  • In this study, an analysis of the actual conditions and needs regarding elementary school teacher's levels of cooperation was conducted. This was done from the assumption that it is essential for good communication and cooperation to exist between elementary school teachers and after-school care teachers to provide the most reliable after-school care environment possible. Individual interviews with 6 elementary school teachers were conducted, and the results of the data analysis were as follows. First, the necessity for close communication and interaction between teachers was clearly established, due to the obvious advantages obtained from cooperation on supporting children and improving the teacher's levels of expertise. However, contrary to this, the elementary school teachers in fact did not have very good communication between themselves and the after-school care teachers. Second, the problems in cooperation revealed a degree of disapproval regarding the perceived independence of after-school care teacher's duties, a sense of burden arising from interaction with a large number of teachers, the lack of communication time due to the workload of elementary school teachers, and the lack of material resources. Third, teachers further stated that although they were generally interested in after-school care classes, and showed approval of the role of after-school care teachers, regular meetings, and an expansion of the current messenger systems of communication with after-school teachers are clearly needed.

  • Children are by nature curious and enthusiastic about learning and love to explore and search for everything they see around them, but as a result of this exploration they may sometimes be exposed to dangerous situations ranging from falls to poisoning and suffocation. That is why when supporting a child's natural desire to explore the world and supporting his awareness of dangerous situations and good handling of them, helps him build a conscious scientific mind and enhance his curiosity in the natural world. It is not easy to imagine a difficult situation in which we or one of our family is in danger, unable to help ourselves or to help them in time, due to our complete ignorance of the rules of first aid. Hence the importance of learning first aid not only for the child but for the community and the world at large. "Hakeem" is an Arabic E-health educational application that aims to teach children from the age of six to eleven years first aid, in our belief that the seed of renaissance lies in the care and education of children, and the lack of Arabic content that aims to teach children first aid skills. The idea is to create a scenario in which the child is responsible for saving the person who will be in a dangerous situation using Augmented Reality (AR) technology, to increase engagement and interaction and provides a rich user experience, and according to the child's performance, he will get reward points. The game will have several levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Hakeem, and based on the player's points he will get a title and move to the next level, and when he reaches the end, he will get the certificate.

The full-fledged study continued for eight months from February to August.1996. The data were analyzed as soon as they were collected. Spradly's(1979, 1980) developmental, sequential method of domain analysis. taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and theme analysis in this order was adopted as the procedure of analyzing the data. To obtain the exactness of study, Sandelowski's (1986) four criteria, that is, Credibility, Fittingness, Auditability, and Confirmability were applied to all stages of data collection, data analysis, the interpretation of the result, and the description of the result. The following are the result : 1. The couples' Taegyo at the stage of preconception was related to their physical, psychological, spiritual conditions under which a healthy baby will be born. Specific methods they prefer are : "the choice of one's spouse." "physical check-up," "physical good health, " "praying, " and so on. 2. The married couple put Taegyo into practice on the basis of the following principles : the principle of respecting an unborn child, the principle of forming a good disposition. the principle of top-down parental love, the principle of synergy between a pregnant woman and her unborn child, the principle of expecting a good child, the principle of forming a good habit, and the principle of acquiring a parental role. 5. The practice of Taegyo is influenced by such factors as the married couple, the supporting system, and the mass media. As the husband -and-wife factor, their information of Taegyo, the degree of importance is assigned to their characters, their time to spare, their healthiness, the age of pregnant woman, their conception plan, their religion, their belief of the Taegyo effects, and the birth of a baby in this order. The factor of the supporting system consists of her husband's support, her family support, and her neighbor's support. The mass media factors include the broadcasting media, books specialized in Taegyo, periodicals for pregnant women, booklets for advertizing powdered milk, Taegyo music of record manufacturing companies, and the teaching materials for gifted children. Among these the mass media is especially taking advantage of Taegyo as its main source of economic profits are leading the public behavior pattern to a prodigal one. Taegyo is a self-control behavior which requires practice for the following : the physical and psychological good health of the pregnant woman and her unborn child, the development of the unborn child's good character, the development of the unborn child's intelligence and talents, the expectation of the unborn child's good features. shape a good habit, the expectation of the unborn child's bright future, and the learning of a parental role, the expectation of male birth. Above all it is a type of our good cultural tradition which pursues a value higher than the one that the prenatal care does. The principles of pregnancy care inherent in the habit of Taegyo will provide us a guideline for the development of the prenatal care.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the infant-rearing experiences of parents during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and provide foundational data for the development of infant-rearing support programs during pandemic situations. Methods: Convergent mixed methods were used to better understand the research outcomes by converging both quantitative and qualitative data. A total of 149 parents with infant-rearing experiences during the pandemic responded to a self-report survey, and 10 parents participated in the interviews. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, the Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression. Results: Analysis of qualitative data yielded the following three categories: five theme clusters, ten themes, and thirty-nine subthemes. The factors influencing infant-rearing behavior were nuclear family (β=.34, p<.001) and rearing stress (β=-.39, p<.001). The explanatory power of the regression equation was 26.6%. Conclusion: Infectious disease disasters, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, can quickly alter infant-rearing conditions, causing heightened parental anxiety. This may affect infant-rearing behaviors and hinder healthy infant development. Future research should develop a comprehensive tool to measure holistic health-related parenting behaviors across the different stages of child development. Additionally, pediatric nurse practitioners can play an active role in educating parents, supporting parenting, and promoting healthy infant development in their communities, making pediatric nurse practitioners a highly relevant and necessary healthcare profession during infectious disease disasters. Thus, there is a need to improve institutions and build infrastructure at the national level to support them.
