돌관공사가 안전관리에 미치는 영향 및 예방대책에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Impact to Safety Management and the Prevention Measure by the Speedy Construction Work)

  • Recently in the construction business construction companies has been ordered to survive in the terriblly competitive environment. Aa a result, most of the project with low-priced contract needs a speedy progress during all construction period. For the last five years major incident frequently occurs and results in the death of 189 workers at major top 6 construction builders. In most recent 10 years, the cause of major incidents happened in construction company is the speedy construction work that is affecting on the safety management. To prevent these accidents in the speedy construction work, four factors were chosed and analysed such as the personnel/organization, the working budget, the subcontractor selection and the employee motivation. The head office taked the support plan and tested it at the pilot work site. It showed a reduced accident and the harmful factors can be eliminated. It should be able to apply to the field to secure safety and prevent accidents.

  • In the construction sites, rush (speedy construction) work have recently been overused because of budget reductions by reducing the construction duration after the long-term economic recession and construction business stagnation with institutional change including the instruction of the duration shortening bidding system and the introduction of the post-construction sales system by the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements. Due to this, negligent accidents have frequently occurred by forcing manpower, equipment, finance, and material procurement and pressing ahead with impractical construction wok at night according to the reduction of construction schedules. Therefore, this paper has the necessity of this study to seek for alternatives to prevent negligent accidents by finding factors related to rush work in the reality that the importance for preventing negligent accidents is more emphasized while they have not been reduced in construction sites.

흙의 급속 함수비 측정방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Speedy Water Content Measurement Method for Soils)

  • 본 연구에서는 성토, 보조기층, 옹벽 뒤채움 토사의 함수비를 신속하게 측정할 목적으로 현장에서 주로 사용되는 칼슘 카바이드의 화학적 반응을 이용한 급속 함수비 측정방법의 정확도 및 신뢰성에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 급속 함수비 측정방법에서 얻은 실험 결과와 항온 건조로 및 전자레인지를 이용하여 얻은 결과를 비교, 분석하였다. 함수비시험에는 국내 현장에서 채취한 화강풍화토와 낙동강모래를 비롯하여 모래-카올리나이트 혼합토를 사용하였다. 먼저 급속 함수비시험에서는 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30g의 시료를 각각 1, 3, 5분으로 작동하여 시료 양과 작동시간에 따른 함수비의 영향을 비교, 분석하였다. 시료 양과 작동시간이 증가함에 따라 급속 함수비도 일반적으로 증가하였으며, 작동시간보다는 시료 양이 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 흙의 통일분류법 상 SM으로 분류된 화강풍화토의 경우에는 24g으로 3분 측정한 급속 함수비가 항온 건조로로 구한 함수비와 가장 유사하였으며, SP로 분류된 낙동강모래의 경우에는 30g으로 3분 측정한 경우가 가장 유사하였다. 낙동강모래에 카올리나이트가 20-50% 함유된 인공 시료의 경우, 급속 함수비는 점토 함유량이 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였다.

  • This study suggests a safety management model for construction management (CM) suitable to domestic conditions so that inefficiency resulted from the operation of construction projects by public and private indtitutes according to different systems can be eliminated for the securing of systematic and efficient safety managment. Based on the suggested safety management model, this study also develops a safety management information system that can efficiently and consistently manage and maintain a large quantity of information, and give necessary supports in a speedy way in the managing of construction projects.

  • Supervision work deals with important data necessary for the performance management on building construction sites in accordance with the Building Act. Therefore, this study attempts to use the data from supervisory reports to measure the performance of private building projects. Performance measurement is important for systematic management. However, there are only a few cases in which performance measurement is performed because it requires strenuous efforts to collect data for measurement. First, this study derived 6 performance areas and 15 indicators through a few rounds of expert group discussions. Then, we confirmed the performance indicators with high feasibility of data collection through a survey of supervision experts. It is expected that the data of supervisory reports can measure systematically performance and assist in speedy diagnosis of private building construction sites.

  • 터널공사의 시대에 따라 그 시공방법이 많은 발전을 해왔으나 아직도 시시각각으로 일어나는 터널 공사중의 사고는 반드시 극복해야할 과제다. 이러한 위험요소를 빨리 발견하고 대비하기 위해서는 계측의 정확성과 신속성이 요구되고 있으나 아직도 천단침하 및 내공변위 계측에 줄자, 레벨 또는 토털스테이션 등을 이용하는 일반적인 측량방법에 의존하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 산업사진측량기법을 이용하여 터널의 내공변위를 더욱더 정밀하고 신속하게 측정할 수 있는 기법을 제시하므로서 산업사진측량을 응용한 터널계측의 발전과 향후 무인 자동 계측시스템의 개발에 이바지 하고자 하는데 목적이 있다.

  • 터널공사의 시공방법은 시대에 따라 많은 발전을 해왔으나 아직도 시시각각으로 일어나는 터널 공사중의 사고는 반드시 극복해야할 과제다. 이러한 위험요소를 빨리 발견하고 대비하기 위해서는 관측의 정확성과 신속성이 요구되고 있으나 아직도 천단침하 및 내공변위 관측에 줄자, 레벨 또는 토털스테이션 등을 이용하는 일반적인 측량 방법에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 산업사진측량기법을 이용하여 터널의 내공변위 및 천단침하를 정밀하고 신속하게 관측할 수 있는 기법을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 1/20,000 이상의 정밀도로 측정 할 수 있었으며, 타겟 설치를 제외하면 1인의 작업자가 5개 단면을 사진촬영하고 자료를 처리를 하는데 소요된 시간은 약 6분이 소요되었다.

  • This paper introduces a implementation of fault detection for national highway line 3. Fault detection system was installed and operated on national highway line 3, environmental elements caused by abnormal status or faults has often happened. Therefore, the function of fault detection system is to speedy notify fault site, cause as well as scale of fault to manager. Though the fault detection and diagnosis system has been imported in the field of process of water and electric power, it is just beginning step in the field of ITS(Intelligent Transportation Systems). In general, Maintenance system is performed the online/offline process of detection, diagnosis and measure. This paper is studied online detection process, which is realtime remote detection.
