새로운 정보기술이 기업의 성공에 있어서 어떠한 효과를 가져 왔는지 연구하였다. 새로운 정보기술에 대한 관리자의 판단이 긍정적인 생각에 기초를 두었을 경우에 성공한 경우와 새로운 정보기술을 조사 적용하는 활동에 소속되지 않았던 관리자들이 성공한 경우의 정도를 전략적인 차원에서 비교 연구코자 한다. 비록 전략적 차원에서 관리자의 판단이 조직에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것이 검증되었다손 치더라도 그러한 판단에 대한 결정이 그리 관심을 일으키지 못하였다. 본 논문은 전략적 차원에서 관리자가 새로운 정보기술 적용에 따른 판단이 그들의 사전 경험이 상당히 작용할 것이라는 것을 제시하며 미래에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인가를 검토하고자 한다.

The main objective of this study is to test hypotheses by empirical study on the technology transfer from a national institute to small and medium sized enterprises(SMEs) in the Korean electronic devices industry. The important findings of the study are as follows: First, the success of the technology transfer from national institute to SMEs depends on the character of the project manager such as research experience and academic degree level. Second, the success of the technology transfer is related to the nature of the research project, especially to the technology life cycle stage but insignificantly to the amount of R&D fund and duration. Third, another success factor for technology transfer is the joint technology development between institute and SMEs, which is due to the possibility of early commercialization of the technology development project. Fourth, the hypothesis about the relationship between the project selection and evaluation results and technology transfer success is not statistically supported.

Purpose: This study was done to explore the experiences of ego identity development in Korean nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from 16 nursing students through in-depth interviews. The main question was, "Could you tell me your experience of developing an ego identity?" Data were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory methodology. Results: The core category of the experiences of ego identity development in Korean nursing students was 'trying to be a different new person'. Action/interaction strategies were 'solving the problem using experiences', 'making one's own success story', and 'making harmony with others'. Consequences were 'being sure of oneself as a new person'. Conclusion: Korean nursing students tried to use their experiences, achieve success, and harmonize with others. Their efforts were influenced by conflicts and supports of people around. Therefore, nurse educators should understand contextual and intervening conditions of nursing students, and try to help them achieve ego identities.

The model of success in South Korea from a pariah state coming from the ruins of the Korean War into a member of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) with a trillion dollar economy is encouraging. The Korean economic experience in terms of entrepreneurship and poverty reduction is an intriguing jig saw puzzle to researchers. This paper looks at Korean entrepreneurship history from the 1960s and how it shaped the contemporary sustainable economic development success of the Korean economy. Using a qualitative approach, the study used the Korean case study in comparison with Sub Saharan Africa to explore five powerful lessons on how the region can replicate the Korean entrepreneurship experience. The study shows that entrepreneurship was key to the radical transformation of its economy and government was instrumental in latent nurturing of Korean entrepreneurial spirit.

Purpose - Korean women suffered from serious experience at unfair personnel practice in the work and coexistence between work and home affairs. The study examined woman workers' career plateau perception and success who worked for local public enterprises, that is to say, regional public corporation invested by local government, and investigated mediating effect of dual commitment as well as control effect of self-efficacy from point of view of various access to variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The study investigated women employees of regional public corporation by empirical analysis. The author collected 337 copies from 380 copies and made use of 325 copies after excluding copies with improper answer. SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 were used. Results - The study investigated effect of career plateau (structure and content) upon subjective career success (job satisfaction and career commitment) according to questionnaire material: First, not only structural plateau but also content career plateau had negative influence upon dual commitment (structure and career). Second, dual commitment had positive influence upon subjective career success from point of view of organizational commitment and career commitment. Third, structural career plateau had positive influence upon career success, and content career plateau had positive influence upon job satisfaction. Fourth, structural career plateau did not have significant influence upon job satisfaction, content career plateau and career satisfaction. Fifth, subordinate variables (organizational commitment and career commitment) had mediating influence upon career plateau cognition and subjective career success. Sixth, self efficacy did not control career plateau cognition and subjective career success. Conclusions - Women employee's career plateau cognition mediated dual commitment to have influence upon career success and to be likely to help career success theory study. Career plateau had negative influence upon dual commitment and career success of women workers. The study shall give base of counteraction from point of view of control and motivation of women workers thinking of career plateau.

Recently, with the increasing popularity of smartphones, mobile applications have been being used in various sectors. In these environments, some mobile applications are being made for special purposes. The mobile campus application is one exemplary type of such special-purpose mobile applications, which have unique characteristics that allow only designated users, belonging to a specific group, to access and use relevant knowledge. The aim of this study is to identify and investigate critical success factors of mobile campus applications based on the DeLone & McLean's information systems (IS) success model and to find unique characteristics of mobile campus applications, compared to general-purpose mobile applications. In order to empirically test our research model, 199 samples were collected from students who actually had experience of using the mobile campus application of A university at least once. The findings of the structural equation modeling using SmartPLS 2.0 confirmed the DeLone & McLean's IS success model, with the exception for relationships between service quality and user satisfaction/intention to use. Moreover, the moderating role of sense of belonging to school on the relationships between quality-related factors (i.e., information, system, and service qualities) and success-related factors (i.e., user satisfaction and intention to use) was examined.

This paper investigates the determinants of students' success in Vietnam through conducting online interviews and surveys with 2,500 Vietnamese students at eight famous universities in Vietnam. By applying both SPSS 22 and STATA software, the study is to evaluate the impact of four driver factors, which affect GPA, language efficacy, and personal achievement. These factors are psychological perspective, home environmental, student demographic, and school environmental. The research results emphasize a positive effect of psychological and home-environmental determinants, but the negative effect of school environmental factors on the students' success. Besides, the relationship between demographics and student success was tested and indicated that male students have a better language learning ability, but a low level of academic achievement than female students. The results also point out the impact of religious affiliation and ethnicity on personal achievement. Non-religious students are better achievers than those having a religion or those in minority ethnicity. Moreover, accumulated schooling years are negatively associated with students' success. The more working experience students accrued, the higher possibility they are successful. Finally, the finding provides an insight into students' success that might be useful to government authorities and other universities in designing policies for enhancing the quality of education.

수학학습에서 좋은 학업성취를 내는 것은 인지적 요인, 정의적 요인, 사회 환경적 요인 등 다양한 요인이 작용하는 매우 복잡한 과정이다. 지금까지 수행된 다수의 선행 연구들에서 수학학습에 영향을 미치는 특정한 요인들이 있으며 이러한 요인들이 수학학습에 긍정적 혹은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 이러한 연구들은 변인을 제한하여 연구를 수행했기에 학습자의 관점에서 수학학습에 있어서의 좋은 성취를 얻기 위해서는 어떠한 점이 필요한지에 대한 종합적인 분석 결과를 제시하지는 못했다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수학학습에서 성공을 경험한 학생들을 대상으로 하여 수학학습에서 성공을 경험한 학생들이 어떠한 경험의 과정을 겪었는지를 근거이론의 분석방법으로 분석하였다. 또한 수집된 자료를 분석하여 수학학습의 성공 경험에 이르는 과정을 설명하고자 했다. 분석 결과, 학생들은 '새로운 국면 단계', '경험 축적 단계', '견디기 단계', '유지 노력 단계'의 과정을 거쳐 성공적인 학습자로서의 정체성을 형성하는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구를 통해서 수학학습에서 성공을 경험하는 과정을 살펴봄으로써 수학학습에서 성공을 경험하기 위해 어떠한 행동이 필요한지에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

This paper identifies success factors influencing technology commercialization, develops a framework for technology commercialization model among factors, commercialization, empirically investigates the framework, and suggests policy alternatives for more effective technology commercialization in the areas of information and communication technology industries in Korea. To facilitate commercialization of government-sponsored R&D projects, the following policy implications are suggested; manager's willingness and support on commercialization, and more abundant commercialization fund, former experience on commercialization, strong linkage with present business and technology, more information about government commercialization programs and technologies, and improved environment of commercialization including market protection and penetration support.

Sharing vehicle data among the companies within a car ecosystem can improve driving experience, increase driver comfort, contribute to social goals such as improving road safety and lowering fuel consumption. Furthermore, by participating in the ecosystem, companies can secure long-term and sustainable new revenue-generating opportunities. In this paper, we will examine the bottleneck and success factors of data sharing, as well as the technological solutions that urgently require development for car data sharing.
