이제마(李濟馬)가 제시한 체질별(體質別) 약물분류(藥物分類) 원칙(原則)에 대한 연구(硏究)

  • I In the rearch of the principle of herb classification based on constitution I have recognised Lee Jae Ma(李濟馬)'s medical thought on the herb. He had believed that herb must be used when needed, also had opposed taking overdose of medicine. And he had prescribed to a patient based on constitution. The results were summerized as follow; 1. In the classification of herb according to constitution, Although Gimilon(氣味論) that empasized in the herbal medicine have had reference value but cannot be absolute classific standard. The medicinal portion of herb was not significant. And through research the past prescription that were qouted by Lee Jae Ma cannot find a meaningful result. 2. Lee Jae Ma denied the tradtional GuiKyung(歸經) theory, and classified into Iung(肺), spleen(脾), liver(肝), kidney(腎). And when he gave medical teatment, he has used the methods of the supplement to weakned organ. 3. On the principle of herb classification based on constitution, Lee Jae Ma had presented general rule that are fragrance(馨), odor(臭), liquid(液), taste(味). Although it had suitable tendency but cannot complitely coinside with the actual. Therefore I interpreted fragrance(馨), odor(臭), liquid(液), taste(味) into the symbol that represent the chief effect. On these conception it's necessary more study.

  • In our review, the conclusions on the concept and principle of perspiration are as follows. 1. It is the physiological perspiration that Qingyang(淸陽) from Jing(精), Qi(氣), Xie(血) synthesized by digestion of food and drink(水穀), is increased and secreted from pores on the skin(腠理). 2. The main center to control perspiration is heart(心), but lver(肝), stomach(胃), spleen(脾), lung(肺), bladder(膀胱), kidney(腎) and triple energizer(三焦) can be also related to perspiration indirectly. 3. As Weiqi(衛氣) make the body warm and keep the body temperature constant by controlling perspiration, it is very important to make a diagnosis of Weiqi(衛氣) Xushi(虛實) by skin temperature. 4. We guess that perspiration can be secreted by the control of BiaoLi-YinYang(表裏陰陽) such as centrifugal(氣) and centrifetal force(形) of Qi(氣). 5. Sweating therapy can make the level of Biaoyang(表陽) correct and control the balance between centrifugal(氣) and centrifetal force(形) of Qi(氣).

장기형임파종증(臟器型淋巴腫症)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) 1. 계군(鷄群)에서의 임파종증(淋巴腫症)의 발생(發生) 및 병리학적소견(病理學的所見) (STUDIES ON AVIAN VISCERAL LYMPHOMATOSIS I. THE INCREASED INCIDENSE AMONG CHICKEN FLOCKS AND PATHOLOGIC PICTURES)

  • 계백혈병군중(鷄白血病群中) 특(特)히 장기형임파종증(臟器型淋巴腫症)은 한국전쟁이후(韓國戰爭以後) 계군(鷄群)의 증가(增加)와 더불어 점차(漸次) 그 발생(發生)이 많아져 양계업계(養鷄業界)에 상당(相當)한 손해(損害)를 끼치는 것으로 주목(注目)되어 왔다. 저자(著者)들은 야외계군(野外鷄群)에서의 장기형임파종증(臟器型淋巴腫症)의 발생상황(發生狀況)을 조사(調査)하기 위(爲)하여, 1961년(年)~1963년(年)의 3년간(年間)에 본대학실험실(本大學實驗室)과 춘천지역(春川地域)의 양계장(養鷄場) 및 닭 소매상(小賣商)에서 부검관찰(剖檢觀察)할 수 있었던 계체(鷄體)에 대(對)해서, 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1). 총(總) 3,500의 부검예중(剖檢例中) 266 례(例)(7.6%)에서, 한가지 이상(以上)의 장기(臟器)에서 장기형임파종증(臟器型淋巴腫症)의 병변(病變)을 관찰(觀察)하였다. 이 비율(比率)은 제외국(諸外國)의 것에 비(比)하여 낮은 율(率)이나, 우리나라의 전사양계군수(全飼養鷄群數)와 그간(間)의 관찰계수(觀察鷄數)를 고려(考慮)할 때, 본병(本病)이 가금질병중(家禽疾病中)에서 상당(相當)한 비중(比重)을 차지할 것으로 예상(豫想)된다. 저자(著者)들이 검안(檢案)한 범위내(範圍內)에서는 장기형임파종증(臟器型淋巴腫症) 이외(以外)의 다른형(型)(백혈병군중(白血病群中))은 관찰(觀察)되지 않았다. 2). 육안적병변(肉眼的病變)은 간(肝), 비(脾), 신(腎), 난소(卵巢) 및 장(腸)에서 관찰(觀察)되었고, 제외국(諸外國)의 보고(報告)처럼 심(心), 폐등(肺等)에서는 관찰(觀察)되지않았다. 그 발생빈도(發生頻度)는 간(肝)이 가장 높았으며, 그 다음으로 비(脾), 난소(卵巢), 신(腎), 장(腸)의 순(順)을 따랐고, 각장기(各臟器)는 단독(單獨) 또는 여러가지 조성(組成)으로 병변(病變)을 나타내었다. 그 육안적병변(肉眼的病變)은 Horiuchi(1961)의 분류기준(分類基準)에 따라 각형(各型)으로 관찰(觀察)되었다. 즉(卽) 간(肝)은 미만형(46.5%), 결절형(結節型)(25.1%), 과립형(顆粒型)(14%), 혼합형(混合型)(14.4%)으로, 비(脾)는 미만형(64%), 결절형(結節型)(32%), 여포종대형(濾胞腫大型)(4%)으로, 난소(卵巢)는 미만형(19%) 및 여포종대형(濾胞腫大型)(81%), 신(腎)은 미만형(91%) 및 결절형(結節型)(9%), 장(腸)은 다만 결절형(結節型)으로 각각(各各) 분류(分類)되었다. 3). 병리조직학적병변(病理組織學的病變)은 Horiuchi(1961)의 분류기준(分類基準)에 따라, 24 례(例)의 간(肝) 및 10 례(例)의 비(脾)에 있어서, 침윤성증식형(浸潤性增殖型), 결절성증식형(結節性增殖型) 및 미만성증식형으로 관찰(觀察)되었고, 3 례(例)의 신(腎)에 있어서 미만성증식형과 결절성증식형(結節性增殖型)이, 3 례(例)의 장(腸)에 있어서 침윤성증식형(浸潤性增殖型)이, 2 례(例)의 난소(卵巢)에 있어서 침윤성증식형(浸潤性增殖型)이 관찰(觀察)되었다. 이와같은 증식형태(增殖形態)를 보이는 목종양세포(木腫瘍細胞)는 임파구계(淋巴球系)에 속(屬)하는 것으로 생각되는 세포(細胞)로, 크기, 모양 및 염색성(染色城)이 다양(多樣)하였다.

견종양(犬腫瘍)의 병리학적(病理學的) 검색(檢索) (Pathological Study of Tumors Occurring in Dog)

  • 개에 자연발생(自然發生)한 다음과 같은 종양(腫瘍)을 수집(蒐集)하여, 그 육안적(肉眼的) 및 조직학적(組織學的) 소견(所見)을 검토(檢討)하고, 이에 관(關)한 간단한 고찰(考察)을 가(加)했다. 피부(皮膚) 및 피하직(皮下織)의 종양(腫瘍) : 섬유종(纖維腫), 지방종(脂肪腫), 표피성(表皮性) 낭종(囊腫), 흑색육종(黑色肉腫), 한선종(汗腺腫), 비만세포종(肥滿細胞腫)(2예(例)), 비만세포육종(肥滿細胞肉腫), 피지선암종(皮脂腺癌腫). 비장(脾臟) 및 임파절(淋巴節)의 종양(腫瘍) : 비피막(脾被膜)의 섬유육종(纖維肉腫), 비(脾)의 평활근육종(平滑筋肉腫), 임파절(淋巴節)의 임파육종(淋巴肉腫)(2예(例)). 폐장(肺臟)의 종양(腫瘍) : 기관지성암종(氣管枝性癌腫)(3예(例)), 각각(各各) 선암종형(腺癌腫型), 편평세포암종형(扁平細胞癌腫型) 및 미분화세포(未分化細胞)(원형(圓形))암종형(癌腫型). 소화관(消化管) 및 간장(肝臟)의 종양(腫瘍) : 위(胃)의 섬유종(纖維腫), 간(肝)의 혈관종(血管腫), 담관암종(膽管癌腫), 간세포암종(肝細胞癌腫), 간(肝)에 출현(出現)한 골수성백혈세포세포(骨髓性白血細胞細胞). 복막(腹膜)의 종양(腫瘍) : 섬유육종(纖維肉腫). 비뇨생식계(泌尿生殖系)의 종양(腫瘍) : 자궁(子宮)의 섬유종(纖維腫), 난소(卵巢)의 난포낭종(卵胞囊腫), 질(膣)의 전염성(傳染性) 성기종(性器腫)(6예(例)), 신암종(腎癌腫), 섭호선종(攝護腺腫)(2예(例)), 포피(包皮)의 섬유종(纖維腫), 고환(睾丸)의 정충종(精蟲腫). 유선(乳腺)의 종양(腫瘍) : 혼합종(混合腫)(2예(例)), 근상피종(筋上皮腫). 신경계(神經系)의 종양(腫瘍) : 대퇴부(大腿部)의 신경섬유육종(神經纖維肉腫).

소아 알레르기 결막염의 한의학적 병인, 변증, 치법 및 한약재 선택에 대한 문헌적 고찰 (A Review of Korean Medical Pathogenesis, Pattern Identification, Treatment Principle and Herbal Medicines for Allergic Conjunctivitis in Pediatric Patients)

  • Objectives We aimed to understand etiology, pattern differentiation, treatment principle, and the role of selected herbs in the treatment of Korean herbal medicine for allergic conjunctivitis (AC) in children. Methods We searched relevant literature published up to February 20, 2021 through CNKI, using search formula of (SU= '結膜炎'+'conjunctivitis') AND (SU='儿童'+'小儿'+'少儿'+'幼年') AND (SU='治療'+'中医治療'+'中藥'+'中医藥'+'顆粒'+'胶囊'+'自擬'+'湯'+'丸'+'散'+'方'). Results Among 81 searched studies, 9 randomized controlled trials and 1 case report were selected and analyzed. In all studies included, the efficacy of herbal treatment for AC was confirmed, and there was no evidence that herbal medicine treatment has higher risk of developing side effects compared to conventional eye drop treatment. As an etiology, wind (風邪) was observed the most frequently, and Saposhnikoviae Radix (防風) and Schizonepetae Spica (荊芥) were in frequent use to dispel wind (祛風). As visceral pattern identification, spleen (脾) and lung (肺) were two important keywords, and spleen deficiency (脾虛), dampness-heat in the spleen and stomach (脾胃濕熱), lung qi deficiency (肺氣虛) were main pathologic mechanisms. Else, treatments related to liver (肝) and removing dampness-heat (濕熱) were mentioned next. Conclusions This study is significant in that AC in children, which has a lack of research compared to other allergic diseases, has been studied in the contents of Korean medicine and laid foundation that can be used as basic data in the actual clinical field. Based on this study, it is hoped that clinical data of Korean herbal medicine treatment for childhood AC will be further accumulated.

교통사고 환자의 한방 변증에 대한 임상적 연구 - 한방 진단 시스템(DSOM)을 통한 - (Comparative Study of Normal Person and Traffic Accident Patient by DSOM)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the difference about pathogenesis of normal person and traffic accident, author used DSOM to investigate pathogenesis. Patient group is consisted of people who one month does not pass from traffic accident, and normal group is consisted of people who do not have special symptoms and past history. DSOM was used for pathogenesis investigation of two group. There was significant difference between T.A. group and Normal group in deficiency of blood (血虛), stagnation of qi(氣滯), blood stasis(瘀血), dampness(濕), dryness(燥), liver (肝), heart(心), kidney(賢), phlegm(痰)(p<0.05). When it comes to comparison of sex, there was significant difference between male and female in dryness(燥), spleen(脾), and lung(肺)(p<0.05) in T.A. group. But in normal group, there was not significant difference between male and female, and in the case of male there was significant difference between T.A. group and normal group in deficiency of blood(血虛), stagnation of qi(氣滯), kidney(賢), phlegm(痰)(p<0.05). Also in the case of female there was significant difference between T.A. group and normal group in blood(血虛), stagnation of qi(氣滯), blood stasis(瘀血), dampness(濕), dryness(燥), kidney(賢), phlegm(痰)(p<0.05). This result showed that the pathogenesis are differs. This result showed that the pathogenesis of traffic accident patient and normal people are difference.

저징(褚澄)과 그의 의학사상(醫學思想)에 관한 연구 (A Study on Chu Cheng and His Ideas in the Medicine)

  • Objective : Chu Cheng(褚澄) was known as the author of Zayaofang(雜藥方) and Chushiyishu(褚氏遺書). His mentions in the medicine have been sufficiently told in his posterity. However, there have been no studies on Chu Cheng and his work like Chushiyishu in Korea. Here, I seek to investigate Chu Cheng and his ideas in the medicine. Method : I investigate Chushiyishu, known as written by Chu Cheng and his scattered portions. Result & Conclusion : His nom de plume(字) is Yandao(彦道). It was supposed that he was born before the year of 420, the era of Dong Jin(東晉) and died in 483. He wrote Zayaofang and Chushiyishu. However, the former was lost. The latter consists of 10 pieces of medical theories. The contents carved on the stone plate was discovered for the first time before 934 at a place presumed as his grave. Then, it was stored as the inner and outer coffins in the tomb of Xiao Guang(蕭廣) in 935 and written on the paper by Buddhist monk Shi Yikan(釋義堪) in 1127. Then, Liu Jixian(劉繼先) carved on the wood for publication and finally, the work was released in 1201. But, it deeply looks that the book was written by other follower. Chu Cheng was a doctor excellent in the inspection and pulse method and his medical ideas prioritized Huo(火) in Mingmen(命門) and Spleen(脾). He expressed his opinions on the four phases of life, sexes and birth defects through Yangjing(陽精) and Yinxue(陰血). In addition, he explained the human pathology through Qixue(氣血). Unsmooth flow of Qi causes diseases by congestion. The entity circulating Yinxue is Yang and protested using urine to treat the hemoptysis(咳血) instead of medicine with cold features. It was frequently mentioned by his predecessors with the fact that Chu Cheng used different medications on housewives from widows and Buddhist nun monks. In addition, Chu Cheng proposed various opinions on cure, diagnosis, treatment, drug usage, pulse positions and hermaphrodites(半陰陽).

불면증에서 산조인의 유무에 따른 약물배오의 경향성 고찰 (Combination Tendency Analysis on Herbal Formula to Treat Insomnia Focused on Zizyphi spinosi Semen)

  • Objectives : Zizyphi spinosi Semen is widely used for treating insomnia in korea and other oriental country. This study is analyzing combination tendency of Zizyphi spinosi Semen in herbal formula for treating insomnia. Methods : Herbal formulas for treating insomia were searched in "The Prescription Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine", and checked in each literary source. Then, the herbal formula was divided in two groups : FCZ(The formula group containing Zizyphi spinosi Semen) and FWZ(The formula group without Zizyphi spinosi Semen). FCZ and FWZ were compared by following criteria; i) Prevalence of herbal formula by period ii) Prevalence of medicinal material's effects iii) Prevalence of medicinal material iv) Prevalence of the nature of midicinals v) Prevalence of flavor of medicinals vi) Prevalence of meridian entry. Results : 116 Herbal formula met our criteria, and herbal formulas were divided in two groups : FCZ(n=59), FWZ(n=57). The result of prevalence in FCZ is following; Herbal formula prevalence increased as time passed to the Qing(淸) dynasty. Tonifying and replenishing medicinal(補益藥), tranquillizing medicinal (安神藥), and inducing diuresis to drain dampness medicinal(利水滲濕藥) are the three most prevalent types of materia medica. In specifically, Panax ginseng radix(人蔘), Liriopis Tuber(麥門冬), Angelicae Gigantis Radix(當歸), Poria Cocos(茯神), Glycyrrhizae Radix(甘草), Poria cocos(茯神), Polygalae Radix(遠志), Thuja Orientalis L.(柏子仁), Paeonia Japonica(白芍藥), and HgS(硃砂) are combined frequently. The most prevalent nature of medicinals were 'warm microwarm(溫 微溫)' and flavor of medicinals was normal(平). Meridian entrys that frequently combined were heart(心), spleen(脾), and liver(肝). Conclusion : We found combination tendency of Zizyphi Semen in herbal formula for treating insomnia.

"삼지선(三指禪)" 권일(卷一)을 통(通)한 주학정(周學霆)의 의학사상(醫學思想)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

  • Following is the result through translating. studying, and analyzing San Zhi Shan(三指禪), the book worked by Zhou Xue Ting(周學霆). 1. The chapter of Mai Xue Yuan Liu(脈學源流) explains the Xiang Shu Xue(象數學) viewpoint, the part that pulse is based on Lu guan(律管). 2. The chapter of Liu Bu Mai Jie(六部脈解) explains that emphasizing Shen(神) through understanding the shape of pulse(脈象) is more important than the locating the area of the shape of pulse(脈象). 3. The chapter of Zuo Xin Tan Zhong Can Dan Shen Xiao Chang You Fei Xiang Zhong Pi Wei Ming Da Chang Bian(左心膽中肝膽腎小腸 右肺胸中脾胃命大腸辨) exhibits the different view about the position of pulse from Li Shi Zhen(李時珍)'s. the chapter in which Zhou(周) arranges Heart{\cdot}Small\;Intestine{\cdot}Liver{\cdot}Gall\;Bladder{\cdot}Kidneys{\cdot}and$ Bladcler(心 小腸 肝 膽 腎 膀胱) in left hand and $Lungs{\cdot}Large{\cdot}Intestine{\cdot}Spleen{\cdot}Stomach{\cdot}Kidney{\cdot}and$ The gate of Vitality(肺 大腸 脾 胃 腎 命門) in right hand. From the above results, I'm sure that San Zhi Shan(三指禪)which has headed down to descendants as the special book about the study of pulse has developed the theory of pulse. Therefore I expect that the more profound study about this will be going on.

한방진단시스템을 이용한 여성불임(女性不姙)의 한의학적 인자(因子) 연구 (A Study on Association of DSOM Symptom Scores for Women infertility in Oriental Medicine)

  • Purpose : We have carried out this study to investigate association of DSOM scores and women infertility in oriental medicine for systematization diagnosis and treatment of women infertility. Methods : We analyzed the results of medical records for 151 patients who were diagnosed as women infertility. We investigated the possession of symptom index of women infertility, recognition association of DSOM. Results : 1. In comparison with 151 clinical trial's data. deficiency of Yin(陰虛), coldness(寒), spleen(脾) are associated positively and deficiency of Yang(陽虛), phlegm(痰) are associated negatively. 2. In pathogenesis(病機) indicator of average, cold inside the body is associated positively and diarrhea, kidney are associated negatively. 3. In pathogenesis five score-point of value, Heat(熱), kidney(腎) are associated negatively. 4. In pathogenesis(病機) indicator. constipation(便秘) is associated positively and hardness of lower abdomen, tingly weakness of lower back and knee question are associated negatively. 5. In 140 questions, nine questions are associated positively and ten question are associated negatively.
