Purpose: Convergence and social ripple effects caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which encompasses new technologies in various fields, will have a great impact on the beauty industry structure and market economy. This review reviewed the literature on the changes in the employment environment of the Korean beauty industry due to the 4th industrial revolution and the countermeasures of the beauty industry accordingly. Research design, data and methodology: Using the October 2022 PRISMA flowchart, it is a review of changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry, the need for human resource management of beauty workers, and the employment environment to be applied to the beauty industry in the future. Results: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the current state of the beauty industry, and reviews on beauty industry workers were collected, and a direction for training beauty industry workers was presented. Conclusions: This study presented the direction of the beauty industry in preparation for changes in the employment environment of the 4th industrial revolution and suggested that research is needed to actively establish human resource management (HRM) to overcome the problem of fostering talent in the beauty industry.

본 논문에서는 인공지능(AI) 체험부터 초중등, 대학 및 평생교육에서 필요한 광범위한 응용과 활용을 할 수 있는 라이브러리를 디지털북 형태로 지원하며, 블록과 텍스트 코딩의 장점을 취합해 입문자들이 쉽고 재미있게 SW·AI 융합 교육을 할 수 있는 플랫폼을 구현하였다. 플랫폼은 웹어셈블리 기반의 파이오다이드를 통해 웹 브라우저에서 파이썬 코딩을 가능하게 하고 복잡한 설치과정 없이 쉽게 이용이 가능하다. 다양한 LMS와 연동이 가능하도록 API를 제공하며, Drag & Fill 블록으로 입문자가 코딩에 겪는 어려움 중 하나인 많은 양의 함수와 파라미터 사용법의 어려움을 해소하였다. 플랫폼은 블록으로 코딩하여 문법의 어려움, 오탈자, 오류 등을 줄이는 동시에 블록에서 생성되는 파이썬 텍스트 코드로 입문자가 텍스트 코드에 익숙해질 수 있는 경험을 제공한다.

The advancement of artificial intelligence on a global scale is significantly transforming life. In the field of education, there is a strong emphasis on actively utilizing AI and fostering creatively integrated talents with diverse knowledge. In alignment with this trend, there is a paradigm shift in AI education across primary, middle, high school, as well as university and graduate education. Leading AI schools and specialized high schools are dedicated to enhancing students' AI capabilities, while universities integrate AI into software courses or establish new AI departments to nurture talent. In AI-integrated education graduate programs, national efforts are underway to educate instructors from various disciplines on applying AI technology to the curriculum. In this context, specialized high schools are also restructuring their departments to cultivate technological talent in AI, tailored to students' characteristics and career paths. While the current education focuses primarily on the fundamental concepts and technologies of AI, there is a need to address the aspect of developing practical problem-solving skills. Therefore, this research aims to compare and analyze essential educational courses in AI-leading schools, AI-integrated high schools, AI high schools, university AI departments, and AI-integrated education graduate programs. The goal is to propose the necessary educational courses for AI education in specialized high schools, with the expectation that a more advanced curriculum in AI education can be established in specialized high schools through this effort.

The purpose of this study is to develop elementary school math classes for the gifted and talented with a focus on social issues to investigate the possibility of character education through specialized subject classes. As suggested in the goals of the math education for social justice, which provide the fundamental theoretical basis, through mathematics activities with a theme of social issues, mathematically gifted and talented young students can critically perceive social issues, express a sense of mathematical and critical agency throughout the course and develop a willingness and mindset to contribute to social progress. In particular, the concept of Figured Worlds and agency is applied to this study to explain the concept of elementary math classes for the gifted and talented with a focus on social issues. The concept is also used as the theoretical framework for the design and analysis of the curriculum. Figured Worlds is defined as the actual world composed of social and cultural elements (Holland et al., 1998) and can be described as the framework used by the individual or the social structure to perceive and interpret their surroundings. Agency refers to the power of practice that allows one to perceive the potential for change within the Figured Worlds that he is a part of and to change the existing Figured Worlds. This study sees as its purpose the fostering of young talent that has the agency to critically perceive the social structure or Figured Worlds through math classes with a theme of social issues, and thus become a social capital that can contribute to social progress.

This study aimed to examine character evaluation criteria and components for selecting creative convergent talents in college admissions. In this study, pre-college students' perceptions were surveyed on various issues related to character education and evaluation implemented in K-12 school system. It was found that the character education programs intended to enhance students' care for others, interpersonal skills, and honesty were most actively operated within the secondary educational systems. The results of the study also indicated that the programs for fostering interpersonal skills, care for others, and sincerity were perceived as the most effective programs. Based on the results of the study, we discussed ways to improve the quality of character education programs operated in school curriculum and to improve the credibility of character evaluation in the college admission process.

STEAM and S / W education in public education are effective in fostering talented people and the talents of the 4th industrial revolution era. It is necessary to expand the teachers for this purpose, to find out and apply various learning materials, and to improve education environment for fusion talent education. An open learning platform is effective in reducing private education costs and supplementing public education. Especially, it is useful for flip learning combined with classroom (off-line). In this case, teacher's role can be transformed into active teaching activities and research activities, which can speed up normalization of public education and reduce private education.In particular, the core functions of the MOOC platform for elementary education are 'creative instructional design and contents development function', 'digital teaching and learning curation', 'big data based learner customization', 'learning participation' flip learning and social Learning function.Through this study, it is expected that discussion on the introduction of MOOC for career and admission education for adolescents including elementary education will be established and the Korean youth MOOC platform will be developed and developed as a global advanced model of education democratization.

In the revision of the national curriculum, various creative activities and career activities are highlighted under the goal of fostering creative talent. Following the implementation of this policy, which is represented by creative activities, teachers are burdened with comprehensive responsibilities, such as planning and executing safety procedures and preventing accidents. Existing systems for teacher management had limitations that allowed only the provision of standardized information and management. The main purpose of this study is to help teachers manage their classes systematically through a class management system. The teachers' overall management system includes several functions, such as checking students' locations, registering students' reviews, or registering various kinds of activities for the creative experiential activities of the curriculum. This system not only helps teachers to systematically manage the creative experiential activities, but also allows teachers to share the history of their activities with each other. Furthermore, this system will be helpful in achieving the objectives of the revised curriculum.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where the importance of cutting-edge technology and software is highlighted, there is a growing need for education to think deeply about humans and the future and foster creative human beings who can contribute to the whole of humanity. This paper proposes a plan to introduce core competencies and evaluations analyzed according to international Baccalaureate orientation so that it can be applied to education using creative storytelling applied to the 『Creative storytelling class that is easy even by yourself』 textbook developed by the Science and Technology in Society Research Center at Jeju University. Furthermore, the proposed core competencies, evaluation criteria, and their measures were applied flexibly to existing classes by incorporating IBs to expand utilization opportunities. I hope this paper will help open up positive possibilities for introducing domestic IBs, and further fostering internationally recognized creative convergence talent.

The purpose of this study attempted to investigate academic achievement and cooperative ability as problem-based learning to strengthen communication in Spanish courses. 70 learners taking Spanish at A University from September to December, 2021 were divided into an experimental and a control class to examine their academic achievement and cooperate ability. Academic achievement was not statistically significant, but the sub-area of communication was significant as 0.031 (*p<.05) and the cooperative ability of the experimental group, the average was increased, but it was not statistically significant. Based on this study, continuous follow-up research to develop teaching methods and teaching and learning models suitable for strengthening Spanish communication through various learner-centered convergence teaching methods will contribute to fostering talent desired by the 21st century.

Purpose - The objective of this study is to investigate what motivates global FDI inflows in the different economic development level and to clarify the FDI motivation type in the level of qualitative economic growth. Design/methodology/approach - Major macroscopic social·economic factors induced FDI inflows were analyzed using fixed-effect panel regression with 30-year panel data of 28 countries from 1985 to 2014. For analysis in the stage of economic growth, two category of developed and developing countries was used. And to analyze FDI motivation type in the level of qualitative economic growth, 4 shares of GDP; consumption·government·investment expenditure and export, was used as explanatory variable. Findings - In developed country, TFP(total factor productivity) and GDP have a great influence on FDI inflows, and consumption and labor compensation have a slight effect. This result indicates that the market seeking-driven, horizontal type investment is shown along with efficiency seeking investment. In developing country, human capital and TFP is shown to have greater impact on FDI inflows and labor compensation, exports, investment and government expenditures also have impacts. Thus it has confirmed that not only efficiency-seeking vertical investment for using low cost well educated laborer, but also government-driven economic growth and export policies could affect the FDI inflows. Research implications or Originality - The FDI investment decision making of multinational companies is decided by their own purpose. But, in the concept of as follows; 1) FDI is a long-term capital flowing for maximization of economic utility with limited global resource, 2) Thus FDI could be affected by macro socio·economic factors of host country. 3) Also such macro factors is different by each economic growth qualitative level. Therefore macro socio·economic factors of each country could be affected by the qualitative level of their own economic growth. To attract FDI inflows, it is desirable to implement differentiated incentive policies in the qualitative level of economic growth. Furthermore in developing countries it is recommended to implement government driven economic growth policies as follows; fostering well educated human resources, improving technology productivity in the relative lower cost labor market compared to developed countries and boosting international export volume.
