Nowadays, in the context of growing environmental consciousness and tourism industry, 'eco-tourism' has been expanding rapidly worldwide, and it is viewed as the strategy of regional development. Ecotourism is also perceived potential as an effective tool for sustainable development. However, when poorly planned and implemented an ecotourism project, it can quickly turn economic gains into social and environmental disasters. The purpose of this study is to develop standard sets of indicators to measure sustainable ecotourism, and to evaluate ecotourism sustainability practically. This study applies the indicators sets to the ecotourism through the case studies of 10 Korean ecotourism sites. Using the indicators sets, the levels and characteristics of the sustainability of 10 eco-tour sites were measured and evaluated, which makes it possible to monitor sustainable ecotourism in the future. After setting weights among domains differently, the results of the sensitivity analysis showed that the rank changes of the eco-tourism sustainability was very small, implying that the problem of weights setting among each domain will not be critical. Base on the empirical analysis, this study suggests the application of sustainability indicator sets of eco-tourism in the normative, analytic, practical aspects.

Sustainable development goals (SDGs) are designed to promote human and social development and address challenges related to sustainable economic development, in addition to creating quality employment. SDGs create new market and business opportunities that enable companies to effect business changes through innovative solutions. To tackle structural problems and create infrastructure for future societies, a national-level digital transformation strategy is being developed in Korea. The Korean government announced an investment plan for living social overhead capital (SOC) to address various social and structural problems caused by low economic growth. This study emphasizes the importance of building SOCs in accordance with the requirements of future societies. This study primarily aims to suggest business opportunities created by achieving SDGs, by analyzing business cases involving 3D printing-based construction. Implementing living SOCs through ingenious thinking will not only create new businesses and jobs through digital transformation, but also improve the economic and social value by encouraging community members to be proud of their future society.
The shared economy has been growing rapidly in recent years, creating an innovative economic paradigm based on the growing interest in sustainable development in the environmental aspect, the development of ICT technology, and the spread of mobile, Internet and smart environments. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing of the shared economy on the intention of domestic consumers using shared economy services. Also we would like to find out if personal orientation on sustainable development actually have a valid impact on perceived values and intentions of using Shared Economy services. The result of the study shows that the factors affecting the intention to use Shared Economy service were perceived usefulness, subjective norm, perceived risk, and sustainable orientation which are characteristics of Shared Economy service. In addition the result of the indirect effect study Find that the individual felt the emotional value through the perceived usefulness and have the greatest influence on intention to use. Therefore, it implies that the marketing strategy of the Shared Economy service should take into consideration the elements that can feel emotional value through usability. In the future, We research on domestic success and failure cases of Shared Economy services and robust verification of influential factors could be continue.

Bacterial blight of carrot caused by Xanthomonas hortorum pv. carotae (Xhc) is one of the serious diseases of carrot, of which control measures has not been still established in the domestic farm. In this study, in order to select effective sterilizer for bacterial blight of carrots, three antibiotics such as streptomycin, oxolinic acid, kasugamycin, two copper compounds like copper hydroxide and copper sulfate basic and three rhizobacteria Burkholderia gladioli MRL408-3, Pseudomonas fluorescens TRH415-2 and Bacillus cereus KRY505-3 were selected to investigate their direct antibacterial effects using artificial media, aiming to identify effective pesticides against Xhc. Among them, treated medium with antibiotics such as streptomycin, oxolinic acid, and the antagonistic rhizobacteria MRL408-3 were formed inhibition zone. The agrochemicals and the rhizobacteria MRL408-3, which showed antibacterial effects on carrot leaves, pre-treated on the carrot leaves and then inoculated with Xhc. High control effects were shown on the carrot leaves pre-treated with both streptomycin and oxolinic acid. Scanning electron microscopy images of the carrot leaf surfaces showed that the population of bacteria decreased significantly on leaves pre-treated with streptomycin and oxolinic acid. From these results, it can be inferred that antibiotics like streptomycin and oxolinic acid exhibit superior control effects compared to other agents. This study provides valuable insights towards establishing an effective control system for bacterial blight of carrot.
Ecological approach to conservation of Korea's National Parks (KNP) was reviewed. Four hundred twenty five reports on 15 national parks for 80 years (1915~1994) were analyzed in consideration of phytocoenotic information such as flora, plant community and landscape. Total species was recorded as 157 familles, 752 genera, and 2,369 species (64.3% of Korean flora), in which is included only 75 species of the protected plant species designated by the Ministry of EnvironMent. Occurrence patterns of plant species in national parks were quite similar to one another, but those of plant community were rather unique. Seventy-four of 97 plant communities were reported in only one of 15 national parks, which might be regarded as an endemic or local vegetetation type. These facts are far different from actual status of the KNP's ecosystem, which indicate that not only original data in previous reports are less informative, but also tools of investigation and description are too subjective, and thus these can never afford to monitor the ecosystem. From the correlation analysis between 10 ecological characteristics, the following results were obtained: (1) the species richness was positively associated with the area of national park, (2) the number of visitors was related to landscape diversity, (3) occurrence of the designated species was closely related to the vegetation diversity. Numerical analysis (cluster analysis and ordination) using dissimilarity ratio by ecological characteristics divided 15 national parks into 4 groups. The first group, composed of national parks of Chirisan, $S\v{o}laksan$, Sokrisan, Hallasan, $T\v{o}kyusan$, Odaesan, and Sobaeksan, is recognized as the best national parks in terms of ecological conservation values. Nevertheless, they have been faced with the threat of visitor stress. This study will contribute to the establishment of strategy for appropriate conservation and sustainable use of KNP.
From the year 2000 on, Seoul has aimed to be a fashion city, and thus has been supporting young designers through Seoul Fashion Creative Studio, Generation Next, Le Dome, Concept Korea, etc. London is famous for nurturing young designers through the joint help of government, schools and industries: Alexander McQueen, Christopher Kane and Peter Pilotto are successful cases. Therefore, this research aims to suggest a direction for policies aimed at helping young designers in the international market, on the basis of London's nurturing programs and ideas from a literature review and case studies. The results are below. Firstly, a step-by-step supporting program is recommended. Secondly, long-lasting, sustainable programs are considered essential to support designers after the end of their contracts. Thirdly, practical assistance is preferred to monetary funding in order to lighten the designers' lot and in the interests of transparency. The mentoring service should be strengthened for the designers to eventually become independent. The support should be tailor-made according to items. Fourthly, the supporting programs should be promoted. Fifthly, government and industries should collaborate. Sixthly, 'de minimis' against overlapped support should be legislated. For these, the change of supporting method can be helpful; an independent administrative organisation plans and collects funds from governments and companies. Through these programs and any subsequent studies, Seoul could become a fashion city where young designers play active roles at a global level.
In the trend of concentrating on the consumer driven experience market as a new marketing concept according to the improvement of life standard and the change of consummation pattern, SPA brand has applied experience marketing strategies to the market successfully to be grown constantly with consumer secure and production of business benefit through brand image and positive consumer attraction. Therefore, this study aims to research the experiential representation element and attribute in the competitive Global SPA brand space due to the sustainable growth from the recent domestic fashion market based on the strategy type of the experiential marketing. Thus, the experiential marketing strategy type was drawn based on the experiential marketing and the theoretical reflections of Global SPA brand, and the SPA brand space was classified depending on the attribute of the commercial space for making the framework of case analysis, so it was progressed as the method of analysis through the experiential representation attribute in the SPA brand space. The marketing strategy and representation for advertising the image of company and product message by the SPA brand should be planned, so successful application of the experiential marketing to the shop is connected to the corporate interests, and forming the meaning more than space by impressing on the consumers the brand and arousing the emotional experience of the consumers and meeting the consumers' a variety of needs had effects on forming a lasting relationship between the brand and consumers. Therefore, this study is expected to be an opportunity to vitalize the domestic SPA brand behind the competition with the Global SPA brand.

From these social and cultural environment, regional competitions through the introduction and settlement of a local self-government have been important in city marketing. For city development, a serial activation policies are come and in this process the native history and cultures have recognized as the core tool of cities. For possession of city competition, we have developed the cities' tangible and/or intangible cultural properties and make full use of a attractive asset. The city identity is established and the opportunity of a special space is made. This city identity has been dependent on spending time. We suggest the strategy for the historical and cultural city image through the historical element and the development of program for the promotion of publicity activities. The preservation and application of the modern architectures as the cultural and historical element promote the city image and build the position of city identity. We suggest the city marketing application strategy for the implication on the sustainable reproductive city.

Degraded plantation forests are increasing because of unfavorable forestry conditions prevailing in Japan, including falling timber prices, increasing operational costs, and aging and declining forestry workforce. To remedy this situation, appropriate management strategy is required. This study introduces the challenges of Odai Town, Mie Prefecture that employed a new management strategy by evaluating site suitability for conifer forests and that proposes a new forest management regime of planting deciduous trees in unsuitable sites. The site suitability for conifer forests was evaluated from two aspects: the natural site conditions and the relationship among site conditions, growth, and damage by Anaglyptus subfasciatus Pic. in Cryptomeria japonica D. Don and Chamaecyparis obtusa Sieb. Et Zucc. forests. By analyzing the relationship among site conditions, growth, and insect damage based on field data obtained in plantation forests, growth evaluation and insect damage evaluation maps were developed. Based on the natural forest investigation, natural site condition maps for C. japonica and C. obtusa were established. Furthermore, by integrating these evaluation maps with the forest road maps showing the accessibility to the forest, the forest management regime for the whole plantation area of Odai Town was established. The forest management regime map indicates the sites suitable for forestry: suitable for long-rotation, short-rotation, and potential sites for short-rotation. The sites unsuitable for forestry were considered to be more suitable for broadleaved forests. Clear-cutting was conducted in a small area and different seral stage saplings (approximately 20 deciduous tree species) suitable to the site conditions were planted in an area of $80-120m^2$ protected by deer-fences. This might establish a forest composed of many species with a multilayer vertical forest structure in a short period. The planted saplings were distributed neither randomly nor uniformly to reflect the natural distribution of trees in the forest. A challenge to develop new products using the deciduous trees has started, such as wood chips for preparing smoked food, essential oil, and deodorizer. As these challenges have just begun, their effects on enhancing sustainable resource management are still being monitored. Even with the challenges, this regime can be of high value as a management strategy to remedy the situation of expansion of degraded forests in Japan.

Development of Clean Technology, which makes products without creating pollutions, is a way to solve Environmental problems fundamentally. The main objective of this study is to define the long-term strategy to develope "Innovative Clean Technology". "Innovative Clean Technology" is an active way of solving the environmental problems arising from industrial activities. It aims to find ways either to make products without creating pollution, to produce environmentally benign end-products, or else to recover and re-use the materials which have hitherto considered waste.
