감정노동자를 위한 딥러닝 기반의 스트레스 감지시스템의 설계 (Stress Detection System for Emotional Labor Based On Deep Learning Facial Expression Recognition)

  • 서비스 산업의 성장과 함께 감정노동자의 스트레스가 사회적 문제로 인식되어 2018년 감정노동자 보호법이 시행되었다. 그러나 실질적인 감정노동자 보호 시스템의 부족으로 스트레스 관리를 위한 디지털 시스템이 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 감정노동자인 고객 상담사를 위한 딥러닝 기반 스트레스 감지 시스템을 제안한다. 시스템은 실시간 얼굴검출 모듈, 한국인 감정 이미지 중심의 이미지 빅데이터를 딥러닝한 감정분류 FER 모듈, 마지막으로 스트레스 수치만을 시각화하는 모니터링 모듈로 구성된다. 이 시스템을 통하여 감정노동자의 스트레스 모니터링과 정신질환 예방을 목표로 설계하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 합성곱 신경망과 주의집중 메커니즘을 결합하여 뇌파 신호로부터 감정적 스트레스 인식 성능을 향상시키는 방식을 제안한다. 제안하는 방식에서는 뇌파 신호를 5개의 주파수 영역으로 분해하고, 각 주파수 영역에 합성곱 신경망 계층을 사용하여 뇌파 특징의 공간정보를 획득한 후에 게이트 트랜스포머를 이용한 주의집중 메커니즘을 사용하여 각 주파수 대역에서 두드러진 주파수 정보를 학습하고, 주파수 간 대역 매핑을 통해 보완 주파수 정보를 학습하여 최종 주의집중 표현에 반영한다. DEAP 데이터세트와 6명의 피 실험자가 참여한 뇌파 스트레스 인식 실험을 통해, 제안된 방식이 기존 방식과 비교하여 뇌파 기반 스트레스 인식 성능 향상에 효과가 있음을 보여준다.

  • Cardiovascular, respiratory and electrodermal responses to acute stress episodes modeled by combined presentation of intense white noise and performance of word recognition task with noise background were studied in 15 college students. Experimental procedure consisted in sessions with white noise, word recognition task presentation with noise background and test with noise background. Recorded physiological variables were analyzed in terms of their sensitivity to detect activation of sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of autonomic nervous system and thus reflect autonomic arousal level during shout-term stress-inducing experimental manipulations. It was shown that performance of effortful mental task with noise background elicited significant physiological responses typical for active coping behavior, namely electrodermal arousal and increased cardiovascular activity. this response profile was more profound as compared to white noise only or attending task in noise background. However, all physiological responses were mostly phasic, without long-term tonic changes, since almost all variables recovered to their initial baseline levels, suggesting that dominant autonomic mechanisms in transient acute stress episodes were of parasympathetic nature (withdrawal in stress with subsequent activation in restoration period), while sympathetic contribution was not long-lasting. Nevertheless, increased number of stressors and their longer exposure may result in higher profile of tonic sympathetic arousal and reduced functional role of vagal mechanisms in autonomic balance regulation.

요양병원간호사의 죽음인식, 임종간호스트레스와 임종간호수행간의 관계 조사 (Investigation of the Relationships Between Death Recognition, Terminal Care Stress, and Terminal Care Performance in Terminal Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 죽음인식, 임종간호스트레스, 임종간호수행간의 관계를 파악하고 이를 기반으로 임종간호수행에 영향을 주는 주요 요인을 파악하기 위한 것이 궁극적인 목적이다. 본 연구는 전라남도 3개 도시에 위치한 요양병원간호사를 대상으로 연구를 수행하였으며, 조사도구는 죽음인식, 임종간호스트레스, 임종간호수행 설문지를 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계를 수행하였으며, 변수간의 상관성을 분석하기 위하여 피어슨상관분석을 수행하였으며, 주요 영향인자를 분석하기 위한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 통계분석은 SAS 9.1 ver.을 사용하였다. 간호사 자신의 정신적, 업무적 스트레스가 임종간호수행에 많은 어려움을 야기하고 간호사는 임종환자를 자주 경험하면서 임종간호스트레스가 높아진다. 죽음인식과 임종간호스트레스는 임종간호수행과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 임종간호수행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 임종간호스트레스와 임상경력 이었다. 요양병원간호사의 임상경력이 많은 사람일수록 임종간호수행도가 높았으므로 임상경력을 고려한 임종간호수행이 이루어져야 하며, 임종간호수행에 있어 스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 방안과 임종간호수행에 영향을 주는 다른 요인을 심도 있게 파악하여 요양병원 실정에 맞는 임종간호수행 및 교육이 필요하다고 사료된다.

부부간의 스트레스 인지수준 및 디스트레스 수준의 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Difference Between Wife and Husband in the Level of Stress Recognition and Distress)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the difference between wife and husband in the level of stress recognition and distress subsequent to the life events, and thus 5 kinds of study questions have been established for the achievement of this purpose. Data were obtained from 371 couples who resided in Seoul through Likert-Type questionaire, and Frequency, Percentage, Mean, T-Test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson ${\gamma}$ Correlation, Multiple Regression, Cronbach ${\alpha}$ Coefficient were calculated. As the result of this studay, the experiences subsequent to life events, the level stress recognition and distress was different from wife and husband, and it was generally shown that those are higher for wife rather than husband.

A novel method to specify pattern recognition of actuators for stress reduction based on Particle swarm optimization method

  • This paper is focused on stiffness ratio effect and a new method to specify the best pattern of piezoelectric patches placement around a hole in a plate under tension to reduce the stress concentration factor. To investigate the stiffness ratio effect, some different values greater and less than unity are considered. Then a python code is developed by using particle swarm optimization algorithm to specify the best locations of piezoelectric actuators around the hole for each stiffness ratio. The results show that, there is a line called "reference line" for each plate with a hole under tension, which can guide the location of actuator patches in plate to have the maximum stress concentration reduction. The reference line also specifies that actuators should be located horizontally or vertically. This reference line is located at an angle of about 65 degrees from the stress line in plate. Finally two experimental tests for two different locations of the patches with various voltages are carried out for validation of the results.

고등학생의 자아분화 정도 및 가족기능과 스트레스 수준에 대한 연구 (Self-differentiation, Family Function and Stress Level in High School Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between high school students' self-differentiation, family function and their level of stress. Method: A questionnaire which consisted of questions on general characteristics of the high school students, and 36 questions on self-differentiation, 17 questions on family function, and 37 questions on level of stress was used to collect the data. Participants were 201 second grade high school students from Bucheon City. Descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression were used with SPSS 10.0 to analyze the data. Results: The mean scores for self-differentiation, family function, and levels of stress were 3.27, 3.39, and 2.61 respectively. The relationship between self-differentiation and level of stress revealed a significant negative correlation. The relationship between self-differentiation and family function showed a significant positive correlation. The relationship between family function and stress level showed a significant negative correlation. Conclusion: The results of the study show that variation in level of stress was related to family regression, recognition/emotional function, family projection, role recognition and emotional support and emotional cutoff which together explained 40.9% of the variance in level of stress.

  • Plant pipe has a fatigue life which is induced by repeated stress come from the variation of temperature and pressure. To avoid the fatigue crack of plant pipe which is produced by long term repeated stress, plant operator has to limit the mont of operating transient. This paper introduced the study result about discrimination methodology of plant transient by using the fuzzy pattern recognition. As result of applying the fuzzy pattern recognition to actual plant operation data, it is confirmed that fuzzy pattern recognition methodology can be useful for the comparison of similarity for the transients of similar output but has different time pattern.

  • Most people seek a happy life and happiness positively affects sentiment, satisfaction with life, creativity, human relationship, business productivity, and even health and life extension. However, according to a survey in 2013, subjective happiness of adolescents (including university students) was very low compared to other age groups in Korea. Therefore this paper examined the effects of job-seeking stress, appearance recognition, financial situation, trust in government, and locus of control on university students' happiness using SEM (structural equation modeling). 207 university students in Seoul, Korea have been surveyed. At first, an initial experimental SEM model among these variables has been set up and reliability analysis has been conducted. Then multiple regression analyses on job-seeking stress and happiness as well as SEM analysis have been conducted. As a result of these analyses, the SEM model has been revised two times. The final SEM model passed the goodness-of-fit test (using RMR, GFI, NFI, CFI, and IFI indices). The final SEM model showed the followings. First, Higher job-seeking stress (especially sentimental part, rather than environment or action related parts) negatively affects happiness. Second, Trust in government also affects happiness both directly and indirectly. Third, Locus of control is affected both by trust in government and financial situation. Fourth, appearance recognition heavily affects job-seeking stress. In addition, appearance importance is higher than appearance interest, meaning that students who are not very interested in appearance usually recognize the importance of appearance. Finally, happiness is affected neither financial situation nor appearance recognition. Therefore, even either they are in a poor financial situation or not happy with their appearance, they can be happy if they have firm locus of control.

The Influence of Verbal Aggression on Job Involvement and Turnover Intention: The Moderating Effect of Self-esteem

  • Purpose - Research shows that increased workload and psychological pressure produces tensions in organizations. Such tensions can increase employee aggressive workplace behavior. This study attempted to discover the relationship among verbal aggression, job involvement, and turnover intention. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey of administrative workers in colleges was done between May 20 and May 26, 2015. Result - The findings were as follows. First, verbal aggression directly increased employee turnover intention. Second, stress recognition also created turnover intention among employees, which was detected in the interviews conducted after the survey. Third, both the survey and the interviews showed that stress recognition did not have a significant effect on job involvement. Fourth, both the findings and the interviews after the survey showed that stress increased turnover intention. Last, the finding on the role of self-esteem showed that self-esteem had a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the influence of verbal aggression and stress recognition. Conclusion - Having strong talent at work should lower turnover intention and turnover rates and develop the organization continuously.
