This study is focused on how to effectively support Busan regional footwear companies in partnership with parent company, in particular how to lead a mutual supplementary relationship with the minor firms while improving the efficiency in strategic outsourcing. Recently, The Korean Footwear Industries and companies are making a lot of efforts to enhance the structure of high expenditure and low efficiency as a means of recovering their competitiveness. As a domestic companies have a tendency to almost all the tasks on bloc, it is true that their competitiveness is on the rapid decline for they prefer self-reliance on the premise that all the production should be dealt with for themselves. It is strategic outsourcing that is taken into account as a strategic vehicle for converting such self-reliance into the system of low expenditure and high efficiency. This study also conducted questionnaire researches, designed to find out the difference between the parent company and minor firms in the recognition and contentment on the purchasing and supplying activities. The result of the questionnaire researches went through further analysis and study to give a reasonable alternatives.

As deregulation of power industry is becoming a reality, there has been an intense interest in the strategic bidding for suppliers to maximize their profits. The profit gained by a supplier is related not only to its energy-price bid curve but also to its submitted operational parameters such as generation capacity, etc. So suppliers are willing to use those strategic parameters that can be manipulated by themselves and are effective to their profit. This paper deals with the competition model with compound strategies: generation capacity and bidding curve. The parameter space is modeled by dividing into the two strategies, so the problem is made up of the four types of sub-game in a two player game. This paper analyzes the global Nash Equilibrium (NE) over the whole divisions by computing the sub-game NEs in some divisions and by deriving the best response curves which have discontinuities in other divisions. The global NE is shown to correspond to the Cournot NE where the quantity variable is realized by a constraints of a generation capacity.

Apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1) is a mitogenactivated protein kinase (MAPK) kinase kinase that activates JNK and p38 kinases. ASK1 is activated by various stresses, such as reactive oxygen species (ROS), endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and calcium influx which are thought to be responsible for the pathogenesis or exacerbations of various human diseases. Recent studies revealed the involvement of ASK1 in ROS- or ER stressrelated diseases, suggesting that ASK1 may be a potential therapeutic target of various human diseases. In this review, we focus on the current findings for the relationship between pathogenesis and ASK1-MAPK pathways.

In this paper, We shed light on radio spectrum policy and strategic planning of the United States of America and draw some conclusions. First of all, as the radio technology evolves with time, paradigm shift from command & control to market-based approach and spectrum commons is reviewed. Strategic spectrum planning of USA is also analyzed and some suggestions are drawn. In particular, USA plan for developing dynamic spectrum access(DSA) technologies and implementation of the test-bed for the DSA spectrum sharing is discussed, which improves the spectral utilization. Finally We deal with spectrum re-farming issue for mobile broadband and implicative points based on the National Broadband Plan.

After introduced in 1980's, the Frequent Flyer Program(FFP) was one of the most successful marketing tools in the airline industry and it has become a major linkage pin of strategic alliances for airlines despite of legal constraint. Further, the world air transport market progresses rapidly from a one-to-one alliance to a global alliance among groups due to fierce competition of the markets. In this study, I first examine the trends and the characteristics of global alliance groups. Further, I analyze the types of airline strategic alliances in the FFP, and present management strategy of the FFP for national flag carriers based on the collected data. It is suggested that airlines, including the two major Korean airline companies, consider the advantages of strategic alliances on the FFP in a rapidly changing management environment.

The high efficiency and low cost solar cells in order to it applied a dopant pastes diffusion process. The dopant pastes diffusion process which it uses is easily applied in screen-printing solar cells output line. in this paper, it used the Ferro 99-038 phosphorus diffusion pastes source and it analyzed a sheet resistance and a uniformity degree. And it knew the quality of the sheet resistance which it follows in temperature and time condition. The temperature variable it let and it fixed the time in 7 minutes. It will be able to measure the sheet resistance of $40({\Omega}/sq),\;30({\Omega}/sq),\; 20({\Omega}/sq)$. also average uniformity of the sheet resistance was below 5%.

To improve efficiency of solar cells, it is important to make a light trapping structure to reduce surface reflectance for increasing absorption of sun light within the solar cells. One of the promising methods that can reduce surface reflectance is isotropic texturing with acid solution based on hydrofluoric acid(HF), nitric acid($HNO_3$), and organic additives. Anisotropic texturing with alkali solution is not suitable for multicrystalline silicon wafers because of its different grain orientation. Isotropic texturing with acid solution can uniformly etch multicrystalline silicon wafers unrelated with grain orientation, so we can get low surface reflectance. In this paper, the acid texturing solution is made up of only HF and $HNO_3$ for easy controling the concentration and low cost compared to acid solution with organic additives. $HNO_3$ concentration and dipping time were varied to find the condition of minimum surface reflectance. Textured surfaces were observed Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and surface reflectance were measured. The best result of arithmetic mean(wavelength from 400nm to 1000nm) reflectance with acid texturing is 4.64% less than alkali texturing.

Nowadays, SCM(supply chain management) is recognized as a efficient way to overcome the limits of asset and capability of one fun through the synergy effects comes from strategic alliance. Traditionally material management and logistics are recognized as a simple functional activity. But as the importance and needs of customer service are increased, gradually these activities are given to strategic role of cutting off the cost and increasing the sales. But unlike traditional alliance, for example technology alliance or holding facility in common, SCM has many difficulties in action because of differences in organization structure and management system between two firms. So in this paper, I will review literatures about the concept and constructing factor of SCM, the conditions for effective doing and strategic implications.

To make cost-effective solar cells, We have to use low cost material or make short process time or high temperature process. In solar cells, formation of emitter is basic and important technique according to build-up P-N junction. Diffusion process using spin-on dopants has all of this advantage. In this paper, We investigated n+ emitter formation spin-on dopants to apply crystalline silicon solar cells. We known variation of sheet resistance according to variation of temperature and single-crystalline and multi-crystalline silicon wafer using Honeywell P-8545 phosphorus spin-on dopants. We obtain uniformity of sheet resistance within 3~5% changing RPM of spin coater.

This study suggests the effective approach that successfully establishes the supply chain management(SCM) system as a strategic weapon. To do so, the study conducted an empirical investigation which consisted of the five elements of power process, such as power element, needs, value, environment, relationship, strategic types of SCM, and the manufacturing performance. The results showed that the strategic type of SCM with active power process had higher manufacturing performance than other strategic types of SCM.
