최근 그래픽 하드웨어는 눈부신 발전을 거듭하였으며, 이에 따라 국내의 게임 유저들은 사실 감과 생동감이 넘치는 화려한 게임 그래픽을 요구하고 있다. 그래픽 특수효과는 이러한 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 방법 중 하나이지만, 특수효과를 재사용할 수 있는 일반적인 형태로 구현된 사례는 없었다. 본 논문에서는 그래픽 특수효과 엔진의 구현과 그 적용 사례를 통하여 게임에 그래픽 특수효과를 쉽게 적용할 수 있음을 기술한다. 특수효과 데이터를 표준 파일 포맷으로 저장 및 로드함으로서 특수효과의 재사용이 가능하고, 그래픽 특수효과 편집툴을 이용하여 게임 제작 이전이라도 특수효과의 테스트 및 시연을 할 수 있다.

This study intended to measures for high performance and for identifying competitive advantages by examining the relation between the competence and performance of the first special hospitals for which the law has now been in effect for 3 years. Furthermore, the members of special hospitals were also surveyed on measures to improve the special hospital system in order to activate it. A total of 80 special hospitals participated in this study, and 171 people responded to a survey on the special hospital system. According to the results of the multiple regression analysis the relation between the competence and performance after establishing a hypothesis that special hospital competence would have an effect on organizational performance, member competence and hospital business management competence significantly had a positive (+) effect on internal performance, and marketing management competence significantly had a positive (+) effect on external performance, which partially supported this research hypothesis. Moreover, according to the results of survey on the special hospital system, the policy thought to be the most important by special hospitals was reasonable fee system reform, followed by granting incentives.

The purpose of this paper is to be studied the Devil's types and the special effect makeup's techniques expressed on horror movies. As the theoretical background, the researcher inquired the origin of Satan, Demon and Devil, and the shapes and meanings portrayed in the religion, philosophy art and literature. Also classified the Devil's types of the movies, and examined the factors, techniques and aesthetic characteristics of special effect makeup for each of them. The results are as follows. 1. The Devil's types are the Werewolf, the Zombie and the Vampire. The Werewolf is a kind of Devil that changes into a wolf when the full moon rises. It requires animatronics, rubber body suits, furs and fangs for special makeup effects. The Zombie is a dead body that the exorcist restored with a narcotic drug, and it nibbles on human's brain and flesh. So it needs decayed or pale skins, scars, bald heads, non-focus eyes and false teeth for making this character. The Vampire is a bloodsucking ghost. Therefore, it uses fangs, evil eyes, rubber body suits and dropping blood for special effect makeup. 2. They expresses Sadism, Masquerade and Cruelty as the aesthetic characteristics of the Devil's special effect makeup.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Special Supplementary Mathematics Class on self-efficiency and fear of mathematics in middle school. For this study, the students involved in Special Supplementary Mathematics Classes in middle school took a pre-test and an post-test. According to the results, First, the students showed increased self-efficacy in mathematics after the Special Supplementary Mathematics Class. Second, the students showed a decreased fear of mathematics after the Special Supplementary Mathematics Class. Third, there were no significant differences between boys and girls in the effect of Special Supplementary Mathematics Classes on self-efficacy and fear of mathematics. Fourth, there were significant differences between Grade 2 and Grade 3, and between Grade 1 and Grade 2 in the effect of Special Supplementary Mathematics Classes on self-efficacy in Mathematics.

애니메이션 및 영화 속 장면에서는 수백 개의 특수효과들이 사용된다. 연출방법과 특수기법들은 새로운 시도와 기술의 발전으로 사실적인 영상, 표현하고자 하는 효과를 만들어 낼 수 있다. 특수효과는 어떤 것이 실사인지 분간할 수 없을 정도로 정교한 영상을 제공해 주는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 애니메이션 및 영화에서의 특수영상기법 동향을 비교함으로써 다양한 특수기법들을 확대할 수 있는 방법을 검토하고 앞으로의 특수영상기법의 발전 방향을 예측한다.

Objectives : This study explored ways to identify factors that have competitive advantages and achieve high performance by investigating the influence of competence and competitive strategy on the performance and moderating effect of the business environment within special hospitals. Methods : A total of 80 specialized hospitals participated in the study. A multiple regression analysis was carried out by configuring sub-factors for each factor, and a hierarchical regression analysis was conducted with interaction terms as independent variables. Results : Among the competence factors of special hospitals, the competence of hospital staff and business management had a significantly positive (+) effect on the internal performance, and the competence of the marketing management had a significantly positive (+) effect on the external performance. Conclusions : The findings of this study suggest that in the rapidly changing health care environment, special hospitals should select and focus on competitive strategies and competency factors required to ensure competitiveness and achieve high performance, and based on this, need to seek integrated strategic management measures.

In this paper, we proposed an application which can conduct to take repetition images for special effect shooting at movies or drama using Bluetooth of smart device. The proposed application can move a camera with motors several times as the same moving after saving of the control data based on the application during specific time using Bluetooth. At the repetition moving, we do not permit to control motors of the camera by person for keeping the same start position and end position after saving the moving data. The camera motors are only moved remotely by saving data of the proposed application. We developed the proposed application and a hardware which works motors with camera to check performance evaluation. Then, we confirmed that the proposed application exactly did the same moving to the motors with camera several times according to saved data. Therefore, because the proposed application can take a same images as control remotely the motors of camera, it will be a useful technology for special effect shooting of movies or dramas.

The purpose of this study was to discuss how make-up materials were used for the design techniques of special make-up that is part of impersonation, what kinds of materials were applied to special make-up design and how they were utilized, in a bid to find out more materials available for each of diverse design techniques in pursuit of better make-up design. The most widely used materials were divided into transformational and supplementary types, and the focus of this study was placed on two different design techniques. One put transformational materials to use, and the other utilized supplementary materials that also could serve as alternative and effect materials. Unlike general make-up that pursues beauty, special make-up focuses on realistic effect, and it cannot make any progress without newer, diverse materials which are increasingly gaining in importance. Although special make-up designing is a skilled technique that requires systematic knowledge of theories, proper materials and repeated practice, there is no absolute standard for it, since it is a product of imagination and depends on delicate hand skills and its effect hinges on individual viewer's visual perspective. In the future, more comprehensive and broader-scale experiments are called for to tackle this problem.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of parental differential treatment and social support perceived by adolescents with siblings with special needs on their self-esteem and internalized problems. The subjects comprised one hundred 12- to 18-year-old adolescents with siblings with special needs. The major results of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in adolescents' self-esteem by participation in support programs for siblings of children with special needs. Second, there was no significant effect of parental differential treatment on adolescents' self-esteem. Third, there was a significant effect of social support (family, friends, and teachers) on adolescents' self-esteem. Fourth, there was no effects of paternal differential parenting on adolescents' internalized problems. However, there was a significant effect of differential maternal affection on adolescents' internalized problems. Fifth, there was a significant effect of social support, especially in terms of support provided by friends, on adolescents' internalized problems. In conclusion, social support and differential maternal affection both have an important role in adolescents' self-esteem and internalized problems.
