조선후기 왕릉 부석처(浮石處)의 선정 과정과 부석처 조계동 (A Study on the Selection Process of Quarry and the Quarry Jogyedong in Royal Tombs in the Late Joseon Period)

  • The purpose of this study was to comprehend the selection process of quarry and the quarry Jogyedong through the Salleung-uigwes in royal tombs constructions in the late Joseon period. Especially, it is to comprehend about the effect by difference of use of stone between Daebuseokso and Sobuseokso. Following conclusions have been reached through the study. First, the quarry of Daebuseokso had been selected very carefully through the quality check process. Second, the quarry of royal tombs around the capital was located at Mt. Bulam in the east and Mt. Bukhan in the west. This is because the nature of the procurement of stone, which is important for transportation, is that it is necessary to prepare the mountains close to the royal tombs. Third, the locations of quarry of between Daebuseokso and Sobuseokso were differently selected. The quarry of Daebuseokso was located at a distance of three times distant from Sobuseokso. Forth, the epigraph related to quarry is located in Sareung construction in the valley of Jogyedong. This is a very important data to confirm the location of royal tombs construction.

폐석분을 활용한 경량골재 콘크리트의 염화물 확산에 관한 연구 (A Study on Chloride Diffusion in Concrete Containing Lightweight Aggregate Using Crushed Stone-powder)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data on chloride diffusion from lightweight aggregate concrete by utilizing crushed stone-powder. Accordingly, the study performed experiments using concrete aggregates of Crushed Aggregate (CG), Single-sized Lightweight Aggregate (SLG), Continuous Graded Lightweight Aggregate (CLG), and using water-binder ratio of 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, and using binder of FA and BFS. The chloride diffusion coefficient is calculated after experiment based on NT BUILD 492. Diffusion coefficient of SLG and CLG were little bit higher than CG Concrete, but the difference is meaningless. Also, chloride diffusion coefficient indicates that it is highly affected by water-binder ratio, and it decreases with the decrease in water-binder ratio. The admixture substitution indicates decrease only with water-binder ratio of 0.4 for FA15% case, but admixture substitution indicates decrease with all levels of ratio for FA10 + BFS20% which means more appropriate. According to the analysis result of chloride diffusion from lightweight aggregate concrete, crushed stone-powder utilized lightweight aggregate concrete indicates higher chloride diffusion coefficient than CG concrete, which is not a significant difference, and can improve resistance through water-binder ratio and admixture substitution.

  • Recently, the exhaustion of resource and environmental damage is serious due to the global warming because of the CO2 exhaust and each type the natural aggregate picking described below. meanwhile, The rest is the actual condition gone to the dumping ground that there is nearly no use which the waste glass can recycle and it is recycled. This research applied the waste glass as the cement substitute material the inorganic binder and coares aggregate substitute material. It utilizes the substitute material of the cement according to it and natural aggregate and tries to develop the environment-friendly artificial stone. The inorganic binder used the blast furnace slag, red mud, and fly ash. The straight type steel fiber, PVA fiber, PA fiber, and cellulosic fiber were used with a kind of fiber. As to the experimental item according to it, the compressive strength is the flexural strength and compressive strength.

기능성 재료를 사용한 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Research for the Property of the Concrete Using Functional Materials)

  • Building materials are trending toward environmental materials nowadays and the market share of those is growing. So those researches and developments for environmental property are proceeding now. The main properties of environmental products are far infrared emission, negative ion emission, electro magnetic wave shielding, and anti fungus, these products are used with shape of mortar, and spray on the finish material. But There are not much researches for the concrete, main material in construction field, with those functional properties. So in this research we evaluated slump, compressive strength and air content as basic properties for concrete using functional materials of sericite, wood pattern sand stone, carbon black and nanometric silver solution and functional properties like far infrared emission, negative ion emission, electro magnetic wave shielding, and anti fungus. The results were as follows. The most useful material in the functional materials was carbon black. Sericite and nanometric silver solution had a little effect on functional property, so it was difficult to apply to concrete, and wood pattern sand stone had a high functional property but low compressive strength, can be applied to a factory product. Anti fungus of the concrete using nanometric silver solution was not clear but if those specimens were aged in $CO_2$ gas for a long time it might apparent.

The geomorphic characteristics of Bulguksa-region and the earthquake resistant structure of the Bulguksa-Temple

  • Some reverse fault lines pass through the alluvial fans and west hill slope of Bulguksa mountains including Mt. Toham in the directions of N-S and NW-SE. The study area is known as relatively unstable, because of active faults. Assuming the record of earthquake in the Samguksagi, the architects in the construction of the Bulguksa temple should have recognized the possibility of breakdown from the earthquakes and the need for an unique structure against at that time. Against earthquakes, Greavee technique, a stonework construction technique following woothe one and use of Chushouok (Dongtleouok or Chumchaouok) were applied for the construction of Bulguksa temple. By designing the foundation stone with hole, a structure is prevented from motiff Ction that pillarsakdcede from a foundation stone in spite of horizontal load of earthquake while woot construction isaktrong frame at earthquake. The Bulguksa-temple isausually evaluated to be a beautiful architecture from the appeaultces like the weight balltced structure with unique decoration. ampressive architectures are beautiful in balance and harmony coming from the important and specific rolls in its own way by each part of whole structure.   • There is a shround of mystery surronnding Gaudi. In all probability, the first mist preventing us from gaining acess to his work is the intrinstic mysteriousness of all genius and, at the end of the day, of all human spirit. The situation is complicated by the well-known fact that Gaudi wished to creat an aura of silence around his persona, while, at the same time as maintaining this secretiveneness - in other words, the annihiliation of his fundamental values-gave expression and symbolisation to his moods and incerdible mental power. On a piece of land on the Muntanya Pelada, in the Barcelona district of La Salut, Eusebi G$\ddot{u}$ell Wanted to build an urbanisation inspired by the concepe of the garden city. in this he sought to return to nature, health and an escape from the insalubrous industrial city. Gaudi worked on the construction of this park between 1900 and 1914, and even moved his home there in 1906. An outstanding feature of park G$\ddot{u}$ell is the integration of architecture with nature. In other to save the natural slopes, Gaudi built viaducts from brick pillars, which he covered with stone obtained from the excavation.

팽창 폴리스틸렌 비드 콘크리트의 물리.역학적 특성 (Physical and Mechanical Properties of Expanded Polystyrene Bead Concrete)

  • The normal cement concrete is widely used material to build the construction recently, but it has a fault to increase the dead load on account of its unit weight is large compared with strength. So, main purpose of this study was to establish the physical and mechanical properties of lightweight concrete using expanded polystyrene bead on fine aggregate and natural gravel, expanded clay and pumice stone on coarse aggregate. The test rusults of this study are summarized as follows; 1. The water-cement ratio of concrete using pumice stone was larger than that of the concrete using natural gravel and expanded clay. 2. The unit weights of concrete using pumice stone and expanded caly were shown less than 1,000g/$m^3$. 3. The compressive strengths of all types were shown less than 60kg/$cm^2$, tensile and bending strengths were shown less than l3kg/$cm^2$ and 3lkg/$cm^2$$^2$, respectively. 4. The pulse velocity of concrete was shown similar with using natural gravel and pumice stone, and shown the lowest using pumice stone. 5. The dynamic modulus of elasticity of concrete was shown considerably smaller, and shown the lowest using pumice stone. 6. The static modulus of elasticity of concrete using expanded clay and pumice stone were shown considerably smaller, and shown 22% ~29% as compared with the dynamic modulus of elasticity. 7. The stress-strain curves of concrete were shown similar, generally. And the curves were repeated at short intervals increase and decreased irregularly.

사질토 지반에 시공되는 지오그리드 보강 쇄석말뚝의 지지력 거동특성 (Load Carrying Capacity of Geosynthetic-Reinforced Stone Column in Cohesionless Ground)

  • 본 논문에서는 사질토 지반에 시공되는 고강도 지오그리드 보강 쇄석말뚝(Geosynthetic-Reinforced Stone Column, GRSC)의 다양한 영향인자 검토를 통한 지지력 거동특성을 다루었다. 본 연구는 GRSC의 국내 적용을 위한 사전연구로서 대형 구조물의 기초지지 말뚝으로 적용시를 대상으로 2차원 유한요소 해석을 수행하였다. 유한요소해석 결과 GRSC와 쇄석말뚝(Stone Column, SC)의 비교를 통해 지오그리드 보강이 지지력 증가에 현저히 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지반강도와 쇄석기둥 직경, 지오그리드 강성에 대해 지지력은 증가하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 감쌈길이에 대해서는 3D(D=쇄석기둥 직경)이상의 감쌈에 대해 지지력이 수렴하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GRSC 적용시 효율적인 지오그리드 보강의 최적조건을 제안하였다.

다중경사면 적용을 위한 식생블록의 개발 (Development of concrete block for planting with the multi-slope)

  • This study enforced to produce the planting concrete block which could be applied to various slopes economically. First of all, the physical properties was investigated with the various types of aggregate and aggregate ratio of the paste for the lead to mixture proportion of the planting concrete. As a result, the orchid stone as aggregate and 30% of aggregate ratio of the paste were used as the basic mixture proportion considering 20~30% of maintained void ratio for the growth of plant, over 20% of capillary suction for holding water, and 3MPa as the minimum strength. For the result of the test to the new planting block which was quite different from existing planting concrete block, it could complement the problems and be possible to produce effectively and economically because various slopes like 40゚~75゚, continual produce by extrusion, and pumping out were possible were possible.
