Korean 7th national curriculum gave the right to elect the advanced subject such as physics II, chemistry II. Students could elect the subject by their aptitude and interest. But, actually, the choice was constrained by school circumstances such as the number of teacher and the number of class. high school students. We investigated the demand about school science and perception about scientifically specialized high school in which the students could have all advanced science subjects by the survey of 336 middle school students including 148 students in the science education center for the gifted, 220 high school students, and 70 science teachers in capital region. As results of this study, most of the high school opened chemistry and biology advanced subjects, but only 37.1% of them opend physics advanced subject. This constrained students' right of elect the subject by their interest. While most of middle school and high school students normally demanded the more experiment in the class and the easier science content, the students in the science education center for the gifted demanded more science class time. The students who wanted to have science career had very positive recognition of scientifically specialized high school and science teachers agreed to running the scientifically specialized high school.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the measurement results of the financial comprehension test conducted ten times in order to study the financial comprehension. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, correct answer rates in the Economics and Finance Literacy Certification Test were analyzed across ten rounds of tests taken by 6,662 high school students in Korea. Result: The analysis revealed that Korean high school students' level of financial literacy generally increased as the grade level increased, and the correct answer rates of students at autonomous high schools and special-purpose high schools were statistically different from those of students at general academic high schools and specialized high schools. Conclusion: We can therefore infer that students at specialized high schools face limitations in tackling financial problems due to their lack of proficiency in interpretation and calculation of data necessary for real life financial decision-making. In contrast, students at general academic high schools, special-purpose high schools, and autonomous high schools who do not learn finance as a part of their official curriculum at school were lacking in basic financial knowledge as well as knowledge about the financial system compared to students at specialized high schools, highlighting the need for a measure to address the deficiency.

Specialized high school students preferred the utilization of smart devices more and daily spent on the devices more time than general high school students. As for the learning field, language for the general high school and the certificate of qualification for the specialized high school were shown high. The most expected content is a video lecture for the general high school and cooperative learning for the specialized high school and the most satisfied point was mobility. The specialized high school students feel more necessity about the application development for culinary education and had a plan to utilize it more and more preferred practice videos. As for the food development areas, the general high school students hoped simple food and the specialized high school students did cooking technician food and they both hoped the application to be uploaded in portal sites and the department homepage. The application development for culinary education is required to focus simulation learning including practice videos and cooking recipes and add an evaluation function to check the academic achievement levels. It is required to provide the subject goals of each course and concrete information on solving problems. Contents including video, music, texts need to be attached to improve learning immersion. There should be the beginning and development of a lesson and the flow of arrangement and communication between main bodies of learning should be improved by utilization of SNS cooperative learning services.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the food hygiene and safety awareness of academic and specialized high school students, in order to provide basic materials characterization and demonstrate the need for differentiated food hygiene safety education by type of school in the Chungnam area. This study shows that the academic high school students attach more importance to Food Hygiene and Safety than the specialized high school students, but that the latter think it is easier get information about food safety and are more confident in choosing safe food than the former. Regardless of the type of school, 50.5% and 49.3% of the students believed that the safety of the agricultural and livestock products and processed food distributed for sale in the country is acceptable, respectively. 40.7% and 17.2% of the students answered that school food hygiene safety education is required and strongly required, respectively. Compared to the specialized high school students (average 3.17), the academic high school students (average 2.81) responded that they did not receive sufficient food safety education. Those students who were confident in choosing safe food showed a positive correlation with those who were confident in the hygienic handling of food (r = .662) and with those who have sufficient education on food safety (r = .504). We suggest that different food hygiene safety education is needed by academic and specialized high school students until they have sufficient confidence in the hygienic choosing and handling of food.
During the period of rapid industrial growth, specialized high schools were important vocational education institutions trained specialists and technicians. But now, specialized high schools turned into high schools where the low-ranking students who were pushed out of the competition for admission due to a decline in the education population, changes mostly in labor demand in the labor market, and discrimination against skilled workers. In order to solve this problem, the middle school 3rd grade teachers in charge of the middle school can provide early career guidance, so that they can decide to go to the specialized high school according to their aptitude and talent rather than their grades. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between general characteristics and perception of middle school 3rd grade teachers, and the rate of decision to enter specialized high school. In 2018, The middle school 3rd grade teachers in charge in Daejeon metropolitan city were selected. The results of this study were as follows: When 3rd grade teachers in charge are the male teachers 21.01%(M=.2101) of their students go to specialized high schools. When they are teachers who have not graduated from college of education(M=.2110), with doctoral degree(M=0.3064), of their students go to specialized hight schools. Finally, there was a significant positive relationship between perceptions of high school teachers (β1 = .245, p = .000) and high school graduates (β2 = .149, p = .027). The regression equation derived from this is y = -0.56 + 0.037 * β1 + 0.025 * β2 10.1% (R2 = 0.101).
