It is important to maintain information system (IS) following the business and institutional change. Even if successfully developed information systems, we cannot gain the benefit from the systems without the proactive maintenance activities. However, the importance of IS maintenance has not been considered as much as the system development, and we don't have any specific performance management structure. The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between IS maintenance activities and utilization. For empirical test of the hypothesis model, the sample data is collected from public information system sites. Results from multiple regression analysis reveal that proactive maintenance activities including IS maintenance cost increase, improving functionality, and enhancing ease of use have a causal effect on the IS utilization.

Intermediaries are presenting not only transactional information that orchestrates electronic transaction, but also market related information and knowledge useful for sellers' understanding of the market status. However, we do not have strong evidence that the market related information and knowledge is properly utilized by sellers and that it has an actual influence on sellers' performance. According to the research result, absorptive capacity and the pattern of information system utilization is statistically significant to sellers' performance mediated by operational efficiency and market knowledge creation. Especially, explorative utilization of information system and realized absorptive capacity has a stronger influence on sellers' performance mediated by market knowledge creation. With this research result, this study maintains that sellers are required to absorb and utilize market related information and knowledge more actively through explorative utilization of information system to achieve better performance in the e-marketplace. On the other hand, intermediaries are recommended to provide abundant and valuable market related information and knowledge for the sellers to build up better e-marketplaces.

Purpose: Importance of patient satisfaction related to patient-centeredness has been emphasized, and it is known to have effect on various health outcomes including health resource utilization. However, the effect of patient satisfaction has been discussed mostly in terms of hospital marketing in Korea. This study aims to examine the effect of patient satisfaction in patient-physician communication on healthcare utilization in a nationally representative adult population of South Korea. Method: Patient satisfaction with physician communication is assessed using 4 items in the 2011 Korea Health Panel Survey. Generalized linear regression analysis is conducted using 9,325 adults' healthcare utilization in 2012. Findings: Adjusting for the socio-demographic, economic factors, individual health status, health behaviors and healthcare utilization in 2011, more satisfied individuals, more likely to utilize the outpatient service, especially in clinical setting. Practical Implications: The study findings suggests that in context of South Korea healthcare system such as insufficient medical consultation time and the absence of health delivery system, patient satisfaction as a subjective healthcare quality indicator would have effect on the individual's outpatient visit. This study contributes to stimulate patient satisfaction research and discussion in South Korea to further explore its relationship with potential and various health related outcomes. Further implications of the study are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to work out strategy for utilization of Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map (ECVAM) using the user survey. It surveyed system users of ECVAM about its recognition and satisfaction. The results of the survey, the ECVAM became more popular and were highly satisfied with updated data. Especially, the study found a relationship between the satisfaction of ECVAM and accuracy, utilization, and convenience of the system. However, the satisfaction has a difference between user groups, a government official and a agent for EIA including researchers. The satisfaction of the agent group was affected by the convenience, the accuracy, and the utilization in order. In the other hand, the satisfaction of the government official group was affected by the utilization, the convenience, the accuracy, and recognition in order. Therefore, we need to adopt different strategies for educations of ECVAM and publicity activities depending on user groups. To increase the satisfaction of ECVAM, we should research not only to attain pinpoint accuracy, but also to suggest the guideline to utilize the map for a government official.

A hybrid post and beam shear wall system with structural insulation panel (SIP) infill was developed as a part of a green home 'Han-green' project through post and beam construction for contemporary life style. This project is on-going at the Korea Forest Research Institute to develop a new building system which improves Korean traditional wet-type building system and stimulates industrialized wood construction practice with pre-cut system. Compared to the traditional wet-type infill wall components, the hybrid wall system has benefits, such as, higher structural capacity, better thermal insulation performance, and shorter construction term due to the dry-type construction. To build up the hybrid wall system, in previous, SIP infill wall components can be manufactured at factory, and then inserted and nailed with helically threaded nails into the post and beam members at site. Shear performance of the hybrid wall system was evaluated through horizontal shear tests. The SIP hybrid wall system showed higher maximum shear strength, initial stiffness, ductility, yield strength, specified strength, and the specified allowable strength than those of post and beam with light-frame wall system. In addition to this, the hybrid wall system can provide speedy construction and structural and functional advantages including energy efficiency in the building system.

본 논문에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 우리나라의 해양관련 환경영향평가와 협의제도의 현황과 문제점을 파악하여 관련 제도의 개선방향을 연구하였다. 또한 해양환경관리법상 해역이용영향 검토기관(이하 검토기관이라 함)의 기능과 역할 및 수행실적을 조사하여 SWOT 분석을 실시하였고, 나아가서 운영상 개선사항과 발전방향을 제안하였다. 2007년 검토기관에서 수행한 실적은 총 358건으로, 해역이용협의서가 165건(46.1%)으로 가장 많았고, 환경영향평가서 104건(29.0%), 그리고 사전환경성검토서가 89건(24.9%)이었다. 해역이용협의의 내용별로는 공유수면점 사용, 공유 수면매립과 바다골재채취 관련이 각각 41%, 32%와 21%를 차지하였다. 그러나 이러한 제도시행으로 해역이용개발 행위가 해양환경에 미치는 악영향을 최소화하고 있지만, 사전예기능으로서의 한계와 여러 가지 내용적 그리고 제도상운영상 측면에서 보완하고 개선해야 할 문제점이 지적되었다. 검토기관의 전문성, 공정성과 효율성을 확보하는 것이 매우 중요하고, 이를 위해서는 고유 기능과 역할을 극대화시킬 수 있는 제도적 개선과 운영상 지원이 필요하며, 동시에 자체적으로 적극적인 발전전략을 수립함으로써 전문적인 검토기관으로서의 정체성 확보와 위상을 정립시켜야 할 것이다. 연안관리의 실효성을 확보하기 위해서는 효율적인 해역이용협의제도를 지향하고, 주무부처의 해양환경관리에 대한 구동력과 능동성을 강화 확립해 나가야 할 것이다.

In recent years, how to promore the Utilization of Internet is a main issue of national information policy. In this study, we focused our approach to find promoting sttategies for Internet utilization on three sector's users, governments, enterprises, and households. Promoting the Internet utilization of these three sector's users is a very difficult problem, because their information levels are different and information gap among them can be regarded as bottleneck. And since the interactions between user's demands and diverse information seccor's factors are very complex, policy leverages can not find easily. By the system dynamics methodology, this paper examines the interrelationships between three user's demand mechanism and information policy sector. Information policy sector consist of four sectors, infrastruccure policy seccor, application-contents sector, governance sector, and access and price policy sector (free access policy, literacy policy, telecommunication price policy, etc.). To find and investigate policy leverage that will help understanding dynamic behavior of users in using Internet we build a causal loop diagrams and SD models by using survey data obtained from three sectors'specialized users, 488 persons.

Application of water-saving self-feeders can reduce water consumption of pigs by more than 50% . so the feeding-watering system one of the most important way of the reduction of the slurry. Bioactive deep litter housing can eliminate slurry. Matured urine, faeces and litter can use for the purposes of soil conditioning and fertilizing . Water-saving slurry handling technology can halve manure dilution so it can double the nutrient content of the slurry. By using of straw bale biofilter for reducing emissions of pig houses makes fattening of pigs possible close to populated area. Developed rate control system for slurry application make avoiding over-fertilization possible , can fulfill better the demand of nutrient of plants. By means of computer aided manure utilization system area distribution of soil characteristics can determinate . The system is suitable for planning the utilization of manure and slurry in environment -friendly way.

Renewable energy information becomes one of the greatest issues, but it is difficult for a general user to manage and utilize new renewable energy information. Therefore we develop the utilization system of the resource map which aimed to provide the information for space analysis and vertification of the validity for development of each part of solar, wind, smallhydro, biomass, geothermal. But this system is needed to gather more supporting data and make resonable index to make various decisions.
