Recent concept of smart wort which is advanced from that of existing smart work means the task performance method in which we can provide the highest value to our customers by accomplishing the customer-oriented business creatively, innovatively and quickly. New concept of smart work can come through adding multiple intelligence theory and open innovation to social media technologies which have the characteristics of high connectivity, collective intelligence, rapid feedback. In accordance with the evolution of smart work concept, it is necessary to make the plan and strategy on R&D and standardization through the analysis of key technologies in order to realize the advanced smart work and secure a leading position in smart work market. Accordingly, In this paper, we propose standardization tasks and technologies which our country can lead and present a long-term driving directions by analyzing the conceptual change of smart work, technology trends and standardization trends.

This study aimed to conduct the standardization of various specifications for determining the proper construction and operation of domestic CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station). To achieve the plan, the standardization was proposed for various compositions of CORS, such as the data quality, structure, and equipment. Also, we have studied the method for empirically determining the reference values of QC (Quality Check) of CORS data. Those large amounts of samples for each QC index values were built to approach in empirical and statistical methods. In fact, those general and recommended reference values were determined from analyzing the sample distributions, using the empirical and statistical approaches. The result is expected to be utilized for a variety of research fields for standardization, accurate data acquisitions and service operations for the domestic CORS

This describes the standardization plan of data format (track 2) in magnetic stripe card and message format between terminal and host computer. The track 2's data format is composed of PAN and additional data based on ISO 3554. In the present social status of Korea, the VISA B message format is recommended.

전세계는 소위 21세기 정보사회 진입을 향한 각종의 정보 기반구조 건설을 추진중에 있으며 국제표준화 기구를 비롯한 지역별, 국가별 표준화 기관들은 상호 연동환경 보장 및 적기 표준 공급을 위한 GII(Global Information Infrastructure) 표준화 추진계획을 발표하고 있다. 본 고에서는 ITU-T를 비롯한 ETSI(European Telecommunication Standards Institute), T1 Committee, TTC(Telecommunication Technology Council), GSC(Global Standards Collaboration) 등의 GII 표준화 활동현황을 기술하고, 초고속 정보통신 기반구축을 위한 표준화의 중요성 및 우리의 대응방안을 살펴보고자 한다.

본 고에서는 통신 서비스의 발전 형태와 번호 계획 표준화 동향을 분석하였다. 통신 서비스의 발전 형태로서 정보 통신 발전 추세, 서비스 및 망의 발전 전망과 이용구조 등을 설명하였고, 통신 서비스가 발전하고 표준화됨에 따라 발생하는 번호 계획에 대한 요구 사항 및 ITU-T 내에서의 번호 계획과 관련된 연구 과제를 기술하였다. 현재의 국제 번호 체계 아래에서 운용되고 있는 국내의 번호 체계, 이미 정의는 되었지만 시행되지 않고 있는 종합 정보 통신망 번호 계획과 새로운 번호 계획의 탄생을 위해 정립되는 과정에 있는 UPT 번호 계획에 대한 최근 동향을 분석, 설명하였다.

활성화된 PSTN/N-ISDN 망과 B-ISDN망에서 공중망의 번호체계로 사용하는 ITU-T E.164에 대하여 각 망에서의 번호체계 및 번호사용방법(Dialing Plan)을 비교, 검토하고, B–ISDN 망의 E.164 번호계획(Addressing/Numbering Plan)/번호사용방법이 PSTN/N-ISDN 망과는 다른 방법으로 적용하여야 하는 이유 및 방법과, 호처리시 착신번호와 함께 루팅에 사용되는 중계망 선택기능을 위한 망 식별번호(Network Identification)가 망의 번호체계와의 연관성을 살펴보기 위하여 본 고에서는 PSTN/N-ISDN 망과 B-ISDN 망의 E.164 번호계획과 번호사용방법, 중계망 선택기능에 대하여 기술하고, 기존 통신망과의 서비스 연동을 위한 E.164 번호체계에서 B-ISDN 망의 식별번호 사용에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the operating status of community-based home health center for revitalization of the centers. Method: In this study performance data including organization plan and service utilization plan were evaluated according process theory. Target of evaluation was the community-based home health care center. Results: The vulnerable part of the organization was the information system and financial resources. The home health center introduced PDA (Personal Digital Assistants) in 2005, however home health care nurses did not make full use of it. This service received full support from Seoul city and local government and there were no other sources of income. The vulnerable part of service utilization was service expansion and standardization due to vulnerability of organizational aspects. Conclusions: The home health care center provides high quality services to underprivileged people. In the future, these services should be provided with equity for continuous health care for this population.

This study analyzes on localization plans to successfully enter ASEAN market more rapidly growing than over-saturated the Asian or North American mobile game markets based on the Vietnamese market. Vietnamese smartphone market is the fastest growing in ASEAN based on its young aged population of average 28.2 year-old and low 3G service charges. Considering one of the most common activities through smartphones is the mobile game, the smartphone demand increase can be forecasted to be based on the growth of Vietnamese game market. Global strategies for exporting products to the global market can be classified into 'standardization' and 'localization'. From among these, Korean game companies are making profits by localization plan. But the Vietnamese mobile game market still has entry barriers. Therefore, this study is to contribute to Korean mobile game companies' localization plans for the Vietnamese market by finding and supplementing limits of the Vietnamese mobile game market based on literatures and statistics materials.

Effect of hand-transmitted vibration on human discomfort and health was reviewed. Since the effect by hand tool was more serious than those by any other vibration environments, western countries have protected hand tool workers by regulations. International organization for standardization legislate standard, ISO 5349, at 1979 for the measurement and evaluation of the effect. Afterwards, more than twenty standards on hand-arm vibration were enacted to Protect any damage of hand tool users. Even though Korea Standards adopted ISO 5349 in 2001, it is required an action plan should be applied to all of work environments, especially to the workers using pneumatic tool workwers such as miners, construction workers, and etc.
