간호대학생의 분노표현방식, 사회적지지 및 대학생활적응의 관계 (Relationships between Anger Expression, Social Supports and Adjustment to College Life among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 분노표현방식, 사회적 지지 및 대학생활적응 간의 관계를 파악하고 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 D시와 C시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호대학생 266명이었다. 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple stepwise regression analysis를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 대학생활적응 수준은 중간 이상이었다. 대학생활적응은 일반적 특성 중 지원동기와 지각된 신체건강상태에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대학생활적응은 분노표현방식과 사회적 지지와 유의한 상관관계를 보였고, 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 분노표출, 사회적 지지, 지각된 신체건강상태, 분노조절, 분노억제이었으며 이들 변수의 대학생활적응에 대한 설명력은 27.1%이었다. 결론적으로, 적절한 분노표현과 사회적 지지 및 신체건강상태를 증진시키는 것은 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 향상시키는데 효과적인 전략이 될 수 있다.

중년여성의 건강증진행위, 갱년기증상, 지혜가 건강보존에 미치는 융합적 영향요인 (Converged Influencing Factors of Health Promotion Behaviors, Menopausal Symptoms and Wisdom in the Middle-Aged Women on Health Conservation)

  • 본 연구는 중년여성의 건강보존에 미치는 융합적 요인들을 확인하고자 시도된 연구이다. 연구대상자는 40세~59세의 중년여성 143명이며 자료수집기간은 2016년 6월 1일부터 6월 25일까지였다. 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, stepwise multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 건강보존과 건강증진 행위간의 관계를 보면 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며(r=.353, p<.001), 갱년기증상(r=-.062, p=.465)과 지혜(r=.120, p=.153)는 건강보존과 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과 건강증진행위는 12.5%(${\beta}=.348$, p<.001), 배우자유무는 3.2%(${\beta}=.181$, p=.021)로 중년여성의 건강보존에 연관성이 있었다. 본 연구는 중년여성의 건강보존 및 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제공했음에 의의가 있다.

Direct Quantitation of Amino Acids in Human Serum Using a Stepwise-Dilution Strategy and a Mixed-Mode Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry Method

  • A quantitation method for free amino acids in human serum was developed using a stepwise-dilution method and a bimodal cation exchange (CEX)/hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC)-tandem mass spectrometry system equipped with an electrospray ionization source (ESI/MS/MS). This method, which was validated using quality control samples, was optimized for enhanced selectivity and sensitivity. Dithiothreitol (DTT) was used as a reducing agent to prevent the oxidation of a serum sample ($50{\mu}L$), which was then subjected to stepwise dilution using 3, 30, and 90 volumes of acetonitrile containing 0.1% formic acid. Chromatographic separation was performed on an Imtakt Intrada Amino Acid column ($50mm{\times}3mm$, $3{\mu}m$) in mixed mode packed with CEX and HILIC ligands embedded in the stationary phase. Underivatized free amino acids were eluted and separated within 10 min. As a result of the validation, the precision and accuracy for the inter- and intraday assays were determined as 2.11-11.51% and 92.82-109.40%, respectively. The lowest limit of quantification (LLOQ) was $0.5-4.0{\mu}g/mL$ and the matrix effect was 80.22-115.93%. The proposed method was successfully applied to the quantitative analysis of free amino acids in human serum.

청소년의 자기효능감 및 셀프리더십이 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self Efficacy and Self Leadership on Stress in Adolescents)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 자기효능감 및 셀프리더십이 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 연구대상은 중 고등학생 722명으로, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 program을 사용하여 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상자의 스트레스는 성별, 학년, 경제수준에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대상자 스트레스는 자기효능감 및 셀프리더십과 부적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스트레스를 설명해주는 변인으로 자기효능감(일반적 자기효능감), 셀프리더십(인지적전략), 성별(여), 학년(고등학생)로 나타났으며, 32.5%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 스트레스에 대한 이해를 높이고, 스트레스 예방 및 중재를 위한 프로그램개발에 기초자료를 제공하고자한다.

팔당호 조류발생 특성 및 수질환경인자의 통계적 분석 (Characteristics of Algal Abundance and Statistical Analysis of Environmental Factors in Lake Paldang)

  • The spatio-temporal abundance pattern of algae in Lake Paldang from 2002 to 2004 was investigated. The concentration of chlorophyll a representing algal biomass had fluctuated intensively throughout the year. Among three years, the highest algal biomass was shown in 2002, and typical growth peak of concentration of chlorophyll a was occurred in spring and autumn. There had been frequent rainfall in spring drought period in 2003 and it resulted in the decrease of the algal biomass. The distribution pattern of four algal groups on the surface water of Lake Paldang showed different abundance by season and by water area. In particular, different algal growth characteristics by water areas were observed. Influences of various environmental parameters on algal abundance in four water areas of Lake Paldang were analyzed statistically. From the results of Peason correlation analysis, it was understood that the kinds and affects of environmental parameters were different according to water areas and seasons. Based on the factors analysis of environmental parameters on the concentration of chlorophyll a, stepwise regression models whose independent variables were the factors produced by factor analysis and dependent variable was the concentration of chlorophyll a were derived by water areas and seasons. As a whole, factors related with organics and photosynthesis were revealed to have high affects to algal abundance, whereas limiting nutrients such as phosphorus and nitrogen showed little affect in Lake Paldang.

뇌전증 소아청소년 환아의 자아개념에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting Self-Concept of Children and Adolescents with Epilepsy)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of clinical and psychological factors on the self-concept of children and adolescents with epilepsy. Methods: Children and adolescents with epilepsy (n=60; age range=9-17 years) completed questionnaires about their epilepsy-related variables, self-concept, depressive symptoms, anxiety, family functions, and behavioral problems. The T-test and one-way analysis of variance were used to examine the variables affecting the total self-concept scores. To determine the independent variables by adjusting the significant variables, a stepwise regression analysis was performed. Results: In the correlational analysis, age, depressive symptoms, anxiety, social problems, attention problems, and internalizing problems had significantly negative correlations with self-concept. On the other hand, IQ and family functions showed positive correlations with selfconcept. Age (${\beta}=-0.177$, p=0.015), depressive symptoms (${\beta}=-0.487$, p<0.001), anxiety (${\beta}=-0.298$, p=0.008), and attention problems (${\beta}=-0.138$, p=0.048) were analyzed as independent factors to assess their impact on self-concept, and were found to account for 78.3% of the variance in self-concept by stepwise regression analysis. Conclusion: Parents and clinicians should pay attention to improving the self-concept of children and adolescents with epilepsy, especially if they have problems with depression, anxiety, or attention.

파나막스 중고선가치 추정모델 연구 (Panamax Second-hand Vessel Valuation Model)

  • 중고선은 신조선과 달리 시장참여자에게 즉각적인 시장 진출입 기회를 제공하기 때문에 해운산업에서 중요한 시장이라 할 수 있다. 중고선 거래 시 정확한 선가 추정은 향후 장기적인 자본비용의 부담과 직접적인 관련이 있기 때문에 투자의사결정에서 상당히 중요한 요소가 된다. 기존의 중고선시장과 관련된 연구들은 시장의 효율성검증에 치우쳐 있어 정확한 중고선가 추정을 위한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 중고선박 가치추정에 전통적인 계량모델보다 기존연구에서 시도되지 않았던 인공신경망모델을 새롭게 제안하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 중고선 가격에 영향을 미치는 6개 요인(운임, 신조선가격, 총 선복대비 발주량, 해체선 가격, 선령, 사이즈)을 선정하였고, 데이터는 2016년 1월부터 2018년 12월까지 Clarkson에 보고된 파나막스 중고선의 실거래 기록 366건을 이용하였다. 변수선정을 위하여 상관분석과 단계적 회귀분석 실시한 결과 최종적으로 운임, 선령, 사이즈 3개의 변수가 채택되었다. 모델의 설계는 10분할 교차검증으로 인공신경망모델의 파라미터들을 추정하여 진행되었다. 인공신경망 모델의 중고선 가치추정치를 단순 단계적 회귀모형과 비교한 결과 인공신경망모델의 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 중고선 선가추정에 미치는 요인들에 대한 통계적인 검증, 성능개선을 위한 기계학습기반의 인공신경망 모델활용이라는 측면에서 차별적 의미가 있다. 또한 정확한 선가 추정이 요구되는 실무에서 통계적인 합리성과 결과의 정확성이 동시에 만족되는 과학적 모델을 제시하여 실무적으로도 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

프리셉터와 프리셉티의 간호 업무성과 영향요인 (Affecting Factors on Performance of Preceptors and Preceptees)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the factors influencing performance of preceptors and preceptees. Method: The selectees were composed of 27 preceptors and 27 preceptees. The preceptors were given twenty six hours of education and training concerned with theory and practice and then the preceptors mentioned above gave the preceptees vis-a-vis education and training for four weeks. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey of general characteristics, performance, autonomy, empowerment, organizational commitment. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and the Stepwise multiple Regression. Results: The differences of performance, autonomy, organizational commitment and empowerment were found to have a significance between preceptors and preceptees in preceptorship. The performance was significantly correlated between autonomy, organizational commitment and empowerment of the preceptors and preceptees. Stepwise multiple Regression analysis for performance revealed that the most powerful predictor was empowerment. These variables accounted for 37.7%(preceptors) and 54.6%(preceptees) of variance of the performance. Conclusion: The findings above indicated that the preceptorship was significant as nursing management intervention to increase nurses' performance. Therefore it may be necessary further to develop and apply, such as performance, autonomy, empowerment, organizational commitment in preceptorship.

중도척수장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 요인 (Factors Influencing Quality of Life of People with Noncongenital Spinal Cord Injury)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the relationships among pain belief, perceived social support, coping strategies, and quality of life of people with noncongenital spinal cord injury and to identify factors influencing quality of life. Methods: A correlational predictive design was used. The data were collected from 197 people with noncongenital spinal cord injury with questionnaires in 2012 in Korea. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Pain belief, perceived social support, and coping strategies were correlated significantly with the quality of life. As a result of stepwise multiple regression analysis, pain belief, perceived social support, coping strategies, damaged area, and time since injury were discovered to account for 59.1% variance of the quality of life. The variable that most affected the quality of life was pain belief followed by perceived social support and coping strategies. Conclusion: The results of the study clearly demonstrate the importance of pain control, social support, and coping skills in order to improve quality of life among people with noncongenital spinal cord injury.

설계 특징형상 인식을 고려한 단계적 볼륨 분해 (Stepwise Volume Decomposition Considering Design Feature Recognition)

  • To modify product design easily, modern CAD systems adopt the feature-based model as their primary representation. On the other hand, the boundary representation (B-rep) model is used as their secondary representation. IGES and STEP AP203 edition 1 are the representative standard formats for the exchange of CAD files. Unfortunately, both of them only support the B-rep model. As a result, feature data are lost during the CAD file exchange based on these standards. Loss of feature data causes the difficulty of CAD model modification and prevents the transfer of design intent. To resolve this problem, a tool for recognizing design features from a B-rep model and then reconstructing a feature-based model with the recognized features should be developed. As the first part of this research, this paper presents a method for decomposing a B-rep model into simple volumes suitable for design feature recognition. The results of experiments with a prototype system are analyzed. From the analysis, future research issues are suggested.
