The displacemant current measuring system used for detecting the dynamic behavior of monolayers at the air-water interface is described. It basically consists of a film balance, a pair of electrodes connected to each other through a sensitive ammeter. Here, one electrode is suspended in air and the other electrode is placed in the water. With Maxwell-displacement-current-measuring method, the phase transitions of Poly-${\gamma}$ -benzyl D-glutamate(PBDG) on a water surface were detected. Measured surface pressure, displacement current and dipole moment of monolayers of PBDG on the water surface. We measured analyzed displacement current that occur when differed temperature. Could know that displacement current is proportional in increase of temperature and great as experiment result.
Recently, the seriousness of high blood pressure was appeared as the most frequent disease of a the whole sickness in the world. However, the treatment of this disease is uncertain and produces an adverse reaction of a medicine therapy. Also, the patients are burdened with a fee for medical treatment. Therefore, in this paper, we studied effectively and financially to execute the treatment of high blood pressure using the Chinese medicine theorem that is recently arousing the great interest of the people. The main theories in this paper are blood vessel theory and acupuncture, respectively. Especially, the composed circuit systems are classified the blood pressure depressor part and the meridian points discrimination part, respectively. The blood pressure depressor part is composed generally of low-frequency generation circuit, charging-discharging circuit, and micro-computer circuit. Finally, this research have the advantage of discrimination parts such as regular voltage generating circuit, stimulus circuit, amplifying circuit, and alarm circuit.
The Displacement current measurement system used in this experiment because detecting the dynamic behavior of monolayers at the air-water interface is possible. It basically consists of a film balance, a pair of electrodes connected to each other through a sensitive ammeter. Here, one electrode is suspended in air and the other electrode is placed in the water. PBLG phase transformation measured by Maxwell-displacement-current-measurement method in surface of the water. Measured (surface pressure, displacement current and dipole moment) of monolayers of PBLG on the water surface. We measured displacement current that occur when changed temperature. We measured displacement current that occur when changed temperature(15, 20, 25$^{\circ}$
) and the compression speed(30, 40, 50(mm/min)). From the result, it is known that curren generated in the range of high surface pressur compression velocity and temperature become faste.

Altered environmental gravity, including both hypo- and hypergravity, may result in space adaptation syndrome. To explore the characteristics of this adaptive plasticity, the expression of immediate early gene c-fos mRNA in the vestibular related tissues following an exposure to hypergravity stimulus was determined in rats. The animals were subjected to a force of 2 g (twice earth's gravity) for 1, 3, or 12 h, and were examined poststimulus at 0, 2, 6, 12, and 24 h. RT-PCR (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) and real-time quantitative RT-PCR were adopted to analyze temporal changes in the expression of c-fos mRNA. The hypergravity stimulus increased the expression of c-fos mRNA in the vestibular ganglion, medial vestibular nucleus, inferior vestibular nucleus, hippocampus, cerebellum, and cortex. The peak expression occurred at 0 h poststimulation in animals stimulated with hypergravity for 1 h, and at 6 h poststimulus in those stimulated for 3 h. In contrast, those stimulated for 12 h exhibited dual peaks at 0 and 12 h poststimulus. Bilateral labyrinthectomy markedly attenuated the degree of c-fos mRNA expression. Glutamate receptor antagonist also dramatically attenuated the degree of c-fos mRNA expression. These results indicate that expression of c-fos mRNA in response to hypergravity occurs in the vestibular related tissues of the central nervous system, in which peripheral vestibular receptors and glutamate receptors play an important role. The temporal pattern of c-fos mRNA expression depended on the duration of the hypergravity stimulus.
