일학습병행 재직자학위연계 교육과정 참여학생의 학습성과와 대학측 대응 노력 간의 연관성 고찰 (An Examination of the Relationship between Learning Outcomes of Employees Participating in Work-Study Integrated Degree Programs and University Efforts in Response)

  • The degree-linked programs for employees, operated by joint training centers in specialized universities that have implemented work-study integrated programs, are educational programs that require an annual government budget of around 80 billion KRW. However, the 70+ universities running these programs face issues such as a decline in academic achievement and an increase in dropout rates among students. In this paper, I conducted multiple regression analysis based on observed and measured information to examine whether the participating students in these programs are achieving an appropriate level of academic performance and to identify the factors that universities need to invest in to achieve that level. To do this, I hypothesized a causal relationship between the university's input factors and students' academic achievement, and used the SPSS program to analyze the statistical data, confirming the validity of the hypothesis. The collected data for the study were obtained through a survey developed using a Likert 4-point scale, which quantified the distribution of grades among students enrolled in IT-related departments offering the degree-linked programs for employees and the emotional contact efforts made by the universities to motivate them for academic success. Particularly, through the results of multiple regression analysis, it was confirmed that these input factors, unlike those for students in general education programs, require more personalized and frequent interactions.

치과관련학과 대학생들의 치과위생사에 대한 인식조사 (The Opinions of Dental Related Major Students on Dental Hygienists)

  • 이번 연구의 목적은 치과 관련계열 학생들을 대상으로 치과위생사에 대한 인식과 의료인화에 대한 견해를 조사하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 치의학과, 치위생학과, 치기공과, 간호학과 학생들로 나누어 각 25명씩 조사하였으며, 설문지를 이용하였다. 설문항목으로는 일반적인 정보, 치과위생사의 의료인화에 관한 찬반과 그 이유, 치과위생사의 법적 업무 범위 및 의료행위 업무, 치과위생사 업무의 전문성에 대한 생각으로 구성되어 있었으며, 빈도분석과 𝑥2-test를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 치과위생사의 의료인화에 대한 찬반 의견으로는 찬성이 56.2%로 반대 40%보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전공에 따라 치과위생사 의료인화에 대한 의견은 유의하게 차이가 나타났는데, 찬성의 경우 치위생학과에서 90%로 가장 높고 간호학과에서 25%로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 치과위생사의 법적인 업무에 대한 인식과 업무 중 의료행위라고 인식하는 비율은 학과에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 치과위생사의 의료인화를 위한 지지와 참여를 얻기 위해서는 치과위생사에 대해 정확하게 인지하고 있을 때 가능할 것이며, 이러한 교육은 학생때부터 이루어진다면 더욱 확고한 지지를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

모유수유에 대한 여대생의 지식 및 태도 (The Knowledge and Attitude on Breast Feeding of Female University Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data in order to develop of some educational programs for increasing breast feeding by studying the female university student's knowledge and attitude on breast feeding, who will become a mother in future. The respondents of this research were selected at random for 462 female students at the university in Seoul and Kyongki area, and it was the period collected the data from Oct 28, 2000 to Nov 8, 2000. The method of study distributed the measuring tools of knowledge with 33 items and the tools of measurement with 20 items on the attitude of breast feeding to the respondents directly, and collected them. The data were analyzed to use SPSS program. Unpaired t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and Multiple regression analysis were used for the calculation of difference between groups and the results were as follows ; 1. The breast feeding was 50.6% in the period of lactation for the respondents and the nuclear families were 81.7% in family constituent unit. In the future the wisher of breast feeding was 91.5%, the medical personnel was a major informer who enjoyed their best confidence, Besides the respond-ents responded that the proper period for education of the breast feeding was in a high school. 2. The level of Knowledge on breast feeding. The respondents's knowledge on breast feeding was average $16.40{\pm}4.59$ points on the basis of 33 points and On the merits and demerits ratio of breast feeding has shown highest but there was low in the field of such a concrete and practical plan as the estimate of breast feeding and the method and mindfulness for breast feeding. The higher grader, the college of the natural science showed significantly the higher points in the knowledge degree by respondents's characters and in such cases the persons of breast feeding or the informed of breast feeding by a medical personnel or the women of strong will for breast feeding action in the future. 3. The Attitude on breast feeding. There was relatively shown a positive attitude of the total average $60.50{\pm}7.59$ points and the average evaluation $3.04{\pm}.36$ points in the attitude on breast feeding. The attitude by each factors has the highest points in the practical action aspect but the lowest in the emotional aspect. The attitude on breast feeding by respondents's characters significantly showed a positive attitude in such cases the persons of breast feeding or the informed of breast feeding or the women of strong will for breast feeding action in the future. 4. Relation to knowledge and attitude on breast feeding. There was shown a correlation of definition in the relation to knowledge and attitude on breast feeding, 5.Factors which have an effect on knowledge and attitude on breast feeding. The factors which have an effect on knowledge of breast feeding were attitudes on breast feeding, graders, the college of natural science and the informed of breast feeding. Also the factors which have an effect on attitude on breast feeding were on will and knowledge on breast feeding, a large family, the informed of breast feeding. In conclusion, it will have to enforce a systematic education on the method of a practical breast feeding enlarged by a medical personnel and professional early enough as the information provision on breast feeding enables one to increase knowledge and attitude on it, besides it has relations with their practical will.

문제제시 간호기록 방법이 간호기록 행위에 미치는 효과에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experiment,11 Study on Implementation of Problem-Oriented Nursing Record)

  • Primary function of health record is that as tool of communication between the health processionals with the mutual goal, the promotion of health care standard. Studies have been carried out world over oil tile subject, among those, Weed's Problem-Oriented Health Record is considered a paramount achievement. This study was designed to assess tile possibility of implementing tile problem-oriented health record system through ail experiment in order to provide data for nurse administrators infiltrating reformation of recording system and format. Record of 29 patients admitted at Korea University Hospital, Seoul, from March through June, 1976 for 4 to 14 days were sampled. Nursing notes were recorded by research assistants; senior nursing student trailed extensively by the researcher oil Problem-Oriented Records, oil Problem Oriented Nursing Record format (experimental group) and analysis were carried out comparative, with that of traditional nursing records noted by other nursing personnel (control group) on the same patient. Attitude towards Problem Oriented Nursing Record system and format were attained through questionaries responded by the 51 research assistants. Results are as fellows: Comparative analysis revealed that: 1. Assessment of patients' health problems recorded significantly more in traditional records. 2. Focus of health Problem differed; traditional records slowed significantly higher frequency in medical and procedure as focus while problem oriented records on nursing focus problems. 3. Problem- Oriented records were better organized, Mean value scores of attitude towards Problem- Oriented Records revealed that: Positive value scores on all 4 categories: 1) Assessment of nursing needs, 2) Nursing care planning 3) Patient progress assessment and 4) Tool of teaching and learning revealed that the Problem-Oriented Nursing Record is positively accepted by tile respondents. Recommendation Further experiments on implementation of Problem- Oriented Health Record are recommended: experiment involving all health professionals, in larger scope and longitudinal.

간호계 학생과 비간호계 학생의 감정이입 능력에 관한 연구 (Comparative Study on the Empathic Ability Between Nursing and Non-Nursing Students)

  • The term 'nursing' is often defined as a therapeutic and interpersonal process that ultimately functions to help clients. In the process of helping, empathic ability(ability to entering into the another's feeling or motives) is an essential factor that has been proved in the fields of psychology and social psychology. In the sense, nursing personnel with high level of empathy is required to accomplish the comprehensive nursing. The purpose of this study was (1) to investigate empathy between nursing and non-nursing students, (2) to examine changes of empathic ability in accordance with their academic years, and (3) to show relationships, if any, between the two concepts, empathy and need-affiliation. For the survey, 325 respondents for nursing department and 378 from non-nursing departments were randomly selected from the two universities in Seoul. The instruments used in this questionaire survey method were Hogan's Empathy Scale and Mehrabian's Need-Affiliation Scale, each of them has established its validity and reliability in many different people and settings. For the analysis, descriptive stative statistics were mostly used by calculating frequencies, percentages and mean scores. T-test, analysis of variance and correlation coefficient were employed to test the differences and the statistical significance. The results of this study are summarized as follows: (1) There was no significant difference in empathic ability detween the nursing and non-nursing student (2) The levels of empathy among the nursing students, 'surprisingly enough, were negatively correlated with their academic years, even though statistical significations was not found. The scores of the empathy are somewhat dropped as academic year going up. (3) No significant relationship was revealed between empathy and need-affiliation. In conclusion, the results of the study repeatedly support the claim that the nursing education must empathize and, also, include the programs that enable nursing students to develop the ability of empathy for their clients.

보건계열 경험자의 간호학과 편입경험 (Experience of transferring students experience in health care to nursing department)

  • 본 연구는 보건계열의 경험이 있는 학생들이 간호학과 편입에 따른 경험의 본질을 이해하는 데 있다. 편입 전 보건계열 전공 혹은 의료기관의 경험이 있는 간호학과 편입 학생들의 경험에 관한 연구로서, 개인 경험에 따른 간호학과 편입의 본질을 파악하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 분석방법을 적용하여 그 경험을 분석하고, 그 경험의 의미를 파악하고자 실시하였다. 보건계열 전공자 4명과 의료기관 경험자 5명으로 총 9명으로 진행하여 3가지 테마와 9개의 중심의미로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 하여 보건계열의 경험을 가진 학생들의 간호학과 경험을 이해하여 다양한 교육전략과 방향을 모색하여 다양한 간호현장에서의 전문 간호 인력의 양성을 위한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.

간호대학생의 지역 중소병원 선택 예측요인 (Predictors of Regional Small and Medium Hospitals Choice among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 취업선호도, 중소병원에 대한 인지도를 파악하여 지역 중소병원 선택의 예측요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 광주광역시와 전라남도 소재 4개 대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 대상으로 2018년 9월부터 2018년 10월까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 부적절한 응답지를 제외한 476명의 설문지를 SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생이 지역 중소병원을 선택한 경우는 66.0%였고, 중소병원 선택의 예측요인은 고등학교 졸업지역, 학업성취도, 중소병원에 대한 인지도였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생이 지역 중소병원으로의 취업률을 높이기 위해서는 간호교육자들은 중소병원취업을 희망하는 학생들에게는 역량을 고려한 맞춤형 진로지도 및 상담을 해야겠으며, 병원 관계자들은 중소병원에 대한 인지도를 높이기 위한 다양한 홍보활동 및 마케팅 전략을 수립해야겠다.

군 병원 정형외과계 입원환자의 정서문제 유병률과 관련 요인 (Prevalence of Emotional Distress and Related Factors of Orthopedic Surgical Patients in a Military Hospital : A Cross-sectional Feasibility Study)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate prevalence of psychiatric symptoms and determine predictors of emotional distress of military hospital surgical patients. Methods : This study examined 104 orthopedic patients admitted to the Armed Forces Military Hospital September-November 2018. For the study, every subject completed self-assessment inventories regarding depressive and anxiety symptoms (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale), sleep problems (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index), problematic alcohol and tobacco use (Cut off, Annoyed, Guilty, Eye-opener screening), and psychiatric history. We performed the Student's t-test and the chi-square test for the collected data to investigate the prevalence of psychiatric symptoms, including emotional distress. Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the risk factors related to emotional distress of hospitalized military personnel. Results : There were no significant differences in socio-demographic and psychiatric symptoms between soldiers and officers. The prevalence of depressive and/or anxiety symptoms (emotional distress) was 21.2% (n=21). In the logistic regression analysis, psychiatric history [Adjusted Odds Ratio (AOR)=18.99 ; 95% Confidence Interval (CI)=1.42-253.57 ; p=0.026] and low military life satisfaction (AOR=15.67; 95% CI=1.46-168.11 ; p=0.023) correlated with emotional distress. Conclusion : Soldiers admitted to the military hospital showed similar prevalence of emotional distress as those at general hospitals. Considering military circumstances, it is necessary to detect and intervene regarding soldiers with a psychiatric history and low military life satisfaction to promote mental health at military hospitals.

사회적기업에 대한 대학생의 자아이미지 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향: SEN 동아리를 중심으로 (Congruity effects of University Students' Self-Image on the Satisfaction to Social Enterprise: Focused on SEN Clubs)

  • 최근에 사회적기업은 많은 관심과 중요성에도 불구하고 사회적기업은 여전히 사업규모가 영세하며, 정부의 재정지원에 의존하고 있으며, 전문 경영마인드를 갖춘 인력 부족과 여전히 소비자의 낮은 인지도 문제 등 많은 어려움 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 사회적기업의 소비자 인지도 향상을 위한 실증적 연구가 필요한 실정이지만 이에 대한 선행연구는 아직까지 부족한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 첫째, 사회적기업의 이미지와 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성과 고객만족과의 인과관계, 둘째, 사회적기업의 제품에 대한 기능적 성과와 소비자의 기대수준의 기능적 일치성과 고객만족과의 인과관계, 셋째, 사회적기업 제품이 내포하는 사회적 가치와 소비자의 가치 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 넷째, 고객만족이 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 마지막으로 이러한 변수 간의 관계에서 사회적기업 동아리 소속 여부의 조절적 역할을 확인하여 사회적기업의 마케팅 측면에서 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기능적 일치성과 가치 일치성은 사회적기업의 제품에 대한 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 자아이미지 일치성은 사회적기업의 제품에 대한 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적기업 제품에 대한 고객만족은 애호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적기업 동아리 소속여부는 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향과 고객만족이 애호도에 미치는 영향에서 민감도를 높이는 조절변수로 나타나 사회적기업에 대한 만족에 있어 동아리 활동이 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 사회적기업에 대한 소비자의 인식제고와 사회적기업의 마케팅 활동에 대한 차별적 시사점을 제안하였다.
