Precision Position Control of Induction Motors Using Disturbance Observer (외란관측기를 이용한 유도전동기의 정밀 위치 제어)

  • This paper presents load torque observer that is used to deadbeat control method in the induction motor(IM) precision position control system. The proposed algorithm shows robustness on induction servo motor system. All of the gain has been obtained on discrete domain analysis. The simulation has been obtained by the simulink. The results show that proposed system has good effectiveness for the disturbance of the induction servo motor system using DS1102 board.

  • A robust position tracking controller of the BLDDM sensitive to the load torque disturbance and inertia variation is constructed It is consisted of the linear feedback controller and the nonlinear feedforward compensator using the neural network. With effietive feedforward compensation of neural network, the robust position control can be obtained, which is verified by computer simulations.

  • As the new industry of this 21centuries, theme park is the important position to the front leader countries as a new growth engine due to its industrial-economical and cultural-social effect. While domestic theme park industries show lower competitive position with global theme park in aspect of management and qualities and have weak brand power. The global situation of present service robot industry of the world is the beginning stage and the time for strengthening competitive position and the best opportunity becoming global leader of world markets by prior occupation through provision of factitious market creating big demand. Robot theme park is possibile to provide such big demand of various robot and this paper present of ideas for robot theme park.

  • In this paper, analysis of magnetic marker for autonomous vehicle guidance system using 3-axis magnetic sensor propose. Position sensing is an important an estimation system of vehicle position and orientation on magnetic lane, which is a parameter of the steering controller for automated lane following is described. To verify that the magnetic dipole model could be applied to a magnetic unit paved in roadway, the analysis of the data 3-axis magnetic field measured experimentally.

  • The energy of PV system is different as the elevation and aximuth of the sun. This paper deals with the economical position tracking system development for the stand alone PV system. We have made more economical solar position tracking system which is used a tracking program than other similar systems. It is applied to the solar lighting lamp. We have made a comparative study of the energy amount between the fixed type and the tracking type during some period. The improved efficiency of the system is about 86 %.

  • In many surveys, one of the most important goals is to obtain reliable and valid responses from respondents. To achieve the goal, a researcher have to make efforts to protect respondents' confidentiality and to reduce the effects of social desirability on answers. The key question of this paper is whether the position of demographic questions have an effect on responses. Two types of questionnaires are considered: one puts the demographic questions at the beginning and the other does at the last. On both types, I asked only a small number of demographic questions which are considered as essential on analytic purposes. The results show no evidence of position effects when the risk to threat confidentiality was minimized.

  • This paper presents a new method for world wide network motor controlled system. It uses disturbance observer to present high precision position control algorithm to disturbance change, and to apply this to induction motors. It shows that proposed algorithm is strong in induction motor precision control for disturbance change. This system with disturbance observer used deadbeat control, which have high benefit, is good for quick disturbance compensation. To show these effectiveness the whole process is simulated by simulink, and also experimented by DSP6416 with TCP-IP network board.

  • This study was undertaken to determine the adequate bracket position in Korean. The subjects were consisted of casts and photographs of 30 males & 30 famales. They had acceptable profile, normal occlusion, no loss of teeth and no experience of dental treatment. The following conclusions were obtained. 1. In case of no necessity of the posterior teeth movement, bracket angulation was made automatically by paralleling the bracket slot with occlusal plane. 2. Axial inclination of all teeth were measured, and those of canine & premolar were much variable. 3. Adequate bracket position of Korean occlusion were obtained.

  • In switched reluctance motor(SRM) drive, it is necessary to synchronize the stator phase excitation with the rotor position. Therefore the rotor position information is an essential. Usually optical encoders or resolvers are used to provide the rotor position information. These sensors are expensive and are not suitable for high speed operation. In the paper, the low cost linear encoder suitable for the practical and stable SRM drive is proposed and the control algorithm to provide the switching signals using the simple digital logic circuit is also presented in this paper. It is verified from the experiments that the proposed encoder and logic controller can be a powerful candidate for the practical low cost SRM drive.
