하고 있지만 국경을 둘러싼 지정학적, 지경학적 변화에 따라 갑작스러운 단절과 개방이 나타나는 다중적인 공간이기 때문에 위치성의 전환이란 측면에서 파악하기에 적절하다. 본 논문이 접경지역을 위치성 전환의 관점에서 재개념화함으로써 기대하는 점은 다음과 같다. (1) 접경지역의 변화 가능성을 로컬에 기반을 둔 내적 조건뿐만 아니라 보다 넓은 맥락과 정세 속에서 파악할 수 있다. (2) 접경지역의 발전 궤적을 다양한 힘들 간의 아쌍블라주를 통해서 파악할 수 있다. (3) 지경학과 지정학 간의 역동적 관계를 통해서 접경지역의 위치성 전환을 파악할 수 있다. 특히 위치성은 기존 공간과 시간, 공간성에 대한 논의를 관계론적/변증법적, 사회-공간론적, 권력-위상학적 측면에서 새롭게 확장시켜준다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 마지막으로 본 논문은 위치성 전환을 통해서 북중 접경지역의 예외적 성격을 파악하였다. 북중 접경지역은 한반도의 지정학적 안보 불안이라는 '예외 상태'가 상례화되고 있는 상황 속에서 이를 뒷받침하는 다양한 지경학적 논리가 작동하면서 다른 지역과 구분되는 예외적인 성격을 창출한 것으로 이해된다.

가정연계 칭찬.격려프로그램이 초등학생의 대인관계 및 주관적안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Home connected Praise and Encouragement Programs on Children's Interpersonal Relationships and Subjective Well-being)

  • 본 연구는 칭찬 격려 프로그램이 초등학생의 대인관계 및 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 서울특별시에 소재한 S초등학교 5학년 2개 학급 학생 58명을 대상으로 하였으며 사전검사를 실시한 후 연구자의 학급을 실험집단으로, 나머지 한 학급을 통제집단으로 선정하였다. 실험집단은 가정연계 칭찬 격려 프로그램을 적용하였고 통제집단에는 아무런 처치를 가하지 않았다. 프로그램 종료 후 실시한 검사지 반응 분석 결과 가정연계 칭찬 격려 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비하여 대인관계와 주관적 안녕감이 유의미하게 증가하였다. 또 회기별 소감문 분석 및 연구자의 관찰을 분석한 결과에서도 가정연계 칭찬 격려 프로그램은 아동이 친구, 교사, 가족과 우호적 관계를 맺고 친밀감을 높이는데 도움을 주고, 아동의 자신감 향상과 학교와 가정에서의 만족감을 증진시키는데 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 삶의 긍정적 측면이 낮아지고 부정적 측면이 높아지기 시작하는 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 했다는 점과, 칭찬 격려 프로그램을 가정과 연계하여 시도하여 아동의 칭찬 격려에 대한 습관형성에 도움을 주었다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
