보육시설이용이 기혼여성 취업에 미치는 영향 - 어린이집 입소 순위를 중심으로 - (The Impacts of Uses of Childcare Facilities on Mothers' Labor Supply under a Rationing Mechanism)

  • 최근 맞벌이 가구 자녀에게 어린이집 입소 1순위를 부여하여 보육시설 이용에서 맞벌이 가구에게 우선순위를 부여하는 정책 기조가 강화되어 왔다. 본 연구는 한국노동패널 19~21차연도 자료를 이용하여 취업모 우선 보육정책이 강화된 시기 보육시설이 기혼여성 취업에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 취업모 우선 보육정책은 취업 가능성이 높은 기혼여성을 시설 이용에서 배제하는 결과를 초래할 가능성이 있다. 한계 처치효과(MTE) 분석 방법을 사용하여 보육수요가 공급을 초과하는 경우 우선순위에 따라 정책 대상이 되는 부분 모집단이 결정되게 되는 선택편의를 제거했다. 분석 결과, 보육시설 이용하는 기혼여성의 취업 효과가 보육시설을 이용하지 않는 기혼여성의 취업 효과와 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 차이가 없음을 시사한다.

  • In this study, foreign and domestic noise criteria on walls, floors, and water supply facilities were reviewed and the results are as follows : regulation can be divided two things, one is on thickness the other is sound insulation performance. Green Building regulation based on the law and this have sound classification systems. Since these regulations are not established in Korea. The noise regulation on water supply-drain facilities and domestic guideline on interior noise level is needed. Foreign regulations are stricter than those of ours. And those has sound classification system for the better acoustic condition of inhabitants'.

  • Nowadays, subway station has provided not only transportation but living spaces for everyday activities. Therefore, a variety of facilities have been installed for a safety of citizens such as fire-fighting equipment, platform screen doors and giving high level of benefits such as air-conditioning and heating equipment, escalators, lighting apparatus. In order to operate these facilities appropriately, it is needless to say that electric power supply must be reliable. Many protection relays have been installed to protect electric apparatus and power system, nevertheless it..s study has been insufficient in the concrete. From this paper, through analyzing of protection relay system of electric room operated in line 2 of Seoul metro, we can help to improve stable power supply system of subway station.

  • It is well known that the trend of water demand in large-size water supply systems has been suddenly changed, and many expansions of water supply facilities become unnecessary. To be cost-effective, thus, politicians as well as many professionals lay stress on the adaptive management of water supply facilities. Failure in adapting to the new trend of demand is sure to be the most critical reason of unnecessary expansions. Hence, we try to develop the model and modeling procedure that do not depend on the old data of demand, and provide engineers with the fast learning process. To forecast water demand of Seoul, the Bayesian parameter estimation was applied, which is a representative method for statistical pattern recognition. It results that we can get a useful time-series model after observing water demand during 6 years, although trend of water demand were suddenly changed.

  • This study attempts to develop the management and control system of water pipe on the footing of database builded by the research on the pipe of water supply equipped over 48.809km within district of Hamyang-up by Hamyang-Gun, and to apply it to the work of self-governing body. And, since the structure and equipment of facilities of underground water supply pipe ate so complex, the maintenance and management of function of facilities are needed for long-term. This study has the purpose to build the database per self-governing body which can be connected with the future NGIS project, and to promote the efficiency of management and control of facilities and equipment.

한국 노인요양시설의 공급계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Delivery Planning of Nursing Homes in Korea)

  • With the unparalleled rate of aging and rapid modernization, Korean society faces the situation in which it has to increase the supply of elderly care services dramatically in the near future. Among these services, nursing homes are considered as an essential alternative provision because Korea can no longer rely on traditional familism nor medical facilities for the care of her older population. It is necessary, therefore, to prepare a future plan for the delivery of nursing homes in Korea. This paper has identified elderly care context and analyzed elderly care facilities of Korea in the point of supply and utilization rate of nursing homes according to the region and type of facilities. On the bases of this analysis, the delivery planning of nursing homes in Korea has been proposed in order to increase welfare status of older people and efficient utilization of health care resources.

  • Electric power consumption is highly increasing as the social trend requiring comfortable life, the population concentration in a big city and the industrial development. Therefore it has become to be very important to supply the stable high-quality power. As these trends, the underground power transmission facilities are unavoidable in the center of a city and are going to increase more and more. As the proportion to increase facilities, the efficient management and maintenance become more important and are going to play an important role in the high-quality of power supply.

  • The purpose of this study is to have a guideline for mixed-use between school buildings and the community facilities as one of the suggestions to satisfy the needs of the society and to overcome the limitations of the supply of regional facilities. Main contents of this study are as a follow : 1) Arrangement of concept for mixed-use facilities, 2) Classification of community facilities for school buildings. 3) Distribution of school buildings in Nowon-Gu 4) Distribution of community facilities in Nowon-Gu 5) A proposal of mixed-use guide line between school buildings and public office.

  • This study aims to indicate fundamental problems and also to supply basic data for the reasonable distribution of the educational facilities in an effort to build better educational environments by examining and analyzing their changing process in primary and secondary schools in accordance with the changes in school year system in the period between 1900 to 1993. The following conclusion can be drawn : a. Separation of Middle and high schools due to the change of the school year system in 1951 into 6 - 3 - 3 - 4, has had great influence upon the arrangement of the educational facilities. b. Educational facilities in primary and secondary school are expanding, but they do not meet the criterion on an appropriate scale. Especially educational facilities of high schools need to be extended.

시설장 면담을 통한 농촌보육시설의 실태 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Operation Status of Rural Childcare Facilities for Better Care through Interviews with Principals)

  • The purpose of this study was to make a survey of the operation of childcare facilities in rural regions through in-depth interviews with 5 facility principals. Owing to regional disadvantages, rural childcare facilities have many problems as follows: uneven distribution of facilities, shortage of teachers, financial difficulties, unsuitable programs for rural regions, insufficient reeducation of principals and teachers, and poor operations and accessibility for handicapped or very young children. The principals proposed that many conditions might be made better as follows: evenly distributing facilities in step with needs and supply, raising the salary of teachers of rural facilities, supporting the facilities themselves side by side with supporting children, improving 'childcare fee supporting system' of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, developing and spreading programs suitable for rural regions, and promoting the reeducation of principals and teachers through online programs.
